This is the second time i bought the vehicle from Titanium Autos which was Audi Q5 2016. There were some sunroof, steering wheel and engine oil chamber leaking problem but they solve my all the problems and and made my vehicle like new. I really like the customer service from Moe he helped us and always replied to any our inquiries. After fixing all the problems of my car they didn't ignore us and never annoyed and always ready help us with our Audi Vehicle but now there is no any problem with my vehicle. It works great now but i am sure whenever we need any assistance for our Audi Q5 they will assist us in the future too. I really trust these guys. Excellent job ???? guys. I met with many salesmen/women during the search for my car, and Mateo was by far the most relaxed, informative, and helpful person I interacted with. The car I bought was indeed the right fit for me, but another reason I went with my car was because I had the best experience with him. The other sales associates were helpful along the way, as well. I did have an issue with my vehicle shortly after purchasing the car, but it turned out to be a dealership recall on the make and model I bought. Found out about Titanium while searching Kijiji as they had a listing for an interesting, very new, very low kilometre vehicle at a good price. The car made our short list. After looking more closely it turned out to be a very near perfect example of what we were looking for, 15 months since leaving the manufacturer’s dealer it had 20,000km on it and next to zero apparent wear and tear inside or out. Nearly two years of the original factory warranty came with it when we bought it. Test drove it one day. Asked Titanium if we could take it to our mechanic for an inspection the next day and the answer from Titanium was “That's totally fine.” Our mechanic checked it over and was impressed, his words to us were “That’s a new car.” Their selection of nearly new cars and the relaxed, no pressure approach from the people at Titanium sealed the deal for us. I never post any reviews for any stores but ui have to say this. Says 3.99% interest on website , then tries to sell for 4.99% saying the promotion ended yesterday. And their website says “will price match”. and when i tell about a different seller with the same vehicle with 15k lesser kilometres, they just say the price is firm. Also, they say in order to test drive a car, they have to do a credit check which is totally ridiculous. Then did the credit check, tries to take the car for a test drive, the car battery is dead and then says they will provide a new battery if i purchase it. By then, we were totally disappointed with the service. To be honest we just did not buy the car because of the bad customer experience and of course, the car was bad too.

My grandparents were interested in a vehicle that was just posted and they made an appointment right when it opened to test ride it, they got there before it technically opened at 12 and there was people looking in the hood before 12 and they said the car was already sold to them! They made made an appointment to check it out and buy it yet they go behind their back and sell it before they officially open. They were coming in out of town as well, very..VERY low move. Won't be getting any recommendations at all

I was very happy with the entire process. From start to finish, the professional service and reliability was fantastic. We drove from out of town and had let Mac know our expectations. We drove away with our new-to-us vehicle with financing completed, ownership and plates (with an actual plate cover :) ), I switched our insurance details for two vehicles while we waited, and all of this was done within four hours. The lot is organized, office up-to- date and clean (with snacks) and the vehicles are detailed. Recommended!

Bought a 2015 kia forte a year ago. I drove 35000km car still works haven't had to repair anything. The staff was nice, didn't pressure me and explained everything. Financing was easy interest was 4.99% better than some other places. I've bought cars from 3 dealers. This one was the best out of all of them.

I test drove two 2013 cars (one small SUV and a hatchback). Liked the low pressure, relaxed sales approach. Moe answered all my question and I felt that I could trust him. Did not buy the hatchback because it's a bit out of my budget. (SUV even more so!) Their cars seem to be priced competitively like they say but it's pretty much fixed ie. take it or leave it. That's good (if you can afford the price) and bad (if you can't) ! Definitely one of the better used car dealerships in London. Still looking!

Before I took my car into Titanium a mechanic wanted to charge me $420 for a repair that was not needed after spending $1,200 with him already! Needless to say the "repair" was a simple adjustment that took them less then 5 minutes to fix! You guys are amazing very trusted and honest work. ????????????

I can't even begin to express my ingratitude for these people. Sold me a total lemon with a straight face no more than a few years ago. Problems arose right away and never stopped ever since. I went to their repair shop for a few times but also got fed up with them soon enough (they made me purchase an auto part that had nothing to do with the problem, and never refunded me). Not like other repair shops could do much better with that piece of junk. Car should never have been sold and is now going where it belongs - the junkyard. AVOID!

Went in to buy a 2015 gmc Acadia and met on a Saturday with mateo and was excited.. all was good. payments and eveything was great and what I was looking for. Couldn't go back that day with my trade in to start the paper work so went in Monday and spoke with another guys as mateo wasn't there till one. Took all my info started the process then went to go to finance guy who was with another customer. Buddy just glanced at my info and turns to the guy helping me and says "it's no good he'll need a co-signer". Guy helping me turns to me and say's "do you think your wife will be a co-signer?" finance guy couldn't even be bother to see what he could do. Just passed me off. So I said thanks but no thanks. You couldn't even take the 2 minutes to attempt to get me the car ill just take my business else where as clearly you guys are making money hand over fist.that and there was no need for a co-signer as my credit was fine. It was pathetic how un business like it was. So I went across the street to empire auto the same day. Guy brought a car from another lot just for me to test drive within 2 hours of my call. Went in at 5 drove it loved it bought it. Whole thing took 20 minutes. Less time then I had wasted in 2 days at titanium auto. I got an even better ride (2017 traverse awd td finance no co-signer) and a great rate. Better then what I had wanted from them, so it all worked out in the end for me. But my honest opinion is don't go there and deal with these greesy guys ..there not worth your time or money!

We had a horrible experience here. My husband and I purchased a vehicle and we both feel like we were scammed. My husband left a review and they rebutted the review because I was technically the purchaser, therefore I feel compelled to leave my review now. This was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. They seemed nice and trustworthy so we bought an extended warranty for over $2,000 that turned out to be completely worthless. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. We were told that we would be covered for all electrical issues for up to 100,000 kms and that there was no time limit. Well, after only a year, and only 9,000 kms later, we noticed a power window not working and they refused to cover it because the problem was with the wires. We would have understood that if the problem we were experiencing with the vehicle was due to a lack of maintenance such as oil changes, that it wouldn't be covered. However, this was not the issue. In the warranty it does state coverage for all electrical/electronics . As far as I'm concerned when a warranty states that, it is that... which includes WIRES (is there any electrical component in a car that does not include wiring?). We weren't told at the time that it didn’t cover wires (a major part of the electrical system) and we were not told that if the warranty didn't cover a repair that the diagnostics wouldn't be covered either.

But what impressed me the most is when I called him 3 months after buying the vehicle and told him I had a flat tire, he send One of the staff over to put air in the tire so I can take it to get it repaired. I loved their after sale service and the fact that they didn’t want to charge me for it. Also all the staff were really welcoming and very nice and professional. Plenty of up close photo's to see exact style and features inside the vehicle and outside.A 200 point inspection is awesome when you need a great quality car to be truly certified. Then as i got to visit Titanium Auto it was a very pleasing experience. Patient with all of my questions was very important to me as i was never rushed to sign on the dotted line. Was able to take a test drive at my leisure which was nice to get a feel of how the vehicle handled. Salesman staff was very friendly and mindful of my needs and budget. A car that looks new, with low kms and runs great without the brand new pricetag. I went to many dealerships and visited private sellers all over the GTA. Disappointed with each visit. I was blown away when I drove into Titanium Auto Sales! Every vehicle in their lot is in pristine condition, including the vehicle I drove two hours to see. I dealt with Mateo from the beginning and he was amazing! Their approach was like no other. They are so confident that every customer will be happy driving away in one of their vehicles that there was no game/pitch. He gave me all the information, noting that this car was was off lease from the manufacturer (I believe that is what they specialize in). It could not be in better condition. It was perfect and fully loaded! I needed to go home to give myself time and to do research. He did not push me to buy day of like most sellers. He gave me the time, knowing I would be back. I drove all the way back to London the very next morning to purchase. Well worth it! Mateo was kind, knowledgable, professional and answered all my questions.
