I think the price was higher than regular garages which is of course normal for a dealer. Je voulais simplement trouver un terrain d'entente entre les dommages et les coûts. 2) Après avoir fait mon dépôt sur le véhicule le jour de la collecte, ils m'ont annoncés que je ne pouvais pas partir avec celui-ci parce qu'ils attendaient une mise-a-jour et que leur système était offline. Ça prit 5 jours avant de pouvoir revenir le chercher. Il m'ont prêté une voiture de courtoisie sans frais pour compenser. C'est pas dramatique, mais c'est chiant quand tu achètes une voiture neuve à +50K et que tu viens de loins. Bref, je suis présentement en train de magasiner un 2ième Kona Electric et le concessionnaire que j'ai choisi est beaucoup plus simple et agréable.

Two hours later technicien said the gas cap was loose, which was not. They promised that if problem return they will reimburse the charge. Engin light came back, brought back the car, two hours later, they found the problem, but part back ordered. I ask to refund they did not, gave me a credit instead. Third visit I brought the car, it was planned that I would bring the car then I would get a courtesy car. 1.5 hours later, someone had to pick me up drive 20 to a Discount. A week later engin check came back. I brought it back, they couldn't diagnose told to bring it back when it does it again. Problem happens a gain, brought in the car, they finally figured they need to file the problem to Hyundhai. 2 weeks later call me for a 8 am appointment they promise I would leave the car and a courtesy car would be available. I get there, no courtesy car. Waited almost 1.5 hours for the car to arrive, I had to reorganise a full day of meeting at work. 6 appointment later and a day completely screwed. I hope this is the last visit. Maybe I am just unlucky, but 6 appointment isn't normal, especially the planning for courtesy car has nothing to do with luck, it simply poor planning. To top it all off, the loaner car has damaged door, perhaps a minor detail, but doesn't help on the overall weak experience. Santa Fe 2015 XL white, I wrote this review the same day as my last appointment.

Suite à ça, ils disent avoir réalisé un travail de moins d’une heure sous le capot « sans avoir touché » la nouvelle pièce qui présente un problème et ceci suite au séjour du véhicule dans leur atelier… Bref, trouvez-vous un autre endroit si vous êtes dans l’impossibilité de réaliser le travail vous-mêmes ou par quelqu’un de confiance. Ici la seule excuse que vous allez entendre est « on est surchargés, on a vite fait le travail » et oui, vite fait et mal fait. Donc, si vous recherchez un endroit pour qu’ils règlent un problème et en créent un autre pour que votre voiture devienne un « money pit » d’avantage plus grand, n’hésitez pas de book un RV chez Hyundai Longueuil La seule bonne chose est la communication par messages texte indiquant où et quand la voiture est prise dans l’atelier… RIP
