For weeks I've been searching all around London for a car that is reasonably well maintained, reliable, and with a decent price tag, since I couldn't afford an expensive vehicle. That's when I found some cars listed on autotrader from this dealership that fit my criteria. I decided to give it a go and checked out some of their vehicles. Right off the bat I was quite impressed by the dealers honesty which isnt a common trait in this industry. After months of getting rocked by dealers who only wanted to get rid of broken vehicles by sweet talking said broken cars I definitely enjoyed this service. The dealer, Junaid (sorry if I misspelled that!) did not play around when discussing details and never once lied about the condition or how reliable the vehicle is in the current state. I ended up buying a 2010 Chevy that was listed as well maintained and it was definitely worth the price tag. There were some very minor issues that concerned me but the dealer was upfront and finalized everything we asked for no questions asked and with no extra fees! If you dont want the hassle of stressful dealership visits or untrustworthy dealers then this is definitely the place to go to. It's a highly underrated spot that I barely discovered on autotrader and I would most definitely recommend it to everyone!

I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Sport from London Prime Auto Sales. I dealt with Umar and the moment I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and my budget he was on it. He gave me a few different options and I went for the Honda. It's always nerve wracking purchasing a used vehicle but I felt completely at ease dealing with Umar. The vehicle comes with a 3 month warranty but he assured me that they would take care of me either way in case something was to go wrong. 5 stars for fair pricing, honest dealing and top notch after-sales!

Just bought a Toyota FJ cruiser at a great price from London Prime Auto Sales and the experience I had was exceptional. We called regarding another FJ cruiser but it was sadly sold but were told they just purchased another one and would contact us once they have it. We saw the vehicle once they had it before they even listed it for sale online. We live about an hour away and they had no problems with staying late to allow us to see the vehicle after their business hours. Junaid and Umar told us the full vehicle history and any issues we brought up we were assured that they would fix it before we picked it up as they had not had time to fix it as they just got it. We decided to go through with the deal and were not disappointed. Junaid and Umar arranged for everything to be fixed with no expense spared. They even included a set of tires for the winter at no extra charge. Junaid also told us to call if any other issues were to come forward and he would do his best to help find a solution. A small dealership (approx.10 vehicles) tucked in between a car repair outlet and a large Ford dealership. The website has many pics and typically includes the Carfax for each vehicle. Nice variety of suvs and minivans - slightly older but usually lower kms and appear clean and in excellent condition. No pressure staff that are willing to offer friendly negotiation (price, accessories, snow tires) to make the deal. Prompt response to inquiries. They ordered a mirror cover to replace a damaged one - it arrived within a week or two and they installed immediately. They touched up, buffed and vacuumed the vehicle at no additional charge. Seem very committed to developing positive customer relationships. Definitely recommend giving this dealership a look!
