Very, very bad experience. I tried out a 2008 Volvo and it had a clear issue with the front wheels. The next day they said they fixed the issue and that it was something minor. I tried the car again and it sounded ok. They didn't give me the promised discount saying that they used that money to fix the problem!! The next day after I bought the car the issue started showing up again. Went to a certified service afterwards and they found a bunch of problems in the front and ended up spending much more then planned for a used 2008 Volvo. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them - don't trust them a bit. They just care about the sell - not the service! I'm very disappointed.

Sebastien you only get one star because you did replace the right head lamp, other than that, you did not give my daughter the report from your so called mechanic shop on the vehicle that we had agreed on when we saw the car, instead you just took the money which she gave you with no negotiations (over 7000$) and you let her leave with burn't brake bulbs, both rear flasher bulbs worn out ( that means the orange film on the bulbs were completely worn off,, SO THEY WERE WHITE! ) no gas in the car, like only 10 km range!! and for the interior shampoo I think it was done with a pressure washer sprayed in the car, the carpet is completely drenched with water and the car has a horrible smell because of the dampness in the vehicle which is making the window s all around condensate when the vehicle is stopped, anyways you do not have a satisfied customer but a very disappointed parent. You don't get Customer satisfaction because of price ! No sir, it is earned by building a relationship with your customer so that the experience will probably earn you referrals.

Toute cela est est clairement des choses qu'ils savent mais à la place de dire qu'il y a quelques defauts sur l'auto ils m'ont affirmé qu'elle est en "parfaite état et bonne pour un autre 150 000 km facile" Après avoir ramener le rapport que mon garagiste a fait sur l'auto on m'assure qu'on répare ces defauts gratuitement après la vente. Je n'ai qu'à prendre un rendez vous avec eux et on va s'arranger. Il le rajoute même dabs mon contract de vente 1 mois plus tard. J'appel encore et leur excuse est "on a pas encore la pièce" Pourtant il y a 2-3 concessionnaire dans le coin et du shipping express qui existe (même si le normal prendrais... 1-2 semaines max?...) En general pourri comme service. Il va falloir que je change les pieces moi même si je veut pas continuer d'abimer l'auto que je conduit. Edit: ils se font des commentaires sur leurs propre page poyr cacher les vrais. Apres avoir apeller, nada a changé.
