If I could give them a zero I would. They sold me a vechicle that was not road ready and tried to get away with it! I called consumer protection and asked what I should do and they said I should call them back to fix it up. I called them back and had to return the vechicle to be repaired. I had to pay the half ass repairs that they did and It was returned to me with a cracked back bumper! Stay away!! stay far away!

Weirdest experience I ever had. Drove in from Ontario, and let the agent know i was interested in his car but that there was also another car by another seller I was possibly interested in at a comparable price. Test driving his car suddenly became an issue, and the agent did not want to let me test drive if I didn't agree first to his price. I told him that his car did interest me, but I wasn't 100% sure I wanted this one jus yet. I wanted to be able to test drive the car first. He told me no, that I should go test drive the other car from his competition instead, and come back to him if I didn't like it. This annoyed me. I came all the way from Ontario to check out his car and I started questioning why they wouldn't let me take a test drive without confirming beforehand I was going to buy the car. The conversation deteriorated and ended with the guy literally screaming and swearing at me. I went on to the next place, but unlucky for me the car had sold. Had I had a chance to test drive the car and liked it, I would have made up my mind today to purchase the car, but I will wait and keep looking for a dealership that is interested in selling.

Bought a used BMW x6m and paid overs $40k for it. Since I’m in Ottawa I had to negotiate via telephone site unseen. I was very clear I was expecting full disclosure since I was buying site unseen. I was informed that the vehicle was fully reconditioned and was 10/10. After arriving in Montreal and gave a visa deposit and processed paperwork with finance company I notice vehicle was not 10/10 as described by sales person Jean-Hugo Harvey. Tires were balded and windshield had a chip. I then told sales manager Remi I wasn’t interested in vehicle. He convinced me to still buy it and would give discount so I could buy news tires and repair windshield. Told me everything else was 100%. After hesitation I decided to buy the vehicle. Shorty after I arrived in ottawa I noticed a engine light came on and lack of power. I brought to my mechanic to verify. He informed me that there is engine issues with the vehicle. I sent via email to Jean-Hugo that the vehicle needs engine repairs and that they had the choice of fixing it or I would get it repaired at their cost since the vehicle is still under Quebec Consumer ACT warranty of 30 days. They have refused to repair the vehicle. I am in the process of repairing the vehicle and filing small claims court. BUYER BEWARE. DON’t trust these guys.
