2 out of 4 directional tires were inverted during installation. Meaning 50% more risk during rain. This is a case of criminal negligence but luckily it didn't go further. EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED! Also, as written by another reviewer, be EXTREMELY wary of what they tell you regarding used cars. Pay for an inspection. This place is 0% trustworthy. They sold me a used car that already needed a break change. Apparently they needed to change the breaks before selling it but didnt. All this after asking me 600$. They are complete crooks, incompetent mechanics. After an argument with the manager they are currently changing my brake pads for free, but not after telling me I "abuse" the system lol. ****AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** trash.

I have had a terrible experience with my 2017 Kia Soul, which has left me stranded by the side of the highway 3 times in the last 12 months. Even worse has been the service I have received from the team at Kia Longueuil. This is the third car I have bought from this dealership, and they are more than willing to take your money and overcharge for their services but unwilling to help when their brand new car breaks down. My anti-slide break light comes on, and stays on, and then the vehicle will not accelerate, causing a very dangerous situation on the highway. Three times I’ve been stuck by the side of the road at night, far from home. Kia roadside assistance will only take you to the nearest Kia. The three different Kia dealerships I have been taken to have either tried to charge me for a loaner or refused to give me one, leaving me without means to get home. When I speak to Kia Longueuil, where I bought my car, they say they don’t have record of the issues, and that it’s basically not their problem. When I have brought my car in for other problems (transmission and power steering) they say they can’t find the problem or to “keep an eye on it”, no doubt until my warranty wears out. I have had this car only a year and a half and have had nothing but problems with it. The team at Longueuil Kia has been unhelpful and often rude. Stay away from this dealership.

This place is so poorly organized. I bought a brand new car from an other Kia dealership (Spinelli) in the West-Island. I went there to get my winter tires (as they had it in storage) and oil changed and they advised me that there was a recall on a piece of my car. Since they couldn't do the change right away, I called Kia Longueuil (since I live in the South-Shore) to take an appointment to change this specific piece. I gave the the service number/recall info and they booked me for the following week. I get to Kia Longueuil and the receptionist was nice. She took my keys and info and opened my file, did a tour of my car, asked me if i wanted to pay to get it cleaned (which i declined because it wasn't even dirty), asked me if i wanted to change the Spinelli sticker to their Kia Longueuil one (no thabks..) and told me it was going to take about 2 hours. I said no problem and went to go sit in the waiting room. She comes back almost an hour and a half later to tell me that they couldn't change the part because they didn't have it. WHY DID YOU TAKE THE APPOINTMENT IF YOU DIDN'T WHEN HAVE THE PIECE IN SHOP AND WHY DID YOU MAKE ME WAIT 1.5 HOURS. She then tells me that it's on back order and she doesn't know when they will receive it. I took off work specifically for this appointment. They called me back 3 weeks later. I'm at my appointment now and i let the receptionist know that i was unhappy from last time. She was nice but honestly my last visit left such a sour taste in my mouth that I never want to come back here again... we will see how long it takes to change the piece today.

Terrible service!!! There's a seller his name is Jean. He showed me car basically i like it it's was ok After discussion they requested 500$ for some special preparation of car which I don't know what for because i asked many times what for nobody explain and not provide any reports of what works has been done with car.just because if rules that all. And while discussing manager offer me antirast protection for it includes in this price. Ok we gave deposit 500$. Next week i asked many times by mail how is a car and carfax report the seller sent me by sms photo of report with bad quality. It's very strange now everything is digital and it's online. After many requests i received report for inspection of a car there was no signature and date where and when it has been done.ok I thought it minor. Next week we received a call that car is ready and we could come. Okay we came i saw Jean he even not recognize us not say anything. I asked can i see the car he said the car is not ready!!! So we request to speak with their manager ,so we spent time to came with family i asked it's very difficult to call before and inform about this situation? We have already plans to go. They just say car is not ready ???????????? something happens in garage. But what is nobody knows. It's so not professional we spent hours waiting for manager to discuss this situation.they offered to do all thing with car later but i don't trust them after such situation. We took deposit and never to Kia longueuil. It's very bad experience not recommended specially for this 500$ they charge not shure that is legal.

I never had to written a review but this is a worst experience at this KIA dealership. They're lucky that I rated 1 star, if there is negative star I will do in a heart beat. On the way back from our road trip to Toronto, unfortunately our car broke when we reached to Montreal, my husband and I found this shop and drop our car when it's open time at 7:30 am. We explained to them our situation, and emergency with 2 small kids. They said they would take a look at our car, however we waited from 7:30 UNTIL 5pm (their closed time), during the day we kept calling them to ask to give us some info so we find a place to sleep or stay and wait while they fix the car, but not one single updated. Finally they called at 5pm to say that our car can't be fixed on that day so we have to wait 'till the next day. We were wandered and waited, lucky we found a hotel room with expensive cost to stay and wait. Later one that day my husband put A REVIEW on their page with their poor customer service. Next day, so late in the morning he got a CALL from the "Owner" or whoever monitor the review, he THREAT my husband to take down the review or rewrite it if NOT, they're not fixing our car and return the key. So after 2 days of hostage our car and threating us because writing poor review. This is the worst threat and how they treat their customer, whoever read my review, THIS SHOP, THIS IS HOW THEY GET THEIR HIGH RATING REVIEW BY THREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I RECOMMEND YOU NEVER GO INTO THIS SHOP.

La receptionniste me dit que le directeur allait me rapeller pour en discuter et voir ce qu'il pourrait faire mais ils ne m'ont jamais mais jamais rappeler...aujourd'hui à 7:30am je vais au concessionaire pour un rappel concernant la pompe a huile du moteur qui devait durer environ une heure pendant l'attente je parle de mon insatisfaction à propos de ma visite precedente et ils me disent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire puisque ca fait trop longtemps de cela..mais si le directeur m'aurait rappeler comme il devait le faire peut etre qu'il n'aurait pas été trop tard non ??? et en plus, en fesant la réparation ils brisent une pièce et l'huile se vide au complet. À 9:15am le gars vien me voir et me dit qu'ils doivent garder mon vehicule. Résultat je ne peux pas conduire mon vehicule dans cette état la donc ils m'offrent le service de navette en me disant qu'ils doivent commandé la pièce et qu'elle va arrivé demain. La je suis comme vraiment faché en lui disant mais la VOUS avez brisé la pièce donc vous en etes responsable alors je demande une auto de location mais ils me disent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Pour de vrai c'est du vrai niaisage ce concessionnaire. Je suis maintenant prisonnier à la maison sans vehicule pour aller faire mes commissions ou peut importe quoi. Je deconseille fortement ce concessionnaire s'il n'apporte pas des changements à la qualité de leur service... Ahh et puis j'ai donné une étoile de plus pour le gentil monsieur du service de navette...tres sympathique.

Watch the extra fees when buying used. Went to test drive a used 2011 grand cherokee overland. I offered to buy the car at their listed price no bargain. I totally regret buying a car here! In the summer of 2015, I bought a used Kia Rondo (2012). Part of the negotiations were to have cruise control installed. Well, it's 2018 and I still don't have cruise control! Once the paperwork was signed, the director of sales Eric Brezza stopped answering my phone calls and emails. Well, I was told they couldn't give me an appointment until MARCH. Am I just supposed to not drive my car for a month? So I called Kia Brossard instead, and they're going to fix my car tomorrow. Don't waste your time or money at Kia Longueuil. Their service is abysmal.

Pour le service de ventes, jamais on ne m’a dit qu’on ne prenait pas des rachats de locations provenant d’ailleurs. On a tenté de me charger des frais de 500$ pour des frais de mise en route. En contactant mon concessionnaire d’origine ainsi que Kia Canada, ils m’ont confirmé que le concessionnaire ne pouvait pas me demander ces frais. Pour faire une histoire courte sur ce qui pourrait prendre deux pages avec ce premier vendeur, je dirais pour conclure qu'il ne m'a pas avisé que le véhicule avec était accidenté coté arrière droit pour une estimation de 4000$, ce qui pouvait impacter la ''certification'' et réduire certains avantages ET SURTOUT MA PRISE DE DÉCISION. Donc pour les véhicules insistez pour consulter le CARPROOF avant toute décision d"achat. Deux semaines plus tard n'ayant eu aucun suivi j’apprends en appelant que ce vendeur avait été limogé. Le plus ironique est que ce vendeur travaillait précédemment chez un autre concessionnaire Kia. ACTE 2 (Financement, assurance et garantie) Étant quand même intéressé par le véhicule qui semblait impeccable et ayant obtenu un prix me semblant raisonnable (ne pas oublier qu'à ce moment je ne savais toujours pas que le véhicule avait été accidenté) j'ai signé pour une offre d'achat et je suis passé rencontrer le directeur financier et assurance Mr Eric Ireland. Ce monsieur est très aimable, simple d'approche et l'entretien c'est bien passé. Cependant suite à mes questions certaines réponses sont restées floues et imprécises. Les voici: Ayant pris une garantie prolongée Mr Ireland me mentionne que si je n'utilise pas la couverture pendant sa durée prévue le montant que j'aurai payé me sera remboursé ou au prorata si je l'utilise. A ce sujet j'ai demandé plusieurs fois à voir un document écrit où ceci est mentionné. J'ai posé cette question de nombreuse fois lors de nos rencontres à Mr Ireland y compris lors de la livraison et je n'ai à ce jour obtenu aucun document donc aucune réponse valable. Concernant cette garantie prolongée j'ai également demandé le document complet pour connaître l'entièreté des conditions. La réponse ayant été que le formulaire disponible en concession disait tout (ce qui est faut évidemment). J'ai consulté Internet et trouvé ce document, cependant il n'y figure aucune mention de remboursement du montant payé de la couverture tel que je l'ai indiqué ci-dessus.
