London Honda on Wharncliffe Road had the best service in town and I shopped around for a few months for a purchase of a new vehicle. You are always welcomed as soon as you walk in to a huge, open, bright showroom. The sales agents aren’t pushy and they listen to what you’re needs are. Then... their work begins, they are very patient and really try to work with you and you’re budget. They will work out a price that suits you and can afford. I have never owned a brand new car before, it just wasn’t affordable for us. But Honda made it possible!! I purchased a 2018 CRV EX. I’m still in awe every time I step in it!!! Thank you Honda and staff for you’re professional and easy to talk to sales people you pick to work for you’re company. Shout out to Reese, Chad and Perry!! I’m already telling my coworkers and friend!

upon booking winter tire replacement I have been told that the cost will be $135 plus tax, although all other places charge max of $100, after the job was done Honda added another $8 for balancing the tire, why would you charge for the balance when balancing a tire is part of replacing tires that was not on rims, it's the same as inflating a tire after putting it on a rim, it's part of the work for replacing a tire, so I was very very disappointed by Honda and will not come back there nor will I recommend any of my family and friends to come near this place, not because of the $8 that was charged for nothing, but because that just shows that even when it looks like they (Honda London) are trying to help and give you good price, at the end of the day they will steal your money. If you care for your money, this is not the place to go to!! Very disappointing!!!!

It's always been a pleasure dealing with Danny and the staff at London Honda. For years, their team have kept my 2002 Honda Accord running smoothly and treated me so well each and every visit. The fact is, when you want a critical or safety related repair done right and in a timely manor, there is no substitute for technicians that work on your model day in and day out. They receive parts extremely quickly, and there IS a difference in quality. Plus, I’ve never had to go back saying something else is damaged, broken or suddenly not working. I appreciate their excellent service and trust them 100% so I recommend them to any Honda driver in need!!

The last 2 years working with this Honda dealership have been tedious. I stuck with it because we've been with the dealership for over a decade, but I will be taking my business elsewhere after my current lease is up. The purchasing process for my most recent lease was overcomplicated by the dealership, and the sales team was very disappointing and non-responsive. Service is always a hassle here. From prioritizing a walk in ahead of my scheduled appointment, to neglecting to check that my vehicle was functioning properly after a recall appointment, it's been an absolute pain. After a service appointment the week of August 30, my vehicle was not driveable due to the work done, and we were unable to rent a car last minute on a long weekend, so we missed out on an important family event. I've been emailing their "service email address" for weeks looking for someone to walk through this issue without a single response. It's disappointing that both sales and service seem to have little pride left in the work that they do and little interest in the customers that they had long lasting relationships with. EDIT: just had to come to london Honda for snow tire swap and they locked my keys in the car when we came to pick it up. I didn’t even know that was possible. Will be switching to west gate as soon as I can.

Great experience with the team from London Honda from the reception staff, service team, and sales team. I especially would like to point out David Cicciarelli who provided personal and no pressure sales advice. I went in several times test driving some used vehicles and he was accommodating every time. This was the best experience I have received as I had also looked at Toyota, Mazda, etc and I was confident that I could trust the folks from London Honda. The prices at London Honda are competitive but what sets them apart is their service and follow-up. My used 2013 Crosstour had some minor steering vibration and they quickly had it repaired and resolved without incident. As a local dealership I really appreciate the added care and attention to detail that London Honda provides that will ensure their reputation and will see a repeat customer in me.

I have a 2018 Honda Civic EX, my second vehicle purchased at London Honda. From the very beginning, there were issues this time. My driver-side window motor died after 2 months of owning the vehicle. It was replaced by London Honda, and is now starting to fail again. I've consistently waited 3-4 hours for a simple oil change at this service centre. It's beyond ridiculous, and I've since gone to Westgate Honda for these services. Prior to ending my services with London Honda, I had paid for a break service in February of 2019. Upon a change-over from winter to spring tires April of this year, my licensed mechanic spouse discovered excessively corroding rear breaks. I called London Honda, was told there was a bulletin sent to London Honda in August 2019 making dealerships and service centres aware of this issue, but that they could not give me a copy of the bulletin. My vehicle is all highway driven, and there is no way in xxxx that rear breaks should be this corroded, especially given that they were "serviced" by London Honda in Feb 2019. Given that the front breaks bear most of the force in these vehicles, it makes zero sense that the rears would look this awful while the fronts look perfect. Even though there was a bulletin put out from Honda Canada, London Honda is refusing to service these breaks because I'm out of warranty based on kilometres at this point in time, even though I was within warranty at the time the bulletin was sent out AND when they breaks were initially serviced. Beyond horrible customer service. Don't spend your money here. I'm to the point where I'm going to sell this car to pay it out, and purchase another make. Given that this is my second Civic and my entire family drives Honda, this is leaving a bad taste in all of our mouths.

So this review is for their sales service and not about the cars they sell. The salesman was passive agressive and completely undermining me constantly. Did not seem interested in selling a car but was rather insulting me indirectly. I did not buy a car from here, but I was interested in a couple of used cars they had. The salesperson I talked to through facebook, let's call him Mr. A, booked an appointment for me to come see a car from their online inventory the next day. As soon as I arrived there the next day (at 3pm), Mr. A tells me that this particular car (2013 camry) is sold. I was disappointed that no one bothered to let me know before coming in that the car I wanted to see was already sold. I believe it was a sales tactic they were using to push me to buy a more expensive car. I clarified right away that I was looking to buy something cheaper and would like to look at another option that I saw online. Again, Mr. A kept pushing me to look at higher priced cars that I was not interested in nor could afford. When I asked to see the one I was interested in, an older 2008 civic, he kept telling me how it lacks all these cool features that new cars have, after I told him quite a few times that I'm not looking for high tech features, but rather something to get by for a few years (and as if I'd have no idea about the difference between older models vs newer models). I understand that I might be at the wrong place for my budget range, but the one option that I could afford was not being discussed at all for a long time. When I finally convinced Mr. A to let me see the civic, it went smoothly for a bit, I took a test drive, and then asked him for their final price. Again, the conversation was ridiculously annoying and kept steering towards expensive cars that I did not want. If this wasn't annoying enough, they pulled the "we have another potential buyer" trick on me when another salesperson came by and said "sorry to interrupt, Mr. A, do you have the keys to the 2008 civic, I have someone who wants to look at it". I just wanted to leave at that point as I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously and they were just there to play out a script. After leaving, I asked a friend to message them on facebook about the first car (2013 camry). They told him it's still available if he wants to come in to see it. So in short, their ridiculous sales tactics were annoying, they didn't listen to what I wanted, and also lied to me about the car being sold when it wasn't (and if in fact it was sold, they should have let me know, and told my friend that it is sold too so either way there's clearly a lie there). Other than that, it's a honda certified dealership and they do have some nice overpriced options for purchase, but too bad that their customer service is not nearly as good as many other dealerships I've seen.

HIGH PRESSURE SALESMEN First visit: I told them right away I am only looking to test drive today and not interested in pricing yet. After the test drive they put a quote in front of me and asked what it would take to sign now. Next visit: Decided to buy a honda civic and needed to finalize paperwork. The finance guy Gianna was terrible to work with. Would not listen to the words coming out of my mouth, only interested in upselling. He seemed extremely desperate to make a sale. Will never buy again from this dealer.

Be weary of getting service done here. I own a 2015 Honda Civic that I purchased used 6 months ago, it needed a routine oil change so I made an appointment online to get it done, I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and a few hours later I got a call saying that my vehicle needed a bunch of repairs on the brakes, a $67 oil changed was being quickly changed into a $1300 service, my brakes had been feeling fine to me so I was really questioning why it needed to be done, when I asked if there was any way I could do half today and half at a later date due to my financial situation I was told no that it all needed to be done and that my vehicle was not in a very safe condition to be driving.. I told them to just do the oil change and I picked up my car later that afternoon. I then took my car to another garage for a brake inspection and was told that nothing was wrong with my brakes and that they are still in perfectly safe working condition and that the work should be done in the next 6 months to a year and that I could spread it out over multiple appointments as to not break the bank, this was quite a relief. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received at London Honda and will not be returning to have service done here. Unfortunately I feel like because I am a young woman I was taken advantage of to try and get more money out of me.

Really disappointed with my experience at this Honda location. Bill had no problem lying and being extremely smug towards me throughout the entirety of my shopping experience here. No one was really helpful after communicating my negative experience. If this is how customers are treated before purchasing the vehicle, I don't even want to know what it's like when you are looking to service the vehicle. A couple days after my visit I went to Westgate Honda and purchased the vehicle at a higher trim level and at a lower price, all with honest and amazing customer service.

My husband and I visited London Honda yesterday just to look at a couple cars and get an idea of what was available. He made an appointment and we meet with Chris Lemon Sarris. He had many great options prepared for us to see. He then told us of a vehicle that just came in that we might be interested in. I was and we took it for a test drive. Chris was great explaining the vehicles history and we spoke of our budget. He worked with us to get the car we wanted within our budget and even managed to get us some extras which was a bonus! I would recommend going to see Chris and the staff at London Honda if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, it's well worth the trip.

It is also nice to be taken care of by people like Danny Bikos who enjoy working at that dealership. Jim Ashton the service manager always has a friendly smile and is open to questions and concerns. Today my son's car needed extensive brake work. There was a question of premature failure of some of the parts, that unfortunately were out of warranty. London Honda made it right, and covered the parts in question. No haggling, they just did it. I would give this dealership and their service staff a 6/5 star rating if I could !

Great place to get a Honda from. I got a 2017 Honda Civic EX last week. Gianni and Holly helped run the process of financing my car with ease. I was well taken care of and the my car as well before it was handed over. Many options to choose from, with various packages which I was not bound to, to purchase. Overall had a great experience with my first financed car. Thank you. Really enjoying my car, thanks to the two who helped. From the day I first test drove the car, it took a week's time to deliver it, only because the car was being taken care of and made sure it was up to par during delivery. Dealer service was a bit pricey but it feels worth the buck when you get service like that and the condition in which you receive the car.

The Mechanics and Service workers are fantastic, but I did not have the best time with one of the Sales Reps. If I’m not mistaken I spoke to Tony, and he was too serious and was clearly not in the mood to be selling a car. He did not share the same enthusiasm as I did. Instead of attempting to give me reasons to purchase an Accord, he focused on disproving my views and how I felt when I drove the car. Furthermore, he spent more time asking about my Civic than going over the benefits of the Accord. I’m quite a positive person, I stayed respectful, but he was ruining the mood. If you are not happy with your job or if you are not in a good mood, does not mean you put it on the customer. Yet, I did come back because I did not want to jump to conclusions too quickly. Hilda is the definition of a superb sales representative! She is extremely kind and considerate and will try her very best to inform you as much as she can about your possible purchase. She is extremely organized with coloured highlighters and strives to make sure you have everything you could possibly need when you purchase the vehicle, so there can be no unexpected future costs. This world needs more people like her! If you’re looking for accessories though, Avery is your guy! He’s knowledgeable and is excited to speak with you. Calm and composed, he finds exactly what you require and for the best deal possible. He is efficient and I did not just see him as a London Honda Employee but as a true friend that you can talk to. To conclude, there are always bad apples in a tree, no matter where you go. And I would recommend everyone to ask for a different sales rep, if they do get an individual such as “Tony”. My daughter had been going to college at Western Univ and was about todrive her 2001 Civic home to Dallas. I booked a service appointment online (easy) along with a lengthy list of items that I wished to have done before having her drive a 20-year-old car almost 1500 miles each way. From Dallas,I had extensive and detailed discussions with the Service Manager, Jim Ashton, regarding the work, pricing etc. The car had significant problems, like an oil leak, a blown AC compressor, issues with the brakes and an SRS light that stayed on (thereby preventing the air bags from deploying in case of an accident). Jim was always candid and transparent with me, giving serious and helpful advice, as well as seeking my input, before the work ever started. The bottom line was that I spent several thousand dollars, and the work took several days, but my trust was rewarded with a safe, pleasurable drive to Dallas (I flew to Detroit and met her there as I had no essential business in Canada during the pandemic). The car rode so smoothly, and was so quiet at stop lights (after getting a recommended change of spark plugs and a valve adjustment, as well as a four-wheel alignment) that I was amazed and felt like I was driving a new hybrid. Reviewing the pricing, line-by-line, after the job was finished, left me pleased and convinced that, contrary to popular opinion, the dealership's pricing was in line and competitive with pricing at independent service installations. I have recommended heartily to my daughter that she continue to have routine maintenance service done at London Honda throughout the remaining two years of her PhD candidacy at Western University in London

The staff here will do everything to make the sale, including offering empty promises. I've purchased a used vehicle recently from this dealership and it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with their service department. I've have nothing but issues since day 1 with the brakes, that I was told would have been taken care of before I even picked up the vehicle. These issues include worn out brake pads, warped rotors and a very noticeable brake grinding noise when stopping. Somehow, this vehicle passed safety WITH WARPED ROTORS by their "certified" service team. Turns out, the 90-day warranty doesn't mean much cause it took 3 visits over the course of 2 months just for them to replace things that didn't fix the problem. They couldn't schedule me in earlier due to service being busy with everyone getting ready for the winter, but after 2 months and me sending them the bill from another dealership performing the service they did not want to do (under warranty), they used the fact that I've been driving the vehicle a while and things happen... Even though I called them with complaints the very next business day after picking up the vehicle and the whole thing was delayed due to them. They will be kind and courteous, but in the end, the service team here offers no results. Please be aware of this if you are looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership. One trip to another dealership and they've fixed my problems and haven't needed service since. Been arguing over this for a while now. Their service manager even failed to get me in touch with the senior manager, after promising to do so. They've been "yanking my chain" non-stop to the point that I've contacted the Better Business Bureau in hopes that they can assist. Terrible service. 1/5. EDIT (response to Honda's reply): I have not had any contact with any senior manager. The warped rotors was mentioned in prior to the service done by the outside dealership, this is evident through email chains, including one with Bill Sluys (Financial manager) that I spoke with since the other staff was not returning any of my attempts to make contact. Thank you for supplying me with additional evidence, as your response does not coincide with the email chains that we have. You tried to defend yourself and just gave me additional evidence in your sneaky ways to NOT do any work under warranty.

(Stars for service - N/A for sales) This place is very much my "If I had to pick a dealer" for service. You will pay dealer prices, so I typically take minor service (oil changes, etc) elsewhere - but they have reliable service (in 3 years of requests, only one error that was fixed for free) and their service personnel are excellent. Nearly no pressure tactics. Only experience I've had with sales was very funny - I was looking at the new Civics while my 2008 was having its wheels swapped last year, and was approached by a sales person asking if I was looking to buy. When I said my 2008 was in service, he said "Oh, so you won't need a new car for a while yet" and immediately switched from 'sales' mode to just talking about the newer models they were expecting next (this) year. Always nice to see that kind of faith in the brand and longevity of a vehicle.

Back in February, I emailed Dave Pope requesting info on company discounts. Within a couple weeks I was driving out with a brand new 2017 Accord Coupe. London Honda, and Dave Pope in particular were more helpful than I could've imagined. I had never purchased a car, let alone a brand new one from a dealership before and I could not have been more comfortable during the entire process (even though at that time the dealership was undergoing renovations). I went into London Honda with a friend who was looking to purchase a new Civic. I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I decided a few days later to return and inquire about purchasing my own new vehicle. My sales person was Billy and he was exceptional. We had a good discussion about my needs before moving on to physically looking at vehicles. While looking at the first couple of vehicles I realized it was not the model I wanted and Billy quickly adjusted by offering me another option. While discussing the details of my budget he paid close attention and was very quick to get all of the ducks in a row so I could make the purchase. Once all was said and done and financing was approved, I was offered a couple of options for scheduling a pick up day. Unfortunately the only day that worked for me was a day Billy was scheduled to be off. This wasn't an issue as Billy agreed to come in on his day off to ensure my excellent customer service experience was completed with him just as it had started. This is not only my first brand new vehicle, it's also my first Honda. I am in love with my Honda Pilot and I look forward to my future dealings with London Honda!

This company is terrible at the after service they provide. They are very keen and helpful at the selling stage. After that they don't respect the customers at all. I took my Accord to get the tires changed couple of months ago and they have done a terrible job at it. Rims were scratched and the tire pressure sensor was on, automatic head beaming was not working. I tried to reach them for three weeks. Every time I called them, they transferred the call to the service department and nobody answered. Did not get back to my e mails either. Then I took the car in after booking another appointment. They promised to give the car back on the day after and then postponed it by another two days and the day that I supposed to get my car, they didn't even get back to me until I asked. Then they said the person who is responsible for that is not at work and I had to wait till the next day. After showing them how unhappy I was, they quickly pushed it and got it ready at the end of the day. Even after all of this, the tire pressure sensor light was keep coming on and took it two other times to check it. All they did was filled air and said the air was low. Now I have booked another appointment to get it checked again. This is just frustrating and wasting my time and money.

I want to keep my car in good working order and not void my warranty without having to spend more money than expected at every visit. It is very sad to see how their customer service has degraded so rapidly in the last 6 months. I bought my Honda Civic from here in April. My experience buying a car at London Honda was above and beyond. I referred my friend who wanted to buy the same car after 3-4 months and he had a really bad experience, he was basically kicked out of the showroom just because he was trying to bend the prices. My girlfriend was in at the service center to get the oil changed (we are co-owners of the car) and she was asked to give the key. At the moment she did not know how to take out the key from the key fob, so she asked the tech there to help her with the same. The tech started talking to her disgracefully and said it is not funny to not know how to remove a key from the fob. His behavior was extremely rude and impolite. I understand these are difficult times and customer service is a challenging field to work in, however, I and my girlfriend both work in the customer service field and felt that this behavior towards any customers should not be tolerated by such a prestigious brand.

Repairs fails: I really wanted to like them. I gave them so many chances over the years as their location is so convenient with a shuttle to my workplace. We returned several times for A/C repair, spending over $1,000 overall as it worked intermittently over two visits to repair it. The third visit they said the compressor they installed 14 months ago needed to be replaced along with the A/C clutch for an even more expensive job. I said it was ridiculous a Honda part would fail like this, and the A/C never worked that great since their attempts to fix it, and their only response was that it was rusty and it can happen. Took to another mechanic, he said the condenser was the problem and replaced the condenser for 1/4 the cost and A/C has been working fine for two years so far. After one of our A/C repair visits, the fender liner wasn't fastened and got chewed up by the tire. We took it back and they fixed it free of charge. I inspected it this time and one of the parts was installed incorrectly. We took it back again, and they fixed it free of charge. I inspected it again. They used zip ties in some spots instead of clips like from the factory. I gave up. We went in for the airbag recall and while we were there, got our tires resealed as they were slowly losing air. When we got the car back, the tires lost air even faster. Took it back and they fixed it properly. About 8 months after the air bag recall, the Honda emblem on the steering wheel started delaminating. I complained and they said they didn't change the airbag cover as it's not part of the recall but I noticed it looked slightly different than the one we used to have but thought at the time it was part of the recall. There's no way I can prove this so, I'm out of luck. Taking the car back there repeatedly for mistakes they made was awful. The service manager seemed apathetic, perhaps mildly concerned, but no one there truly apologized. At one point I tried to appeal to them, in a respectful but concerned tone, highlighting how I was there for the third time because they haven't done the job right, and that I expected the fender liner to be fixed completely, the manager simply said it should be and the service advisor said "okay, let's hope so." No apology or "sorry for the inconvenience. Somewhere during the screw ups I asked for "something to make it right" and the service manage offered me a free oil change. I asked if he could also throw in a rear differential fluid change as that was coming up on the next service interval and he said he could discount it but had to charge me. What an insult, to be subjected to their mistakes and their only compensation is just fixing the mistake without apology. I've ordered parts here before, doing my own work on my cars. One part came in damaged (no problem, I know it happens). But it took my inspection of it while he rang up the bill to notice it. I pointed it out and he inspected it and shrugged and said he'd order another one. I wasn't expecting a profound apology, I would have accepted a "oops, sorry about that" or some acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Nope, he didn't care. The parts counter guys seem like they have better things to do. I'll never go back to this "stealership" given the awful customer service and incompetent work they did. Even for parts I now travel further to Westgate to give them my business instead. I have no experience purchasing a car from there, but the service and parts department are simply awful and mediocre respectively. I expect a reply to this comment to the effect of: "we're sorry to hear..." or "please contact..." No, London Honda, you aren't sorry and I won't contact you. I gave you so many chances.

I used to go to Cambridge Centre Honda for all 4 of my family’s vehicles (2 Accords, 1 Civic, 1 Pilot) and never had a single issue or complaint with them over 10 years. Take your Honda to Cambridge Centre Honda - it is worth the extra drive. Feel free to reach out if you would like details about my experiences here. EDIT - Reply to London Honda: You only refunded me for a diagnostic fee which simply came to the following conclusion: "Yes, you need the exact service that you originally requested (transmission fluid drain & fill)". I wanted this service done regardless of my other 2nd gear issue; your tech claimed my 2nd gear (6 speed manual transmission) issue was also resolved with this service. It was not. Therefore, I believe a refund for the diagnostic was quite a reasonable request.

Do not shop at this dealership. I have never been treated so awful. I purchased a defective daytime headlight for my Honda civic hybrid. When I tried to exchange it the parts worker Brain accused me of breaking the headlight. I paid 300 for this light and all I wanted was the product I paid for. Brain continued on to tell me that their was no way they sold me a defective part. The same guy also told me the part was not in when it was sitting on the shelf. Awful customer service. I recently had an issue with this dealership regarding my winter tire package installation. I reached out to them, and in the end, they did correct the situation. They did ask that after our interaction, if I could leave them an honest review, so here it is: No, I don’t think London Honda, or anyone, deserves an award for correcting poor practices only when called out on them. In the end, they’ve only done what they should have done in the first place -without all of the fuss. That said, many businesses won’t hear you out, won’t address your complaints, and won’t own, or correct a mistake. London Honda did. I certainly don’t want to discourage that kind of behavior. I think it’s a big step in the right direction. In July I purchased a vehicle from London Honda, and as their summer winter-tire sale was underway at the time, I purchased a winter tire package that London Honda would store until fall. I paid for what I was told was a high-end winter tire package, that was a great match for my car, and was at a really great price. When I finally got to see my new winter tires (after my car came out of the tire swap service in the fall) I was surprised to find they were of low quality, in rough shape, and not the recommended fit for my vehicle. The price of this set was substantially less than what I had paid for. When I brought this to London Honda’s attention, I was given excuses that honestly made no practical sense. Regardless, they did acknowledge the discrepancy between the price I paid, and the package I received. They were able to remove that set, and replace them with an appropriate set in short order. They also acknowledged that I had a less than ideal sales and service experience with them so far, and gave me a vow to do better in the future. Though I do wish my experience with them had started a little more positively, I’m happy with this turn-around, and it has gone a long way to restoring my confidence in them.

Called today, December 10, for a passenger side airbag recall that Honda has issued. Gave the gal the information from the letter and she asked for my phone number. I gave her my number, which is a different area code as we have recently moved here, and she said, 'you have never been here before.' Not Welcome to the area' or any such thing. She checked to see the part was in stock and said it would take 1.5 hours to complete the recall. I was then informed that the next available appointment was December 27. I asked why so long out and was informed they had 'many winter tires to change. I mentioned that Honda said the front passenger seat should not be used until the recall was completed and perhaps the recall should take priority over winter tires. Feeling not so welcome I said I would call back if I decided to use their dealership. My background is in the Customer Service Industry with over 20,000 customers and 40 employees. This Service Department needs some retraining, especially when you consider the fact that the Service Department is a Prime Revenue generator for these dealers. Owners response is all vanilla. Nothing was resolved or rectified. Obviously more than the staff could use some training. I found another Honda dealer that offered a timely Recall service and welcomed my future business.

The parts prices at this location are pretty absurd. I was able to order the same parts from Toronto Honda, pay $60 express shipping to my door next day and still saved $150 over my quote from London Honda. I did end up buying some plastic fender liner clips from this location and was charged $40 for 3 clips. They turned out to be the wrong ones so I returned them and found the proper ones at APC for $3. I will not likely purchase parts here again. EDIT: I understand the no return policy on parts but if you sell me the wrong parts, you will be receiving them back. You can't honestly say you are aligned with other Honda dealers in pricing if you quoted me $335.38 for a clutch pressure plate, and Toronto Honda sold it to me for $271.45. I had no issues with any of this, I will pay a bit more to get it same day, Taylor and Andrew were great to deal with and followed up when I ordered parts, the bad review is for the poor attitude and service from the parts manager. I specifically called in to advise the parts were not correct, they had been opened, and I would be returning them because I'm from out of town. I was told they would be accepted this time due to the fault being on you guys. Brian however seemed unaware until that moment that they had been opened, and made it pretty obvious he did not want to help me. An apologetic response gets upgraded to a 3 star review, arguing or lying gets you downgraded to a 1 star. Have a nice day.

Bought a new 2018 Civic and the tires have lasted longer than the body. There are rust spots all over the car.. roof... hood.. back hatch ... did i mention that it is a 2018. I have zero trees around me and no vegetation has ever landed or sat on it ever (like they asked me on the phone when i called about this). These are not "rock chips" - and even if they were, there are so many of them ON THE ROOF, i'd have to have driven through a meteor shower. they asked me to get quotes to re-paint it and told me they couldn't even guarantee me that Honda Canada would approve it being painted. So i'm getting rid of it... the guy tells me i may as well just get touch up paint instead.. seriously. It was my first and will be my only Honda ever. I'm trading it in asap - The customer service was amazing when i bought the car - no problems with them at all (sales and finance) - i just wish the product matched the service provided initially.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and was comparing several makes and models at different dealerships, but seriously it was the environment and salesman at London Honda that sold me. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. I didn't have to go searching for help, I was politely approached by Dave Pope who I had never met before, but he will now be the only salesperson I use going forward and will recommend to my friends and family. When I first arrived at London Honda they sales team were eager for my business, they were kind and helpful.. until I purchased my vehicle. The service I’ve received since then has been extremely poor. The first issue came on the day I arranged to pick up my Honda. When I made note of damage to my rims. I was assured that the damage was covered in the protection package I had purchased. A few days later when I tried to make contact to have it repaired I was greeted with an email stating that the sales rep that had helped me was no longer with the dealership. The person I was forwarded to made little effort to resolve the issue. I was pretty much left high and dry. The second issue that came was the fact that I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. Not only did I wait 3.5 hours for a simple oil change, they used a regular oil. (instead of the synthetic oil my vehicle requires) My vehicle comes with nitrogen inside the tires in which they instead filled my tires with air. during the check in for the appointment I made note of my protection package, provided a copy of the product protection and was told again they can’t fix it. The most recent issue came when I contacted the Manager that had sold me the package via email and didn’t receive a reply. I’ve since sent 3 emails since October 2018 and have never heard back from anyone. Whenever I’ve been asked about my Honda, I reply with how much I enjoy my Honda, but the dissatisfaction of the dealership I went to.

Recently purchased a new Honda from Tony Dani. It was easy to give Tony a perfect score as he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly Tony was prompt in responding to all inquiries I had about the vehicle and the process. Tony kept me informed throughout.

Just bought my first new car at London Honda. Doug was a good sales person not pushy and very helpful. After you figure out the price and put a deposit down they send out the finance guy. Gianni the finance guy politely explained the protection offer but the price was to much so I declined. His tone changed and was very pushy after that. He told us that if the car was in the shop twice in 8 years it would be something ridiculous like $4000 each time. It's clear he was trying to make a commision and would say anything to try and scare me into the extened protections. Eventually after declining many times he backed off. I do not like the fact that after you agree on a price that fits your budget they want to sell you extra stuff. Pickup of the car went good with Doug. But because of the experince with the finance guy I can only give two stars. I would not recommend a friend go here. But most dealerships probably operate this way. It was just a surprise because its my first car.

She always put my needs/wants first and made me feel as though she really listened to my circumstances Although right now wasn't the right time for me to upgrade to a new vehicle, I will 100% be returning when my current lease is over and asking for her again. I am really happy that I chose to purchase my Honda at London Honda. The dealership was one of the more positive experiences I have had. Other places I visited had salespeople that were just looking for the sale rather than considering my needs. A special shout out goes to Hilda and Jeff. Hilda was the salesperson I worked with and she was amazing throughout the whole process. Hilda was friendly, informative and helpful - which made the process very enjoyable. I'd highly recommend her when you visit. Jeff was also very supportive in explaining the major differences to consider whether we purchase or lease. I will say that I visited a few Honda dealerships, and this one was definitely the best experience I had. I would recommend this location for anyone considering a Honda as their future purchase!
