Complete waste of time. I called 30 minutes ahead about a vehicle I had been discussing with a salesmen about through email, just to make sure it was still there and to give them a heads up in case it was not accessible on the lot. After arriving, one of the employees told me the car was at a different lot and had to go get it, which took 30 minutes. After it arrived, I found out that a deal had already been made with another client supposedly in between when I called and when I arrived! They couldn't explain why they made me wait 30 minutes for the car to arrive but they did offer to let me outbid the person who had previously struck a deal, who happened to be right beside me (I don't think we realized that we were both waiting for the same car to arrive). Completely unprofessional!

Même pas eu le temps d'aller voir un garagiste (Nous étions en Vacances) et même pas deux mois après l'achat du véhicule et à peine plus de 3000km, le moteur nous claque entre les doigts sur la route. Moteur mort. Vacances gâchée, obligé de se faire remorquer sur 450km jusqu'à Rivière du Loup. Nous étions bloqué sans voiture en haute Gaspésie avec le village le plus proche à une heure à pied !!!!! En arrivant chez le garagiste non seulement il faut changer le moteur au complet et tout ce qui va avec, mais ils nous montrent que les freins arrière sont complètement usée et le frein avant droit supposé être neuf avait été endommagé par une mauvaise installation. Les roulements de roues arrières était également endommagé. À peine plus tard, évidemment le catalyseur gorgé d'huile et complètement mort est à changer. Retour au garage. Nous venons à peine de récupérer la voiture. Résultat = plus de 7000$ de réparation. Heureusement que nous avons eu la bonne idée de prendre une garantie, mais évidemment ils ne pouvaient pas tout couvrir. Nous avons dû sortir quasiment 3000$ de notre poche en tout et pour tout. Nous avions payé la voiture en totalité sans financement et nous étions en plein déménagement, et de travail, et nous avions bien expliqué que nous voulions une voiture qui tienne la route. Vincent nous a répété plusieurs fois que nous n'avions aucunes inquiétudes à nous faire que tout était ''correct'', Nous sommes aujourd'hui par leurs fautes dans un chaos financier sans nom, sans parler du préjudice moral que nous avons eu. Évidemment nous allons prendre des mesures nécessaires pour obtenir un dédommagement financier et moral dans toute cette affaire dont nous peinons encore à nous remettre aujourd'hui.

Staff was friendly, answered all questions asked and were upfront and truthful about the vehicle's history and flaws - no hidden schemes. The vehicle we purchased was a 2007 Lexus Is250 AWD; phenominal car that drives amazing, be it with some issues within the first inspection + test drive. Auto 450 offered to replace all the brakes, linkages and axle. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle and make our final payments, they kept their word and everything was replaced; brand new brakes, linkages, etc. and at an unbeatable price. Auto 450 was the first used dealership I experienced and I can't think of a better one to go to after recieving my vehicle.
