I called the day before to test drive a specific car and let my mechanic look it over, said I would be there at opening. I was ignored for 20 minutes and then was told I could not take it out because they only had one plate to test drive it. He said my mechanic could come there to inspect it (lol). De plus, lorsque l'ont me dit que les freins sont changés et que 2 jours après l'achat, les freins réveillent la métropole entière, cela en dit beaucoup sur la capacité/ honneté des employés. Même si plusieurs problèmes supplémentaires ont surgis et que plusieurs tentatives de résolution/ réparation ont eu lieu (transmission défectueuse bien caché), le patron était le même: inspection médiocre du véhicule, hypothèse du symptôme, automobile doit rester au garage, lorsque retour pour véhicule temps après, problème non résolu, et ainsi de suite. Si vous décidez de faire affaire avec eux, vous constaterez au fil du temps que leurs pratiques semblent douteuses, voire trompeuses, quasi comme de l'escroquerie. MAIS si vous êtes patients, polis et de bonne foie comme moi, vous serez tentés de penser autrement et de leur donner le bénéfice du doute. Ils opèrent comme trois enthités, dont le garage de mécanique, le département de ventes et le propriétaire (c'est la même compagnie). Donc, il en est facile de se passer la responsabilité entre eux et de déformer l'information du client quand bon leur semble. Donc pas de constance. Leur truc est d'essayer de faire mijoter les client le plus longtemps possible pour après questionner la légitimité des reclamations des clients en ce qui concerne des problèmes (et de vous trouver en dehors des 30 jours légaux de protection). Ne pensez en aucun instant qu'ils sont là pour vous aider ou vous faire une faveur. Ils sont là pour vendre et au plus sacrant, donc méfiez-vous des paroles comme par exemple, pièces changées, inspection faite sur place par un mécanicien, main d'oeuvre de courtoisie comme service d'après-vente dans le cas de futurs problèmes. Si ce n'est pas noir sur blanc, ils disent des salades. Donc, il s'avère impératif de faire une inspection avant d'acheter (vous ne serez plus excités à propos du prix affiché par contre, mais ils ne vous laissent pas inspecter). D'après ce que j'ai remarqué, toutes les 7 fois que je suis allé au mécanicien........ ( ce n'est pas bon signe), ce qu'ils font très bien c'est le lavage approfondi des autos qu'ils vont vendre, donc au moins vous êtes garantis d'avoir une auto qui sente super bon mais qui se déteriore en silence en-dessous du capot. Je veux faire ça clair, ils ont des prix très intéressants mais comme on dit, rien n'est gratuit dans la vie. Peut-être que vous ferez partie du 10% à décrocher une aubaine si l'auto ne vous éclate pas en pleine figure sur la 40 en une question de semaines, donc c'est un jeu de hasard avec peu de récompense en bout de ligne. Si vous achetez chez eux, FAITES GAFFE, faites votre propre inspection, n'écoutez pas la salade des employés et soyez conscients des risques. Ne comptez pas sur leur service de réparation, il est quasi non-existant, vous allez perdre du temps et de l'argent et vous allez vieillir plus vite dû la frustration. Dès que des clients semblent s'exprimer à propos d'Automobile Delest et leur mécontentement, le propriétaire semble tirer grand plaisir à se venter sur les plus de 1200 d'autos vendues par année. Dites-vous qu'il y en a au moins 1000 qui se retrouvent à la ferraille les mois d'après. Sur ce, bon magasinage, mais pas chez eux.

A month later, a problem with the down part of my car ( I knew because I went to get a oil change and the guy told me there was an issue and it was actually dangerous for me to drive with this) but they fixed it for me , FOR FREE.A couple weeks later, my muffler broke, 300$. A month later, my suspension, alignement, brakes EVERYTHING was bad I couldn’t even drive. I called Chris the owner and he was very unprofessional, he was threatening me and everything saying he couldn’t do anything when in my inspection review it said that my brakes were perfect.. 800$ of reparation. I always took care of the car I fixed everything that needed to be fixed, did all my oil change everything was perfectly done . Then I started to have electricity problems, keep in mind that the liquid of my wipers never worked and they checked it told my it was an electricity problem and they couldn’t fix it. So you see there was a problem since the beginning. Anyways now 9 months later my motor died and I don’t have a car anymore. WORST PLACE EVER I will definitely be going further with this situation because a car that was supposed to be in a good condition isn’t supposed to break down 9 months after buying it.
