This place is a scam, they delivered my 2010 Range Rover on a fraudulent Safety and insisted on selling a scam warranty that doesn’t pay out on claims specifically covered under said warranty, and they don’t reply when you call them out on the scams they try and pull. When I came to pick up the vehicle they INSISTED that I only used premium fuel, yet filled the tank with regular before handing the keys off, keys to a vehicle with multiple issues that should have never passed a safety. Never buy a vehicle here - I have already contacted OMVIC about their malpractice

In my previous experience with car dealer ships, I've gotten the short end of the stick and have had shady experiences so when I inquire about a vehicle, I don't go in with too much optimism. Southwest Auto Group was the best buying experience I've ever had and If i could give them 10 stars, I would. I inquired about a Mercedes E350 coupe In January, in which I dealt with Ashley and Ed. They were super forthcoming with all the information and seemed pretty transparent. I had read some reviews on the dealership before inquiring, and even though 95% of the reviews were good- due to my recent experiences- I still wasn't 100% comfortable and on board. They even gave me a discount on the car, but ultimately I wasn't really ready to make the purchase so I took a pass. Fast forward 2 weeks ago, I was looking on their website and saw the car Initially wanted back in January in their inventory. I texted Ashely and she responded and informed me that the vehicle was still available. Ashley should get an award for being as patient as she was with me due to me asking 500 questions. She was so helpful in the car buying process and made me feel super comfortable. I decided to buy the car and travelled from Ottawa to London. it was definitely the best experience and because of how comfortable I felt, I would really recommend this dealership to anyone i know looking for a car. There aren't too many honest dealers out there, and I plan on buying my next car from South West Auto Group even if I have to travel 5 hours. He'll I even dabble in the used car game myself being a car guy mý whole life born and raised in a wrecking yard. So off we go to find a newer vehicle spent two weeks and three dealers and yes that's where this is going. Frustrated to the max can't get what you want overpriced economy models lies and broken promises. And then came Ed puts ultimate in the u in used car sales got what we wanted and more super fast super financing super pleasant very nice knowledgeable and even delivered it an hour from the lot with almost a full tank lol. Tab & Ed are both great guys, all the employees at South West are super nice and very professional. There was no pressure to purchase just a willingness to help. We returned over the weekend for test drive and the car had been pulled up to the front and cleared waiting. We met Ed at this moment and began the process of purchasing the car. Within 5 days the car was in for safety, any issues were addressed and ready for pick up. They made this process a little less intimidating and were a great bunch to joke & laugh with. I recommend this be a lot to definitely check out when looking for a used car, they'll take good care of you.

Friendly staff and no pressure. I test drove 5 cars from the lot. Granted, I was looking at the $5000 range cars, but 4 out of the 5 weren't even road worthy. I mean...really crappy. And yes, I realize they weren't certified yet. But when one is in the sales business, try to make your merchandise appealing to the buyer. Luckily I found a great car in excellent condition elsewhere. And stayed on budget

My husband and i bought a 2014 Mustang from South West Auto in London and I can say we were greeted by Jacob who was friendly and answered all our questions and as a woman car shopping he did not ignore me this in itself was wonderful as many times salesmen speak to the man and by pass the woman. We took the Mustang for a drive and fell in love Jacob did up the paperwork and was very friendly and easy to talk to. We arranged to pick up the car and when driving home discovered that the rear brakes were sticking we called Jacob and because we are from out of town he said to take it to our mechanic and have it repaired no questions asked and they would reimburse us we also needed seat covers and being as it is a Mustang wanted specific ones so we found the ones we wanted at a reasonable price and Jacob covered the cost of those as well. Buy ur car from here if you want to have things promised but never receive them and if you want a car with things with band aid fixes then when it breaks again they don’t help only thing I got is the car everything els they said like a fixed ripped seat never happened or the ac fixed it for 2 monthes dosnt work again or the badges for the car they said they would order new ones almost 1 and a 1/2 and still nothing took them a year just to get me fog light bulbs they promised if you like not getting what u paid for and getting ignored this is the place for you

One of the worst dealerships!! I picked up a truck at the end of April and it is now June 15. When I picked up truck battery light was on so needed a new battery installed by my own mechanic. At that time my mechanic also showed me that the two of the tires were bald on outsides and all four tires down to the wear bars. I made contact with Ashlee on May 12 she told me she would have to contact the mechanic as he is 3rd party. I did not hear from her again until I messaged her on June 1. And she told me she was not allowed as she did not have the authority to my that call and said I would have my manager (Kal) contact you ASAP I received a email from kal on June 1 tell what he could do for me $100 towards the battery and he would find a set of tires and that I would pay half. I replied to him and still have not heard back and today is June 15. The front rotors and brakes pads are completely shot and also needed to be replaced another $500 from my pocket. I thought a bought a truck that was all included with a safety and licensing??? I now have lost the sale of my old truck ($4500.00) as the truck grow south west is not road worthy to drive with bald tires and is unsafe for my family or my employees to be in. So the truck is parked and costs are adding up every day. I have now contacted my lawyers and will be proceeding with litigation threw the courts.
