I’ve bought two vehicles from here now, the first one was a 2010 Mazda 6 which came safetied and with a 30 day safety warranty, I had an issue a week into owning the car with a tire imbalance, I called them and they took care of me, fixed my car for free and for this instance took me only an hour and a half, no hassle! The second vehicle was a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado they safetied and got it kn the road for me even though the truck was being sold as is, there was a miscommunication where they said I was going to be given a warranty that they didn’t give me, just a miscommunication between me, the owner and there dealer, they worked with me and got me the warranty once again NO HASSLE, my dad has also bought a car here that had a small issue that the dealership didn’t know about, target auto fixed that NO HASSLE, couldn’t recommend these guys enough

Remo Breiche and Sam Khadir are nice people but you have to really watch out what you end up looking at. I got a 2013 Kia Rio Eco LX (Silver). Gave me lots of mechanical problems but I didnt think anything of it. I was a college student so I couldn't afford anything as it is. I was under the impression that this stuff happens all the time. So Remo and Sam helped me out and put me into a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS Sedan (purple/blue) and now the radio didn't work after a few weeks of having the car. I'm not saying anything good or bad I'm just saying be extra careful when looking at these vehicles, and get the extended warranty. Also, you need to have a backbone when it comes to this place. They are very persistent when it comes to driving a sale.

I would like to share my experience with Target although I did not purchase from them. I met Monir, he is a nice guy, and he gave me a very good deal. I sent the car to Toyota dealership for primary investigation and they advised me to go for the deal. The car has literally nothing wrong. I paid 500$ deposit and agreed for picking up date after the safety has been done. For personal circumstances I could not finish the deal and asked Monir to refund my money back. Honestly speaking he had no problem at all although the safety had been finished based on all my recommendations. I would advice all my friends to purchase from Target because of the unprecedented treatment I had. I have not bought a car yet, but definitely when I decide, I am not going anywhere except TARGET.

Buyer beware!!! Do not buy from here. No lemon laws in ontario I wish i could give -5 stars. Extremely horrifing experience would not recommend to Target to anyone. Bought my 1st car from here last year. 08 jeep patriot with CVT transmission. After signing all the necessary paperwork I am mediately experienced transmission problems including overheating slipping causing the vehicle to come to a dead stop. Reported it immediately and after paying for my own diagnostics three times from three different mechanics they finally told me what I was telling them that the transmission is broken. So they got me a new transmission under warranty I had to pay $400 just for fluids and filters; unacceptable, but whatever. Got the transmission replaced and nothing changed . I was still experiencing overheating on the highway causing my car to come to a dead stop making me miss work and pay for three toed trucks total $900 Got CAA Turns out they installed a faulty transmission and I had to get my transmission replaced for a second time totalling 35 days in the shop three days off work and almost $2000 in repairs missed time from work told trucks oil changes diagnosis etc. So they replaced my CVT transmission two times and I am still experiencing the same problem !!! It's been 13 months and I have never received a working vehicle in fact it's actually dangerous . Target did not do enough for me to try and rectify the problem that they were fully aware of the entire time . I was extremely respectful and never lost my cool but they just did not do anything for me and in fact has left me with $10,000 in debt no job and a car that does not work that I have to pay for . They would not except it as a trade-in give me a rental car or anything besides more bullshit The only thing I would suggest is to never buy a vehicle from them without getting it fully diagnose and I'm trusted mechanic to really go over it I am beyond dissatisfied I feel like I have been a victim of a serious fraud I do not recommend anyone going there for obvious reasons

My husband and I were shopping around for an SUV/crossover as new parents and we bought a vehicle from target. The vehicle was fairly priced and in great condition. The dealers won us over with their excellent customer service. Despite being really busy, they made time for us and were promt getting our car road ready as we only had a couple days left with our rental car. When we got our SUV, they had even put new tires on it. We are extremly happy with our purchase. We will be using this dealership again and we would highly recommend them.

Lots of vehicles, they let me take the test drive to mount brydges to have it checked out. Positive experience but.. WARNING: They don't actually fix things after you buy when they do the safety. They say they will fix things but when they 'fixed' a smashed out fog light on the CRV I bought. They just put a bulb in. If you keep this warning in mind while shopping you should be able to have a positive experience.

UPDATE After 3 months of owning the vehicle up to today 16 mths there were issues. Most recently crossbar completely rusted with holes. Not sure how this passed safety!!!! I do know for sure it did not happen in the past year!!! Check your vehicle top to bottom. Ensure they do what they promised at point of sale. Top notch! Just purchased a Jeep Compass from Remo. From the minute I stepped on the lot to the minute I drove my new to me car away I received great service. No pressure sales and what we discussed needed to be done for the sale. Remo was very patient, courteous and friendly. Moe the owner was very professional as well. Family owned and I felt like family.

Biggest rip off ever. They "certified" the car at the dealership for $9000 and within a week the check engine light came on for an issue with the camshaft sensor. Expensive fix and the car won't run and if I can get it to start, it turns off in the middle of the street. What a waste of money for the fixes. Salesman went back on his word for the price and tried to confuse me in order to get more money from me. Will never purchase from them again and if I could give them less than a 1 star review I would.

I was referred here by a friend as I was looking for a commercial vehicle. I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the reviews I read. I wasn't concerned with the price as much as quality, although price is always a concern. I mainly just needed a reliable work van. Thankfully I went because I was able to get what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Van is working great now and I am fairly pleased with the overall experience. I had a phenomenal experience with Target Auto and brothers Samir and Munir. They are very respectful and honest and treat each customer like family. They genuinely have great deals and most of all you can rest assured knowing you can trust the dealer when buying from them. They gave me a better price on my Lexus than any other similar model at the time. They went above and beyond in preparing my car for me, and even had all the brakes changed when the car was ready to pass safety with only front brakes changed. Overall, I would recommend them even if you live outside of London, and would definitely buy from them again in the future. I wish them best of luck in their business.

We were extremely satisfied with service we received from target auto. Remo our salesperson, was very knowledgeable, not pushy, end very helpful in showing us the cars they had. We were impressed with the quality of the cars on their lot. There was a larger lot with newer cars and the second lot with a little older cars that we were more interested in but quality of the cars were amazing and from local dealers in the London area. I would have to say that they are extremely helpful they are fair and reasonable and looked after all of our concerns on what we needed to have fixed on the car to meet our expectations . Even after we picked up the car they looked up after the car replacing a faulty thermostat at no extra charge a week later. They were friendly, helpful, honest and fair. Certainly a winning combination. I would go their again if I needed a car.

Salesman is as useful as sunscreen on a rainy day. He's rude not helpful at all, promised us the smoke smell would be gone because of his amazing "$250" cleaning guy, promised us an oil spray didn't see that get done at all. We called him a handful of times and every time he just shrugs it off or is just rude about it. Learn how to talk to customers so you don't throw you're bosses business down the drain. Got it home engine light comes on, so we called him and set up an appointment to get it fixed. We live in Cambridge drove an hour twice now to deal with this lack of service. He told us to bring it for noon and it will be done ASAP. Made it there and they said it won't be in until 130-2ish because of lunch at 1 and no time to get it in at noon which our appointment was made for. Mr. Salesman should of found out this information before making "an appointment" So we call him and he tells us the only thing to do is "I told you there's a timmies you guys can wait at" for 3-4 hours now. Come on this is not good customer service. I have cooperated, helped you're business by purchasing off you, and all we get is another sleaze used car salesman that doesn't care, and is rude because we're trying to fix the car that he should of had all ready for us. I will never recommend or send anybody here to buy a car. Put the time in and find a dealer that cares about your service.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM !!!! I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion for $6,974 on February, 7 .2020 from Target Auto Centre in London Ontario. Remo Breiche was the sales man said all the things wrong would be fixed when I picked up car. Car mileage was at 123.155 when I received car. Car was safety at NAZ Automotive Tech LTD. by Shaun Potvin. I had no problems with the car up until August 14. 2020. I had taken car to Ford dealership to have the oil leak looked at and the mechanic there said the car should have never been safety in the first place. I called Target Auto Centre to speak to them about this and Sam Khadir called back and said when I noticed this i should have called. I said I am calling he also said that a rock did all this damage to my car, because I drove the car 6000 kms and warranty was up I could bring car back to London to have fixed at the garage for a cheaper cost but I would have to pay. Ford Dealership cost me 228.74 to tell me all the problems 1) Remote start not always working 2) Lock module ignition switch thinks there is a key in the ignition and there is not 3)Wiper blades no good 4) Front tires no good will not hold air for more than 5 mins 5) Alignment is not good 6) Transmission is leaking 7) Front struts broken = Total for all this 3566,89 Also had the sunroof looked at because it was leaking into the lights. FIXED FOR FREE BY THE GARAGE I TOOK TO DURING THE COVID SHUT DOWN BY APPT. ONLY There is no way that driving the car 6000 kms Sam claims and a rock did all this damage to the car. I have not been able to drive car at all been starting it every other day but on September, 25 .2020 I could not start the car the battery is no good. I have lost all this money and now the car is at the scrap yard 250.00 dollars is all I got for the car. I am glad Sam Khadir you can sleep at night and live with yourself knowing you run a shady business. DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT OR GO TO THE GARAGE WHERE IT WAS SAFETY. LESSON LEARNED VERY EXPENSIVE ONE OUT $ 6,724. ALSO DURING THE SHUT DOWN OF COVID - 19 IN MARCH Sam Khadir claims they were open guess London was and exception cause all of Windsor was shut down. I did try to call about sun roof at the time and got no answer.

For some time, I had searched and searched to find a reliable used car dealer. After doing some research, I found Target Auto in London, Ontario and decided on two vehicles I was interested in test driving. I came in late one night in December before christmas, and Joseph set me up last minute to test drive two Jeep Grand Cherokees. I was really pleased with my overall experience. Joseph told me to test drive both, take my time, even though it was late and they would be closing soon. I took a couple of days to decide and I ended up with this beauty, a 2011 JGC! What I really drew me to Target Auto was the pleasant and honest client service. I could tell from their service lot that they provided a clean, organized car lot for viewing, and inviting office. A family business, Joseph, Remo, and Sam helped me out and made my overall used vehicle purchase an excellent experience. I picked up my lovely SUV in January of 2020 with the biggest smile on my face, a feeling of relief after searching for over two months for a vehicle but never really happy with what was out there, and feeling confident about my purchase from Target Auto. I love my Jeep and have been driving it regularly. Recommendations for buyers: even though my vehicle had a bit higher kilometers, I knew it was in really decent shape for the kilometers. Target Auto does handle the safety, but as a buyer, you will want to maintain your vehicle by making sure all your fluids and general scheduled maintenance are up to date. I want to keep my vehicle in good working order and have it for a good long while so I updated most all of my fluids. You will want to get a schedule from your vehicle dealership on general dealer maintenance to follow as a guide in keeping up with your vehicle maintenance. That's what I did. You can have it serviced where ever you like, just continue to follow a maintenance schedule, it's worth it. Overall, great experience at Target Auto -- from purchase, insurance, and warranty right down to client service -- I made the right choice and am super happy with my Jeep! Coming from Toronto to pick up my vehicle, I was reluctant to commit to purchasing something so far, but the staff at Target Auto accommodated me even though I didn't commit to buying the vehicle. Because my schedule was very tight, Remo was able to arrange a safety and e-test to be done before the weekend, and even offered to refund my deposit if I didn't like the vehicle. I decided to purchase the vehicle with little time left to register the vehicle before the ministry closed, and Remo's colleague Sam was able to register it with less than half an hour left in the day -- otherwise I would have had to wait another week to drive to London and then pick it up. I purchased an 09 Camry at a reasonable price, although this one in particular was maintained very well by the previous owner, something you don't often see from most 8 year old vehicles. I've had the vehicle little over two weeks now, and it drives like a dream. My experience with Target was positive, and I would encourage those who are looking for a quality vehicle to consider stopping in sometime. -From a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Bought three vehicles there and will always go to them in the future. I got my Camry in 2010, Odyssey in 2013, and Civic in 2017. All the cars I buy there, I only do the regular maintenance. People are very transparent, they tell you if any issue with the car, give you advise, and let you decide. Absolutely no surprises when you go home. They have a big stock to choose from, they are very friendly and professional to deal with and they respect their clients and offer you the correct advise based on your budget. This dealership is terrible and very fraudulent. Make sure the car you re buying is not covered in dirt so you can see if it has rusts and scratches. I bought a car from these guys, by the time I car wash it, I saw that the car was covered with scratches, rust all over, and dents that could have stopped me from buying it or paying so much for it. I couldn't return it because I already signed the agreement. Also, the wind shield wipers were completely finish, the tyres were second hand and one exploded on the high way four months after. I've purchased a lot of cars from dealers, but I've never seen any business that is as discrete as these guys. Plus, We agreed on a certain price, but when I was picking the car up they lied that the price was not the agreed price and they increase it by $500. This place is a very terrible place to do business. Be careful because they are very greedy and shady. You think you get a good or fair price, but trust me, these guys tricked you in one way or the other.

Sure they seem nice ! What scam artist approach come off as mean or ride? They but cars off other lots that don't sell. I seen them at my dealership trying to Hagel I'm cars that are already junk and no body buys . They so minimal work into it (like my case) said no rust! Brand new breaks everything works fine. In fact 3 months later wheel bearings on all sides are gone! Apparently brand new breaks on cars only last 3 months haven't even done 1000k on The Damn car because it is constantly needing work. Need a break job as well. Also yesterday just spent 1000$ on tires because they we weathered so bad they had a slow leak in all four. Continuously filing with air The Windows barley work. Being mindful I didn't just buy one of their 2000$ cars .I spent 9000$ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very pushy to come get the car off their lot. Meanwhile evrytime I went to get the car they had me come back because 3 times it needed something else done to it. Honestly I made the biggest mistake and if there is a way for everyone to come forward who they ripped off we could actually demand some extra help . Meaning the mechanic ( Wayne ) that does the saftey is also fibbing a lot on the safety work for everyone. Actual dealerships also have used cars. Buy off them. Sure they can be a bit more expensive but for 9000$ youd think I woldnt have to put on new breaks, battery( one of the reasons why I had to come back for New break and battery and I need all new and less then 1000kms travelled I'm those 3 months. If you guys were the least bit respectful you would help out regadless. And you call thatbfriendly. Friendly people don't try and rip you off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM ANYWHERE THAT THERE IS A HOUSE SURROUNDED BY CARS. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEIR LOT AND HOUSE LOOKS LIKE A JUNK YARD. !!!! This afternoon i was conducting a search for a new used vehicle. I strolled onto Target's website and saw they had a vehicle posted for $0. Immediately i emailed them looking to come in as soon as i could. Who wouldn't want a free car . I received a response almost immediately which is rare for a dealership of this size. I was informed that the vehicle has just not been priced yet as it was a new addition to the lot. My husband and I went to Target Auto Centre for the first time a week ago, having searched online for a suitable second hand vehicle. There were lots of really good vehicles to look at and, Remo, who had actually met us when we arrived, took us around patiently, (and with good humour) to look at their inventory. We had originally thought of getting another Toyota 4 Runner, but instead began looking at their selection of Rav 4s and Highlanders. We finally settled on a Lexus. It was too good of a deal to pass up as it was being offered at what we considered a fair price considering the low kilometres. We put down a deposit, only $500(!), and planned to return the following Saturday once the Safety was done. We were also concerned about getting new snow tires for it, considering the weather that we have been having, and Remo assured us that he would try to find them and have them mounted. Well, that is exactly what happened, and the kind of snow tires that we had specified, as well. Mo, who closed the deal, showed us the Safety and he had them replace the brake pads and rotors as well, even though they did pass the Safety, although just barely. Mo did show us the receipt of the work done from the mechanic. We drove out of there very happy campers! So all in all it was an excellent experience! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They sincerely care about their reputation, which is a nice change from some of the second hand car dealers that we have dealt with in the past.

After over 20 emails with their sales team, I arrived at our arranged time to test drive and take a vehicle for inspection at my mechanic. No parking was available anywhere near the building, so I was forced to park far back in their lot. Upon walking in the building, the employee was not wearing a mask and was speaking on the phone. He greeted me, never finishing his active phone call or grabbing a mask. I told him what I was there for and he seemed surprised. He told me to wait out front and he would pull the car around. After waiting in the cold for 10 minutes, the car was pulled around to the front of the place. Apparently, the car battery was dead and needed to be boosted. The guy told me that if I turned the car off during the test drive it might need a boost. These vehicles are clearly not being started or moved often. The vehicle I was looking at had been grossly misrepresented online. They said it had power windows, but when I climbed in I found cranks. Scratches down the front of the car were left out of photographs. A wheel well had been shoddily repaired and filled with spray foam. All things considered, I was still willing to have it inspected by my mechanic. This is when the excuses started to come out, and Target Auto became sketchy and not worthy of trust. In our emails, we had agreed that I would pick the car up at Target auto a 12PM and that my mechanic appointment time was 1pm. This was all confirmed before my arrival. When I reminded the employee that I was taking it for an inspection, he got very sketchy. 1. He was upset it was going to take an hour or two. As we had already agreed upon. 2. He would not stop questioning me on why I was there to pick up the car at 12 when the mechanic appointment was at 1. (Mechanic was in St Thomas, can't account for traffic.) 3. Apparently he had forgotten that I was coming, and had sent out all of his dealer plates except for one. 4. Complained at me that he would effectively be closed since he gave all of his dealer plates out. His problem entirely. After such disrespect I decided that I would spend my money elsewhere, with people who are respectable. Target Auto is the bottom of the barrel. If they can't even organize a test drive and inspection without messing it up, why would they be able to sell you an effective vehicle?

They have a wide variety that i like and eventually there it was my new Honda :D i was so happy with the selection and service. I'd highly recommend them and specially joseph, definitely coming back for my next car

Do not go here, I repeat do not buy a car here. My friend bought a vehicle from this place, and payed for a warranty and also payed for the vehicle in FULL. He had his vehicle for two days and was listening to his radio on break less than ten minutes and his car died. He then tried to get into contact with the sales man(who is a younger male) they wouldn’t pick up the phone. He then had to actually go to the dealership to get into contact with him. He took his car to his mechanic and he told him he had to fix his battery, alternator was too low, and the AC. After calling his warranty company he had to take his vehicle from his mechanic to the mechanic at the dealership to look at(understandable) but when his vehicle was ready for pick up, they told him they fixed his AC, that his alternator was fine but his alternator is at (13k) when it should be at (16k) and they told him that he should get a new battery in the winter, and when he said “do you guys expect me to get it” the salesman said “it’s just a battery.” Poor customer service. Also when you go in they bug you to give them a five star review. How sketchy!

I had an appointment to come see a car, and as per our agreement the sales person "Joseph" had everything ready. I took the car, drove it and loved it, as we were making the deal, Joseph gave me a free warranty with the car purchase which am sure would come in handy in this harsh weather. Overall loved dealing with them, the sales was very friendly and caring and the car quality was amazing.

Bought a car 2 weeks ago and found them very professional to deal with. Youseff was more than professional with us explaining everything we needed to know...even got us a Timmies while we went for a test drive. Car was ready for us when he said it would be and when we noticed a problem with the car he sent us to his mechanic to fix it at no charge. Very happy with our experience.
