Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to keep phoning them to get information they said they would contact me with. It took approx. 4 months for them to finally come out and say the issue with my car is not covered under warranty. Why the run around?

If you are interested in fully understanding the cost of your new vehicle; you'll need to spend some time and effort to do so. I recently scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle I received a quote for a week ago. When the final number ended up being much higher than anticipated, the salesman eventually determined that the original quote included a $3000 discount. A discount that the dealership is not able to offer. I can't think of any business that operates this way. In some lines of business this would result in a lawsuit. It's a very misleading practice; and very unfair to customers that don't have a very good grasp of the numbers. The staff were pleasant enough to deal with and the facilities at the dealership are nice. If you care more about the final price than the monthly payment, make sure you ask plenty of questions

Won't be back. We had an incident several years ago where they didn't pay out our $2700 loan as per Ministry requirements. Emailed KIA Canada and no response. The owner claimed we lied not to admit their mistake. Now London KIA is charging an extra $100 for a total of $189! to change and store winter tires IF we don't do our oil changes there. Consider there's another charge in spring to swap again. If wait times weren't up to 3 hours for a simple oil change, we would have brought our Sorento there. We have lost our confidence and won't be back. The staff are terrific and will be missed, but the owner is greedy and has been disrespectful to us.

I was standing in the drop off area to get my appointment service for 32 mins before the guy (only one person who was there to take care of all clients). Then wait for 3 hours or so to get my services done. The Wifi can be improved intern of the strangth as it disconnected every 5 mins. I had to turn on and off and then gave up. While waiting there for 3 hours, that's should really be improved.

Sales team is great. I've had some issues with the wrong wheels and liners being ordered and installed, but they were replaced with the correct items. I like KIA cars in general so I'll probably buy another here as this is the better of the two dealerships in town, in my opinion.

Poor customer service, I don't wish to name the sales rep. but I think he'll figure it out when he reads this. I enquired about the carnival, sent a couple of emails and calls. Finally got to meet him, we went through the pricing and he confirmed he'd send me an email showing the details, no email came through, I sent him another email, called him after 2 days past, also left a message with the receptionist...no response!! Anyway, I've got the vehicle pre-ordered from another dealership but this is business lost for you guys...I highly recommend you to train some of your staff on customer relations.

Great team... great service... AT first... then not 30 seconds after the deal was signed in "the Box" the sales kid pops in saying the car the deal is for, is being transferred to another dealer, and I will have to wait until a car matching my wishes is found. I then left the dealership feeling cheated and stressed. Later that same evening, I received a notice about an already booked service appointment. This was the last straw. I then sent an email to the sales kid noting once again my disappointment, and also pointing out that they would be in breach of contract as the paper in my had had a V.I.N. along with a delivery date. Magically, within approximately 20 minuets, I receive an email from the sales kid stating Everything is Fine, the vehicle you are expecting will be ready for delivery at the date agreed upon. By this point my stress levels, along with my blood pressure are soaring. This was the absolute worst car buying I have experienced in my 50 plus years of driving. aim sure The Car will be great once received, the Dealership however is untrustworthy and will see me no more as a customer. DISHONEST!! Is the best single word to use for this dealership. I thought I had reached an agreement with Ryan Brown last fall only to be confronted again this spring when I had my seasonal tire change done. This dealership is not to be trusted even if they give something to you in writing. As I told Mr. Brown I will use Kia for my mechanical work needed on my Sportage, but it will not be done at London Kia. They are not to be trusted. I'm very happy with my Sportage and suggest if you are looking to purchase a Kia make the drive to Tillsonburg Kia. I purchased my first Sportage there and was always treated fairly and honestly. At that time there was a winter tire promotion being offered, winter tires on rims plus storage for the life of the car. Great Deal! I thought. I went in to do my seasonal tire change and was they would not store my tires anymore because I was not using them for regular service. I reread my contract and found nothing that states this. I also ask them to produce a copy of that part of the contract that states this. I have not received a reply. When I ask for the contact info for the general manager they would not even get me his name. If you purchase anything from London Kia be sure they provide all details in writing. As for customer service I'd say that fact that they will not respond to me says it all. I did give them the opportunity to resolve this issue and call it a misunderstanding. I'm still hoping they will reach out and correct this issue so that I can tell all of you that they have corrected this issue. One of the Best, but.... Recently purchased a KIA Sedona from this beautiful London Car dealer. Customer service impeccable. I was provided with the level of information expected a bit of "show boating" to give me the impression that they had accorded me immediate savings after I mentioned the price on offer by a another dealer. I did not give them 5 star for the following reasons: failure to tell what the care did not have, a navigation system. In this day and age, KIA and the London KIA dealer should crawl under the table for offering a car without the most basic of technology. Secondly, the after sale pitch annoyed me a lot. After agreeing to buy the car, the manager then calls me to his office and offers me all these "useless items" which would have bumped up my monthly cost by over $300. Well if the car was that bad without all these additions, then it should not be certified to be driven in Canada. The car, presumably, had been approved for what its worth, trying to convince buyers, that without all these add-on, the car would not perform is trying to say that it is no good. I will use that service again despite. Not that rubbish Chevy place on Wonderland, where the sales person took one look at me and decided that I was not Jewish enough so he could not assist in the purchase of an Escalade.

My wife and I visited the dealership to look into a new KIA Soul. Jawad spoke with us and made us feel very welcome. It was our first big purchase, apart from the wedding, and Jawad ensured we were well informed about not only the vehicle but our payment options. He asked us many questions about why we chose the Soul and made recommendations where needed. Jawad was also an owner of a Soul and had a young family like we were planning, so it was great to have someone who could see where we were coming from. That same night, we purchased our 2016 Soul and Jawad made sure we knew what models were available and what best suited us. The financing team was great, they made sure we had our new car fully covered and gave us a great deal with everything we wanted. Although it took a little over a week to get the car in the colour we wanted, Jawad was great in making sure we were updated on any status changes. The vehicle was brand new, fresh form the factory so it was understandable to us on the delay and we're not the impatient type. In that wait period, this included the delivery, inspection at the dealership, the undercoating among other upgrades that needed to be done at the dealership. On the day of the pick up, Jawad came in on his own time off to personally congratulate us on the new car. Overall, the team at London Kia were fantastic and Jawad was nothing less than outstanding. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. I can't speak to what the experience is with buying a new car, but purchasing a used vehicle at London Kia was like pulling teeth from beginning to end. My salesperson was like a goldfish, and the second you are gone from his sight he forgets you exist. Right from the start I had to chase him around to buy the car. The mechanic's report was not ready and I was given excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't - I kept having to call and show up at the location when my calls weren't returned to get answers. It took weeks and an escalated email to the sales manager before they had everything together and I was able to sign the final papers. Then things started to go wrong with the vehicle. Two weeks after the purchase was finalized, the heated seats stopped working. Turns out they were under recall so I was able to get them repaired free of charge. The recall was not new - why wasn't this pre-emptively fixed before the car was sold if they knew it was an issue? The second thing to fail (less than 2 months after purchase) was the radio. Unfortunately this is not something that can be replaced elsewhere because it is attached to the back-up camera. Taxes in, I was quoted $700 for a used radio and $1000 for a new one (including labour.) I wrote an email to my salesperson asking for help that was ignored. I understand that I bought a used car and that comes with certain risks. The car is 5 years old - the radio is only under warranty for 3 years. But despite being out of warranty, even the shadiest of used car dealerships typically offer 3-6 month guarantees after the car is purchased. I am not coming back a year later with this failure - it was 2 months. If they are not going to offer assistance for something as trivial as a radio, what happens if the transmission were to fail a few months after purchase? *I do not trust this dealership to do the right thing for their customers.* Beyond that, this location is totally disorganized and needs a complete overhaul. A week after I bought the car I received a call from London Kia asking me if I would be interested in bringing it in for an appraisal because they were looking to buy back used Kia Souls. Their service department is no better than their sales department. I understand they are busy but be prepared to wait, whether it is at the location or on hold. My last experience with London Kia was par for the course. Long story short it took 4 different reps (including the sales manager) and 4 days for them to locate my summer tires after they lost them. Same as the sales department, no one ever returned my calls. I had to follow up and drive there multiple times to get an answer and finally resolution. There is a complete lack of communication at this location that would be laughable if it weren't so frustrating. *They have no regard or concern for other people's time or money.* LONG STORY SHORT: I was so disappointed with every aspect of London Kia's service. They do not stand behind their product and do not seem concerned with customer retention or word of mouth. They have lost my future business, and the business of my friends, family, and co-workers. (And if you heed this warning - yours as well.) Five months after I bought this used car at Kia London, I traded it in to Hudson's Kia in Stratford for a new 2018 Soul. The experience couldn't have been smoother with Hudson's and I can't say enough good things about them. It is well worth the drive to Airport Kia or Stratford or Woodstock to get the service you deserve. Good luck!

When first starting my journey to purchase a vehicle, I ran into every obstacle - men telling me what car I'm buying, sellers not allowing me to test drive, drawing contracts before explaining cost or payments or interest rates - you name it, I experienced it. Then I found London Kia - Kule was the first salesman to approach me in the parking lot(and not my husband), and we were even in the back lot! He went thru every detail with us, set us up with options and an amazing test drive in a 2020 Kia Sportage! He was fun, and very detail oriented - he wanted us to know every aspect of the possible deal, and didnt want us to purchase if we really weren't sure. When we made the final decision to purchase, he sent us to the amazing Joselyn! Joselyn, once again, made sure we understood everything, got us the best deals she could and even within our budget. We couldn't have lucked out any better with this woman. She fit our style perfectly, was funny and straight forward, and she didnt push any products - only explained what would be in our best interests. What an incredible experience. Not the best Kia in town despite what they say. They will literally say anything to sell you a car, I'm actually pretty sure that's their policy. They will also stiff you on your trade in and try to upsell useless and expensive services. Nobody needs to spend $900 for nitrogen fill ups. Airport Kia saved me $3000 without even blinking.

Terrible service and the customer service is awful. From day one of purchasing our vehicle there has been nothing but problems. For the service aspect it appears that no one has any clue on what is going on there. One employee tells me the package we have requires all these different service to stay within the coverage of the package. Another employee says that we don't need it because it is not a requirement. This place is a joke and you should go to the London Airport location for a your service and really consider not purchasing a Kia vehicle.

DO NOT STORAGE NEW RIMS HERE!! I decided to storage my winter rims London Kia but they really do not care how the rins come back to you !!! It came back 2 nd winter wet moistered and full of f..... rust !! I could not recognise my rims !!!! Service manager Greg said : what do you excpect for free of charge ??!??!? Really ?!? I am pretty sure I could chnage my rims 25 bux but I did not want to keep carry my rims every time when i do change ! I regret big time !!! However Greg offered me to paint my rims I should know they would same care paint then how they storaging!! Now after 2 month paint falling off and rust came back ???????????????? Greg you need to a better costumer skills because you have to show example first of all and make sure if you screw one of the costumer property least you do a proper job if you do not want to give new rims !!!

Although everyone we met at London KIA was helpful and generous with their time our purchasing experience was marred by several disappointments. Although none of these issues were singularly damning on balance they leave enough room for improvement to warrant a mediocre rating. When we were shopping for our new car we made a point of asking how long it would take to receive the vehicle because our need was unusually urgent. Our salesman couldn’t give a solid answer on how long it would take. On good faith we placed a deposit but 30 days after that we were told that we might have to wait 6-8 weeks longer. To be fair we were buying a 2018 model in January and to their credit they helped us renegotiate our contact for a more expensive model that they had at a modest discount. We are content with how things turned out but obviously would have preferred to have had an accurate estimate while we were weighing our options. During the final stages of purchasing we were passed from the salesman to the finance officer. It was at the end of the day and we were told that they were running behind with reduced staff and there would be a delay; given our sense of urgency we were happy to wait so that we could get the ball rolling. By the time we were ushered into the office we were bored, hungry and tired and began the tedious experience of declining the all the insurance-like products that we were not interested in. We were polite, though, and pretended to weigh each choice carefully before rejecting. We were so exhausted by the end of it that when we were given the bill of sale to sign we made the mistake of not reading it thoroughly before signing; we later realized that even though we had spent 15 minutes declining option after option there was a $1000 SecureGuard option that had snuck onto our bill that we weren’t give a verbal chance to decline. When we renegotiated for a more expensive model we specifically mentioned that we wanted to opt-out of this product but despite the agreement to have it removed when we received the new bill of sale it was there again! When we called to politely insist that he option be removed we were told that it had already been registered and asked if we would accept it for half-price. Since we needed the car urgently we didn’t fight for the principle of the matter and capitulated; we’re too charitable to assume malice but were nevertheless annoyed by the experience. When we finally got our car we went to take it for a celebratory road trip. Just when we were about to leave the city our new car started complaining about our Tire Pressure Monitoring System. After pulling out the manual and puzzling over what to do about this warning we decided to drive back to the dealership for help. We were cheerfully told that this warning was benign and was due to the Winter Tire package we had purchased; evidently the tires did not come with the sensors the car expected and it was complaining that it couldn’t check the pressure for us. Although I blame the software for having no option to disable this obnoxious warning I must confess that I lost my temper when I complained about “always” having this warning and the mechanic corrected me by saying “only until spring.” We don’t think it’s reasonable to have an expensive new car show angry warning icons on the dashboard 6 months of the year and asked for options to solve this problem. We were initially told that the sensors were too expensive but when pressed the cost was found to be just over $200; to their credit when I order them they offered to install them for free. Again, it all worked out in the end, but when we were sold the Winter Tire package it would have been nice to have been told it would make our car angry unless we bought sensors to go with it. All together we’re happy with our car and have no hard feelings towards anyone at London KIA however we learned a few lessons in our experience that might be helpful to others.

Service is great. Parts counter on the other hand... waited 10 minutes at an empty counter. Someone finally had to go and get the rep from behind closed doors. Guessing either there is not enough parts staff or the parts staff are not interested in helping customers. When the rep finally arrived I got the impression that I was keeping him from more Important matters and to top it off they did not have the simple air filter in stock anyways. The the poor lady behind me got even worse treatment as she was holding a very large package she was trying to return however after giving me the bums rush the rep disappeared behind closed doors again leaving this poor lady having to find another staff member to go and track down the parts rep again. Must be an easier way to get parts for your kia...

After having received a mailout from London Kia about their upcoming promotion, myu wife and I decided to come into the Dealership and take a look at possibly buying a 2018 Kia Forte 5. Since we already owned a Rio 5 we wanted to stay with a 5 style vehicle and we were hoping to go one step up into a Forte 5. I emailed the Dealership of our interest and very shortly we were contacted by Tanner Loucks and set up a time to come in and take a look. Tanner presented himself very well when we met him, and he was very knowledgeable and eager to find a Forte 5 for us. Unfortunately there were no 2018 Forte 5's left for Sale in SW Ontario and our Deal fell through. However after a couple of days thought my wife and I headed back to see Tanner and worked toward buying a Forte 4 door with a sun roof. Tanner immediately got working and found one for us and had it prepped and ready to be purchased. We even took a test drive in his demonstrator Forte 4 door, to get the feel of driving a Forte Sedan. Of the colours available Tanner found us a Red Forte 4 Door with a sunroof and we purchased that vehicle and have been extremely happy with not only having Tanner as our Salesperson, but now having our new vehicle to drive and loving it. We'd highly recommend Tanner to all our friends and relatives as a sales person. He certainly came thru for us in a most professional way in helping us choose a different vehicle, than what we originally had thought to buy. Thanks to Tanner and all the staff at London Kia for all their help.

My experience at this location in London has always been exceptional. The staff in the shop are great and they go above and beyond to give great service. I went in after my car stalled and they put in extra time to make sure the car was completely checked over, and safe to drive. They ran the complete diagnostics, and did some work on the car (which they gave me a discount on) and I haven't had a problem since. I will always bring my car to this shop and when it's time to purchase a new car I will be going to this specific Kia.

Had to update my review. I do not appreciate being lied to. We were promised a free first tire change. We never would have left our tires in their storage otherwise. We live 3 hours away so to drive there for a tire change is ridiculous, but since we were promised that the first one would be free, we agreed. After waiting way too long to have the tires changed (over an hour sitting in Kia), they surprised me by saying I owed $120. The sales guy who helped us came over and tried to make some lame excuse saying we had misunderstood. I had an appointment across town in 15 minutes so I didn't have time to argue. But needless to say, we will be taking all future business elsewhere as I don't appreciate being lied to multiple times and nickle and dimed after dropping a fortune there. A few people there commented to me that the sales people commonly lie to seal a sale. So, be aware. Original review: KIA in general has always treated us well, but this one beat even our already high opinion of KIA. Chris helped us and was extremely helpful in getting us exactly what we told him we needed. Not only did he not try to upsell us, he helped us work out a better deal than we had expected. We were in the market for a used car and we can honestly say all our expectations were exceeded.

Great experience buying my 2021 Kia Seltos SX, they are a great dealer. My first Kia was a 2010 Forte I bought used, loved it, and the traded up to a new 2015 Kia Forte SX, in the 5 years I drove it, I only had to pay for brakes and oil changes, everything else was covered by their warranty. I was a Chrysler guy like my dad,. but I got burnt too many times by them. I'm a Kia guy now, and loving it, cant really recommend anything else now after owning Kia. London Kia and Braden Johnson were absolutely awesome. I was towed there because it was the closest Kia dealership with my normal one being over an hour away. The service was over and above. They were extremely caring and considerate of my situation and fixed my car the same day. After fixing the warranty issue that resulted in my tow, they informed me of some safety issues that needed to be addressed, which I had already been told about by my dealership, but Braden was able to fix all of it for half the price I was previously quoted and was able to do the repairs the same day even though I didn't have an appointment and they appeared to be very busy. I can't thank you enough for what you did for me. I will be driving the extra hour for my car services from now on.

Initially hesitant to buy anything but North American, my first experience has been a pleasant one with London Kia. Derrick Therrien was my sales person on a referral. On his day off he made his way into work to accommodate my schedule. Very impressed and then I'm allowed to drive the vehicle home overnight. This allowed me plenty of time to test all features and to feel comfortable with the used SUV. Had I been allowed only a short test drive, I probably would have continued looking around. I was sold. My Sportage is a solid unit. I was satisfied with our deal and picked up my SUV a few days later all detailed and filled with gas. All other aspects of the dealership were up to expectations. Hope my experience continues to be positive.

I would rate my experience of buying my Sorento at London Kia as a net-positive one, largely due to the professional relationship established with Evan Sherbanow. He was direct and straightforward throughout the discussion and negotiation, and he appears to be well-informed about the car and its various features. His follow-through is admirable. He spent considerable time with me, both before and after the sale, to ensure that I understood the product. I have already highly recommended the Sorento to a friend and encouraged him to seek out Evan when he is car-shopping in the next few months. Notwithstanding the above comment, I would strongly urge Kia (and all other car dealers) to find a better way of selling its product. From the beginning his dealership has misrepresented themselves. I signed my purchase contract having been told the car was on the lot and I would be able to pick it up the next day. That was not true. It took weeks and it was a different excuse each time I called to check. I had an appointment one day after work, and not trusting due to my experience with them, I called to check up. They said they were sorry they didn't call but the appointment was cancelled... one hour before the appointment. They have lied. They have patronized me when I've asked for information and when they made a major mistake in service that put me and anyone in my car at risk, they refused to acknowledge the mistake. Having said all that, my Kia Sportage 2008 is the best car I have ever had and I still love it. But I would never ever purchase a car at London Kia again. Maybe a Kia but not there.

Having been at this dealership for all my services they reached out to me asking me to come in for a "VIP Appointment" to test drive a car and get mine appraised for trade in. After saying I wasn't looking to change cars yet they pushed me to come and try a new car out. I said ok and even got my friend to take the time to come give me a second opinion. I showed up and the car I was supposed to test drive was no longer available and they didn't have another one for me to try. No one decided to let me know this before I came to the dealership. It was as though no one in sales new I was coming as they had to go double check my appointment even though I had the confirmation email for a "VIP Appointment". London Kia you should really reach out to your customers if a scheduled test drive is no longer possible so they don't waste their time showing up for no reason, very unprofessional and far from "VIP" treatment. I asked the sales person how I can avoid this from happening again he said "call the morning of before showing up to make sure the car is still available" it should be the dealer telling me my appointment is cancelled not me calling to ask if its still on. To mention a positives and give a fair review the dealership is always clean and organized.

I was in the market for a 7 passenger vehicle and the Sorento was on my list to test drive. I arrived at this Kia location at 5:35 on a Friday evening after work. I didn't know they close at 6. Not a big deal, I really just wanted a quick test drive to see if it was worth pursuing. It just wasn't meant to be. I was politely greeted when I arrived and I explained I was looking to take a Sorento for a test drive. The gentleman responded with "We close at 6. I'd be happy to sit down and crunch numbers with you and you can come back tomorrow to test drive." I was floored. I explained that I was unable to come the next day. The gentleman tried everything to get me to leave and come back the next day. He reluctantly brought a Sorento out for me to "look at". In the time it took to talk me out of the test drive and the mini tour of the vehicle, I would have gone and returned from an actual test drive. I learned a few of interesting lessons that night. 1.) Apparently nobody wants to buy vehicles on Friday evenings (except me). 2.) Nobody wants to sell vehicles on a Friday evening (all dealerships I visited closed at 6pm). 3.) Kia London really didn't want my sale. Monday rolled around and I bought a new 2017 Honda Pilot from London Honda. Exceptional customer service experience. Sorry Kia.

Bought my first car here earlier this year. As part of the sale I was to be given 4 winter tires to fit the existing rims. When we went to have those tires put on, it turns out they're the wrong size. My sales / ownership papers also had the wrong information entered instead of my personal information. They had an address and phone number I've never seen before let alone one I would have given them. I have tried to call this location 6 times to have both situations fixed - have never connected with a human being, but have left several messages with no returned calls. When dealing with a multi-thousand dollar purchase, one would think the customer would be dealt with a little more professionally - or at all. All in all, with exception of the sales rep I initially dealt with (whose job is to be polite) I would say they have made a very poor impression. Not recommended in the least.

It felt like a different dealer experience than I've encountered with more of a low pressure vibe. And due to the wait time it took for my vehicle to arrive "fresh off the boat" they even added some perks to surprise me. Less than impressed with this location. My Grandmother brought her vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and left with a $500 bill. The car was purchased brand new 18 months ago, has 8700km, is parked in a garage, and is driven gently. Her service interval required Package #2, which is oil, tires, alignment, and basic checks. They made sure to change her "dirty" cabin air filter 3000km early and charge nearly $100, but failed to test the battery with the winter season approaching. I went in on a Saturday and spoke with the Service Manager. He did nothing to remedy the situation but suggest "bring it in and we will test the battery for free". The priority here isn't maintaining your Kia - it's upselling.

Generally happy with my purchase of a a new car in 2017. Pros: Good service at the dealership and great service at the maintenance area. Had a warranty claim and it was straightforward & hassle free. Car is reliable with great features. The dealership itself is a welcoming space with a nice waiting area. Cons: I felt a bit rushed into my purchase. My rebate took almost 6 months to arrive - I felt that the dealership should have offered to reimburse me rather than make me wait for Kia to get their act together. I also didn’t appreciate having my marketing information sold to SiriusXM - still getting mail for them disguised as “Important information for Kia owner.” My next car will be hybrid or electric so Kia might not be an option, but I would shop there again in theory.

Got a couple things that I would like to say about London Kia. First thing is that I went there to inquire about buying a Kia Soul, I like the one my parent drive. The sales person could not give me definitive numbers on the one I was looking at. So I went somewhere else and bought a different car. Second thing, my parents have been getting the run around as their 2018 Kia Soul didnt have a manual when they bought it. Was in to London Kia in the spring and the sales person took down mom's number and said would call when it come in. Still waiting for call. When in the store they say they can't get them but head office says they just have to order one. Who's lying? Was there today for an oil change in my parents Soul and had a 1030 am appointment. The service tech comes out at noon (12 pm) and say "oh we're sorry but your invoice got move to another tech and then forgot about. What can we do to correct this?" Well, let me see, how about getting staff that is able to do their job as my time is worth something to. Instead she handed our keys back and asked if they could make another appointment. Don't think so. Will find a Kia dealer that is able to do the work without losing the invoice sheet and staff who are more polite if they do mess up. At the very least the dealership could have offered to give a free oil change. They lost our business in more ways than one.

Note that this rating is only for sales. I've had poor experiences with their service department in the past with my previous Kia, so I probably won't be going there for service other than warranty work.

They tried to get me for 1200 for front and rear brakes - the rears didn’t even need to be done - I got the fronts done for 400 at a local shop. They can have my warranty work (lucky them) but any ware and tear will be done elsewhere! On a side note - great shuttle service - hence the two stars

Not sure what happen in the last 2 years but this place went from good to terrible. Initially they got 5 stars from me but now 1 it's too much. And this star is only for one person from service, Glenn. My husband and I have been given the run around for about 2 months in regards to a part that we didn't know was it order or not. Car being under warranty one wonders if they are just waiting to expire???!!! Every time we called was a nightmare. Girl in parts department has absolutely no clue about anything, someone else told us they will call back. We'll, never did. Kia Canada same thing. I love my car Sportage but I will never buy a other one again, this being the second one. I am tired of dealing with them. Definitely do not recommend this place to rezolv your problems. Besides the fact that as some point they order the wrong handle for my door. Guess what, not even apologies!!! It's like pulling teeth when they need to do something u der the warranty. Now I can't sell my car because it's not fixed. So I am stuck! Guess they care? :) guess again.

Kia charged me $70 to install a brand new rust module into my car. Now they will not offer the warranty (saying there was never a warranty for it), why would I pay to have no warranty. When the service department told me to go to the sales manager, I left about 6 msgs and he doesn't return your calls. Corporate Kia is also useless and as this is an independent franchise, can't do anything. My car is up in a year, I'll be trading in sooner and definitely not a kia!!!!

2017 December First Visit. I brought my KIA in for service. I am impressed all the way around. Maintenance done professionally. They replaced my old timing belt and pulleys and 3 accessory belts, spark plugs and water pump as well. They gave me back my old parts as requested. I was going to change the timing belt etc myself and had my new parts already but I decided they should do it. Timing belts need to be done perfectly. They used the new parts I supplied them which saved me the hassle of returning them to my local Auto Supply Shop. They have much more experience with my model car than I do. Facility is new and clean and well organized. The waiting room is comfortable with TV, coffee machine and snacks. They offered to drive me to nearby shopping. I live out of town and the service would take a few hours. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They checked my key FOB no charge and gave me recommendations about that. I hope to continue having a good long term experience with them in future. Waiting now for a couple of parts for service advisory. Will update in future.

The customer service was so great that when I wanted to upgrade there was only one place that came to mind......London Kia and there was only one sales rep that came to mind..... Tanner. I made the call and asked for him by name, and the service I received was even better than the last (I didn't think that it was even possible that he could out do himself). Tanner gave me excellent advice and was knowledgeable of all of the products. Needless to say I highly recommend London Kia and not to take anything anyway from the other representatives (because they are all great) but ask for Tanner he is awesome. #LOVINGMY2022KIASPORTAGENIGHTSKY....

This location has given us the poorest service from any car dealership in our 35+ years of owning cars. We love our Kia Sorrento but the customer service is so poor here we will not go back. When they fix things under warranty, they do NOT test them and we have to be inconvenienced by bringing our vehicle back within two days to fix what we originally brought it in for. If you add the gps feature, expect to have plenty of issues of it not working, it took them over 6 attempts before ours got working. To add to the frustration of our gps constantly not working, they gave us an attitude as if our expectations were too high when all we anticipated was to bring our vehicle in and have any issues fixed on the first visit, not second or third or fourth etc. I would most definitely NOT recommend this location to anyone based on the customer service we have experienced.

for people who want to buy a new car in kia wharnclife be very careful with the false offers as I happened to me when buying a kia sportage 2019 that came with the winter tires to which the manager Koselyn Jolder told me not to There was a problem that if they gave me without any cost to which to my surprise to see the bill charged me 1247 dollars for the winter tire .. they asked manager joselyn holder ls and she refused saying that the offer had already finished .. I received an email saying that for my tire change..winter for seasol only included the change noel balance and I had to pay 89.95 after I did not have to pay anything on April 2 I went for the change and according to joselyn holder the change of tires in the car Again I did not cover the balance but she made an exception with me and she will not pay anything .... my advice do not go to the wharnclife's kia as they call clients with false promises .. and meno if it's up to the manager joselyn holder that first eben give a human relations course to learn how to treat people and not cheat with false promotions

I first bought my car from airport Hyundai and it ended up being a lemon. I took it to London Kia and they helped me trade in my piece of crap for a brand new car. So when it was time to trade in my car for a SUV I went back to London Kia where they were able to trade my car in for a great deal and get me the SUV I needed. Every time I've gone in for service or my trades in I've had nothing but great customer service and fast. I've dealt with Danny both times an also with Chris both were great at making sure I understood all the fine details and got the exact car I wanted. I will definitely be going back from here on out.

I can't speak for the new car department but avoid the used car department at London Kia. Bought a 2016 van there this June from a friendly, helpful salesman. From there I have nothing positive to say. Tons of waiting around to do the paperwork from the "manager" aka the extended warranty sales guy. Then there were issues with the multiple missed delivery dates. A few weeks after delivery we noticed a ripped seatbelt which shouldn't have passed safety. They won't make it right for me. It did took me some time to contact them about it since I didn't want to have to deal with them again after the prior poor experience but this is no excuse to allow us to drive a unsafe family vehicle. I thought dealing with a large, name-brand dealership would be different but I guess not.

When we had made the deal, we had spoken with Jim who we assumed would take care of licensing, insurance etc. A minor issue with licensing. I had asked him to renew my plate for me as my birthday was the next day (day after picking up car)and we had given him our ownership two weeks before when we made the deal. Plate was just transferred as we waited to pick up car and I had to renew the next day. Also issue wth insurance transfer. I was assured he would send info to our insurance company. Day of pick up I spent an hour on the phone at the dealership contacting insurance. They had never been contacted. I could not have done this earlier as no one had given us a VIN#. Don't really know why we paid a full admin chg. Very disappointed with this but Tanner was very good.

Was told on the phone the day before that I could get a recall on my tail light fixed even after I told them I was over my 100,000 km warranty and that I had the recall "fixed" at another kia dealership in another city but the light still had water getting in it. They told me it wouldn't be a problem and set up my appointment for the morning. I show up and again they tell me that it should be "wrapped up quickly" and after about an hour of waiting I get called into the service area to get told that they cant do anything since it's over the 100,00kms and that I have to pay $450 for a new tail light. So after a complete waste of my morning I drove off with a light full of water and and a bill for $450 if I wanted to get it fixed. I was under the impression that recalls were free so never again will I be trusting kia and will just have to fix it myself and vow never to have dealings with kia ever again. Definitely a very shady dealership.

I own a 2015 Sorento AWD which I bought at another dealership. While the service was fine, I didn't feel like the people at the service counter were very experienced and appeared reluctant to give me any clear information when I asked mechanical questions. As a retired auto mechanic I have a good understanding of vehicles and I do my online homework prior to asking any questions. My Sorento began to develop a chatter in the rear end when making sharp turns from a stop. After researching online, I found many others with the same issue. I then called the dealership that normally does my service and was told they had not heard of any issues or performed any repairs on what I described. Seemed odd, but not impossible I guess. As the issue was not constant and varied from day to day, I was hesitant to take it in as this dealership wanted $115 to look at it and if nothing was found I would be out of pocket. If an issue was found I would be refunded. So I called London KIA and was told there would be no charge for looking at it. I make an appointment for the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable and forthcoming the service rep was. Polite, professional, confident and very friendly with an excellent demeanor. It was like a breath of fresh air! It was determined that there was indeed an issue and that it would be covered under warranty. He explained in just the right amount of detail what the issue was and what was needed to correct it, how long to get the parts and then install them. Clear and concise information that made sense. I would like to give a big shout out to Braden, the service rep that I was dealing with. 5 stars and a pat on the back for a job well done!

Overall the experience with London Kia has been good. The sales process was like most other dealers (annoying and frustrating). I have had a couple problems with the car but they have handled it well. My biggest complaint is the service department. You can plan on waiting for a customer shuttle for over an hour routinely. I've been in only a handful of times and it is always an unreasonable wait time for a shuttle. They do not have enough loner cars or drivers for their shuttle.

Unfamiliar with the KIA Stinger I resourced Stinger articles on Utube daily before trying a road test. On a day trip I stopped at London KIA. A 20th Anniversary Stinger greeted me, I WAS SOLD. Salesperson Tanner Loucks welcomed me and professionally addressed my needs. I now have a 2017 Corvette for entertainment, and a KIA Stinger for daily driving. Brought my girlfriend's Kia Soul here for a service. Had a very good experience though expensive due to some necessary repairs and tire replacement. My service consultant Braden Johnson was very personable and professional, brought me back to the mechanic to explain and show me the items that needed replacement and answered all my questions based in reality and necessity vs nice-to-have. Broke down my quote very nicely. Never pushed for more than was needed but was good to explain its best to replace suspension items in pairs which matches my experience/knowledge. Overall a very good experience for my first car service since coming to London.

After many comparison searches and reviews, we settled on the purchase of a 2019 Kia Sorento from London Kia. The staff, mainly Kyle and Jocelyn, were extremely helpful in making our purchase. Although there were plenty of Sorentos on the lot, we were particular about the colour. Both Kyle and Jocelyn did their due diligence and found our colour and made sure that it arrived safe and sound. We were shown around the dealership, which included a tour of the maintenance bays as well as the service reception area. We took delivery of the Sorento on the 12 of July. When we arrived to pick up the Sorento, it was all cleaned and polished very nicely. Although we have only had the Sorento for a short time, we find the ride to be very comfortable, quiet and a pleasure to drive. This is the very first new vehicle for myself and am very proud to be a Kia Sorento owner. We have had many compliments on the colour choice and the vehicle itself. Thank you London Kia for all your hard efforts that rewarded us with our new Sorento.

Marc Lewis, Sales Consultant, was very attentive to our needs in selling us our 2017 Sorento. However, the search for our vehicle color was very poorly handled by other Kia staff. No communication the first week on the search. We had to visit once, called once and sent an email before action was taken by the Sales Director, Evan, to get dialogue going. After selecting a second choice color in the second week the response was much improved. In total, three weeks went by before receiving our Sorento. Better communication by Kia in the first week would have helped considerably. The end result is that we are happy with our purchase and price.

My experience started ok at best with London kia. Sales people were lacking and it was difficult to finalize our deal with a used 2012 Rondo with 55k kms on it. I took it on a 24 hr test drive after a quick test run knowing it was in great shape. Easy enough. Decided to purchase the car and it took almost 2 hrs to finalize. Once it was done i took a deep breath and realized i got a solid deal. The car ended up with a check engine light after only 150km after purchase. I called and set up an appt and Elyse was easy to deal with. Today they fixed the issue for free(some dealers may have said too bad so sad) and made me feel like they appreciate even the used car customers. Great experience after a rough start. ( short staffed sales people due to vacations and people leaving) Nice save London Kia!

I took my 2013 KIA Sportage in for servicing on Monday November 30th and received excellent service from the moment I entered the dealership until I left after picking up my vehicle once work was completed on it.. I explained to him about my front right tire and I thought it might have flat. The sales rep, Dave Robbins, seemed to be very misleading from the time when I was considering Kia Rondo ~4 years ago: he promised a set of free alloy discs & then I found them.. included into my bill! Then I got another truck, Sorento, & when I was returning it 4 years after, the same Dave told me one price for the buy out, but when I set up for another vehicle shortly after, he.. dropped the promised price 4,000$ down, in spite of our agreement! His manager, Ryan Brown, was always quick to explain it with "miscommunication", rather than an intent to take advantage over me (that's how I felt) - it's high time for both of them to take some communication course rather than keep apologizing like schoolboys.. So any other dealership (and frankly, any other brand) but not London Kia.

I originally owned a 2010 Rio and took it here for maintenance, I was offered a 2010 Soul as a rental when it was in the shop and instantly fell in love. I returned later that day and purchased the 2017 Soul. The process was simple and easy! Chris had me out for a test drive before I had been given back the keys to my Rio. I was told that the autostart for the Soul was being ordered in and I would have to come back in to get it installed but to my surprise it was ready the day I went to pick up the car. With such a great experience I started talking my boyfriend into kias and he recently bought a 2017 kia forte hatchback. Had a very disheartening experience. I was advised by service I need new tires however, Canadian tire told me I did not. Called the dealership and asked for clarification on Tuesday November 30th 2021. The lady told me a service manager would call me back within an hour. I have yet to get a call back. Kia has the best warranties going; 5 years bumper to bumper! I'm on my second Sedona and I love it. I had my first one for 13 years. I think the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to upgrade one level from the base just to get lumbar support adjustment and alloy rims while other manufacturers provide them in the base model. Otherwise I'm very happy with everything. I look forward to having this Sedona for many years.

Wharncliffe Kia took my "meh" experience and turned it into a "WOW" experience. My car took a while to come in, a handful of weeks actually, so I was a little concerned at first and felt a little neglected. However, their sales expert, Evan, made sure those feelings disappeared fast. Evan understood that there had been some uncontrollable factors (like the slow car shipment) that had affected my customer experience. Instead of brushing it off, or chalking it up to "sh** happens", Evan went above and beyond to make sure that I felt important and was well taken care of. I give this company 1 star because you cannot give negative. My wife and I went in and explained we had two small children that are difficult to get away from (two under the age of two). Kyle Miller explained the next morning, Saturday would be the best day to drop back in. The appraisers would be there for the trade in of our car and ALL information would be ready. That afternoon we still did not get an exact price from him for the new vehicle as he didn't want to run the numbers if we didn't know what the trade in value of the vehicle was. So i clarified the car was there and they clarified they wanted it sold before they could give us a price. Much different from the conversation before. The manager got on the phone and said he knew nothing of what I was talking about nor the vehicle. And then stated they took pictures of the car without any of our knowledge. They need to show the car to people to get a price range. Nothing like Fridays discussion. This dealership is one that continues to lie about lying. We would have been a quick easy sale, but now I will not return to this dealership every again.

Absolutely terrible experience here! After agreeing on a price the sales man returned to say he made a 'mistake' and the price was actually $1000 dollars more. We had a long day and just wanted to be done with it so we agreed to the new price. After shaking hands, the sales man returned to tell us he made ANOTHER 'mistake' and it would be ANOTHER $1000 dollars more. This put us $2000 dollars over our original agreed upon price.... At this point we stood up and just walked out and told them they lost the deal all together. In between all of this, we spent about 2 hours at this dealership just waiting around, only to leave with nothing. I think that this salesman saw two women who didn't know much about cars, and thought he could take advantage of us to get an extra $2000! Absolutely ridiculous. We ended up going to Stricklands in Stratford where we had an amazing and extremely simple experience!

I called and made an appointment to drive from Windsor to London to test one specific car. After half hour wait they told me they made a mistake and don't have the car. Made me drive an other car that had mechanical issues and the whole steering wheel and front end was shaking. They made me drive 400km and sat me at the dealership for 1 & half hours, they were incredibly unorganized. They said they were sorry, but never even bothered to ever call back. I contacted KiA Canada, they said they have nothing to do with the incident. So DON'T buy a kia, especially not from London Kia.

Transmission hose blew, no warning/light on dash. Transmission needs rebuild now and car is just out of warranty. Kia Wharncliffe would not help me and gave me the run around. Kia's are a catch penny car, all plastic style, but no substance. Save your money and buy a car from a real company. Worst car I've ever owned. Buying a GM car tomorrow, expecting smooth sailing from now on.

Took my car for service because it was making some sound in the front they came back with almost 1000 bucks worth of repairs that needed to be fixed. So I told them I need to think it over for one day and decided to take it to another shop to have them take a look. After taking the car to another mechanic they priced me 180 to fix the noise in the front and made sure everything else in the front end was good to go since then no sounds coming and will never return to London kia again

I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. I cannot speak on the KIA cars as I did not purchase one. However, I did purchase a used trade in BMW from them. Eventually once I spoke with the dealership and expressed my interest, they told me one of their employees was also interested in the car. I felt as though it was a tactic to pressure me in making a decision sooner as I told the employee I need a couple days to think about it. I was VERY interested in the car and I drove almost 3 hours to the dealership to purchase this car. After 1 week of purchase and short distance drives - the engine was seized. In order for the engine to fail there has got to be a serious problem with the car. Clearly there was no honesty in this transaction. As a result of this transaction, the engine will be costing me few thousands of dollars. These employees are in the car business, they should be experienced and qualified to know these things. It is not a KIA car, so obviously they did not really care. They were focused on getting the car off their lot. Lack of honesty, care and professionalism is what I experienced. Regardless of the fact that it is or is not a KIA model, customer service still matters. You are still responsible to carry out a sale and to present the same honesty and care. Like I stated before, good chance they knew something was wrong with this car and they only cared about getting rid of it. I am very upset at the way they even handled it in the end when I had shared my experience. Don't bother with this dealership.

If I could put 0 stars I would. First off the sales guy showed us a vehicle that was already sold which confused us. He then just pointed across the parking lot we have that one over there never offered to show us it. While we were inside going over things he just kept walking away from the desk not saying what he was doing or going. He did not seem like he wanted our business at all and kept pushing a vehicle on us that we told him three times no! Needless to say we walked off that lot and went to another Kia dealership who treated us with respect and got of everything we wanted.

He really took the time to show me the vehicles without any pressure to buy and made sure I found something that fit my needs. I highly recommend him and Kia to anyone looking to buy!

I am disappointed with London Kia.Sales team. I felt once we agreed to the terms of sale their commitment to accommodate us was non-existent. No follow through!! We purchased a VW from Kia and their service technicians put the wheel locks on without giving us the tool to take tires off in winter. They did own their mistakes finally after a few phone calls, unfortunately it took two days to fix and making a few mistakes along the way such as car lift post inside of the underside of car ..therefore another thing to be fixed. It is a great car but the sales team has no knowledge of VW. They should stick to Kia.
