I do not recommend having your Honda or any vehicle serviced here. I was having AC issues and they charged me $250 for an "inspection" and simply topped up my refrigerant. Within two days the refrigerant leaked out again and the AC no longer worked. They did not do the required complete inspection and it cost me extra time and money to go back and have it fixed correctly. When they did fix it correctly the next time, they damaged my centre console during the repairs and I had to take it back again for them to replace the damaged parts. Then during a long road trip in the middle of the summer when we were using the AC a lot, litres of water began pooling in the passenger footwell because they did not properly connect the condenser drain hose. Stupidly after this AC ordeal I took my car there to have the battery and charging system inspected. I needed a new battery in the end. When I got the car back, there was a dent on the front bumper that was not there previously. They seem nice a genuine, but they do not give a care about your vehicle.

This has been one of the worst car dealership visit I've had in my life so far. People who know I'm not gonna buy from them have dealt with me with more respect than the guy here. And this was despite the fact that I was serious and interested in making a deal. The guy introduced to me the prices of a Honda Pilot, but when I told him what i could sign off on, he got agitated and accused me of wasting his time on purpose. I wasn't interested in dealing with people who behave like they are entitled to my business. I have dealt with Honda Chambly before and found them a lot more courteous. Rude racists employees that yelled at me in the dealership. I was yelled and spoke down to me by honda salesmen because I didn't like the "deals" that they were offering me. Everyone heard and other salesmen came by to calm him down. He is the maneger there too! The dealership called me to come in to see them because they had a special deal to offer me if I traded in my 3 year old Honda CRV. The deal they offered me was to trade in my 3yr old CRV worth 20k, and pay another 25k for a brand new one. The only differences between the new one and my old one was side mirror cameras and a FOB keyless entry. They apologized for the awful salesmen, (which I appreciated), also, they begged me to keep bringing my car to them for servicing and asked me to come into the dealership again to make a better deal. I went in and the offer was almost the EXACT same! So instead I asked for 2 free deluxe car washes for compensation for the terrible treatment but they refused. Bottom line...a professional place like that should never ever treat a customer that way. It was an absolutely awful and shocking experience. They do not value me as a customer,at all. All employees there just want to make the dealership money using any tricks they have.

I don't think the little mileage in less than 3 months could have worn out parts so quickly - when changing the winter tires, 2 weeks ago: a winter tire was punctured - two weeks ago, in the midst of a downpour on the highway, my son called me panicked because the passenger side wiper had "creaked its camp" I will definitely not end the year with this car, let alone recommend this garage. How serious are inspections / repairs? Dominic Faucher welcomed me in a relaxed and friendly manner. My test drive was like taking a drive with a friend, friendly courteous conversation without any pressure to close me while I drove. Showed me features in a friendly relaxed manner. Had this been the right car for me, I'm 100% confident that I could worked a deal that would have been a winner for both of us.
