Yes 5 Stars! What?! ???? After over 1 million views on my pictures/comments I can’t remember ever giving 5 stars as there is always room for improvement and always will but this is as close as it gets! After months of studying what my next wheels should be, watching you tube reviews and test drives, model reliability history.... AutoFlash, Sébastien, Leslie & the entire team made buying a car an experience as wonderful as the ride! I went to HGregoire and had found a good deal with one of the salesperson so I started the paperwork with the FNI, gave her everything she asked to finally comeback to me saying that I hadn’t had worked for the company long enough to be approved... I told her! Yo! I am an electrician in construction! We change employer as projects finish we move to another that’s our life! I then after maybe one month found something I was interested in... A Mini Cooper Coupe! I drove to Occasion Rive-Nord or something like that for a test drive... When I get there and go for a ride with the salesperson, I would ask questions about the model, talk about the 3 types of engines & he answers that he doesn’t know about mini coopers and how it’s impossible to know all the models!?... lol. Wow After talking to my mechanic about my interest, he told me to stay away from minis so I did & kept looking... Last Monday it was a holiday so made the best of it and looked trough autoTRADER and found something that seemed like a great deal in Saint-Hubert so I hoped in to my car and went there for a test drive... hhmmm Where do I start!? This place had a garage for an office, the windshield was cracked but he said oh if your financing goes trough we can fix that! So I took the thing for a ride and as I stopped to put gas in it I pulled on the handbrake and even on almost flat surface; this thing started rolling in neutral ???? I will give you one guess what the salesman’s words were when I mentioned it!?.. We will fix that ???????? After a couple of months of research and looking for a great second hand for my daily commute to job sites, I got really tired of driving from one end to the other of town taking hours of not days of my time to end up empty handed I just had enough!!! I called my Mechanic Alex and ask him... I am sorry to put you on the spot but you know everyone and every good or bad place for this part or that one so could you please tell me where I can go for a car that has great service and inventory?... He then told me... Robert I am in a rush but I know AutoFlash on Grande Allée has really great cars! So I got back into my car and went straight to AutoFlash Saint-Hubert and went in to inquire.... The receptionist was very pretty as professional and within minutes I had a salesperson taking care of me! I met Sébastien who just started there a few months ago & I asked for him to come outside so we could actually look at models instead of a computer screen like I had been doing for months now... As we were walking I started telling him about what my expectations were and we talked about what kind of monthly paiements I was looking for. I told him about my pst experiences and how even as an electrician I had been rejected after being told I was only working for the employer for two months & I was mad about such bad service! Sébastien listened and then said well of Course I understand & I guaranty you that we will find what you need in one of our lots and will have you approved no problem! They have so many great models for everyone it’s crazy! They had Nissan Versa SR, golf GTI , Civic SI, Lexus 250 and F version , Q series and BMW’s.... all like showroom ready! And then we got to the GLI 6 speed! With factory red callipers, red stiching and the lines... The rest of the comment is in the picture description ????

I recently traveled from Halifax to Montreal to purchase a vehicle at AutoFlash. I searched everywhere from Halifax to Montreal, and compared over 15 different dealerships in between looking for the best deal, and AutoFlash had the best price and best quality of vehicle for the amount of money I had. They also were very fair on the trade in value on the vehicle I was providing. When you call, ask for Jonathan! He was very helpful in explaining the process of purchasing a vehicle outside of Nova Scotia and answering the followup questions I had afterwards when I was in Halifax. I am 56 and have been buying vehicles privately and through dealerships for all my adult life, and AutoFlash was one of the better experiences I had!! Great selection, great quality and absolutely the best price. I know because I checked everywhere between Halifax and Montreal for the car I wanted. Also, the receptionist remembered me when I called in the next day.....and the owner made a point of coming to greet me before and after the sale was completed. Nice clean showroom, exceptionally polite and friendly people in the office. This may seem a little too good a review, but when you actually do receive good treatment when dealing with car purchasing, it should be celebrated!

A good car buying experience. Although the day after I got back, I found the car's passenger side door lock was damaged. After I contacted AutoFlash, they fulfilled their promise and replaced the door lock for me in only half a day. If AutoFlash could offer more flexible payment options, I think I could rate 5 stars.

I got a Mazda3 GT from them last year. Service was very good, car is running just fine, no issues. The sales executive offered me a extended warranty on the car saying that I can cancel it if I don't want within 30-45 days. I accepted it and got the warranty, but when I asked around few Mazda3 owners they advised me its not necessary. I contacted the sales executive who sold me the warranty well before 30 days and told him I am not interested and I want to cancel it, every time I called he talked very nicely and said no problem sir it will be done, person in-charge will contact you soon. I would wait for couple of days and call him back, he would have the same response. Finally it was past 30 days and I was tired of it, I called the person in-charge directly and tried to explain the situation , but she wouldn't listen, she told me its past 30 days and she can't do anything. I felt like I got scammed by these people. i have no complain about the car but its just not a right way to business, I am not sure if I am going to recommend them to anybody

He stayed in regular email and phone contact throughout the process and was knowledgeable regarding the out-of-province purchasing process. I live in Ontario, and they also managed cross-province deal in the best way. Special thanks to manager Christopher, for professional communication, detailed answers to all questions. He is not just selling cars, but really loves them and the auto business in general. It would be super great, if you could also perform some research and obtain the service history for most of your cars. I know, it is not always possible, and it is a very broad question (some retailers and auctions may not care or don't want to share the personal data, or how to reliably validate the history), but this could be useful for some clients, to plan upcoming service measures. But it is just a side note and idea, how to make already good service even better :)

So I decided to read the reviews and saw quickly that if I wanted to have someone serve me that it was definitely Simon. So I called him and made an appointment to see and test drive my future dream car. No problem he had it washed and cleaned so I could see what I was buying and not have any hidden imperfections. When I was finished with everything, I brought forward some concerns of mine about the car and the discussion was open and no problem! I will have that replaced for you if you decide to go forward the the sale. Everything from start to finish and the overall vibe at the dealership itself was stress free! They did their best to fall within our budget and even the financing with Chantal was painless and easy! From what started as me being happy with my purchase has become regret buying from a used car dealership whom I dealt with youssoupha and Charles. As it was my first car purchase i wanted a fairly low price on a reliable car. I think I made the mistake of trusting that people working on commission wouldn’t take advantage of a first time buyer. The price was set at $14,000 and in total I had to get a bank approval for $22,000. Personally I wanted to pay the full amount of the car 14,000 plus tax right away but they said they only do financing with the bank. I understand taxes and some of the fees, but $8000 is a lot more. From what I understood they got me approved for potential interest accumulation if it were to take me years to pay but the bank said no. I’m currently having a lawyer to tell me my rights. Then I found out it was also an added 3000$ extended warranty that I don’t want. I was lied to by the associate saying an extended warranty is good at any Honda dealership.Yet when I went to a Honda dealership they said there was no extended warranty when they checked their data. I just want my money back at this point, and they haven’t called me back. I’m hoping with this review I’ll get a call back with resolution. I feel scammed and taken advantage of by people who made it clear they need clients to finance for them to make any profit. If my problem is resolved I’ll delete this review and any future review I will make.

I bought a car from auto flash two months ago. They were not honest with because first, I bought a Nesian altima 2014, it had 6.9 interest. After i signed the contract, I found out that the intrest changed to 7.4, without consulting with me about the change. second, they gave me only one key for the car, which cost me an extra $300 for a spare key! Additionally, the tires of the car seemed old. I told the agent that the car tires look old and they should be replaced, he denied and said "they are good, and they are 75%". After one month, I discovered the front tire was fixed illegally! Which caused the tire pressue to always go down and it couldn't be fixed to say the least! Two weeks later, the back tire blew up because it was too old. I sent a letter and make a complaint about this; they said they will contact me, but I havent heard from them since! That is why I beleive this company is dishonest and untrustworthy.

I bought Used Audi Q5 with 100,000 km from this deader I have to say they are very professional and very respect the customer's right The sale representative "Simon "explained everything for me and he showed all document from carproof to car inspection After one week my car showed alert and run out of coolant liquid I panicked and call the Service" Sam" he asked me to bring car for services and they even pay me the cost of towing my car and taxi they fixed the problem and brought my car to my home After two days again my car out of windshield water although it was Sunday but I sent email to Sam he called immediately and ask me to bring the car for services They fix the problem , I mean all these problems could not show on inspection until I drive the car and I think it is logic but the way Sam respect me and was patient when I was horrified and angry , I have to say very interesting he said" don't worried we will fix it believe me your car is a good car Mam" I bought used car from different dealer ,first time from Toyota dealer which they were good too, Second time from Chevrolet Hamel which was the worst one and this is third time from Auto Flash which was the best. I recently came to test drive a Mazda 5 and was planning to buy it. It was posted at $8000 and needed about $1000 worth of repairs, which was a higher price than other comparable models I had seen, relative to its condition. Brakes, suspension, engine light, minor exterior damage, funny smell, also there were crayon drawings on the inside roof of the car! The salesperson told me they did not allow buyers to take cars for third-party inspection before purchase, which was rather surprising. Also that they insisted on selling the car 'as is' unless I paid for the repairs at their place. I tried to negotiate the price vs. repairs and they were only willing to significantly 'lower' the price if I did financing, which would result in me paying the original amount over time, as well as get the dealership additional payments from the bank. As I tried again to negotiate, the manager came over, and was utterly rude, saying, 'what is it you don't understand?? Our prices are good already, and maybe this just isn't the car for YOU and YOUR budget! That's my final offer' He was so condescending that I immediately got up and left. I had discussed the situation with a mechanic and he told me, 'I wouldn't touch that car for $8000'. There is a reason that this car was unsold for three months, and I'm sure the manager was part of the reason. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is that the first salesperson was cordial and professional, and apologized to me for how the manager finally treated me. After that, I'm looking to buy a car from a private person, someone who isn't looking for a commission or bank payouts for financing.
