Had to wait 15 minutes to test drive a vehicle as they only have 2 dealer plates. (I guess 2 vehicles were out being certified at the same time). Then after getting approved I had to wait 2 hrs for the OWNER to get through all the paper work. & While waiting for him to go through it he was on the phone the entire time speaking arabic. I'm all for different languages but I find it disreseptful infront of customers. Jack however was phenomenal. Wish I had him my entire 4.5 hour experience at this dealership. UPDATE: So after we left the dealership, we were told we'd get a call from them on Wednesday. So Wednesday came along and I didn't hear from them so I decided to take initiative and call them. I called and asked how things were coming along with my vehicle and they said it was ready for pick up. I then drive 1hr to go pick up my car and bring my step dad with me to drop me off. Getting there it turns out that it wasn't ready, they said tomorrow (Thursday) again I drove up Thursday (calling before hand to make sure it's ready) I get there and ITS STILL NOT READY. I then get my mom to call to give them an earful as it's 4hrs wasted gas and this is just terrible. after talking to my mom they threw in free winter car mats, and they delivered it to me.

I am a first time car buyer....What can i say good about maple auto.... Well not much, spent $9200 on a vehicle ,as a dealership the vehical should be in good to great running order. unfortunately it wasn't. Within 30 days of purchase the suv completely died, had to get it towed to Hyundai to get it fixed ,was in the shop for a week $850 later......now 21 days later it is having problems again.. after maket wiring, lights going on and off randomly,suv won't start 50% of the time, this suv has been up on a lift 7 times and it's nothing but problems, the person i spoke to at maple auto was unreasonable and kinda rude. Very unprofessional dealerahip.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MAPLE AUTO. As a first time car buyer this has been hellish experience and i am very disappointed and upset.

Horrendous experience with a horrible salesman. Was not bothered to be greeted upon entry, I had to hunt down someone to talk to. The individual whom I dealt with was a tired grocery store employee at best. Did not care to make a sale or even communicate for that matter. I asked to view a vehicle and his reply was "Oh you just want to look at it?" in a condesending manner. Ended up showing me a vehicle and did not say a word but his sluggish, careless demeanour said everything. I was completely turned off by the whole experience and did not bother pursuing any further. I left and will never return. I rather get a bus pass then give that place any business. Absolutely do not recommend unless you want terrible experience.

The worst! We had bought a 2015 car from this company in June 2020, and we have taken our car in for service approximately 3x for the battery, brakes, and stuttering issues. We have another vehicle that is a 2009 that we had bought in 2016 in Toronto, and we've never had a major problem with our car. Our 2009 still has the same battery, and we've only replaced our brakes once. The dealership we dealt with in Toronto went above and beyond, even after the warranty expired. Never again will I come to this place for anything!!!!

We purchased a low mileage 2013 Nissan Rogue from here on 3/1/21. Absolutely painless experience. Car has been excellent so far. During the test drive I noticed a couple of things that needed to be addressed and when we picked up the car, not only were those items addressed, but there were new brakes and rotors on all 4 corners. Overall this experience was excellent. Car came with a 30 day warranty on all safety related items and there was a 10-day return and walkaway guarantee as well. Carfax was presented to me as soon as I came to look at the car the first time. I will update in a few weeks once we have had some time with it, but so far we are very satisfied. Vehicle is like new inside.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Terrible service from the start, but the final straw was after I purchased my vehicle I drove home an hour on the 401 hearing a noise from the vehicle. Turns out it was the brake caliper barely held on by one bolt, after the car was just safetied and brakes were replaced. When I called back it's like they could care less, I was told "mistakes happen" and that "this wasn't the worst thing they have seen". If I didn't know what I was doing someone could have been badly hurt... I would have been much better off buying the car AS IS saving myself the money and headaches since I had to spend a week going over the car fixing things that shouldn't need fixing.

Just purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Maple Auto after searching for a while for the perfect car. The salesman was knowledgeable and thorough and got me approved for financing in less than 20 minutes! They are even taking care of a few minor imperfections on the vehicles exterior for no extra charge! They are not pushy and don’t try to force you into spending more money than you need too. I’m beyond impressed with this dealer and will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!

Low kms, local car, very good shape and no collisions. Unlike the shiesters in this city, these guys buy dealer trades for their lot, not cars that have been picked up at the auction.I work in the auto body trade and have seen first hand what many used car dealers pass off as good cars that are rebuilt and the like. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan in January 2021 with about 160km on it. Before purchase I was told their mechanic looked at it, ensured it was well maintained with the fluids topped, and also a few things including some parts of the brakes were replaced. About 2 weeks into owning the van the engine light came on, and I got an appointment with one of their mechanic at Automotive Solutions that was covered under our warranty. I was told it was a different mechanic than the first mechanic that ensured the van was well maintained. They did an assessment, to which they stated they couldn't find the problem with van, decided to do a full engine tune up, along with "filled up fluids" while we were still covered by the one month warranty; just for me to discover a day later that the engine light has come on again. About 3-4 months later, my van started to show transmission problems such as; not shifting properly, the RPMs would spike. Therefore, I contacted my uncle to help diagnoise the issue, and discovered my TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) was not properly sealed, to which caused corrosion, and a pin to snap off. Thus, in the end, I had my van towed to Dundas Automotive Repair. Dundas Automotive Repair had done an inspection, and discovered that based on the evidence of the transmission, and the fluid levels that the previous owner had diminished the transmission fluids, did a band-aid fix (replace the transmission lines) to sell to Maple Auto. So now my whole transmission blew from no transmission fluid at all, and my catalytic converter may be damaged as well due to all the problems from the transmission. I will know once I fix my transmission. I called Maple Auto to see what they could do about the faulty van they sold us, under false pretenses. To which, of course they couldn't help with any of the costs, all they did was just refer us go to another cheap machanic they trust, and claim is good; as if the first two were not terrible. They informed me that their mechanic would replace the transmission for less than our original quote from a reputable mechanic (Dundas Automotive Repair) of $3500-$3800. I would never recomend this dealership. One of the reasons being is that they have a terrible choice of mechanics. They employ, and refer mechanics that perform band-aid repairs, lack knowledge, and won't even do simple things such as topping up fluids. Another reason being that they do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and only refer you use one of their unreliable mechanics out of pocket.

I unexpectedly required a new vehicle when my car was totalled. I wanted to stay within the settlement amount offered by the insurer, and Maple Auto was able to pair me with a similar car that was three years newer than the one that met its premature and violent death. I then encountered a few difficulties with my new set of wheels - an inoperable jack, a check engine light, some defective seat belts - and I worried I might have been saddled with a lemon. In all three cases, Maple Auto followed up with great customer service and quickly addressed these defects at no cost to me. They even went so far as to provide me with a rental car. Since then everything has been fine with my vehicle. I feel reassured that Maple Auto will do the right thing if I face another unexpected mechanical surprise.

Told them I didn't want 2 of the cars they offered me, the older gentleman continued to tell me that I really should buy one the 2 and to get a suv instead of small car. I told them exactly what I wanted and the older gentleman laughed at what I said, then continued to only try to sell me the 2 suvs. Instead of trying to push your customers to buy something they don't want just leave them alone, that's why I got up and left. I went to several dealerships in London that day and maple auto was the only one that was rude to me.

Worst experience ever! Make sure the safety is actually done correctly. I would like to now add that after just recently taking my car to my mechanic for new spark plugs,tune up and over all inspection.I learned that 2 out of 3 things that Ahmad at Maple Auto had agreed to have done by a different mechanic then the one who did the safety, didn’t get done. Yes rear struts were done but the rear right light didn’t get replaced they just blew out the condensation, it’s now back. The the second one, license plate lights. Think twice before buying!

When buying the vehicle had good service, however within a week of having the car it was having tons of issues and the dealer while willing to fix the vehicle has pushed us away 3 separate times with excuses as to why we can’t bring it in. They’ve “fixed” the car 2 times so far and every time we get it back it’s actually worse and there is something else wrong with it. Could just be junior mechanics but it’s been an awful experience and would not recommend this place to even my most hated enemy. Good luck

Great Cars - Greater Guys As a 22 year old female it can be very intimidating walking onto a used car lot. People often take advantage of you. Maple auto staff were the exact opposite. They are extremely friendly and kind and were never pushy. I’ve had my fair share of bad luck with cars and these guy have always been willing to help. Even when I had problems with my last car they went above and beyond to make the issues right. Most importantly they ensured I felt comfortable and confident in the car that I was purchasing. I cannot say enough great things about these guys.

Amazing experience. My 2010 Kia's transmission and clutch happened to go on the same day and I was in need of a reliable vehicle in a hurry since I travel for work. I looked around online for a few options and had planned on visiting a few separate dealers to check out some prospects. Went to maple auto first and fell in love with the mazda CX5 I had been looking at. Ahmed helped me, and was an absolute gem. No pressure. No gimmicks. He was super laid back and helpful, and pulled out all the stops to get me the car I wanted for a price i could afford. We bought a second car a year ago. No pressure sales. I've since then sent friends and family to them and never a problem. Ahmed is an ETHICAL business man. Something rare nowadays. Yes he's there to stay in business but not at the expense of screwing people over. Today my brakes were squeeling so when i checked they were prematurely worn out. After taking to jack and he agreed premature Ahmed agreed to get new parts for me. This was over a year ago i bought the car but less than 7000km. He DIDN'T have to do anything but he did the ethical thing Way to go jack and ahmed. Ps not just car sales also new and used tires there. We got used winter from there.

Bought my first car here, a 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5SL. I just was very happy with the service Maple Auto has provided me. I’d highly recommend coming to check out their car lot if you’re in the market for a vehicle. Update 1: Unfortunately 10 months later the Altima’s transmission stopped working. This isn’t exactly Maple Auto’s fault, but I would highly advise not buying a car with a CVT transmission that has over 200,000km on it. Update 2: Maple Auto has contacted me, and are trying work help me get the best deal possible to repair the transmission, even though the car is out of warranty. Awesome customer service.

I bought my first car here about a few months ago. Everyone who was at the shop were very friendly and professional. Their was absolutely no pressure which was really nice. Ahmed is who personally helped me out. He worked hard to give me the best possible rates - which I know would have been a challenge on it's own. Unfortunately, the car has had some problems - one being a VERY expensive problem, but with out any hesitation they set me up with a mechanic at my earliest convenience which meant a lot to me and they took complete care of the costs - which was probably close to half of what I paid for the car. I believe that they strive for excellent customer service and in my experience they didn't fall short of that. The mechanics however, I am unsure about. Whether it be an honest mistake (for example: miscommunication, etc..) or just a lack of caring, there was a couple problems with the A.C. that never got fixed after 3 visits to the mechanics. Today they sent me to a different mechanic, so fingers crossed that 4th time is a charm. Bare in mind, Maple Auto covered all the costs for each of these trips to the mechanics - it was no money out of my pocket - just a bit of an inconvenience, so it's obvious that Maple Auto wasn't setting me up for failure - it was their own money. I believe they personally had mine and my cars best interest at heart. They were just an irritated as I was when we discovered that a couple of the cars minor issues were never fixed... maybe even more considering they had to cover the costs each time. The moral of the story is, in my experience they do good business, they are good and honest people. They stand by their vehicles and their word - which is rare in this industry. I don't blame them for the issues I have had with the car - even though I took it out on them a few times :( I would do business with them again. Thank you Ahmed & team, and thanks for putting up with me.

The entire team at Maple Auto is fantastic! It was my first time purchasing a car and I was very nervous. Jack and Mohammed were so nice, helpful and patient during the process and explained a lot about the cars I was looking at. The car was clean and well kept, however a few minor issues did occur with my car after I purchased it but they were able to fix everything and I'm fully satisfied with my car!
