I just purchased a pre owned 2013 Corolla and all I can say is that the sales team were fantastic ! From the very beginning of our car search which started in September 2017, Justin Maki kept me updated daily with any pre owned inventory that came in. Justin knew our budget and the model and year/mileage we were looking for. Justin always made sure that we were offered the best deals possible and communicated with us very effectively. Sean O'Grady was very professional and helpful. Sean was not pushy unlike some other salespersons we had come across in other dealerships. Sean listened to our concerns and needs and he delivered 100 %. my Daughter went to Toyota town for service on her vehicle. She knew that I was going to Be searching for a new car so she spoke to Gwen at Toyota town. Gwen was very informative and assisted my daughter in taking a rav 4 for a test drive. Gwen gave her tons of information which was passed on to me. Later that day I spoke to Gwen on the phone. Long story short Gwen helped us pick out the perfect vehicle. We are thrilled with her service and will highly recommend her and the company to others!!!
Amazing staff & service. Greeted immediately on arrival, checked in & given a coupon for a beverage of choice by service adviser. Waited in a comfortable lounge with television & free Wi-Fi while service being completed. They discovered that both my cabin & engine filter required changing & checked first with me as to whether they could perform the service before doing anything. Would recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to get full value from their vehicle.

Sometime in late Spring or early Summer last year my son did a lot of research ending up sending my wife with the best ideas presented him online to purchase a vehicle from Toyota Town. There the pair of them and probably my son's soon-to-be fiance met with Nick Sinko. He showed them a Venza and my son did some more research on such things as dependability, stamina, and all other manner of interesting things. In the end it was a great experience for all and they bought that specific car. I didn't meet our new car for a couple more days and was quite impressed. In January of this year we drove that car all the way to Florida for that wedding I had mentioned earlier. All I can say is what a blast it was and what an absolute treat driving that Venza all the way to Florida and back actually turned out to be. All I can say is thanks to Nick Sinko who I never met by the way and yet I found him to have treated all of us very well. My thanks too to the dealership since for all your help...
Excellent professional staff, very friendly people on service and parts departments. Quality work done on my 2010 RAV4. I came to this place after private garage shop and was impressed of inspection and recommendation that was done on my car. Final cost: cheaper and better parts. They always keep customer in touch and inform. Good shuttle service. Convenient waiting area with cafeteria .

This is our 3rd vehicle that my wife and I have purchased at Toyota Town from Brian Komar. Great service. Great guy. Mustard are well versed in what they are doing. Good passing on of information, on current visit and possible work required on next visit. Check sheet was very complete. Only concern was what to do for 2 hrs of wait. Chairs weren’t that confirtable. I understand the problems caused by COVID 19. But still. On a poor weather day, your stuck on a fairly hard chair. I thank Mustang for helping me out. I was in the bathroom, when they called my name, and missed it. Mustafa knew the car was done and saw that I was still waiting. He came in and took me up to the desk and got me on my way.

Shopping for a new car was a very easy and enjoyable experience with Tomasz. He sat down, asked what we were interested in, and let us take the vehicles we had narrowed down out for test drives. After determining the car we were interested in, Jackie Vera was more than happy to discuss our options with us. When it was decided we were going to purchase a new car, Lilliana helped us through the financing process in an efficient and courteous manner. Finally, when the car arrived, we dealt with Tomasz again. He remembered personal details we had told him about in our initial meeting and was very attentive. He showed us the key features of the Rav4 that we would be interested in, and also helped with syncing my phone. I went in Tuesday for a service and recall. The customer service was amazing. I had a few issues, one being my seat track cover broke off for the second time on it's own, but on the left side instead of the right side. It was replaced the first time free of charge, but this time I was told I had to pay for it. Didn't end up doing it. Other than that it went really well and it was all finished before the scheduled time, so that was great

My wife and I recently purchased our 4th Toyota in the last 6 years --all were from Toyota Town and exclusively our sales Rep was Sylvia Donovan--who is knowledgeable and very helpful for each purchase. The dealership is well stocked with vehicles and it is obvious that the sales team must be professional--there is a dealership where we live but we choose to drive 70 miles to deal with Toyota Town and Sylvia which should be enough said
I purchased my 2010 RAV4 Sport from a dealership in town. It had come off of a lease from ToyotaTown so I continued with servicing it at ToyotaTown. The staff have always been excellent. The prices and service I receive from ToyotaTown have always been top notch. My parents have always purchased Toyota vehicles and have always had great experience with the brand and dealership service. In Feb of this year I brought my RAV4 in for service and decided to explore some new vehicle options as the RAV4 was now 8 years old, just had a water pump replacement and needed more and more maintenance. My RAV4 was appraised by Lee and I was pleasantly surprised for the amount I was offered. The RAV4 had some cosmetic issues that needed repair and I was sure I was going to receive a low price. I had been researching Tacomas and decided this was the vehicle I was going to purchase. Baz was great in showing me the details and safety features of the 2018 Tacoma. The price was right where my husband and I were comfortable paying and Andre from Finance was very kind and helpful. The process to obtaining a new vehicle was painless! I had never purchased a new car before. I'm very happy with my experience at ToyotaTown and will continue to be a loyal customer for many years.
My experience at ToyotaTown was an enjoyable one. Shawn helped me compare the two models of the new 2014 Corolla and answered all of my questions, as well as provided a lot of detailed information about the vehicle. On the day of picking up the car, Shawn was able to pick me up from a friend's place and drive me to ToyotaTown. I greatly appreciated this extra service as I do not live in London. I could have financed a Corolla from another dealership in my current city, but chose ToyotaTown because of the excellent customer service and kindness that Shawn showed during my visit.
Suzanne is amazing and so helpful. I was very particular on what I wanted and suzanne was very patient with me. I was running around trying to find a car and every time I messaged suzanne she would be willing to help me no matter what. I did not end up getting a toyota but she went out of her way for me when I was looking. Highly recommend her for anyone that wants someone that's not pushy and patient suzanne is the best person to talk to.
We had just moved to Canada and needed to buy a car. We saw one that fit our needs on the ToyotaTown website and went down to test drive it. We knew what we were looking for and what our budget constraints were and weren't pressured to change either. Shawn and the finance team worked with us to make sure everything was taken care of. They even threw in a set of new Summer tires (we bought the car with winter tires on it). We would definitely buy from them again.

Mustafa worked with us to get replacement tires and although email communications were less than ideal he persisted to get us a good product and a good price.
Just purchased a 2012 Rav4 from Ken. He was terrific. Nicole in finance was also terrific. The dealership has some funny ideas about customer service, like car purchasers can't be picked up by the courtesy vehicle to pick up their car because that's only for people who are getting service. Who made up that rule? Anyway, I've got the car, it works fine and I like it.

Extended warranty covers bumper to bumper and staff are willing to ensure repairs are fully covered prior to beginning work. Staff are not pushy and can fit service schedule to your bugetary needs. Purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma recently. I was humming and haaing four years ago and ended up with a different vehicle, which was good, but I alway regretted not getting the Tacoma. After a lot of looking around, I purchased a double cab tacoma and wish I had done it years ago! The attention to the little details, not to mention the reputation of the truck sold me. An incredible value when you look at the complete package you get! The Sales team (Sean and company) made the purchase easy, suited to my crazy schedule and a great experience. The service is always prompt and you can trust the technicians to provide the best care for your vehicle. On my most recent visit we were assigned to a Service Advisor named Mike Minarsky. He went above and beyond to provide the best advice and to ensure that we received the best service and pricing possible. He exceeded my expectations by helping me process a warranty claim with Michelin that was settled within a few days. Mike is a proud employee who takes his job very seriously and he is definitely an asset to his dealership and service team! I will definitely be buying my next car at Toyotatown!
I was looking for a new van. I was interested in a New Sienna. I was told i could not buy this van that i had to lease it. Then 2 months later i get a text from the sales person saying good news you dont have to lease any more you can buy it..come on in now and get it. Sorry about your luck but I had already gone to another dealership and Bought a new vehicle. I was so upset at them telling me that rule when other dealerships sold them. After that I was glad to go somewhere else. I ended up going to Dodge and got a whopping 25% rebate! And an entry into a $100,000 draw in January! Better than 649 id say.

Car had a stain on the hood, warranty covered it and Toyotatown took care of booking the appointment, getting it fixed quickly and at the last minute got me a rental car. They even offered to pick me up if I needed a ride. The service advisor Corey Joudry was excellent! Calling me several times to make sure I remembered the appointment and afterwards to make sure I was pleased with the job. He even got me a rental car at the last second to make sure I could get around while the car was in the shop. Great service at Toyotatown.
Toyotatown recently contacted me to do a recall. I took my car in and got a pleasant surprise. I asked if they could check the final bit of inspection of the addition of 2 new tires to ensure everything is safe. They did the final step without a problem and saved from having go back to Canadian Tire who did the install. They did the recall in the a listed time too. They were totally professional when dealing them. I have found a great dealership so had to share.

Hi, I would like to share my most recent experience with Toyota Town service. I have been a client of yours for the last 10 years and the service was outstanding so far. My disappointment came recently. In the last month and a half I came twice scheduled and ones unplanned. Both times I had one and the same advisor Helena Vrabec. The first time I asked twice my wiper blades to be replaced with new ones. I was unpleasantly surprised to see that this wasn't done. I drove for 8000km with poorly working windshield wipers waiting for my next appointment. But that wasn't everything. My new winter tires came without tire air caps on the valve stems. The third surprise came on the next day when the TPMS light came on. I needed to make another appointment and to come and reset the light because it wasn't done when the tires were switched. I honestly value my time and coming back for this was unnecessary. Now I am coming to my most recent appointment. The same experience. I asked 2 time for my wiper blades to be replaced and what was my surprise when i saw this missing in the paper work. Finally after the third reminder I got them. Car wash - I was asked if I want the car wash. I said of course and I asked how long it could take. The answer was "I don't know, I don't wash it". Really!.....and after all this I waited 1 hours and 15 min for Service 1. I think Toyota Town could do much better job and to go back to the previous good quality work because great service means more than just selling cars. Veselin
Amanda Krug was an amazing Service Advisor. She knew I was new to the area and to ToyotaTown so she spent extra time with me showing me the ins and outs of bringing the truck in for service. Amanda explained why the oil change would take a bit of extra time (an additional panel to be removed...who knew?!) and then proceeded to show me my very dirty air filters - engine AND cabin...(again, who knew!) and recommended replacement which was done for part cost only - very nice. ToyotaTown also discovered a leaky coolant hose and has set me up to get it fixed. Very happy with today's service and will know exactly what to expect when I come back in next week. I also need to mention that the waiting room is really a lounge area - very comfie couches where I sat and read my book while they worked on my truck. I am a happy lady!
We were after a new car. I went late in the afternoon on the advice that a demo would be there to take home. After over an hour the rep admitted the car was not avail. Until noon the next day. We showed up the following day and waited a further 30 minutes while he ran around frantically. Once he found the car he said he would put gas in it. Twenty minutes later he returns with a rav4 that was scratched and filthy. Luckily the rav 4 drove like an unwieldy ocean liner. It made it easy to say we hated the car to and not the service. Finch Hyundai checked all the boxes for us.

We were looking for an SUV - wither a demonstrator or gently used - no more than 1 year old. We were impressed that neither our sales rep nor the staff tried to pressure us into looking at or trying more expensive units. They also gave us a decent figure for our trade-in. We got great turn around time and had our vehicle in 48 hours. We think that this vehicle is probably the best driving vehicle we have ever had thanks to our sales person Justin Maki!

I purchased my first new vehicle at ToyotaTown, a 2017 Tacoma. I never felt any pressure during the process and all of my questions answered. From Sales, to Finance and to John for delivery, all staff were great to deal with. My wife and I will definitely be back when we need to replace our second vehicle.
Came in to get a my new used car serviced to see what was wrong with it not starting up. Found out my battery I had in my car was dead and I needed to get a new one after 6 months. Apparently, everything was out of warranty so I needed to get new battery. I bought this used car here too. Everything seemed to be fine but it didn't seems to be. After I had this car in for the battery issues, I drive thing thing off the the lot and pull into a drive thru. I hear something squeaking that wasn't there before after this new battery was put in. I then schedule another appointment to see what's up with the squeak. I get told that there is nothing we can do to look it over on Saturday after almost sitting there for 2hours. The new issue after the battery being replaced still has a squeak to it after I was told "we can't hear anything". Been coming here for 10 years now and definitely will not be coming back after 2 new issues with used car that I thought was in good condition.

I recently moved to the city from another one, which I have long-lasting and satisfactory business relation with the Toyota dealer there, however, I didn’t though I will find a new home at ToyotaTown in London this soon. Their service department people were giving me a good first experience with their service, which was hospitable, accommodating, cooperative and with efficient. Since then, I became regular here and very happy with the service, especially from Amanda Krug, service advisor. She is a kind, good-listener, compassionate and empathetic in giving me service advices and flexible pricing. Our family was looking into a used vehicle, and we ended up finding a 2017 Camry SE at Toyotatown. Brian was amazing to deal with! If I didn't get a horrible sales rep, I would have bought a car 6 months ago! The saleswomen I was paired with to "help" me tried pushing a lease on me, when I was very clear I wanted to BUY a car... She did not listen to my wants or show me vehicles that might interest me once I told her what I was looking for & my price point. Honestly I was so disappointed with my experience at Toyota, I almost didn't buy a Toyota!!!! But I sure am glad I did :) ... just took much longer than it should have. ToyotaTown could really work to improve their customer service!! It's been said before & I'll say it again... they make such a good car... they don't need to worry about their customer service.... tisk tisk.
We had the most amazing salesperson at Toyotatown. Dave was casual, yet professional - a style that fits us perfectly. We quickly felt that he was genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Any worry that we would be pressured to spend more money than what we were comfortable with rapidly dissipated. We left feeling confident that we could have a lasting relationship with Dave and that he would do his best possible work for us.
A couple of months ago I purchased a new RAV4 Limited from ToyotaTown and had a great experience. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle with Kevin Swan and was impressed with his laid back style. He answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to buy a vehicle at any point. I eventually decided to upgrade to a RAV4 Limited and he found one for me. The rest of the process went very smoothly and I love my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Kevin and ToyotaTown.
December 18, 2021 at around 1:00pm my husband entered the dealership hoping to view a 2022 Highlander because we want to get one in the next two to three months. Also to find out the availability of the car, and was surprised to find out the receptionist only warmly greets people of her skin colour. I didn't think skin colour mattered anymore. The whole team there at Toyotatown from reception, sales and parts made my husband felt that he wasn't good enough to shop there. I guess being an asian working man is no longer welcome there. He was in disbelief people still get discriminated by the way they are dressed and their skin colour. He won't be going there again. We use to be customers there but not anymore.
We recently purchased a 2017 Tacoma from Frank Circelli, and the entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. He made the buying process incredibly simple, while thoroughly explaining important key features and benefits as well as ensuring we were comfortable with what we were purchasing. Had really bad experience. Once the car is out from dealer and sale is closed. They dont care much, no responsibility. Bought new corolla 2021 model from them, very next month rattling noise started from driver side window. When i informed them, it was told tat I need to open passenger window slightly down to eradicate the noise which makes no sense to me. Tried tat option, still same noise, again went back to them, foreman did test drive and heard ticking noise from driver window. He advised to drop off vehicle, evening they called and told tat regulator needs to be replaced. How come new vehicle regulator got faulty in 1 month? They are not sure wats real issue. Finally, they changed regulator. There was no noise for 1 month. Again, ticking noise pops out. Informed the same to service manager john. The response was to wait till GM comes back from vacation. This is totally unacceptable. I told why i should wait for him. Next email from service director was you are banned from this service facility. You can go to other service facility. Also, after first service i started getting noise from dash.so overall it was bad new purchase and service experience. Recently i contacted them regarding the same issue. The response from one of the sales rep was “dont bother us you spoke to GM i can’t do anything on this”. The worst thing is that they are not bothered to pick my calls. I paid 5000 down and upon that facing this ignorant behavior from management. This is how they treat customers. According to them all noises from vehicle are normal and if we question them then they won’t entertain anymore. Really frustrating experience.
Terrible service, very unprofessional, car came out with more issues than it went in with. Took the car in to have daytime running lights adjusted. They advised a new part was needed for extra cost and labour. After installation, the lights still did not work. Ever since they added and removed the part, we have had electrical issues with the car (driver can no longer use door panel switches for windows on any other doors, high beams only work if the lever is held the entire time). Lied about how long it would take to service the car (said they needed the car the whole day, turns out they only needed it for about an hour). When we tried to address the concerns with management, they were rude, talking over me when trying to speak, accepted no responsibility for the issues or the lies. Avoid at all costs
This was our second car purcase in the past 5 months, before walking in to toyota town we tried another dealer and our time was wasted listening to a sales person who wants to sell us every option instead if meeting our requirments. We decided to try toyota again and we get what expected a reliable car and an excellent customer service.Justin understood our new requirments the moment we walked in and helped us reach an informed decision quickly . He worked with us on all the constraints we had and was able to recommend the car model and the best finance options that meet out needs . We did not expect to finish a deal within the first visit but the customer service was excellent enough to let us in the deal before leaving the door.
Mustafa is an amazing Service Specialist and very attentive to the customer’s needs. He is also very good at replying to emails/phone calls. He is very detail with the service center recommendations and sends corresponding links for customers to review and make an educated decision. He is very personable and enquirers even after the service visits about the previous work. What really makes my day is the complimentary car wash. It’s worth the drive to Toyota Town.... oh, in case you forget... the name is “Mus-ta-fa”. His phenomenal level of service and customer interaction is what brings customers into the dealership long after their vehicle purchase and he should be commended for his level of service.
Great sales staff, I said from the start please treat me with respect (don’t bs) be honest and fair and I will do the same. By the end of the 3 hour test ride of 2020 RAV4 and Camry I ended up purchasing the 2019 Avalon lol. I couldn’t resist with the price and add ons Vlad offered like rust proofing winter tires included with remote start and window tinting. Tom the sales rep. Young guy has lots to learn as I’m also in sales I offered some tips and device hopefully he sticks with the industry wish him much success.
I went to Toyota Town to look at a 4Runner. It was a little out of my looking range but was priced reasonably for the vehicle and state. Sean O’Grady took the time to give me all of the details about the vehicle, my options, and didn’t try to rush me. He took the time to listen to and address my concerns without being pushy or condescending. I ended up returning to purchase the 4Runner the day after my original visit. In that time, the team had already done some research and when I returned, they offered me a quote for warranty that was better than the original offer. On the day of delivery, Sean took the time to review everything, make sure I knew how the entertainment system worked, and made sure everything was setup properly. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the dealership.
Our 19 year old car was due for replacement and my husband and I started looking into what we wanted. After deciding to buy another smaller car, we eliminated a few dealerships/makes off the top but were determined to visit at least 3 dealerships. Due to my parents positive experience at Toyota Town we started there. It was a saturday afternoon and it seemed relatively busy - full of customers just like us. After inquiring at the service desk, we were placed with Justin Maki. He was a very friendly individual who brought us on a test drive. Truth be told - I'm not a fan of having the car salesman drive with me. Though I appreciate being taught the intricacies of the car prior to my test-drive, I much prefer taking the car on my own but I digress. After the test drive we went back to talk numbers. After some further discussion of our needs he had to go into the back to discuss with his manager. I felt that this part was unnecessary and seemed to take a very long time (we did have our 4 year old at the time so maybe my perception was a little skewed). Regardless, he came back with figures that met our budget. As this was the first dealership we visited that day, we weren't ready to make a commitment to that car on the spot which I felt slight pressure from him to do. However, we did leave the dealership knowing that Justin had given us all the relevant information to make an informed decision. In the end we didn't purchase a car from here, however they have great products and Justin Maki was overall a pleasant salesperson.

I was at Toyota town couple days ago just to ask about a part of my vehicle that broke off accidentally. I was amazed because they attended to me right away and got me a spot with a mechanic, when I thought i would have to book an appointment for another day. I called Toyota Town and spoke with David High, David answered all of my questions promptly and insured I was well taken care of. Our transaction was an unexpected one based merely off a browse and resulted in an offer I couldn’t say no to no matter how much I wanted to!! The deal we were able to work out on our Tacoma was excellent, we felt comfortable, never pressured and as if we were talking to a friend throughout with both David and Nicole. Whenever our friends and family are looking we never hesitate to send them to Toyota town to meet with David as we know they’ll have a top notch experience.
Don't ever have your vehicle serviced by these people, their service department is shady and dishonest. My Sister brought in her Toyota Corolla to have the airbags replaced under a recall. Shortly after dropping off the car they called and told her she needed to have the throttle body cleaned. This was a total scam, they sprayed some carb cleaner on it and charged her for almost an hour labour plus the spray! No business should be looking to sell a non-essential (in this case a totally unnecessary) service while a vehicle is in for a recall. The person in charge of the service department should feel ashamed for taking advantage of my Sister. This is why people call factory dealerships "stealerships", this practice of telling someone they need an unnecessary service is beyond shady, shame on you ToyotaTown and your service department!

I recently sold my car and was looking to get a good car which is a real difficult task. I went to over 7 dealerships but didn't get anything good. Then I found out about Toyota Town and called them. I spoke to Stephanie Davis and provided me the details of a Prius. But the problem was I live in Brampton and they are located in London, ON. Stephanie assured me that they will deliver the car at my doorstep and also if I am not satisfied with car they will take it back. I got the deal and she came to my office on the given time. I had very bad experience with toyota town , i called for make appointment, they said come at 3 pm, when i went there they said u don’t have Apponitment, after that there was one sale person come to me , I thought he gonna help to buy a SUV, when i told him , i wanna buy highland hybrid, he said they don’t have . I was welling to buy , but he didn’t welling to sell. My appointment finished in 2 minutes . Wht i feel they don’t like brown peoples.
We bought a rav 4 off Bryan, he was a wonderful sales person very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and organized. However we will likely never buy from Toyota Town again because of their mediocre service. We bought the rust warranty for almost $1000 which included a undercoat, upon getting the car home after delivery I look at the quality of the job the techs did and it was done very poorly, plenty of spots missed such as corners and out of the way areas, definitely not a "get what you pay for job" in a negative way. If you get your car undercoated I highly recommend double checking their work (sad I have to say that about a professional company). When my wife went to pick the car up after returning it to get it re undercoated they lost the keys to the car and had no idea who my wife was or that the car was even there, even tho she called an hour before to confirm it was done. It's very sad on the service department that they gave us this as a first impression as new customers. Will likely not be a repeat customer. Update: after taking the car back to get it re undercoated for the 2nd time, I crawled under the car to inspect their work again. And like the first time they still missed areas especially under a large plastic cover that they didnt bother removing. I will take the car back in for a 3rd time to get it delt with when I go to use my one free oil change. I highly recommend against getting toyota town to under coat your car because of the constant letdown and laziness in their service. I will not take the car there for any further service.

The main manager of the store did not pursue us into purchasing more warranty, even after his long explanation. We REALLY appreciated that. Nice experience.

Today I came for an engine oil change of my Toyota Corolla 2017, and on the invoice (#TOCS675775) the number of kilometres driven is incorrect. On the invoice the kilometres is 83, 337 and on my car it shows 83, 837. Moreover, they did not do an engine oil change, instead they staggered the date. They put a sticker on my car as they extended the kilometres and the date of the next engine oil change without performing one today. My car can be damaged this way. They are misguiding and broke my trust. Without changing the engine oil, they simply extended the date.
I test drove a Prius with Justin Maki. I enjoyed his honesty and learning about his passion for music along the way was wonderful. I didn't end up buying it but I will call him up when I look for a Toyota.
Jason in the service department was wonderful. He did everything he could to get me a VERY reasonable price on a set of winter tires. They did not push me to have any unnecessary repairs or services and the shuttle service is very convienient. Will be taking my car there in future from now on!

I just bought a used 2014 Toyota Corolla from Baz Afara from Toyota-Town in London ON. I was very impressed with the sale representative. Baz asked what I was looking for and gave me some recommendations. Upon selecting a car and test driving it, I wasn't very happy with the way it drove. Baz had no problem finding me what I was looking for based on my experience driving the first car. He gave me the keys to the 2014 Toyota Corolla and it was the perfect fit for me! Everyone at Toyota-Town was extremely kind and helpful, when I told them this was a first car purchase for me they immediately knew to go over all the things I should know about when buying a car whether it was from Toyota or not. They gave me the information about my car and went through all the specs, this is what sold me on the car because I felt like I knew what I was buying. The worst car show I've ever seen. I arrived at the showroom at six in the evening, knowing that they close at seven. The employee in the reception was very nice. She tried to find a sales person for us to serve us, but I see her from far away whenever she went to someone he refused to come to us. After a quarter of an hour of trying, she came back and told us all the cars are sold and there are no cars even for display. She told us that there are cars in the warehouse behind the showroom and we can only go and seethe car from outside. When my wife, my sin and I walked to the warehouse we found about five cars, one of them had a plate that it’s sold and the rest had nothing on them. When I went back to the showroom, I told the receptionist that I want to see the car from the inside and do a test drive. Then the sales person came to us and finally spoke to me and told me that I can't see the car from the inside and I can't test it and that I have to buy it first and wait from three to six months and when the car arrives I can see the inside and try it. A lot of customers complain about the pre-sales and after-sales services such as maintenance and spare parts. From my personal opinion, I do not advise anyone to buy from this toyota town showroom at all.

I bought my car from Toyota in London over 5 years ago. They are always pleasant and accommodating. I'm not very car savvy and they are always happy to explain the answers to any questions I might have. They always call promptly to remind me of any appointments or upkeep to do with my car and make sure to check before performing anything more than the agreed upon maintenance. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new purchase or anyone in need of service!
Recently purchased a really clean 2014 Toyota Yaris LE to replace my falling apart 1999 Toyota Tercel that was also purchased at ToyotaTown 20 years ago. I specifically wanted a stick shift car(I hate automatics), and being the "black sheep" of car buyers, I had to drive an hour to see this Yaris because it was the only manual one for sale that was clean and within my price range. I am very happy with the car and sales experience and I am very confident this Yaris will be a faithful gas saver for many years to come. I highly recommend finding a manual Yaris if you are looking to buy one, they are MUCH nicer to drive than an automatic one. Would definitely buy from here again.

Requesting a test-drive was super easy and there was no pressure afterwards (we knew we were going to purchase, though). The dealership took care of everything on our behalf and had the paperwork all prepared for the pickup date. No messing about--they are organised, friendly, and respect the customers. It shows.

We went to Toyota not knowing exactly whether we wanted a small or large car. Allycia Mulcair made that decision easy to make. She gave us the financial numbers for leasing vs. financing a corrolla vs. RAV4. After we made our choice, Allycia sent us to the finance manager: Nicole. Nicole gave us a good idea about what each warranty package contained, and showed us how much our monthly payments would increase by if we opted to choose from the various warrant options. The entire process was very smooth and quick. We received the car a few days later. I am happy to have met Allycia and Nicole. Great people. Always smiling and positive, and they gave us exactly what we wanted!!

I recently went to Toyota Town on Wharncliffe Rd in London Ont and asked for someone to help me with a 2003 Corolla 'Instrument Cluster' problem. I was introduced to Mike Minarsky. He immediately showed interest in helping me solve the problem, gave me advice on how to fix the 38 pin instrument cluster plug, and told me to contact him if I had any further problem. I did contact him and drove in with the car the next day, he walked to the parking lot with me, instructed me on how to remove, tighten pressure on, and re-insert a pin from the 38 pin plug. I spent maybe a total of four minutes with Mike during which he showed personal interest in helping me with my problem, he showed expertise with a complex issue. He was an excellent Service Adviser for Toyota Town. Thank you Mike, the dead instrument cluster issue has not reappeared.

Had the same thing happen to me. Will never be back here for service.... A Google User said: "Pulled in for my first service on my third recent vehicle from this place, only to find that they just can't stop trying to nickle and dime people here. The Toyota Canada website says a service 2 contains: Rotate tires (applicable to same size wheels, front & rear) or alternatively perform seasonal tire change-over. This dealer now claims that they're charging extra for this service. So your free first oil change might not be that "free" after all. Buyer Beware!"
As a younger female student, it’s always a little intimidating walking into a car dealership. After going to 3 different dealerships, Toyota town made the process of leasing my new corolla super easy! I did not feel pressured at all and my product advisor Geordie was up front and explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire process! Highly recommend them!
We have a 2007 Sequoia Limited and it has had some major issues which mostly were a direct result of work from inexperienced mechanics at other places. At Toyota Town, from John, Ed, Robert, and Joe the collective, professional assistance we have received is remarkable to say the least. These are the type of people who value customers, and are looking for best ways to do the work on your vehicle in a reliable way while focusing on quality.I am a type of person who is always looking for a reasonable shop rate and always thought that dealer rates were outrageous. Boy did that way of thinking cost me in the recent months. We will never service our vehicle at any other place but Toyota Town.... In my humble opinion you are the best there is and a pillar of what customer service should be...There are a lot of dealers out there that can learn a thing or two from this collective. My fiancé and myself were in the market for a new car after having to say goodbye to my 2002 hunk of junk. We were delighted to be greeted by Justin upon entering Toyota Town who helped us find a suitable replacement to last another few decades. I let him know we will be planning for kids within the next year or two - so he found us a great SUV which is both equipped with wonderful safety features and also stylish enough to not make me feel like an old dad already! Toyota Town was by far our best dealship experience! My husband and I started the daunting task of car shopping two months ago and were almost at our wits end by the time we walked into Toyota town. We had been to every dealership in the city and experienced our fair share of pushy, misleading, and generally unhelpful sales representatives. Nadine Sylva at Toyota town was a wealth of information. She was helpful and friendly, and told us exactly what we needed to know with no hidden agenda. Her truthful and sincere approach was exactly what we were looking for. We were still frustrated with our car buying experience and unsure of where we would make our purchase when Toyota Town called us and asked us to come in to speak further about a purchase. Reluctanly, we met with Jason Janusz, who surprisingly was just as friendly and sincere as Nadine. Jason was straighforward and forthright with pricing. He was honest and gave us the impression that he was trying his best to get the absolute best price for us. Within minutes we agreed on a price, without effort. Our negotiation was painless and quick, which was the exact opposite of our experiences at every other dealership. Jason and Nadine, gave us the fun experience car buying is supposed to be. I only wish we had gone to Toyota Town first!
I was very pleased with the service I received today for repair work on my Rav4. Rob was my service advisor, and was very informative about the work being done and making recommendations. He also ensured that work that could be covered under my extended warranty was taken care of. I was so impressed with Rob and will make a point of dealing with him on future visits. The value of your service is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Since purchasing my vehicle here, my experiences have all been positive and when I'm ready to buy a new vehicle- I will buy here again.

We recently purchased a 2019 Toyota RAV4 from Toyota town. The overall buying experience was indeed very pleasant. Millad was very patient and helpful during the whole decision making process. He explained all the features of the car across each of the variants, understood our needs and made appropriate recommendations. He went above and beyond by coming to the dealership on his vacation day and arranged a Test drive for us. After being disgruntled about a dealer installed trailer hitch's wiring that did work from day one, I reached out to John Rossini who helped me book an appointment and get it dealt with. He was very helpful and communicated in a personal way which made me feel like he actually cared and that the problem would be fixed to my satisfaction. John made me feel better about a very upsetting and disruptive failure in the vehicle's tow-hitch wiring. I was disappointed however to learn afterwards that the dealership-installed wiring for the hitch had never been properly connected before delivery or had somehow come loose. Fortunately with John's intervention and Todd Servant's (the Service Advisor) professional communications afterwards about what the problem actually was, I felt less upset and hopeful that the hitch will now work when I go to use it next.
This dealership is a great place to visit if you are looking for a new vehicle ! It's a friendly and relaxed environment, the sales people are supportive, welcoming and they do not force or push you on your decision. They take time to walk you through the entire process, with a professional manner. I dealt with Kevin, and I cannot sing his praises enough!!!! Honestly, if you do go to Toyota Town, try to ask to speak to Kevin! They guy really looks after his customers, he honestly went above and beyond for us and for the couple of years we have dealt with him, he has always worked hard to get us a honest and good deal! The guy is very transparent and hard working for his customers. He won't mess you around and respects your time. The first time we dealt with Kevin,we were willing to drive two hours to meet with him because of how informative he was. The second time two years later, he made swapping out car the easiest process I have ever experienced!!! Toyota Town really have your back when to get a vehicle from them! Worked in a timely manner, friendly staff, provided me with a rental car for 2 days. My car was recalled; they seemed to do the proper job tasked to them. 1 star deducted as they unplugged both of my dash-cams/mics. Not sure if this is customary with all camera/mic systems but felt iffy leaving my car in hands of strangers who go out of their way to make their actions unknown.
I talked to Baz previously on the phone and told him to let me know when a used hatchback with a manual transmission (and in my price range) came in, and in no time at all Baz told me about a Toyota Matrix that they had just arrived. Test drove it on Monday and came back that evening to get financed. Baz (sales) and Andre (financing) were amazing to deal with and they made the whole process super easy. Baz is a very knowledgeable salesman and I never felt pressured to buy, and Andre explained all the different financing options and we picked out the best for me and I didn't even have to wait till the next day to find out I was approved! I picked my new car up on Friday and couldn't be happier! Amazing service and will recommend anyone looking for a car to go talk to Baz!
I've been a patron of Toyota Town London for several years now and I've always been satisfied with the level of service provided. During a difficult situation several months ago I was impressed how the service advisor Corey Joudry handled my case with sensitivity and class; he was exceptionally helpful and remained in contact with me to work out the issue. In a subsequent visit I dealt with service advisor Brittany Butler to follow up; she was knowledgeable about my situation and kept me appraised of the service as a progressed. Brittany tactfully informed me of additional service needed. Both Brittany and Corey embodied the values of Toyota and Toyota Town London. I leave each service experience feeling valued, heard and with confidence in the service provided.
I am disappointed. I entered and one service personnel is busy on the computer and on a call and does not even look at me. Two cars drive in after me and they get their cars checked within no time. I am still standing there for 10 mins and no one cares and he is busy on his call. Then he says someone will be with you shortly just stay with the car. 5 mins later its him who is actually serving me and his was the nearest computer station to my car? Care to ask me to sit, wait or say that you will help me out shortly? No he completely ignores no eye contact and doesn't even look at me for 10 mins before I ask him if someone will help me out when his call is done. Still took him 5 more minutes to actually figure out that he has to help me. This flyer says Tire rotation is included. They said its 19.95 more for that. Now I doubt if the dirty filters I got changed were even mine. Not sure why that is the case since there is no asterisk or any special mention at the bottom that you have to pay more for it. Car is running smoothly now, car wash was more like just splashing water. I appreciate the oil service but nothing other than that. They gave me no special reason to buy my next Toyota from here or to bring it here for my next service.

This was my first time buying a new vehicle from a dealership and couldn't be happier with my experience from this dealership! I'm so glad i had bought my vehicle from them and they've done everything in their own power to make sure it remains that way. The minute i walked in i was greeted by Mr. Peet Buys who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process an easy one. I bought a Scion FR-S that day and couldn't be happier. And with buying this car from this dealership has helped me out a lot over the course of owning this car. The servicing they provide is outstanding and easy. They make sure you know whats going on, and that everything is done right. During the course of owning this car any mishaps that have happened, they were right there to help out and make sure i was looked after. I had a couple tires go flat which i was able to get replaced by them under my warranty in a timely manner. I was involved in a car accident which totaled my car, and Toyota fought tooth, nail, and claw to get me the best i could get from the situation, and they delivered! They got me a great deal from a poor situation, and that's how they are with everything, and Peet Buys has been at the forefront of that. He contacts me occasionally to make sure I'm still happy with everything, and if I'm not, he wastes no time in making sure he does his best to correct that. He has helped me with lots of advice and knows what he is talking about. Has made me really feel like Toyota cares about their customers which is great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and great service while they own it! Also very highly recommend Peet Buys for being so helpful and on top of everything, and making it an easy process to buy a new vehicle, as well as maintain it. I've had nothing but great experiences dealing with these guys! I stopped in yesterday after work to buy the rubber refill for my rear wiper blade, and a cabin filter. They actually replaced them both for free while I waited! I was in and out of there ridiculously fast. I came in just to buy the parts and they put them on for me - AND with no appointment!

Not knowing much about cars and tires I had quite a few questions and Firis provided both general information and printed off several quotes for new tires so I could make an informed choice. Buying your first car isn't easy, especially being in your early 20s's. You're excited, nervous and even scared. This is the biggest financial commitment that I've ever made and William made that an extremely smooth process for me. Before being introduced to William, I have been from one dealership to another looking for not just the perfect car, but also an employee that wants best for me and my needs. Truthfully, I was going to purchase another vehicle until I spoke to William on the phone. He was full of knowledge and truly seemed to care for my needs. A great experience! Never any pressure, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into paying more than I was prepared to. The whole process was a positive one. Baz is wonderful and I highly recommend working with him on the sales side, and Tony on the finance side. I thank both of them, but especially Baz, for making this such a positive experience!
A year or so ago (when I was more naive) I went to this location for an oil change and yearly check up (5 year warranty for my Toyota Corolla). I was enrolled at western a month in and alone for the first time, a young girl, naive to “car stuff” but trying to be independent- what a mistake. The dealership inspected my car and made me feel that I was in danger if I drove off the lot with my vehicle because my breaks were shot. They instantly gave me a rental car and pushed me to head out while they fixed the breaks. It was a 900 dollar bill. I called my father after the fact who is a mechanic - first mistake.. I should have called him as soon as I was told my breaks were shot. My father told me he had changed the breaks a month before I moved to London for school (my family lives 3 hours away). Needless to say I was taken advantage of as a young girl who may not know the ins and outs of cars. This has always bothered me so now I feel like I should share my story. Always ask a second opinion and never feel pressured !!
Drivers were very nice and it was convenient to get to and from the dealership. Speakers stopped working after a regular maintenance and then when asked about it was told wiring may have come loose and it would cost $250-$350 -- ToyotaTown has been very quick and helpful in trying to resolve the issue.

Thank you to Ed, Andy and Ricky for their assistance this week. My son and I were driving from Barrie to London to take a long awaited G2 drive test. Warning and error messages came up on our dash screen half way to our destination. Drive test examiners will not allow you to take a road test if there are any "mechanical issues" with your vehicle. We called Toyota Town while en-route and after explaining the situation, Ed cleared a spot in the service lane for us to come in and have the issue diagnosed right away. After Ricky reviewed the issue he was able to clear the error message and we were on our way. Great service, efficient, professional and most of all understanding. It couldn't have been a better outcome. G2 test was passed. Thanks again for making an out of town Toyota customer feel right at home.
I am very pleased with the service of this company. We were able to get all information quickly and efficiently. We received over and above service from Monica Frankovich. She was able to do comparisons of vehicles and fully understood the knowledge of each vehicle. I was very impressed with her personable service and little extras tips that came along with her help. Peter was very friendly and helped me understand what I needed to do in terms of brake repair and broke down the reasons why into simple terms I could understand. Definitely didn’t expect to spend much beyond what the oil change was going to cost me that day but I left feeling confident about my new brakes and the safety they provide me.

I showed up for my appointment on a Monday morning which was very busy. Once I pulled into the shop, I met my Service Advisor Firis Sharif who was very attentive to my questions regarding the chip in my windshield and some general questions about my oil change. Firis was proactive in ensuring I wouldn't be charged for my stone chip and quick to call to let me know that my vehicles work was completed. I had a great experience with Firis and would recommend him for any of your vehicles needs.

Had a very bad experience trying to book my SUV for service. Tried to call them on Friday from 4:20 for about 8 times and no one picks the call. Submitted my reques 3 times online for certain date thinking someone will get back as the website says and then I recieve an email for appointmnet on 5 November on Thurday. Nov 5 falls on FRiday. This is a drop off appointmnet and it take s a whole day. It is just a basic service. I work 5 days a week and will anyone like asking permision from work for servicing your car? I have to ask twice. One for drop off and other for pick up. Will it look good if employees (Toyota) to ask permission twice in a day just for a car service? If i have to wait for my car it is going to be 16 November. I'd rather take my car for servicing to other Toyota dealers rather than paying for my Cab and Losing my pay for couple of hours for the day. This is a very bad experience Ive had in 4 Years with Toyota. Doesnt look good and not happy about it.
I was looking for a Tacoma and after looking at the reviews, I decided to pay Toyota Town a visit. I must say, I've very glad I did! I dealt with the sales associate Brian and also spoke with Brian the sale manger. I can't express how great both these individuals are! The Tacoma was going to take a few months to be made at the factory and Brian would call me every week to give me updates.... absolutely solid service! We purchased our Rav4 last year from another GTA Toyota dealership and it was a night and day difference from Toyota Town. Toyota Town is worth the drive from the GTA! Brad

Went to take a pre-owned Rav4 for a test drive. We became very interested, so took about an hour trying it out. On our way back to the dealer, he called, and became pretty rude with my wife over the phone, asking where we were and whether everything was all right, in quite an accusatory way. I did not realize how rude he was until my wife elaborated later, so once we got back to the dealer, I expressed that I was pleasantly surprised by the car, and showed interest. He acted like I wasn't worth his time anymore, essentially cut me off by saying "so this isn't the car you're interested in, right?". I explained that I was indeed interested but had to go test drive a different car at a different dealer for comparison. His response was "well, if this car is still here when you can back, you can buy it", as he walked away. I went from feeling fairly sure that ToyotaTown was where I was going to buy my car, to never wanting to return. I went and bought a CR-V from the Honda dealer down the street within hours.
Shawn Longworth facilitated this sale but the car really sold itself. I got the first chance at a newly traded RAV4 with extremely low kilometres and very gently treated. Given the youthful nature of this vehicle, it only made sense to follow-up the purchase with rustproofing, undercoating and an extended warranty; I can see 10 years in this car, easy! The sales process was very straight-forward and Shawn answers all of the questions I asked. Together we worked out the purchase details. I feel very confident in this purchase and with my return to Toyotatown, in London.
The personal attention that Peter Engelmanas provided when I brought my car in with tire sensor activated was excellent. 15 minuites later I was told that I had acquired a nail in my front tire and that the tire could be repaired. An hour later I was able to drive away with the problem corrected and my car washed.
Toyota Town is hands down the best car dealership I have ever been to. Not only are you buying Toyota which is a top, safe car brand but you are dealing with a great group of people! I had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Smuck and he was fantastic! Worked hard for me to get the best deal and even came in on his day off twice to make sure I was happy! Had a very bad experience. Had gone there to inquire about a camry, they said to wait for 10 minutes and a salesperson would be there with me. Than after 5 minutes another person came without appointment and they were taken care by salesperson. And after 15 minutes of wait, I was told that there were no salesperson available to handle my query today as it would be closing after 90 minutes. Why would they make me wait and also take another customer who came after me. They had called me after to book a appointment than i said the whole issue to them. They said “It happens as it was busy”. I again tried to tell them how unhappy i was they said that they already know and i am repeating. Totally upset about this. Extremely bad customer service and
found the Service Dept. very professional and helpful. The car rental with Enterprise was completed quickly and without delay. The completion of the service and the assistance for me to pick up my car after hours was first class. Purchased a used Hyundai from Millad at TT. The transaction was completed over the phone as I don't live in London. He was very courteous and responsive. We traded in our used car and he took care of all the financing and lean paperwork. The vehicle was as described. The service department left a little to be desired since I had to go back to have my brakes inspected. This was the third vehicle purchased from this dealership in 15 years.
I just bought a Rav4 from Sylvia Donovan and my husband and I were very impressed. She is one of the most personable salespeople I have ever dealt with. I told Tara Sheperd I’d be driving almost 3 hours one way just to see & possibly buy this “2015 Corolla le eco upgrade “so please ensure the car is available,she confirmed it was available & if it was to be sold in the morning they’d call me to save me the drive because the appointment was for noon...Well what do ya know? I get there & the car magically sold in the morning,wasted 6 hours of my day for a car that wasn’t available & for some reason I think they knew the car wasn’t available. I only gave 2 stars because the salesman was a decent individual.Even if they called me halfway through my drive I’d have appreciated that but now all I’m going to get is the sorry.You don’t do people stuff like that (bait & switch),you guys knew that car wasn’t available when I first called but still didn’t mind me coming on down to see if I might be interested in something else...Lesson learnt I guess.
We were traveling from out of town when my car started acting strange. We were able to go directly to the dealership, they immediately took the car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem quickly. They let us know the car was safe to drive but the repair would need to be made later. We appreciate the speediness and honesty of Firis and his coworkers. And they are a dog friendly dealership ????

I was looking for a toyota c-hr for my friend and really did not like the way the sales person looked at us. He was in the opinion that we came for fooling around with the cars asking for test drive which really made us feel insulted. I just walked out immediately without even having a test drive nor interested in getting a car from them. Go with the other dealers and would not recommend this to anyone.

Decent dealer. Some of their female service advisors are morons and really have no business "advising" you on what you need done to your car. This is part of a huge dealer network owned by a very rich middle-eastern businessman. The facility is huge, spotless and extremely well laid out. They will actually "deal" on price, although don't expect miracles. The business office will try to screw you out of more money for crap that you don't need like rust proofing, fabric protection, etc, etc, etc. Say NO to all these unnecessary options as this is where the dealership makes all its profit. Also, when in for service, read your manual and see what your vehicle needs at the specified mileage - not what the dealer recommends. The service "advisors" will usually try to up-sell all sorts of service that is not in the manual. If Toyota is not specifying it, then don't do it. Other than that, you should have a decent experience with Toyotatown.
Great service when purchasing our vehicle. Thats the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Vehicle is top notch and expected Toyota quality. The problem is the Service department. Booked an oil change for 9:30AM on a Saturday morning. Pulled in at 9:25AM and didn't have someone talk to me until 9:50AM. Once I was finally talked to it took another hour for my oil change to get finished. When I was expecting to be out after 30 minutes it actually took almost an hour and a half. My wife went back 2 weeks later to have a piece of trim that fell off installed back on under warranty. She waited another hour and a half and the service department was disrespectful. The experience is a lot different when buying a vehicle versus getting your newly purchased vehicle serviced, which is unfortunate.
I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma through Suzanne at Toyota Town London. My appointment was set up without any hiccups, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. The car was very clean for my test drive, and Suzanne showed me the truck features in a very thorough way. I purchased the vehicle that same day, and she made the entire process hassle free - I did not feel any pressure or obligation, which was very nice. Janine in finance went through all the details of the sale and warranties smoothly and was very patient. Because I live in Toronto, I took the train in to pick up my truck. Suzanne even offered me a ride from the station. The truck was immaculate on arrival, and Suzanne made sure everything was up to snuff inside and out, and that I was totally satisfied. Jason was very friendly, welcoming and honest. He works in the service department. He explained that Toyota only recommends services that are required based on need, not mileage. For example, he had the cabin filter replaced because it was dirty.
I was very satisfied with the initial reception received at Toyota. Peter was helpful and made a recommendation that was appreciated. The shuttle service was somewhat disorganized and resulted in the driver arriving for pick-up when I was not at home. The issue appeared to be a lack of communication between drivers. All worked out in the end. The Silver detailing service was excellent.
Brian Williams was very informative and helpful during my purchase of the Rav4. Brain did his utmost to ensure I understood all the features of the vehicle. My son Johnny Broz ,work for Toyota Town , it was he's biggest dream , work for this company, he was huge fan of Toyota cars. He build he's own beutiful beast, Toyota 4wheal drive Altrack,he builds this car for memory of he's dear friend Sergio the Betencourft ,who also work for Toyota town at London Ontario and ,who died in accident 7years ago . My son also died in car accident 18 January 2015.. It is most difficult visit Toyota becouse those two ,people who I dearly loved,one as son and another as friend of my son .. Tears roll down to my face when I walk in , to by some part,for my car ... I am waking around Surgio's bench , place fool of memories smiles and roaring cars ... Came for maintenance multiple times over the years for my Toyota and always had great service up until yesterday. Took my car in for what I thought was a recall (it wasn't from what I was told) but they didn't do anything other than turned my car on and said nope not that (airbag light on dashboard Cleary visible when I drive it meaning something is wrong) but wasn't on yesterday when they looked? I go after work to pick it up and no one can find my keys so I leave to come back today before work which again no one can find my keys. I finally get the keys turn it on and there's the airbag light clearly visible and not going away but had to rush to work as now I was going to be late. The people I dealt with yesterday over the phone and today were very nice but only a sorry? I had to pay for rides to and from the dealership both days and all I get is a sorry? And now I have to go elsewhere to find what is actually wrong with my car. I have always been happy with the service but not after that. I won't be going back. I'll find another dealership if I need anything Toyota specific

I was pleased with Brittany, the customer service rep I dealt with as I felt she listened to and heard my concerns and considered my circumstances, i.e., what I thought my car needed, while also clearing informing me of the recommendations by the service technicians. She consulted me and apprised me of everything that would be done to my car. I never got the feeling she was 'pushing' me to buy something for my 11 1/2 year old car that it didn't need or that I didn't want. In other words, I trusted her (and Toyota), which made it a little easier when the time came to pay my $700 bill. And for this reason, I will continue to give Toyota Town my business. --GW

Jason took care of my Rav and also Dodge Ram. What impressed me the most was the through inspection of the truck. The Dodge dealership is terrible and would rather sell you a new vehicle than take care of it. The issues with the truck will eventually turn it into a death trap. However all issues are identified and will be dealt with at the Toyota dealership in the immediate future. Jason and his team are “killer” as in *****AWESOME***** Rob (Jason knows who I am). P.S. Toyota Town is reasonable priced shop, that pays attention to details. The service advisor Feris, is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I have enjoyed dealing with him for last few years. We have 3 Toyotas n I always bring our cars to this dealership, as trust and reliability is important part of service for me.
We have had two unusual problems develop with our 2016 RAV4. The service folks at Toyota Town, Wharncliffe Rd. South in London have been quick to get us in and serviced, and the ride to work and back also much appreciated. It is also very nice to be able to get a quick lunch or breakfast while waiting.

I always have a great experience with ToyotaTown. Had to bring the car in for a software upgrade, and they explained everything very clearly (which is necessary for someone like me who knows so little about cars). They were also straight-forward with any other maintenance that should be done but they were accommodating to my budget as well. Used the shuttle service to go to and from the office that day while the car was being dealt with. Rich was my driver, and he was a pleasure to spend time with. He's a natural conversationalist, which I think is a necessity for his job. He was also very amenable to my schedule, as my work day became unexpectedly hectic and I had to work around when I could be picked up. If you require the shuttle service from ToyotaTown, you'll be fortunate to get Rich as your driver.
My appointment during covid lockdown was smooth and effortless. I was impressed with the distancing and masking precautions taken. My advisor MJ kindly called me when my car was ready far earlier than the scheduled pick-up time.

Hi, Good place for servicing your car. Nice people and recommended. But sometimes the price for something can be a bit higher than expected. My wife asked to replaced a wiper insert ( small wiper) and was charged around $23.00 plus tax... Just for a little piece of rubber ? But maybe she should have asked....what will it cost me.... Car was quickly serviced... and free car wash :)

Toyota Town on Wharncliffe is a great dealership and we're so glad we found them. We were thinking back on the service we had prior to changing to a Toyota. We had purchased 2 new vans and a car as one deal from a nearby dealership and we were treated like dirt. Things like we were called in for recalls and told they had given the parts away- book another appointment and take more time off work became the norm. And it never got better. At Toyota their interest is in seeing that we get good service, quality parts, and that if we need something, we are given choices but advised what is appropriate for our needs and lifestyle. KUDOS to every staff member. They actually care about us. Would we go back to Toyota? In a heartbeat. Would I recommend them? Definitely.

Since moving to St. Thomas 10 years ago we have leased three Toyota's from Toyota Town. For each lease transaction our salesman and adviser has been Kevin Swan.He has always been very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and treated us with respect.With each Toyota we leased we upgraded; staring with a 2007 Yaris, then a 2010 Corolla CE and most recently with a 2015 Corolla LE. Even though we did not actually make a purchase Nick was very helpful and attentive. I was really shocked at his honesty and the level of detail he provided. I felt that Nick would sooner put us in the right vehicle for us, than simply make a sale. I am generally a skeptical person especially with in a situation such as a vehicle purchase. I trusted what Nick was saying and when I left, I felt educated on the vehicle we were looking at and the process for determining all of the numbers. We came in to look at a 2015 Demo because of year end savings. We have decided on buying a new 2016 instead. I have been a satisfied Toyota driver since 1993, I live about 2 hours from London and I have dealt with the same sales associate for that entire time. If it was not for that existing relationship, I would be purchasing my next vehicle from Nick. I will be recommending Nick Sinko to potential vehicle buyers in the future. I popped into Toyota Town after getting a boost. I did not have an appointment but they got my vehicle in and did some tests immediately. Luckily it was just my battery, which was covered under warranty. I have never had a bad experience, my Service Expert was extremely polite and the service was completed within the hour.
Five star rating is for Brittany... the courteous professional service advisor. I'd give the actual service a 3ish. Reason being... some repairs were done well (I checked). With other repairs, my vehicle had to be returned for the service department to take another crack at getting it right, and to their credit they did. (For some reason I'm really impressed when something is fixed right the first time.) There was another return because the repair done made it worse. The explanation was, just drive it and if it doesn't correct itself bring it back. Being a wee bit disappointed I searched YouTube for any possible help. Found a couple instruction videos that showed me how to fix it myself. Fingers crossed, so far so good and could have saved myself $90. The summary. Service advisor department... excellent. Service department could use a little tuning up. I understand ToyotaTown is a big busy dealership. Things can get overlooked like when they remove the drivers floor mat as a safety precaution when test driving after repairs are done. But when I pick up my vehicle, I really don't want to find said floor mat laying on my leather seat. Just saying. Will I go back? ...probably.
Justin Maki did a great job helping me find the best car for me. After a few days of guidance and negotiation, we came to an agreement on a 2020 Corolla for a great price! I highly recommend Justin if you are looking for a Toyota vehicle! He's helpful and knows his stuff!
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I went there to purchase a Camry, the receptionist was so polite and helpful but unfortunately when she transfered me to the sales executive was unprofessional at all, when he asked the way i will buy the car, I answered by finance, he went to the BM before even explain to me about the car and said with your current situation you will not able to finance while I have another solution so I asked him to see the car and test drive it but unfortunately he said " I dont want you to get excited then you can't buy it). Mr. Sales: 1st of all you didn't give me your business card. 2nd I can buy the car under my bro name or cash. 3rd Even you thought I can't buy it now still may be I can buy in the next 2 month. The whole experience was bad and I dont recommend the dealership
Poor car sales people, outstanding magicians. Make hidden fees disappear and re-appear in a different form. Nice looking dealership glad the hidden fees are going somewhere useful. Small town Toyota dealers are a better place to go.
My wife and I recently visited Toyota Town after suddenly writing off our only vehicle. We were lucky enough to deal with Justin Maki: he was very knowledgeable and friendly and patient in answering all of our questions. At the time of our visit we had just started looking for car and considered shopping around at some other dealerships, but there was really no need for that after Justin found us the perfect vehicle for our needs. We felt confident with Justin that the Corolla was the car for us and promptly bought it. We highly recommend Justin and Toyota Town to everybody.
From check in to the final payment the Toyota Town team treated me very well. I live on the east side of London. The only reason I drive 25 minutes to get my truck serviced is because the Toyota Town crew have always gone over-and-above to make sure my truck and I are happy. The techs knew how to fix my truck and when they forgot to have it washed, the service desk quickly washed it before I left. I was not happy with my experience gesterday. Usually, everything has been very good. First, I was told it would be 1 to 1 and a half hours. It ended up being almost 3. I understand the back up sometimes when it gets busy. Secondly, when I went to pay for the work done, it was as if they wanted my money and then were done with me. When I got the bill, I was looking it over and had a couple of questions. Unfortunately, the cashier had moved on to the next person as I was still sitting there. I left a little dismayed as usually I leave with satisfaction.
Horrible company from top management to the bottom. Spend your money at Honda up the street, quality vehicles and customer service to match.
Monica was so helpful and really did her best to help me locate a Subaru legacy. I was being pretty particular but Monica was patient and detailed when dealing with me. She has a very professional attitude and helped me understand the pros and cons of buying apre-owned car. Thank you for everything!
Booked an oil change appointment and they told me on the phone the wait would be 1 to 1.5hrs max. They proceeded to have car ALL DAY claiming I did not have a "wait for my car" type of appointment. Two separate employees gave me false information and did not inform me of the types of appointments available. The service advisor seemed to not be apologetic and try and convince me I was in the wrong, even after I explained I'm a new customer unaware of their procedures. Second time using this dealership after getting a 2019 Rav and am throughly disappointed.
I just leased my seventh straight car from Toyotatown. There is a reason I am a loyal customer. I am treated like a loyal customer. The vehicle was ready on time and I am very pleased. Excellent experience for an out of town buyer. Geordie was very professional and provided all the options available and got the car, colour and cost that I was looking for. Everything was handled over email and phone and only had to show up to dealership to pickup my new car with all the paperwork ready to be completed. Geordie spent the time to go over everything that needed signing and spent considerable time with me and my family in the car going over all the features as it was our first hybrid. Never felt at all rushed and his professionalism was displayed throughout the transaction. Highly recommend Geordie and the Toyota Town dealership. Only complaint especially for an out of town buyer was the Finance department could of explained the timeline of the deal and how was being processed as it would have releaved some of the stress. Other than that everything went as planned.
I went for servicing my Toyota at this location and was extremely satisfied with the process right from when my car was taken in till the time of delivery. My service representative Todd Servant explained us about the service process in detail and I found him to be very knowledgeable. He also was able to answer about certain problem that I noticed during driving. Huge shout out to Todd Servant. I highly recommend this location.

We have dealt with Toyota Town for years and have been very impressed with the service. Unfortunately our recent visit was followed but an unfortunate circumstance. We had a vehicle in for a safety and all was great but the following day it was discovered that the wrong date was on the certificate. This was unfortunate as it was discovered and Service Ontario during the sale transaction. Long story short, it took several calls and emails over a few days to get this sorted out and they still would not express post the certificate to the buyer who lived in another city who only had a certain amount of time to bring in the correct one. I would normally give a 5 Star to Toyota Town but not this time, I get mistakes happen but go the extra mile to fix the error.

I bought my first new car from Ken Yates back in the Summer of 2008 and have just purchased my 3rd new Corolla from Ken and his team at ToyotaTown. My experiences with purchasing and servicing my vehicles here have always been top notch and, after driving GM vehicles for most of my life, I won't drive anything other than a Toyota now. Ken is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough from start to finish. My new 2019 Corolla has some new safety features and electronics that were explained in detail when I picked up the car. Shout out to Rita Dalal for all of her help with the add-ons that I chose and processing the paperwork was quick and relatively painless (always a little pain when financing a new car). Toyota has been good until I recently ordered a special part weeks ago and they told me 7-10 business days and it had been longer. I call them to get an update and they change the delivery date again and again.
Got my Rav4 2018 at Toyota-Town. The customer service was largely exceptional. Brian Williams treated me like I was the only customer. He even led the way while I drove my car from London to Stratford as it was my first time on that route. I felt pampered by the follow-up calls asking about how well my car was performing. I'm the "It's Toyota or Nothing" type, and my experience so far has strengthened that belief. Thank you Brian, thank you Toyota-Town!
Between live chat and phone, it took a morning to figure out if my battery was covered under warranty. It was one week past the three year warranty. I was told their phone system had been down, but as a customer calling in repeatedly, you couldn’t tell the system was down. In the end, the senior service advisor was reasonable and quite helpful.
Went to Toyota Town to look into getting info of minivan. Was introduce to Justin Maki, the sales rep. Justin is a nice guy to deal with and very informative of our need. Unfortunately we didn't spent much time with him due to the store closing soon. He is not pushy at all and very pleasant to deal with.
Had standard service on my car yesterday. The folks were attentive and conscious of me time. I decided to wait and my service advisor- Mike Minarski, kept me informed the whole time so there were no surprises. Even got a free Coke while waiting for the car to be washed.
First visit was great. Second visit a week later not so much. I don’t know much about cars I went in for one specific service and ended up getting something extra which I learned I didn’t need. I was told it would take 2 hours and it ended up being 6. When I was paying the lady went over everything and as I was waiting for my car wash I noticed last page in small print it said there was a crack in my windshield. No one told me I had to read while I was waiting. The crack was not there before. I will not be returning
Bought a rav 4. But I wanted a CRV what gives? I emailed the manager as I saw some left over ravs from previous year. They had none but encouraged I try a new one, which I did. No pressure. I told him I wanted a CRV, they knew my intention. Rav was my number 2. How did I get it then? The manager greeted me at the door. This was great. We discussed the car I'm into, why I want the CRV, and I was set up with sales to go over. I drove the car, all good. Well, I went to Honda and learned what customer service gets you. Honda did nothing but pressure me even though I stated as much I wanted the car. Who does that? Dealers acting like it's 1960 that's who. I went back to Toyota and set up another test drive which they accommodated without issue. I bought one a week or 2 later. Toyota was honest about my trade in. No b.s. No lying to get me to sit down. I was honest, too. Toyota manager greeted me at the door. That was great and showed professionalism. I made sure to let them know this meant a lot. Toyota accommodated my test drives, questions, etc. They made buying easy and I believe I got a reasonable deal. Toyota cars come with floor mats, cheap Honda's don't. I'm enjoying the car, thank you Toyota. As I mentioned to you already, you stole that sale from honda outright, that wasn't your sale to have but you got it. Customer service means a lot. My next car purchase, my first visit will be to see what Toyota has in their line up.

My wife and I were looking for a hard to get model of the Toyota 4Runner. I contacted many Ontario dealerships and even a few across Canada to inquire about one of these vehicles. My initial contact with ToyotaTown was with Brian Komar. What impressed me about Brian was his straightforward and honest communications. Right from the start he laid out clearly what the process would be to eventually get one of these trucks. As news of our 4Runner delivery came to Brian he quickly conveyed that to me, keeping me current at all times. It was very exciting to get Brian’s email that said our 4Runner had arrived. I took the train to London from the Ottawa area to pick up our vehicle. David High was at the train station to bring me to the dealership. David gave me a complete tour of ToyotaTown including the service area and then did a great job at introducing me to our 4Runner’s features. Doing the final paperwork was a relaxed process while enjoying a coffee from the in house café. Dealing with ToyotaTown wasn’t rushed and additional options/accessories were clearly explained but not pushed. This was a really fun experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase from ToyotaTown.
This week, I had the pleasure in working with Firis Sharif. Hopefully I spelled his name correctly. Seeing as I drive a ford, I went to both ford and Toyota dealerships and Firis was able to get back to me and get me in literally the next morning as my car had a few different issues and I needed it to travel for work that evening. Along the way, he kept In touch with me giving me different product options with prices that suited my car's needs without trying to upsell unnecessarily. He also was very professional in giving me his opinions when I may not have known exactly the best route. In all, I got what I needed in a quick, professional manner without feeling taken advantaged of as many people have fears of this when going to a mechanic for their cars. Thank you, Firis and Toyota.

I was not a fan of Toyotatown 10 years ago when I bought a new Toyota vehicle elsewhere, but 2 years ago I bought my current vehicle from them after I noticed a big improvement in their attitude. I just had my first service this week ( yes, first other than usual maintenance in 10 years!) and am very pleased and am confident they treated me fairly and were very, very accommodating. I love my Toyota! (Note 4 star is the best rating I give in this circumstance.)
It has gotten too big that it has lost its quality a bit in general. The dealership website is not as clean as it should be, a bit of a mess filled with unnecessary flood of advertisement. Wifi for customers is hard to sign in most of us give up trying to log in, used to be easier. Service department did not know that their Toyota trucks need a special Haweka adapter in order to properly road force balance truck tires since their rims are not lug-centric such as Tundra, 4Runner, Sequioa, Tacoma!. A while ago for an oil change service their tech left the brake fluid booster cap off on the side my engine, I drove like that until found it when i got home, scary to say at least!!!. Now i double check all the work they do. They tried to do a wheel alignment on my old Venza 3 times before they got it right. They never got right the balancing of my other vehicle/truck tires since they did not know what a Haweka adapter was. Another time installed 4 new tires, took it back 3 times for rim and valve leakages, had to pay again after two years tires leaked on the rims again. Not impressed with the tire tech quality of work that time. Even though they might not be perfect. They do try to remedy problems within reason. Their pricing is very competitive. Parts and service department has done a great job recently. Rating for the dealership will now go up to 4/5 stars now. Will wait a while before i comment on the quality if work done recently. Good job improoving in an agile way. Today customers are quite smart and demand quality and value.

We purchased a 2015 Camry by trade in and we couldn't believe how much we got for our previous car. Then our family grew, The Toyota Family did everything they could to get us into a bigger car. We then traded in our Camry after only a year and a half. They got us into a RAV4 which fits our family perfectly. I brought in my 2016 Toyota Highlander for service yesterday and was told that i need fix some things in addition. I received contrasting diagnosis from two different attendants; one says my brake fluid was drastically low and that my wheels need alignment and the other attendant says my brake pads is almost gone- scary conflicting feedback. I'm scared and confused now as i have to drive a long distance during the weekend.
I setup an appointment for my winter tire changeover plus an oil change. I planned to wait at the dealership because this shouldn't take too long. The service rep told me that I was overdue for a transmission fluid change, so I got that done too. It took a little over 3 hours but this is a very busy time of the year at the dealership and food and coffee are available, so I was ok with that. While waiting, I like to pick up a magazine that I wouldn't normally read and maybe learn a thing or two. The dealership had a good enough assortment to keep me occupied. Most people probably don't care about this, but I really appreciate a good magazine selection. The staff were friendly and the bill seemed fair. I can't think of anything to quibble about so I am giving 5 stars.
Re. Service Department Toyota Town, Wharncliffe Rd. London, On. I was asked surreptitiously today by a prospective new Toyota car owner my impression of Toyota Town and in particular, its service department. I gave Toyota Town top marks and heartedly endorsed its service department. My experience just this morning when I was greeted by Senior Service Advisor, Jason De Flick, had further reinforced my positive impression. I was greeted promptly in a friendly manner and professional manner. The complete history of my vehicle was quickly displayed on the service monitor. Much to my amazement, the alignment of my Rav IV was actually evaluated as the vehicle entered the bay as a complementary service. Jason was then kind enough to actually carry my spent battery as he accompanied me to the Parts Counter for my core return rebates. The personnel there were also friendly and helpful. My snow tires were mounted free of charge, and the Toyota Savings Card savings are always appreciated. So all in all, I feel very confident in giving a prospective Toyota owner my fullest endorsement in his decision to choose Toyota Town!
I recently purchased a 2010 Yaris from Shawn Longworth. I had been looking to replace my 02 Civic when My wife happened to see the Yaris while our Sienna was in for maintenance.Took it for a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle. It has been great so far. The only glitch we had was the car was not ready as the wrong parts came in and we had to wait a little while longer for the car. They replaced a number of parts to get it up to specs and so far no issues.
The staff were quick and so kind. I sat outside as it was a nice day. One of the staff brought me out water just because it was a warm day. The service was my first visit and I will most definitely be back!
I have been going to Toyota Town to get my regular service on my Matrix since 2005 and have nothing but good things to say. I always get quality service and treated great. Rob Dako and the rest of the service department answer all my questions and do a great job on keeping my car trouble free. If there is a problem its fixed and fixed the first time.
I was pleased that they got me in very quickly regarding a nail in my tire. Luckily it turned out that the tire is ok. The staff are all super friendly and very conscientious with the COVID protocol. Thank you very much.
I have been a customer with Toyota Town for a number of years. During this time, I have dealt with Service Advisor, Todd Servant. I ask for Todd every time I take my car in for service because of the excellent care I receive from him. He is professional, explains everything that needs to be repaired on my car and why. I trust him 100 percent. He is personable and goes the extra mile in ensuring that I am satisfied with the work done on my car. I truly believe Todd is an asset to your Company and he should be commended for the excellent advise and service he provides Toyota customers.
Mike Minarsky in service is excellent. He is very careful and makes sure everything is done properly and completely. I trust him to do the job once and with great care. No mistakes or problems. There is a Toyota dealership being built walking distance from my home but I will continue to deal with ToyotaTown as long as he is in the service department.
Very happy with my new Rav4 and hats off to Justin and Vlad for making the experience a very good one. Everything was well presented and explained and most important, painless! I will highly recommend the dealership (and there people) to other people I know and the product speaks for itself.

I met with Shelia Donovan in April 2019 to review my options regarding the lease of a 2019 RAV4 Limited since I was was several months away from the end of my current lease. Sylvia was friendly, knowledgeable & a good listener as she patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. She followed through with the new lease set up and further explained the various features of the new vehicle when it was delivered. I also enjoyed meeting Vladimir Stepancev who assisted with the financial aspects of the lease. He was very personable with a good sense of humour - always important when you're talking about money & insurance! Overall, it was an all around pleasant experience .

I bought my Corolla and I ordered the hood tape , wasn't done correctly. I had to return it and the service advisors were difficult. When I receive my Corolla I also notice glue still on the sills , wasn't removed , and under coating on the side of the seats. Everyone who I delt with was very pushy , and seem needy. I was going through extended warranty products , and who the guy I spoke with even said don't buy the rust module , it doesn't work. I heard it does work . I was annoyed mostly with the hood tape , it goes out to a third party company however someone who works at Toyota should of clarified it was done correctly , obviously they didn't care to check
My overall satisfaction with Toyota Town is a bit better than 2 stars, but who reads the 4 and 5 star reviews right? Just here to inform people that the $800 "undercoating" is a joke. After having it looked at, I was told it was fine, took it back, and have had it re-sprayed twice. Both of which, Toyota had it all day (8 am to 5:30 pm). They assured me that my areas of concern would be double checked after it retuned from where they have them done. They clearly did not. Going forward, I've accepted that I've made a bad choice with this purchase, which happens, and I'll just have to do it myself.
I've had to visit Toyotatown a number of times in the last few months due to an ongoing warning light issue(factory) with the emission system on my Rav13. My service advisor, Chelsea Wakefield at Toyotatown, has been very persistent in trying to resolve the problem and more importantly, exemplary in her professionalism, customer care and service. This is where I will continue to have my car serviced and when the time comes purchase my next vehicle.
I booked my 2011 Toyota 4-Runner Limited in for a seasonal “Tire Swap” & a simple oil change. My wife took in our SUV & when finished the service techs forgot to do the oil change. My wife called me & seemed irritated I told her not to worry go back inside & ask for Jason Defilice the senior service manager tell him what happened. She did that & he ordered a oil change for the mix up at No charge. I told my wife we insisted on paying but to consider giving us a discount instead. After the Toyota Town service techs were finished we received the bill & it had 60% ++ as a discount charging essentially only for parts. I just wanted to say this is a testament why Toyota builds the best Cars/SUV’s in the world & their customer service clearly matches the workmanship. Initially I chose and ordered a sugar brown color Toyota, but when we came to pick up the car, I saw a blue one, and I kind of felt disappointed with my choice, which Shawn noticed and asked us to wait a couple of minutes. After he spoke to the manager he came with a big laughter on his face and tells us "done". The only think is we have to wait a week or so for him to locate a car of our second choice and they would let us know when to come to pick up the car. We waited 8 days for the car to pick up. Now we have it in our possession, I am driving it and I am loving it. One more time, thank you Shawn for bringing a smile on my face too'!

Took my car in for an oil change and was greeted by Peter Engelmanas who was very polite and friendly. He checked me in quickly and smoothly, and while doing a walk around he noticed that my headlights were getting cloudy and dark and suggested getting them restored to which I agreed. I was very pleased with the service especially my new looking headlights. I would definitely recommend Peter and Toyotatown to anyone.

I helped my parents pick out a car for their needs, my mother had issues in moving from a minivan to anything else, but still wanted a smaller vehicle. The Venza was the perfect pick for them and our sales representative, Nick, was incredibly helpful in figuring out that it suited her. The staff were friendly and not overly arrogant (Can't stand arrogant sales people) Nick was informative, kind hearted and dedicated to his work. Thanks for all the great service!
I have been to this location twice. Both times I came in without an appointment when I noticed something wrong with my car and both times the staff were extremely helpful, listened to my problem, did their best to fit me in and return my car to me as fast as possible. Most recently my service advisor was Amanda Krug. She took my car in, the staff diagnosed the problem and I had my car back within the hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a flat tire while driving through an unseen pothole in front of Farm Boy on Wellington Rd. We got to White Oaks parking lot and called Toyota emergency service. City Wide towing was there in less than 15 min. He changed the tire to the donut spare and recommended we go directly to Toyota to get a new tire on because the rim was a bit bent. Ten minutes later we were at Toyota and they were actually waiting for us. They had a few customers there but as soon as they saw our car they said, "oh we have it in the computer that you were on your way". They went to see if they had our tire in stock and fortunately they did. Half an hour later we were on our way home. We were amazed as to how quickly they took care of us. Mike Minarsky immediately came up and spoke to my husband even though someone else was helping us. Thank you very much for your great service. This is our 3rd Toyota and we love them. Quality of the car is good is service is always friendly and efficient and they always offer you a free coffee or drink while you wait.Sylvia is who we deal with when it's time to get a new vehicle and Adele is an amazing manager of the dealership. Worst dealer EVER! 4 years ago when I leased my RAV4 nothing was ever ready or prepared on my appointment date/time. Numbers constantly changed in every reprint of the lease and now… trying to contact anyone there for my buyout is impossible! I’ve left numerous emails and voice messages over 3-4 days and no one has responded. They are quick to help when potentially getting a vehicle but that is where service ends!

5 star for Geordy Hock and Ken Yates with two vehicles purchased with ease. However the delivery of the second car was over 10 days late. It's easy to come up with excuses considering the Pandemic situation and hopefully this will not become a habit. As a customer I expected more than an extra oil change for the excessive delay. Still I am happy with both purchases as for the price and the genuine certification standards and quality.

I rated ToyotaTown at five stars because you can't rate them six. Shawn Longworth is an absolutely great guy to deal with, and I appreciate his approach to his job so much so that I plan on being a lifetime customer. I purchased a brand new 2016 Rav4 XLE and was surprised at his knowledge of all the interior features, given how many there are. More surprising was the fact that I learned later on he'd negotiated me a discount when I'd never asked for one in the first place. His positive energy doesn't seem to be affected by the time of day, as any time I went to see him he was in an excellent mood. Shawn also regularly gives up time with family to work around the schedules of his customers, which says alot about his character. The same can be said for Janine Feenstra who took care of my financing in a very straightforward way and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. A highly recommendable pair.

She takes the time to answer all of my questions, and can make my service appointments around my schedule. Service was good, MJ took care of my vehicle, fast and did a complementary car wash. Booking department could use some improvement over scheduling, told me my car wouldnt be finished until 6 or 630pm, they called me at 1030am and said it was done and they were closing at 5 so must be picked up before then.
MJ treated me very well and was very accommodating as I needed more done to my car only finding out like an hour before my appointment. They listened and helped with everything needed. My car is in such great condition now I don’t think I’ll wanna go anywhere else ???? very happy with the service provided and the overall friendliness. Very happy ????

Brought some winter tires in to be put on the rims. Corey Joudry, in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He offered very competitive prices and made sure the job got done quickly so that I could move on with my busy day. There was also a café where I could sit and relax while the job was done (however this did not take much time at all). Overall, a great experience and will definitely be back!

I recently walked into Toyota Town looking for a car that met my needs. I was greeted by Monica, who was friendly, pleasant and funny. She took the time to hear what I was looking for and was able to shortlist some options. After needing time to think about my decision, Monica was great at following up and was able to source some other options in what I was looking for. She was patient and kind and not pushy at all throughout the whole process. She made car shopping so much fun
Dealer misaligned steering wheel centering after wheel alignment which was recommended by dealer. They tried to blame on induced tire, but tire rotation didn't help as there was no problem with tires. They tried to blame on road crown, while their own emergency replacement vehicle didn't have similar issue on road crown. They tried to blame on vehicle accident, but it occurred in 2019 and wheel alignment was also done in 2020 with no issues. Dealership tried manipulating customer, rather than finding root cause and failed to show competency. I went to private shop and problem was fixed. The important part is I didn't receive survey link as I openly told service manager that I will be writing above statement in it, so they never sent survey link to hide their incompetency and were saying that there is something unique in my car or my car is unique and if they find any part damage at no fault of dealer, than they will charge me for it but there was no part damage as their own technician passed it for safety inspection which involves inspection of steering mechanism and suspension. Completely unethical people.

Jason was fantastic to work with. I was looking to lease a Toyota and prior to coming in I was emailing Jackie to get the full details on price. I wanted to gather all of the information before coming in so I was not surprised with price or any additional costs that were "add ons" when you actually do the signing. Jackie was great in responding to my questions and sent me a full price list which included all costs (including licensing) that would be required when leasing and picking up the car. When I finally went in, I had asked that everything be ready as well. I was introduced to Jason who took me on my test drive in a 2014 Toyota Yaris and he clearly explained all of the features the car had to offer. He then went through all of the next steps in leasing the car so that when I came to pick it up a few days later I would be ready. He even picked me up so I wouldn't have to take a cab, with a tea ready! Overall, I was very impressed with every aspect of this lease purchase. Every person that I dealt with was caring, not pushy and discussed what I was looking for in a car. I would recommend this dealership, especially working with Jason, to any one who is interested in purchasing or leasing a Toyota. This experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. I was recently in a car accident that wrote off my car that I absolutely loved. I had planned on replacing it with the same car but at the urging of a friend decided to test drive a Toyota. My car was not a Toyota so I was not overly familiar with the brand. I walked into Toyota Town and had no idea what vehicle I was interested in so I was a little apprehensive. Add to that the dealership is HUGE which was a little off putting for someone like me that already felt unsure of what I was getting into. Thankfully they set me up with a salesperson that was very patient with me and test drive a Corolla and Camry. At the end of my visit I was still undecided but my sales guy didn’t try to force me to make a decision. I was surprised when he introduced me to the manager who gave me his card also. I’m excited to say I will be picking up my new Camry tomorrow and I could be happier! Thanj you Toyota Town for making a nervous customer feel relaxed and confident! I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Toyota to visit this dealership!

I booked an appointment on phone for oil change a week ahead, I left work early to be on time, when I showed up, they said sorry we don’t have your appointment booked in the system, need to book another appointment for another time!!! I will never go there again.
Allycia Mulcair is the BEST!!! My spouse and I bought a new 2016 Toyota Corolla, tech package. Allycia had to tag one from the factory and ended up finding the exact car I wanted 3 weeks early. She put up with me changing my mind a dozen times.. We went in for a used Highlander and just couldn't pass up the credit deal on a new Corolla. We replaced our small car instead of the Venza. She did get us a really good trade in offer on the Venza. We just decided to keep it. I had a small issue with my Corolla. She walked right over to service with me, introduced me to who would be helping me and helped explain the problem. I was impressed with the way she still cared enough to follow up after Allycia didn't just collect a sale and our relationship was over. She really cares! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the market for a car!

First time I went in for service and dropped my car, no one called me to confirm it was ready for pick up, so 5:30 rolls around and I call to be met with “service is now closed”. Now, I’m pretty patient, and fully understanding of issues coming up and was willing to let it go, because I will say I did get my car back same day. Well today I took it back for another service and seasonal tire change. It took me two weeks to book something and no one ever called me or emailed me back from parts. I had intended to buy rims for my all seasons and leave my winters on my current rims. After a long process to just get my service and swap booked I decided not to mention this to them again. Well today after dropping my car, I was called and informed that my service wasn’t going to be done today because it wasn’t booked. I have an email confirmation from an agent directly confirming I had asked to book a service, and confirmed....I informed them to which they left me to wait for him to only confirm 5 minutes later that yes they did confirm both my service and my tire swap.... ultimately they made me feel bad for asking them to do my passed due service today...which was passed due because no one would help me book anything for two weeks. Honestly guys, less than impressed and likely will not be returning. It’s been an unorganized experience to say the least.
I had a pleasure dealing with Jackie Vera at ToyotaTown. She was very understanding and accommodating. I could feel that they are here for customer service to meet the customers' needs and satisfaction not just to sell cars. She gave her direct work cell phone number so that I could do the transaction directly with her. She was very helpful even when it was her day off. If you go to the store, you will see her walking around everywhere being busy, yet she will do her best to answer you and meet your needs/satisfaction. She did not only make sure I chose the right car and I was happy about it but also followed up to see how I like the car. She just wow-ed me. I went to so many dealerships, but haven't met a manager who's so caring and considerate. I am very happy with my purchase and confident that my next car purchase will happen at ToyotaTown again. Strongly recommended!
Never thought I would say that we had a wonderful sales experience with car sales person. Geordie Hock, from the moment we met him was most cooperative in providing the vehicle information we were looking for and was able to answer all our questions concerning features and options. Geordie went the extra effort to arrange test drives and to find vehicles with the color scheme we were considering so that we could see them on a actual vehicle. Due to our time constraints, Geordie was asked to provided a quote with trade-in and was able to do so in a very timely fashion without the normal hassles we have experienced in the past at other car dealers. Geordie was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and put in the extra effort effort to make sure our requirements were met and/or exceeded - a true pleasure to deal with. I have no hestitation in recommending Geordie and ToyotaTown to anybody looking at buying a vehicle.

I find purchasing a vehicle very stressful but Gwen Jones made the purchase of my new RAV4 easier because she is so knowledgeable of the vehicles and was very willing to spend the time with me (hours over 3 visits) to learn what I wanted in a vehicle and answer all my questions until I was confident in making my decision. When I picked up the vehicle, she spent a lot of time going over the complete vehicle and explaining everything to ensure I would be happy and comfortable driving my new vehicle. I also received follow up calls from Gwen to see how I was enjoying my new RAV4 and asked if I had any questions. Vladimir was also friendly, thorough explaining the warranty products and patient with all my questions.
Very pleased with my recent buying experience. Conor got me into a 2015 Corolla after weeks of trying to find me the perfect fit. As always, my wife and I were greeted with a smile and a friendly handshake from Mike Minarsky the Service tech. His considerate, welcoming personality always puts you at ease and he takes the time to really listen to any questions or concerns you may have. Mike explains the service procedure in detail and his suggestions are always appreciated. He is excellent at his job. Hi had my car detailed and they did a great job. It was full of dog hair and MJ Rizkalla had warned me that they might not get it all. I fully understood that and was most forgiving but was royally Impressed when it was literally gone in specific spots of the vehicle. Great job and great service...thanks
I recently bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla S. Frank was great and took care of everything for me in a timely and efficient manner! I am beyond pleased with my purchase and the service which I was provided. Frank took the extra time when I picked up the car to go over all the features and how to use them and even helped me hook up my phone to the Bluetooth. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others in the future!
Jason as usual, steps up to the plate and resolves an issue caused by another service advisor. A simple snow tire installation for my Toyota went south as it was placed in limbo (not removed from dispatch) . My wife also had our other vehicle (from another manufacturer) in for a front end alignment later that morning and I asked Jason how it was going. After the discussion I also asked how the snow tires were coming along on the first vehicle. Jason quickly realized that the vehicle had not even been looked at and nothing had been done for almost 2 hours. He quickly took possession, completed the switchover in the computer system and then forgoing lunch, engaged his manager and technicians and had the team swapping the tires. Without hesitation and without us asking Jason immediately made amends which both my wife and I were satisfied with. Due to Jason’s swift action in getting the vehicle completed after his co workers mistake, I was able to make it to work on time. Not only that, the second vehicle requiring the front end alignment was completed perfectly. The other non Toyota dealer said the alignment was fine and tried to sell me new tires. What a “crock of shit”! Vehicle steers perfectly and steering wheel is straight! Pretty amazing dealership as they can fix any make or model, doesn’t have to be a Toyota. And lastly, what about the service advisor that made the initial mistake, well she apologized to both my wife and I. Thats a rarity in todays world. Way to go Jason, always a pleasure to deal with you and I haven’t seen nothing you cant do or resolve. You are definitely manager material!
Went in for a maintenance service on my Highlander came out with some rattling noise under my car. Usually have good experiences, but it only takes one - especially with all the money that I spend there. I won't be going back.
Staff have very approriate professional attitude. No cafeteria open for coffee (all customers at the time of service were given tickets for a drink/coffee and no one realized was close). Thus deslership should consider having self service coffee/soft drinks corner and discontinue the old fashion with the tickets + have more trust toward their customers in this regard. I expected a much better waiting area and playground/ play corner for kids compared to other Toyota dealerships in the province. Kids play corner is very poor, and doesn't even fit 2 kids to play to make them a bit busy (everyone will be in that position one day of your lifetime with 1 or 2 kids joining you for 1/2 hr or 1 hr for service at the dealership). At the end, quality of work/service is our goal and it's well done within reasonable time frame.

I made mistake I should reply why you guys have phone line and what are you doing in the office if everything is on website. I think they should close office.
What an amazing experience and incredible service!! We were in London for a hockey tournament and had to drive 6 hours back home on Sunday. Saturday morning our check engine light was flashing and track off light was on. We headed to ToyotaTown to get it scanned and were informed the coil was misfiring, however they were not sure if they would have time to fix it on that day as they were already overbooked! Meaning we would be without a vehicle for 3 days and would've had to extend our stay for an extra night so the 4Runner could be fixed on Monday. Only 3 hours after dropping it off, Jason called us to advise that rodents had ate through the wiring connected to 2 our cylinders and advised they still aren't sure that they would be able to finish the job by end of day. A few minutes before quitting time, Jason called to advise that the 4runner was fixed and ready for pick up! We are so impressed and incredible grateful for the amazing service we have received, we would recommend ToyotaTown any day! THANK YOU SO MUCH JASON❣

Great customer service! They have renewed my faith in dealership services! They checked all that I asked for, even after another dealership said it wasn't under warranty a few weeks ago. Direct answers to all questions that I asked followed by a plan to address these items. Jason was great to speak with and was genuinely interested in helping me out. I tried to buy my car out from its lease. I was told there was a 199.00 (+tax) "administration fee" outside of my lease agreement. On top of the "dealer fee" in the lease agreement. I was initially told part of the "dealer fee" in the lease agreement was paid to Toyota Finance. I confirmed with Toyota Finance that it is not. I was still told I HAD to pay the "admin fee" or Toyota Town would not complete the buy out, essentially holding my lease in duress. Eventually they agreed to wave this fee for me, but it's not part of the lease and they can't make it mandatory. Bogus fees. What a headache. Go somewhere else.
Service was pretty smooth. Prices are a bit higher than I would have expected for a standard service, but the service was good. The shuttle driver, Rich, was fantastic. I’m in the far North so it’s a bit of a drive (especially with all the pick ups and drop offs), however Rich made the drive a pleasure.
Service is fine, however their phone systems are frankly broken. Reaching the initial operator works fine but as soon as you are redirected, if no one answers you will be bounced between an apparent "operator who will take a message" (Who never answers to take a message), and the same automated message. This will typically happen a couple times then someone will pick up and hang up on you. Since response issues have been corrected.
Service rep was helpful, professional and knows his job. Andy the driver was amazing, funny and best ride anywhere I have ever had! Everything was great and I feel safe knowing that my car is in good hands for all its maintenance and repairs. Your mechanics have never let me down. Thank you
Me and my wife bought our first car in Canada last month, and we have been really happy with Toyota Town and especially with our Sales Assistant Gwen. She is very knowledgeable about all Toyota's option and helped us to find the best option that fit our budged and needs. Everything was crystal-clear explained since the beginning, including all bureaucracy and "winter-stuff that people from warm countries can't think of". I really recommend ToyotaTown and her!
We had over the top service by Chelsea Wakefield. Few days prior to our driving to Florida we discovered a squirrel also liked my bran new 2016 Corolla and took res. under my front hood. Chelsea gave me my options, set up a rental, and kept me up to date status of replacement parts arrival and when competed by service. Chelsea made me feel like I was her only customer. She truly cared right from beginning to end giving me updates every few days. That's feel good service!!
We had a car dealer nicknamed Toyota Tim. A very easy going guy who you feel like your buddies with before you even get the keys to your vehicle. Not so much that this makes the sale, but makes it all much more simple and relaxing. Recently I went in to purchase my first vehicle (a 2014 Corolla) with my daughter. It was a spur of the moment decision and a decision I have not regretted since. I just purchased a vehicle from Toyotatown and the service was exemplary! From the Salesman, Baz Afara, to the Service Advisor, Todd Servant, to the Finance Services Manager, Andre de Coning, everything went extraordinarily well! It didn't matter how many questions I had, they were all answered with courtesy and kindness and lots of detail and I was encouraged to continue to ask as many questions as I needed to to make me feel comfortable. The options for the extended warranties and the vehicle protection products and the financial choices were amazing! It was an amazing experience with dealing with them. I had a problem with my 2017 toyota sienna. I had cross connected my battery terminals by mistake and my check engine light was on some of the systems were affected including BCM cut off the signals to the fuel injector i was not able to drive the vehicle more than 20 kms speed and brought the vehicle to NORTH LONDON TOYOTA in fanshawe park road London. They took it as a good chance to cheat and they took too much money from me for unnecessary things and they removed the fourway flasher fuses and misplaced all the other fuses on purpose inorder me to come back to them. Because when i brought my car to them it was working. I gone back and asked them about it and the service manager is a real junk he was saying what is the proof it was working. I didnt service there i brought to toyota town and explained them all they said they had so many experience from North London Toyota like that. They found the fuses were misplaced and they didnt charge me for that. Pls never ever go to North London at all...!!!!
I have to admit I was not a nice or polite customer when I showed up at ToyotaTown I had dealt with to many pushy,rude salesman and I was at the end of my rope! Than I met Sean and he turned things around for me! I told him I wanted an SUV and the features it HAD to have and my price range. He called me a week or so later and told me he found it. He was right, it was perfect! It does not end there he took endless phone calls and text messages from me at night, on his days off, even after I paid for it and drove it for 2 week he still took time to answer questions for me. Sean went beyond his scope of work to make me happy and I would recommend him to everyone.
Overall, I would recommend on buying your new or used vehicle from ToyotaTown. When I bought my used 2007 Yaris from this dealership I felt they did a great job of taking care of my needs and made sure I got my car when I needed it. On the other hand, there are things that, ethically I feel, the public and its customers should be very much so aware of. When buying my vehicle I was specifically told my car carried all-season tires. I recently brought it in for inspection and I was told they were winter tires. Had I actually inspected the tires previously I would have clearly found this out myself but I made the mistake of assuming the dealership and salesman would have told me the correct information. I was also told that I would need to replace the front exhausts pipe gasket and they highly recommended getting a 'throttle service" as it would help with gas consumption and its driving. The gasket was quoted at $300 and the throttle service at $69.95. In total, with taxes, these charges would have equated out to just over $420. I did speak with the sales manager and informed him of the misinformation I was given in regards to the tires. He was sincerely apologetic over the issue and we were working on a solution however after finding out other information I'm simply no longer open to a resolution with this dealership. I had two other auto shops give me quotes on the gasket and asked them about this "throttle service" that was so highly recommended by the dealership. I decided on going with Napa AutoPro and spent just less than $105, including taxes, to repair my broken gasket. When I asked about the "throttle service" I was told word-for-word "they're trying to up-sell you". I did not make it a secret when I was at ToyotaTown that I was trying to be as budget-friendly as possible. Although I recognize it was a recommendation they made, it was a recommendation that sounded to have a high amount of importance relating to the functionality of my car and that it would significantly aid with fuel consumption. Then I'm to find out this $70 service really won't do all that much, and that I could go to Canadian Tire and buy a can of throttle bottle cleaning fluid for $10 and have my friend (who used to work in an auto body shop before becoming a police officer) do it for free. You can take this review as you'd like; I'm not telling you not to go to ToyotaTown for servicing. Their technicians are highly qualified and in the end you'll leave with a fully functional vehicle. I am, on the other hand, certainly telling you to get a second opinion and not necessarily believe everything you're told at face value. You just might be able to find technicians that are equally qualified to fix your car with the added bonus of not paying an arm and leg to get great service. I will buy Toyota in the future (checking the tires first for accuracy of course) but I certainly will never trust them again with my serving needs. That, I'm really disappointed with; I really wanted to be a loyal client and would have been if I trusted they were sincerely looking out for MY best interests. Tsk tsk ToyotaTown.

I love to go here for my car even though I have a Honda now. They are Honest , & reasonable. I bought an Echo a several years ago to do a long distant commute. Loved that little car . Rob gave me good advice and took care of my little car. It never failed me because of the great matinence provided by Toyota town and Rob. He takes the time to explain things, treats me like family, tells me if something is wrong but does not do unnecessary work thus saving me money. He always fits me in to their busy schedule. I have since aquired a Honda Fit and still go to Rob/ Toyota Town, I am treated the same. Brought the car back today without an appointment as there was a rattle from underneath the vehicle after having it serviced 10 days prior. The service advisor, Helena Vrabec was extremely courteous, polite, "up-front" and personable. The middle section of the heat shield was re-secured within 20 minutes of dropping it off with no additional charge to me. I am extremely appreciative of the prompt, courteous service. I own an 'older' matrix and have it serviced at ToyotaTown regularly. An appointment is made and a discussion is held as to the items to be serviced. Upon arrival the service advisor reviews the service list and confirms or modifies the work anticipated, and advises the duration. There is a 'live lunch counter' in the waiting lounge and wifi is free, seating is comfortable too. Have breakfast or soup/sandwich while waiting, wander through the showroom. Sometimes the service advisor finds a need for further discussion based on the discoveries of the technicians, and presents the options. The place is spotless clean and a basic car wash is part of their package. The management also present a customer discount card. The staff are always service oriented and electronic payment options are presented as the CSR explains the completed work. Always professional here. So I give them a 5 (of 5). Thanks ToyotaTown.
Great service! My wife and I were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and we already had our sights on a Venza from shopping online at Toyota town. Shawn Longworth was our salesperson and he was great! Very knowledgeable and honest. He made sure that we were informed about everything the vehicle had to offer and went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was in top condition for us at pick up. I highly recommend him and Toyota town.
I lost the car keys to the rental I had gotten to drive out to Grand Bend on vacation. I had to get the car towed to the dealership but couldn’t get my things out from the car trunk because the car was in lockdown emergency mode. I talked to Ed from the dealership over the phone and he was really helpful and friendly after I had such a rough two days. He assured me they would do whatever they could to get the car unlocked for me so I could get my stuff the day of and not have to drive all the way back home only to come back again once Enterprise had delivered them the keys the next day. He had made a duplicate key and had the car unlocked within the hour. Super helpful and great service!!!!
This morning I showed up to Toyotatown service bay without an appointment. Jason ( a familiar face) a Senior Service advisor greeted me with his usual smile and pleasant demeanour. I told him that I didn’t have an appointment today but had a sleepless night because of service appointment I had done ( the first and only time) at another Toyota dealership closer to my home yesterday. I recalled the events of yesterday’s service at ANOTHER dealership and that it had left me very distraught and questioning the integrity their service department especially the service advisor I dealt with there!!! Jason told me that it was no problem to have a look at my car right away and immediately put my mind at ease. Jason opened the hood of my vehicle, had a look around and then went into the service bay and came out with 2 individuals; Joe Moniz and Sandrae Chen. They looked with a flashlight at my water pump and decided to put my vehicle up on a hoist just to have a better look. After they closed the hood to move my vehicle into the service bay, Sandrae notice that my windshield wipers on the front of my vehicle were ripped ( the other dealership changed my oil yesterday and supposedly did an inspection of my vehicle of fluid levels etc but missed this) !! After inspecting my vehicle, Joe Moniz brought me back into the service bay.... explained things and showed me and most IMPORTANTLY assured me that I would have no problems with regards to my water pump on my return trip to Toronto. When I asked the other dealership if it was safe for this they gave me no assurances and wanted to do it ASAP . The service advisor at the OTHER dealership even said with regards to having the water pump replaced, “You don’t have to pay for it ; it is covered under warranty.” Lastly, Toyotatown replaced my wiper blades and took the time to inspect my vehicle and most importantly, put my mind at ease with regards to my vehicle’s safety. When I asked to pay ... they told me there was no charge and to have a good trip!! I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Toyotatown and had my vehicle service done there over the years. They are VERY HONEST , VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY COMPETENT!! Thank you Jason, Joe and Sandrae for helping me out today!!
I searched for a new van online, and was sending emails to different dealers to collect information. I started very lightly looking at new vehicles and met with a sales person and test drove several vehicles. There was no heavy pressure, but there was good followup with me by phone and email. I took a while to decide and went back in several times. When my original sales person was not available because I had not made an appointment, another sales person stepped in to help, again with no pressure. The day that my new Highlander was ready for delivery my original sales person (Justin Maki) was unavailable due to illness. I was very impressed with how well his colleague (OV Khalili) stepped in to provide for a smooth delivery. Dealing with Rita Dalal for the financial services end of things was very pleasant as well. I've dealt with ToyotaTown since buying my 2009RAV and have been very happy with their people and their service.
Really bad experience no dealership is asking to make an appointment for selling cars. When I went they told me we can't tell you anything u have to make an appointment and for the appointment I call them two times but nobody responded to my call with this attitude they not gonna earn new customers. Toyota north is doing wonderful job they respect the walk-in and also doing appointments too.

This dealership is very busy and has a lot going on. Only reason for a 3 star is we waited about 15 minutes inside before anyone even noticed us or even made eye contact with me ( I had to stop somone and ask who I should talk too) The customer service rep said I should have made an appointment, but I honestly just wanted to come in and ask a few quick questions. I didn't know I had to call and book an appointment to see a sales rep for 20 minutes to talk about the questions I had.
After appointment, and after test drive of the car , after agreed for the price 17389 , when we back from test drive to sign the doc they said : the car is sold , it is for couple of hundred dollars , where is the customer respect? Where is the customer service ? They waste my time and my family time, we drive over 50 Km between college , my kids school to get them , we felt disappointed and very bad . This is not Toyota

I am from London, yet have had a job in Hamilton for the past several years. I make sure to do my servicing at ToyotaTown when I am visiting my mom in London as I am so happy with their service, with the staff (usually Rob Dako helps me), and the quality of the work. Although I have a Honda, they treat her just like a Toyota (she's not discriminated against ;) ). The prices for the repairs are not more than expected (usually less) and are done quickly. I will keep getting service done with ToyotaTown for as long as I am living close enough to get it done there, even if it means driving from out of town. It is not easy to find an auto mechanic that you trust, that is friendly, affordable and does quality work. ToyotaTown goes above and beyond and makes it so I don't dread bringing my car in, which means that she gets problems fixed early. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stopped into Toyota Town last week. We had previously bought from Toyota Town and were in the market for a new second vehicle. Immediately we were greeted by a very friendly face, Shawn Longworth. Shawn spent about an hour with my husband and I as we talked about the things we wanted in a car and didn't want. Even though we were clear no decisions were being made that day Shawn was never pushy or rushed us away so he could get with another potential customer. My husband and I decided the Corolla Sport was the car we were leaning toward most and Shawn even took the time to take us for a test drive. We left Toyota Town that day feeling appreciated and that all of our needs and concerns were met. Horrible Customer Service. I brought my car here as it was damaged in a break in. They have an offsite body shop called White Oaks Collision. Please search and see the review there to get the full scope, but the short form is it took 7 weeks, multiple attempts and overall very poor Quality Control. The issue with Toyota Town is that I've asked to speak to the service manager John. John addressed my concerns professionally the first time. I asked to have someone higher (GM, Owner, Regional Manager) but they didn't. I then called again and advised the poor ongoing service at White Oaks Collission and John said the owner gave John permission to speak on his behalf and advised that the car will not be repaired to my standards (standards being returned with no scratched on the repaired/repainted areas which I think is acceptable). John then advised I need to pick up my car and to take it elsewhere. Is this really how you want to treat customers? At that, the GM refuses to call someone with a legitimate complaint? Horrible customer service which will now result in further escalations with photos, notes, and calls to prove it. I STRONGLY SUGGEST DEALING WITH ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. ***Update*** Re: To the owner: Thank you for the reply. I would've appreciated the phone call as I've requested a call on two separate occasions and didn't hear back. My frustration is with the sake that it took 5 different visits to pick up my car and the lack of quality control inspected when returning a "repaired" vehicle. I have two problems with your reply. 1. Your statement saying the bodyshop repaired/buffed parts on the bumper and and trunk lid is either an outright lie, or was I was not advised of such repairs. I fully inspected the vehicle yesterday and both the bumper and trunk lid have scratches on them and I was only advised they were repairing the doors, windows, and surrounding areas caused by damage. 2. I was definitely not advised that I or my insurance would be reimbursed for the work done should I take it to another body shop. Your service advisor John told me the work is now completed (after 5 attempts) and if it still wasn't up to par that I can take my car to another bodyshop and resubmit their quote to my insurance. As an FYI my insruance is saying that I'd need to submit another claim which costs me $500 as a deductible. John advised me yesterday that I needed to get my car regardless of the condition yesterday. Please keep in mind that each time I saw the flaws in the vehicle that your advisors, and Manager (JIM) agreed and acknowledged them. I took several pictures of the issues. I will say that after picking up the car yesterday afternoon that they addressed the concerns and repairs with exceptions some paint imperfections. You need to understand that from a customer experience, waiting 7 weeks, 5 attempts, multiple requests for call backs and having non them met will paint a poor experience.

Very bad experience of oil changing last week. The service technician's work was good. But the cashier, a young lady is very cold and rude! She called my surname directly without any title, pushed me to pay before showing the receipt, and no any response when I said thanks after the payment. I'll never go to Toyota Town again as long as she is working there!
I dealt with Gwen last time I bought my car. I bought a 2016 Corolla and was very pleased with the car’s performance. Unfortunately I had an accident which totalled the car, but I walked away without a scratch. Totally impressed! Gwen is very knowledgeable about the cars and was ever so helpful in helping choose the right fit for me again. Overall, over the past few years Toyota Town has impressed me with both their quality of product and service. I’m sold again!
Fantastic dealer. Went in to see what they could offer that would compete with an offer recieved through my employer. Dealt with Gwen who was exceptional, both from a personable perspective as well as a perfessional one. To my surprise, and this speaks to their willingness to meet their customers needs and ensure all walk away happy, they were able to get within my employer offer. Gwen and Stephanie worked very hard to ensure my wife and I got the best of the best treatment. Sadly, and through no fault of their own, I had to walk away as my employer offer had the vehicle in hand where Toyota Town wouldnt have until end of month, which is reasonable in my opinion. I called Toyota Town and got an appointment in three days. The waiting room is well arranged for 2 meter social distance. I have felt safe there. A service of oil change and break inspection took me 1 hour there. The price is still very reasonable, the best in the town. The reception people are very polite and warm as always. I fully recommended Toyota Town and will go there again for sure.

Best customer service ever! Staff are super amazing and friendly, amazing people! When they are fixing your car, and say they'll be an hour, they really do mean only an hour. They also give coffees, which I appreciate forever and forever. Jason DeFelice is awesome! He explains what they are doing to my car incredibly well, and I understand. I am no car person either. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and you can joke with them. They are like family and friends you can talk to. they honestly deserve a raise, they all work so hard, and they are amazing at what they do. They need to be more appreciated.
I recently purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI from Toyota Town after a long search through the lots of other VW dealerships in and around London. Typically I'm reluctant to buy anything used from any other branded dealer but the manufacturers (Understandably, it's hard for an outside dealer to have the same knowledge base about the car as someone who sells them regularly). My experience with Toyota Town was just the opposite. Sean McRae was easy to work with and continued following up with any questions I had even long after the sale. Post sale, I've since had the car into their service department 3 times to take care of some general maintenance, i.e. oil changes, new summer tires, etc. Me, always leaving things to the last minute, was able to call Sarah Cawston directly in the service department, the day of or end of day before and she managed to squeeze me in every time. Even on some very busy weekends. While there, Sarah was extremely helpful in addressing any questions I had and she even followed up with a local VW dealership to double check the specific service information for the car. Every time I picked up my car it was washed and ready to go. These guys are pros and I will be certainly taking my car back here for it's next service as well as consulting them first before my next car purchase. Keep up the great work!
I was there on April 11th to have my all season tires put on. In the two plus hours I waited, I witnessed some things that were bothersome, and had the pleasure of chatting to the nice greeter. When I first walked in, the waiting area was crowded. Incredibly, a woman was stretched out across one of the three couches, with her runners off, fast asleep. When she finally woke up, an older gentleman was standing near the couch, and she asked him if he would like a seat. She cleared her backpack, purse and jacket from the other side, so he could sit down. After that couch became vacant, two women sat down. From out of the front of the hoodie of one woman, a chihuahua popped out and was brought out to sit one her lap. The dog was well behaved, but I, for one, am extremely allergic to dogs. I probably wasn't the only person there who is. Finally, after over two hours of waiting, I saw the nice man, who washes the vehicles, bring in keys that looked a lot like mine. I got up to go pay, was asked by a service rep, who was seated, if she could help me. I told her that I was fairly certain my keys had just been brought in, and that I would like to pay. She checked the board and couldn't find me, checked her computer, and then she walked over to a group of service reps chatting at the photocopier, and took my keys and bill from one of them. The point of my long story is that I am seriously reconsidering coming to ToyotaTown. We moved here last summer, so I have no customer loyalty. I have never experienced a wait time and waiting area scenarios like yesterday. Perhaps the nice greeter, or someone else on staff, could circulate through the waiting area to wake up sleeping customers hogging the couches, or remind customers that not everyone is happy to see their dogs. Also, getting keys in a timely manner is always appreciated, especially when a customer has waited for almost two and a half hours.
Before coming there, I didn’t figure out what’s a meaning of Fraud and Scam but after that I realized that. I went there for full maintenance and they changed me recently $1000 for that . After learning there, just few days after all problems come back again, brake noises, engine shaking. I came back there and talked with their agent who completed my process he just started to excuse and said that I have to book a time again for more maintenance and also I should pay again. I never ever come back this place anymore and if I had a option for minus 5 undoubtedly I will give them because they deserve for this. I hope that anyone has plans for maintenance or something else before going this place do more searches

Toyota town is a awesome place to buy a car when I got mine it was low pressure and very friendly staff. I had Justin Maki help me pick the corolla SE and it’s so much better then my last car I’ve had 0 issues and 2 years down the road Justin still checks in on me to make sure I’m happy with the car. We arrived later than we had planned to (half an hour before closing) but Gwen didn't rush us out the door at closing time. She answered all of our questions and helped in us making our decision about buying a Prius this time or staying with another Corolla. They were setting up for an event the next day and she apologized multiple times for all the noise and commotion but it didn't really bother us. Everything about our purchase was very professional and pleasant .
Just picked up my new 2018 Toyota RAV4 Limited. Previously had a 2014 RAV4 Limited that was totaled in an accident. The 2018 RAV4 has a smoother ride. There are a few changes but basically the same as the 2014. The bird's eye camera and collisions indicators are great additions. I dealt with Gwen Jones, a Product Adviser. She was amazing. Her knowledge of the different vehicles I tested was superb. At no time did I ever feel pressured, which was great. Gwen gave me all the options and let me make the decision. When I picked up the vehicle Gwen spent a great deal of time going over the vehicle. We sat in the car for quite a long time while she went over all the features, also setting up my phone. There was no rush and Gwen made sure I was satisfied and had no more questions. Thank you Gwen for making this an enjoyable experience for me.
I have been taking my 2009 RAV 4 to Toyotatown for all servicing since the day I bought it. At 192 kms, it continues to run perfectly. I credit the technicians and service advisors for their sound advice and work on the vehicle over the years. Peter has been my advisor during my last few visits. I find him to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He also applies parts and labour discounts whenever he is able to assist with the cost of the repairs. I appreciate his honest and thorough advice.

I had a very unique situation and Stephanie was able to work with me and find something I was happy with. She did not get frustrated or annoyed, but stuck with it start to finish until I was pleased. After I got my car it had a little maintenance trouble and she was very quick in helping me get it back in to service the problem. I was very worried that we wouldn't get the car back in time for my daughter to use it to commute to work. She works at the other end of London and it would have taken her 3 times as long to go there on the bus (at night), than to drive (65 minutes + waiting time and transfer time VS 20 minutes by car). Helena really worked for me and got our car done in good time. She was friendly and made the emergency service experience OK!

Booking my service appointment was easy and quick. Firis worked around my schedule and ensured my needs would be met in a timely manner. Additional service was required and Firis contacted me before proceeding, and let me know the issue with my vehicle (in lamens terms - very important for someone like me), the cost, and still guaranteed that my vehicle would be ready on time. I was extremely impressed with Justin Maki and the process of buying a car at Toyotatown. I did not know what car I wanted to buy. Justin presented the options and we narrowed down the search. I drove my two potential cars with Justin describing all features of each. The Corolla SE was the car I bought. I found the financing portion very straight forward and Justin was very transparent at all times. Finally, with picking up the car, Justin presented all information so we could enjoy all the features of our car. Overall, the entire process was fun and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying aToyota to see Justin Maki.

I am really impressed with Toyota Town and the assistance I got there from Shawn Longworth and Andre de Coning. I was looking for a Toyota online, having driven a Yaris for the last 4 years and absolutely loving it, and I found a couple of options that were appealing to me at this dealership. After sending a quick inquiry via email, I received a call within 10 minutes. I then received an email and it was really easy to make arrangements to check out the vehicles. There was no pressure of any kind. The hours are very convenient and they were able to work around my very busy schedule. Shawn Longworth was really awesome to deal with, very courteous and fun, he knew the cars he was showing inside and out and it made the whole experience lots of fun and not a bit stressful. He was able to answer all of my questions. He was really a joy to deal with and not just because of his knowledge and understanding of the brand, but also because of his personality and sense of humour. I also appreciated the service I got from Andre de Coning, their business manager, who was also very helpful, professional and understanding. What a great team! I will definitely recommend Toyota town to anyone loooking for both quality vehicle and great customer experience. Oh, and yes, I love my Prius!!!
We were randomly assigned to Geordie Hock (Product Advisor) based on when we requested an appointment to test drive a Sienna. We were so glad we ended up with Geordie. He was prepared ahead of time for our arrival, concise and tailored our appointment based on what we shared and asked him upon arrival. We sincerely appreciated his approach as a sales rep- friendly, trusting, transparent, detailed and responsive. We absolutely recommend that you request him!
We came in after test driving and comparing local competition and had narrowed it down to ours and one other. We presented our information and William responded with knowledge and was very personable and got us exactly what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing our Highlander that evening. He even waited for us to finish with another staff member after the dealership had closed and was attentive to our children and included them in the process to keep them engaged in the 'not so interesting' parts of the process. Throughout our purchase and delivery process (William even came in on his day off to make sure we were well taken care of) he was excited for us and was a very genuine guy. He is truly a people person, whom I would recommend to family and friends as often as I can!
Justin Maki was great and very accommodating to everything that I needed. He gave me a great price and gave me all of my options. A Toyota was not my final purchase choice but that had nothing to do with Justin. He understood my needs and was pretty chill about it. I've already recommended his services to other Co workers and highly suggest other go for him on a new car purchase as well.

So it's been a year now since i bought my first vehicle ever from the team here at toyota town and i'm still 100% satisfied with my purchase. Im glad I looked around first and found this place as they were great through the sales process and even better with the service. Ask for Mike Jansen if you need to get your car looked at, he is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and can troubleshoot and fix any issues or questions you have.

Recently, when my Rav had an issue with the gas tank, the staff at Toyotatown went above and beyond to give me good service and look after me. I have been a customer of Toyotatown for many years and found that the people in the service department listen to my concerns and take them seriously. If anything continues to be an issue, they endeavor to make it right. Thank you Ed and your department members for your excellent service.
We always look forward to our visit to Toyota Town. The ladies and gentlemen who set up our services are very congenial and competent in their approach to business. They are always ready to explain everything on the invoice. You have a very friendly staff. Oh, and the coffee is a bonus.
Have bought two vehicles from this dealership in the last two weeks. Purchased a 2013 Toyota Venza and a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Sales people were: Brian Komar (Sales Manager) and Menat Al-Bayya (Sales Associate). They both demonstrated excellent communication skills and there were no pushy sales tactics used. Just really good information. No questions went unanswered. We have been at the dealership several times over the last few weeks. Every visit was perfect. They are always busy, but each time we were there, we were never rushed, and everything was done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the level of consistency that I experienced with each visit. I will recommend ToyotaTown to anyone who wants a great experience.
Dealing with Justin was the only time I have actually enjoyed buying a car. We had seen one online that seemed to fit our needs and Justin very thoroughly helped us to see that it was. Our interchanges with Justin were light, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My daughter was very pleased at being treated as a valued contributor to the process - not something that always happens in businesses. Our RAV4 is going to live forever. My daughter's 2005 Matrix will be dead by spring and there is no one else in this marketplace we would go to other than Mr. Maki
Not impressed. Went in to look at a new Venza to replace my 2003 Altima. The Venza offer was great and I was considering it until we started talking trade in value. The sales rep (really nice guy, sorry can't remember the name) went outside with a "manager/estimator" of sorts and came back with their offer on my car: $500. I think the sales guy was a little embarrassed to bring me this offer and I was annoyed that there was no reason given for the low offer. The woman who did the estimating did not want to talk to me. At this point negotiating was pointless. I got up and left. Bought a Subaru instead. Very happy with my decision.
I bought my Toyota there in 2016. I have been very displeased with the reception staff for service. And now they have misplaced my winter tires that I paid them to store. And are rude and condescending. I don't recommend them for service. Get your Toyota and service elsewhere.
I have purchased a few vehicles over my life, and this was by far the most easiest, memorable, and hassle free experiences. I purchased my 2016 Corolla from an excellent sales person, Tomasz Kisiel. He took the time to listen to my needs, what I wanted from a vehicle, and what I was willing to pay. Not once did I feel pressured in any way, like most car salespeople get known for. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, the entire experience was enjoyable, easy, and memorable. They took the time to even put a bow on it, and took a photo as well. I am not super tech savvy, so when I acquired a new phone, Tomasz Kisiel, was also kind enough to take the time out of his day and set up the cars bluetooth system, so I can use it handsfree.. At this point, most other companies and dealers wouldn't bother, but even after the purchase, the service was still top notch, and impressive. I highly recommend this dealership, and the sales person Tomasz if you are either looking fora new vehicle or even a used one. I will definitely return and purchase any future vehicles from here.
