I bought a vehicle from YAC about two years ago. I had to put over $1000 into it within three months. Which happens with vehicles I understand. I was in a rush to buy my first vehicle and I can honestly say I feel like it wasn’t a bad buy. I wouldn’t say that Omar or Jon are straight forward people. When I purchased the vehicle I wasn’t told anything about a warranty or much of anything. Just handed a contract to sign and that was it. Which I also understand business is business. I give two stars because I brought my vehicle in because I heard a bad sound coming from what ended up being the caliber. But Omar didn’t find the real problem and got me to fix other things that could have waited and didn’t actually fix the problem I came for. Then tried talking me into getting even more things fixed. Took double the time if not more than the time they told me to fix. By the time I’m done paying for it, it will be garbage and is not worth putting anymore money into. I feel like they treat you like you are a problem or issue I don’t know how to describe it, just bad vibes completely. I don’t recommend this dealership unless your in a tight pinch.

When we visited for a test drive, everything was well organized and the vehicle history report was handed to us so we could check that the car was taken good care of. Aweful experience. The key would literally fall out of the ignition and when we brought it to their attention, we were told that they wouldn't do anything because it wasn't their problem, power and trans warranties were not honored. I will never go back and have let others know of my experiences dealing with York Auto.

We drove out to London from Toronto as SMC had quite exactly the car we were looking for. Omid communicated very well through the whole process, promptly sending me the information I had requested before committing to doing the drive. Once there, Omid turned out to be great to talk to. He seemed knowledgeable about the car but mostly not afraid to admit when he did know the answer to a question which I really appreciated. I think his honesty made us more confortable than your typical car dealer speech. It turned out to be a very nice experience to purchase the car from Omid. After buying the car, Omid remained responsive and helpful answering questions. A few weeks after the purchase, we drove the car across the country towing a trailer with no problem. Thanks Omid!

Do not buy a car from here. If you get a car from YAC, expect to spend more than $1000 to fix it. They don't even do the safety. A mechanic signs for them without even checking the car.

I bought a second hand Toyota from your showroom around a month back. Omid helped me in the process. Few weeks back, I accidentally put diesel instead of petrol in the car and it stopped working. I panicked and called Omid. He sent a truck to pick the car up, took it to the garage and fixed it. Just as a feedback, I am very happy with Omid and his great help, attitude and sense of duty.

I regret buying my car from here and I should have known not to buy a car when they 1) let you test drive it with a flat And 2) sell it with tires that are not even allowed in this part of ontario(studed tires) They sell garbage give you a warranty that they dont even honour ( I had issues with the transmission and when i called i was told that it is not covered) when you call them saying there is an issue they say oh come in we will check it out I get there and they say nothing is wrong the car is fine it is how I drive. I have spent well over 3000 in fixing this piece of garbage that I bought from this dealership only because I am stuck financing it so I can't get rid of it. Please learn from my mistakes and steer clear of the horrible dealership.

purchased my vehicle from YAC about a month ago. Had a couple small issues that Omid repaired free of charge. Amazing! At first I dealt with Sal the mechanic and he is very personable and charming - kept me going back. Omid is super professional and pleasant to deal with. They have been very helpful and patient with an inexperienced buyer such as me! It is obvious that they care about being honest and they value their business and customers. I have no regrets and I love the vehicle I purchased. Also nice to deal with a small local business and there was no pressure to purchase. Omid and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Omid was kind and knowledgeable, and the cars they had on their lot were all in very nice condition. The car I had gone specifically to look for was detailed very well. The financing process went fairly smoothly. After purchase there was something in my shifting that didn't feel quite right, but was quite unnoticeable even to me at first, however upon calling Omid reassured that he would take care of it. It was quite minor, but i was relieved and impressed that in spite of not having the extended warranty, he was ready to figure things out. It was a pleasure to deal with him as my choice of vehicle was specific and on a small budget and they had what I needed. Thank you folks for a good experience. I love my little Hyundai! Lianne

I bought a Ford car from them last year. There were a huge saftey issue (when I took the car to mechanic, He was wondering how they sold a car like this with a big safety issue) . In addition to that ,the car had tranmission issue and I have to replace the transmission with new one which cost me around $3000. Thank Jon for your unhonest and unprofessionalism. Apparently your goals are to sell the car regardless whether its safe or not. I was ripped off by you and I had lesson not to buy a car from dealer again.DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL.

Omid had told me when I bought the car that if I had any problems, to see him 1st. I called him and Skymotors was willing to pay the cost of a used engine. Many dealers would just say “too bad, sorry about your luck”. I would like to say thank you to Omid for being an honest salesman and sticking by your word. If you are looking for a reliable and knowlegable service shop, please read our own experience with YAC: A couple of months ago, our car engine didn't start with no clear reason. We towed it to York Auto Centre and after investigationg the problem by Omid, the manager of YAC, he found something that I bet no serviceman can find it. I recently bought my 2007 pontiac montana from Sky Motors Canada, and I have to say the service was amazing. At the time my license was expired so I wasn't able to bring the car to my mechanic to check it out. They were very nice and took the car to the mechanic of my choice to get it look at before purchasing it. When I pick up the car there was an issue with the back seat as it was rip, they gave me and option to either keep the seats as they were beige or replace it with the same color seats which my seats were grey, I choose to get the same color. They went above and beyond to find me the same color seats cleaned and in good condition and replaced it for me no issues. There was also an issue with the radio as it wasn't working, they replaced the radio and book me an appointment at Chevy to get it program properly. I am very happy with the car as it runs well and drives amazing. Very happy with my purchase thank you so much for selling me a reliable car as well having an amazing customer service. I definitely recommend you going to them.
