Pire, on me remet une facture de 70$ +tx pour avoir cherché le problème avec en prime une cotation à 480$ +tx pour changer une carte SD. Je suis, évidemment, mécontent et on m'invite alors à contacter le service à la clientèle de Mazda Canada. Je ne visiterai donc plus Mazda Longueuil, je laisse cet avis négatif et je contacte Mazda Canada. Tout ça pour une carte GPS trouvable à 50$ sur eBay. Bravo champions !

I don't recommend this place to anybody. 1st of all when I bought my 2014 Mazda 6 on this place they promised to give me the winter tires that i never got even after several demands. 2nd thing last month i went there to repair my a/c issue they told that i have to change my composer that will cost me 1200$+tax plus some other repairs cost400$ and they charged me 209$ to find the problem. I went to the other garage to fix my a/c issue it cost me only 35$ to change a relay. problem was not the composer they lied to me real scamers avoid this place.

Good Afternoon, I had the most unpleasant experience of my "life" to have visited this dealership on a Friday morning!!! No kidding. I moved from Ontario to Quebec as a new resident and needed to get my vehicle inspected. Was given an appointment at 7:45AM, but was there early as I usually am when attending appointments. I was told by Joanie Fenner(I think that was the lady's name who stands near the service window) that the inspections actually start at 8AM. That was fine, although I requested that it be done such that I may leave to attend work by 8:45AM. Although this ladies job is client facing, I think they did not teach her to be pleasant to patrons, nor to smile, nor to show empathy nor greet people. Although she appeared to be fluent in English, she kept on talking or replying in French although I initially told her that I just came to Quebec and do not know French yet. In any case, although the end of inspection was done at 8:24AM(which is printed on the inspection report), I was not told anything while I kept waiting in the lobby till 8:40AM. That is when I made my way near the service window and kept standing there for the next 10 minutes. She was right there in front of me but she never acknowledged my presence nor showed any urgency to keep me informed or tell me anything. It was as if I did not exist! Then finally after it became evident that I cant be ignored by her, I told her, with due respect that I needed to go and would appreciate if she cooperates, she told me to go the payment section and pay. I was told that the inspection failed. I tried to inquire the reason but was given the report(which is in French, which I cant understand anyways), I tried telling that this car is road worth and I drove it from Ontario, but was given a paper to come for re-inspection again and pay more money again. What a great way to start the weekend ahead...wow !!! Go to Mazda Longueil, pay money to spoil your Friday and the weekend !! Ontarians welcome to Quebec ! This is exactly why people should really go somewhere else than to this Mazda dealership to get appreciated for who they are (whether English speaking or otherwise), to not feel thrash or pay money to get their day ruined. Good day. I really wish I never went there !

Been charged for 35$ reinspection made because one of the licence plate lights not working and it took 10 seconds. To sum up, 35$ reinspection fee + time for 3$ light bulb. Of course it will happen because this is one of the few centers near montreal that do SAAQ inspection.

I first went to this dealer when there was a recall for my 2016 Mazda 3 which I bought in Laval. The gentleman at the service treated me as a valued customer, as though I was paying thousands of dollars for a repair. I took note because my treatment in Laval was quite the opposite, and when came the time to change my car I went to see them. The salesman was great, no pressure tactics, clear, friendly, honest and the upper management were very supportive and respectful. Customer service should always be an integral part of a car sales experience and I've experienced some of the absolute worst at Subaru and Toyota. However at this Mazda dealer I was treated as I should be, a customer spending his hard earned cash on one of the most important purchases a person can make.

J'ai appelé plusieurs fois Mazda pour montrer mon mécontentement, ils ont essayé de m'expliquer que la voiture avait sûrement fait plusieurs garages autour de Montréal avant d'arriver chez eux mais je ne crois pas à cette explication. Ils m'ont proposé un rendez-vous avec des spécialistes pour remettre de la peinture sur le bord des deux portière, ceci a été fait mais contre une perte de temps pour moi et une voiture neuve retouchée... Après avoir fait remplacé les amortisseurs avants et procédé à une inspection complète de la direction, etc. je fus très surpris d'apprendre quelques semaines plus tard (par un mécanicien qui effectuait un simple changement d'huile) qu'un des joint à rotule devait être remplacé. En retournant chez le concessionnaire pour lui demander ce qui en était, on m'a présenté au technicien qui vérifiait ledit joint et qui me garantissait que rien ne clochait. Devant mon insistance, un troisième avis a été demandé à un autre employé qui n'a pas hésité un instant à dire que le joint était défectueux. J'ai refusé la réparation et décidé de la faire effectuer ailleurs. On m'a ensuite présenté comme une faveur le fait d'avoir réduit le coût de la main-d'oeuvre relié à cette "inspection". Après contestation, on m'a accordé le remboursement de ces frais (31$). Mon mécanicien de quartier a décelé un nouveau problème évident à son avis, et ce gratuitement, en effectuant le changement du joint défectueux, soit que les "bushings" devaient aussi être remplacés, alors que trois mécaniciens de ce centre de service ont du se pencher sur le problème du joint avant qu'il ne soit identifié (en demandant des frais exorbitants seulement pour voir quel est le problème). Suite à ces nouvelles réparations, j'ai du repayer pour un nouvel alignement, celui fait trois semaines auparavant pendant "l'inspection complète" devenant inutile. Perte nette de 89.95$ + tx. Bonne voiture, personnel aimable et courtois, mais service mécanique vraiment trop cher et vraiment très moyen. Allez acheter, mais effectuez l'entretien ailleurs.

I like the 2nd hand car that I bought. It's a good car and is running well after 4 months of ownership. However, when I said that I wanted to pay cash, the salesman (Jonathan) told me that it would cost 500$ more if I payed cash. It's against the law to change the posted price of a car. He's allowed to refuse to sell to me, but he can't increase the price like that. He told me that the dealership gets a 500$ bonus from the bank, if a customer takes a car loan and doesn't pay it off within 6 months. His argument was that he would be losing his 500$ bonus if I payed cash. Also, it took a long time (almost 2 weeks) to get the registration paperwork for my car. Jonathan told me it was because the government website was "down", which turned out not to be true. Finally, Sylvain, the sales manager, told me that the paperwork was lost. It all seemed a bit weird, although he insisted that it happened sometimes. I just think it was strange that they didn't have the registration paperwork ready for a car that they had for sale for a couple of months. It was all sorted out in the end, but I would have appreciated honesty from the beginning. The dealership also offered a 396$ "starting program". Don't fall for that service. It's not really necessary. Basically, they are making you pay 400$ for a car wash, oil and brake pad change. Much too expensive. They will also offer you a 499$ permanent anti-rust treatment. Sylvain is an excellent salesman, so don't fall for his pitch, unless you intend to have the permanent anti-rust inspected every year and touched-up. It's actually not a good idea to put permanent anti-rust on a 2nd hand car. It will crack and trap in moisture, which will accelerate the rusting that invariably already exists on all 2nd hand cars. Rusting will increase faster than if you do nothing.

Je capotais en dedans! Et pour bien finir, il me donne des photocopies des informations du véhicule comme le carproof,l’étiquette,la fameuse feuille avec un surplus de prix. J'ai même appris par la suite que le Mazda eux-même ne recommandaient pas de mettre l'anti-rouille au départ car ça créer des accumulations d'eau. Je crois même que ça a "scrapper" la voiture plus tôt que prévu (surtout aux niveau des portes). 3 semaines après la livraison de la voiture, ma voiture était sur le towing pour des problèmes avec les tuyaux de la pompe à gaz. Les freins faisaient excessivement du bruits... J'ai passé des années à faire des vidéos et à leur amené des preuves sans grand résultat. En fait, on a plus tenté encore de faire du "upsales" que satisfaire le client. Je donne 2 étoiles seulement à cause de la courtoisie de l'aviseure technique, Jovette si je me souviens bien. Pour le reste, j'ai beaucoup appris de cette achat : 1 - Mazda, plus jamais. 2 - Plus jamais acheter rien de ce dealer ni d'un dealer connexe.

Quand je suis retournée la deuxième fois pour faire l'achat (cash) il se trompe dans la facture, nous parlons de presque 20000$ ce n' est pas acceptable de faire des erreurs à ce prix la. Alors j'ai finalement du revenir au concessionaire pour recuperer la difference. De plus la dame qui a fait ma facture semblait essayé de gratté des sous de mes poches. Elle m' a facture le Sherlock sans même mon accord alors que nous en avions juste parlé à la première visite. Et elle devait me faire un rabais de 100$ sur le marquage mais vu que j'ai décidé de ne pas prendre la garantie prolongée elle n'a plus voulu me donner le rabais. (J'ai directement pensé que ce n' était pas très honnête et qu'il ne pensais qu'à l'argent). Mais ce n'est pas finis, avant de partir du concessionnaire avec ma voiture je demande pour le marquage et on m'assure qu'il est fait sur le véhicule que toute les voitures partent avec. Mais quelques jours plus tard je remarque que ce n' est pas le cas. Alors je rappel pour savoir ce qu'il se passe... Plus d'une semaine s'écroule je rappel car pas de nouvelles et là on me dit "ah oui vous devez passé installer le marquage sur votre voiture". Ok alors si je n' aurais pas rappelé personne ne l'aurais apparament fait??? Mais ce n' est pas finis alors hier vendredi 13 avril je vais FINALEMENT (environ 3 semaines après) installer ce marquage qui finalement n est pas Sherlock mais Vinlock (sur la facture j ai eté facturé pour un Sherlock ce qui est très louche), à mon retour de Longueil Mazda je prend une crevaison sur le chemin du retour ! Mais ce n' est pas ca le problème cela arrive,le problème c est que le véhicule que j ai acheté venait avec des pneu qui était enfet fini, je dois les changer complètement et cela va encore me coûter 2000$. En somme je n'ai pas du tout aimé mon expérience d'achat je me sentais arnaqué et incertain de mon achat (cash) je pense honnêtement qu'il on essayé de m'en passer une "ptite vite" comme on dit. Je perdais mon temps à faire des aller retour Montréal Nord - Longueil, mon essence et mon argent je n'ai eu aucune explication aucune excuse rien. Je trouve que c'est inacceptable comme service vu la somme d'argent dépensé. Je devais courir après eux pour avoir ce que j ai payé pour. Et vous auriez pu prévenir que les pneus posé était finis comme ça j aurais été au courant qu' il fallait que je debourse 2000$ après l'achat et c'est aussi une question de sécurité je tiens à ma vie et des bon pneu sa aide à tenir sur la route.

Pascal Rioux me dit que c’ était À moi de l’avoir demandé au moment de l’appel car eux « ne donne pas de détails au téléphone »! Comment je suis supposé de demander quelque chose que je ne sais pas! Enfin, on me dit qu’on me remboursera et me suggère d’aller dans un autre concessionnaire .... Alors, si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles, je le ferai.
