We bought a nissan rouge with finance and everything was fine until i noticed issues (a/c, rear wiper/ brakes and plaquettes), first of all they didnt tell me anything about the issues, then a very rude lady told me the warranty will cover just up to 200$. Je suis vraiment frustrée de cette situation. Qu'est-ce que cela signifie ? Avez-vous quelque chose à cacher ? De plus, avant la vente du véhicule le monsieur m'a certifié qu'il allait faire des réparations ce qui n'a pas été fait ( alignement...). À ce jour je reste toujours à l'attente des documents et je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. Je ne veux même pas parlé du service à la clientèle qui laissent entièrement à désirer.... De la part d'une cliente complètement frustrée et désemparée de cette situation qui perdure dans le temps sans raison valable !!!!!!!
