By far the worst experience ever at a dealership. The sales consultant (Zarmash) wasn't even interested in selling the car, had zero knowledge about the vehicle and did not even try to build a rapport. Clearly, I was just a number to him. I did end up booking a 2022 CX-5 the same day but Obviously at a different dealership. Would not at all recommend this place to anyone.

Don't really like to put negative reviews, I have had a fairly good experience with regular oil change service at this place etc. Until I was advised to change the spark plugs (I'm not sure this should have been done, but I have a lot of milage, ok if so). This is official mazda, so I thought it's trusted place to pay more and get the service done properly. The problems started after, I've got check engine on the same day after a short run (there were never any problems before from the time while i'm using this vehicle, either with engine or electronics), brought the car back, the error was fixed. The problem was low vacuum in intake tube, seemed not a big deal, fixed for free. Got the check again after driving of 30 km. Came back to service, the problem turned out to be with resistance of solenoid 60 ohms instead of 30, has to be replaced. That got me another 410$ (diagnostic+labor+part). The thing is the check engine came out immediately after changing the spark plugs, there were no problems with the electronics before that, most likely, when the terminal was dropped from the battery, it was struck by current somewhere or whatever happened, but just the fact, I have a used Mazda 6 2010 and it makes no sense to do a service of oil change with the replacement of spark plugs for a total of $ 1000

Horrible dealership. It’s a nightmare to even think about this place. Dan is the worst person to deal with as a sales manager. I can even go further and say any dealership will be better than this one. If you ever ever ever decide to go to this dealership everyone thinks that you’re there to waste their time. Like seriously, you’re not there to buy a chocolate that if you don’t like you just throw it in the garbage. It’s a big decision and when you say no to the deal or try to visit them again before you make the final decision the Dan goes out of his mind. I wish I had never met him ever. This is how bad he could be. They did a credit check 2 times without my permission. This is how they rip you off. Such a cliché. If you really want to buy Mazda from London, Please go and visit the London City Mazda. Way better people and much more mature. I’m not promoting them but only if you want to buy Mazda then you’re better off with London city Mazda. I’m so happy that I didn’t close the deal by meeting a person just one time. I’m so thankful to you for showing me that you’re the worst dealership I have ever been to. Peace!

I'll spare the details leading up to why I was car shopping; Samir took the time to understand my specific needs and what I was after. After some research and many test drives--it was down to the CX-3 and Hyundi Kona. I decided upon a new CX-3 AWD over the Kona for one specific reason, the ride quality...it was hard to nit-pick features. I will say, the only thing about the CX-3 that is a draw back would be the cup holders, they are almost useless for anything but bottles. I am pleased with the treatment I received during the purchase process. My purchase included a trade-in, the offer I received was very close to what I expected and the whole deal came together to my satisfaction. Thank you for a smooth transaction with customer satisfaction thus far.

Great place. I popped in to have a license plate bracket mounted to my CX-5 (which I didn't buy here - I bought in Quebec - they don't put plates in the front). They installed it with a smile, and didn't even charge me. Great staff, very friendly.

They definatly do not seem interested in you at all unless you look interested in spending. Whereas many dealerships will offer up time to help you with any of your questions, the first thing the sales rep there told me to do was check the website. I had already been on the website but I know that sometimes the dealers will have a more up dated list of thier used car inventory in the dealers system. Apparently this list is top secret at this perticular dealership as the guy refused to print out a list and insisted that I go buy the website. In a copetitive area such as its location I decided not to even waste my time as there are many more friendlier dealerships within a 5 minute drive.

I have been a very loyal customer of Forest City Mazda, I have purchased 2 vehicles there (my husband & I) as well as referring at least 2 buyers that I know of. On Wednesday, August 12th around 1 pm, myself & a friend came into the dealership to speak to a salesmen regarding the trade in of 2 fairly new Mazdas we had previously purchased from them. My husband passed away suddenly therefore I am unable to pay for both vehicles, I thought I might be able to get into another vehicle with a lesser payment. The salesman we dealt with had zero interest in trying to work with me. He showed me 1 vehicle but then after going back & forth from 1 desk to another, came back & told me he couldn't get me into a vehicle for less than $750/month so I might as well just keep my car! Seriously?? It was quite obvious he didn't want a sale that day! This experience has made it so I do not want to deal with this dealership again!!! You lost a very good customer!!

Test drove a miata. Salesperson came with me. Asked for that not to happen. I've had good luck with that in other dealerships with more expensive cars in going solo. Didn't really enjoy the experience. As i wanted to take my wife who just stood at the dealership like a stooge (the miata a is a 2-seater). Requested another test drive with another vehicle via email. Didn't get an email back (yes, i checked my spam folder). So far, it doesn't really make me want to buy anything from this dealership. Very meh.

Very great service department. My 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 was in the for three days for engine light. The whole time I was kept in contact by my service advisor which is huge, technicians were very knowledgeable and talked to me directly about the issues. I felt very comfortable with my car being there and knew it was in good hands and the best part of it all is they fixed the issue I have been having for about a month. My mother got her vehicle in for her annual service and had it shuttled back once it was completed but noticed there was an issue when vehicle was returned home. My mother an elderly lady who gets really concerned about stuff like this and asked my brother and I to assist. I contacted the service manager Paul Dixon after the weekend finished and he immediately had the vehicle towed and got the issue resolved the same day and provided my mother with service credit for the mistake that was made. They even cleaned the vehicle from inside and outside. I am really happy that the dealership took ownership of the issue and did not make excuses about how the issue happened. I have another vehicle from the same dealership in my wife’s name and it makes me confident our business will continue to grow as dealership made all efforts to resolve the issue that was created and appreciate the service manager Paul Dixon personally delivering vehicle back to my mothers house once it was resolved. My experience was on the sales side of the dealership, but there is also a service bay here. I was greeted very quickly by a kind salesman. Within about 5 minutes I was already test driving a vehicle. I found the sales people here to be kind, not too pushy, and fairly knowledgable about their products. There were some gaps on their knowledge of the technology-side of things, but no big deal. I felt comfortable the whole time. Received a customized letter in the mail a week or so after my visit, too. Nice touch.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership last year and they did an excellent job with giving me the features that I was looking for. Above that, I had an accident where I ran over road paint and got it all up the side of my brand new 2018 car! But, they were able to save the day by referring me to a body specialist near by and get the issue resolved. The only thing that was disappointing was my block heater installation. I had purchased the block heater in August and they were supposed to follow up in November to have it installed. I called in the beginning of December and they informed me they had many ready to be installed; but did not let me know and I had paid for labour and the part already. Although the last referenced experience was a bit annoying, my experience with Probart has been great.

Probart Mazda did not have a replacement in stock but the service manager took the time to look at it and fix it!!!! I took my Mazda3 for oil change and it turned out it needs the 5 year recommended service by Mazda too. then I got a call at the middle of the day saying my rotors both rear and front are very rusty and bunch of other things which I had no idea. I trusted them and told them to take care of everything they think my car needs. I have a Mazda3 2015 with mileage 60000, no accident and not a small problem. ended up paying 1320 dollars plus paying for Uber to get there to drop off my car and pick it up. it turned out I had the option to ask them to pick up my car at my place and drop if off after the service. but they told me that after I complained about it!!! I mean when they are not clear and honest about small things like this then it's hard to trust them on other things. I really don't mind paying that amount if I trust the shop. but now I feel I don't!!! also, they used to offer a free carwash which they're not offering anymore because of Covid(which is still okay) but when I mentioned that they got so defensive!!! in general, I don't know what they've done to my car but the customer service experience was terrible!!! both on the phone and in-person!!!(I even talked to Paul the manager and he wasn't that friendly either). will never go back there again!

My wife and I went to Forest city totally not expecting to be approved for financing. We have been working on our credit. My Mazda was having a great promotion with unlimited kilometre warranties and working in construction I drive all over so I thought it doesn't hurt put in an application. All of the staff were great with us, we popped in last minute with no warning and went for a test drive then we rescheduled another test drive for week later, and they basically gave us the keys to a vehicle and told us we had a few hours to do whatever we would like and let us know how it goes. Our financing came back approved with a great Bankrate for us payments we could afford extended warranty and other coverages and protections for the vehicle. Throughout the entire process the staff at Forest city Mazda waited on us hand and foot and treated us like royalty including the owner j Maroney, who met with us a couple of times to help us through the process. this is our first brand new vehicle and we could not be more thrilled with it or the people who worked with us to get it. We will definitely be going back to Forest city Mazda in the future

Not sure why, but this dealership is not interested in earning any business. Went in twice to test drive CX5 and CX 30: 1st visit, we were told they cannot let us test drive, because we walked in 45 minutes before they close for the day. But a test drive would only take 10 minutes?! 2nd visit: I reserved both vehicles on its website and walked in for the appointment. I was told the reservation online cannot be recognized as they do not keep records of that. Then, WHAT IS THE POINT OF BOOKING ONLINE?! Both salesmen seemed very annoyed and were not interested in showing vehicles or letting me test drive. Ironically, they sent me follow up emails and checked if I was still interested. Nah, I didn't even test drive and you expect me to buy? No thanks!

We were there last Saturday to check out Mazda5 & CX-9s. We could talk about & rate the actual cars but this review is just on our experience at the dealership. We were the only shoppers on the entire lot! We were met by a yet another(it seemed to be the trend as we visited a few different dealerships) miserable to indifferent at best, older salesman. We couldn't understand his behaviour since we were the only one's there & we weren't even looking as base models or cheaper line-ups! Yes we asked about demoes & manufacture's rebate but are we not entailed to that? Would that effect his commission in anyway? And if it does, is some money not better than no money? Remember, we were the only-ones there!!! Follow me as I review a few other dealerships. Disclosure, I'm not a shareholder of any car manufacture nor does anyone I know or related work for any of them.

I bought my Mazda 3 2019 GT from this showroom. The very next day my car had a starting trouble because of battery issues. I called the road side assistance and took it to a nearby showroom. They said they have charged the battery and they had 2 recalls on the car that these people didn’t check before handing the car to me. The worst part is I tried to contact the showroom people and they delivered a very poor customer service. I am totally upset with the way they have dealt this issue. Whenever I call the authorised person there, all he says is that he will get back to me as soon as possible. I never got a call back from them.

The team insisted in getting optional extended warranty for 1800 cad and said that everything including parts,labour and taxes will be covered for next 5 years. Now when i consulted for a service for rear camera issue they said warranty is only for 2 years or 24000 kms. Deeply dissatisfied and never give fake promises to customers.

THEY MISSED TO SHOOT A WHEEL BOLT !! In March 2020 I got my winter tires sapped with all season ones. Started hearing creaking sound while making turns. Took to local autoworkshop, found that the left front wheel is missing a bolt !! Sent them mails, no reply !! I'm done with them ! May be an accident, but it could cost my life.

I'm certain that my car was taken for a joy ride last time I had it in for service. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the tell tale signs someone had driven it like a rally race car. The owner seemed concerned but not enough for us to connect. I would be very cautious about taking it here, but if you do, keep track of the mileage (my mistake I didn't).

Sadly, this dealership has gone downhill since they changed management. I have a 2016 CX-3 that I purchased from them new in 2016. When the dealership was owned by Probart, I had nothing but great things to say about them to anyone who would listen. Specifically, my current issues lie with the service department. When trying to book a service/need an issue looked at on my car, it takes DAYS for the service team to get back to me, if they call me back at all - most of the time it requires multiple calls on my end before someone finally calls back. Since Forest City took over, I have had issues with getting a hold of them, and with miscommunications/lack of communication among their team. The service manager (I believe his name is Eric), is very pleasant to deal with; however, it seems that he is always needing to provide damage control on behalf of his service team. He has even had to give me his direct extension, just to get a hold of someone. I absolutely LOVE my Mazda, and I hate that I feel the compulsion to leave this review, but they are aware of their need for improvement, as I have communicated this to them in the past; however, nothing seems to change. I called on December 29th to have my car looked at as it was making a rattling noise - no one has gotten back to me (it is now January 5th), despite leaving a voicemail. I have since taken my car to Leavens Mazda, where I received prompt responses and service.

I absolutely love Probart Mazda. I bought my 2 vehicles from them and I'd go back for my next one too! Customer service is nothing short of amazing, and they WILL go out of their way to get you the vehicle you want! In Dec 2008 I bought my very first brand new car, my 2009 Mazda 3, and then in May 2014, I just bought my brand new 2014 CX-9 GT.... The "problem"? Probart Mazda didn't have the black 2014 CX9 GT model I wanted. Their solution? They immediately (literally the same day) found one of the only ones left in Ontario...it was in Ottawa. So what did they do? They had to trade 2, yes TWO, 2014 CX5 models of theirs in order for me to get the one I wanted! So, as you see, these guys are absolutely amazing and WILL go way out of their way in order to get the vehicle you want! Charlie (my sales rep) made my car shopping experience such a great one, and he really listened to everything that I was wanting & looking for in my next vehicle! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Probart Mazda, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! If I were living in the area (I now live 5 hours away), I would, without a doubt, be shopping at Probart Mazda for my next new vehicle!

So far I’ve had my Mazda for 8 months now. It started out well, but has quickly failed to meet my expectations when it comes to service. So far I’ve tried to have my oil change a few times now due to the fact I place over 1000km on my car a week. I’ve used there automatic booking system days in advance and the day comes and goes four days later the finally get back to say sorry the day you’ve picked is full. I’ve tried two different locations both seem to be the same. However I will say customer service at London forest city Mazda is much better then Hamilton. But at the same point what’s the point if you can’t get in anyways. And I’m tired of trying, because I’m sure at some point now there going to say sorry your warranty is void, but fun fact all ready set for that battle hope they are.

From the moment I walked through the door, staff were professional and courteous. The receptionist attended to me right away and offered me coffee. Charlie Noseworthy is probably the most honest and knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met. He helped me find a car that was absolutely PERFECT for our family. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Probart, and I would not hesitate to send friends or family to Charlie and the Probart team. They did it again! Just wanted to shout out to Jesse at FCM. As a front line sales guy, Jesse was helpful, responsive and professional throughout our purchase of a used vehicle - even when things didn't go perfectly. The vehicle actually came from an associated dealer. When this arrangement threatened to go sideways, Jesse responded after hours on his own time and got the situation resolved. When my own mechanic's check of the vehicle discovered that the FCM service department had passed very low transmission fluid and questionable tire tread, I expected some push back or squirming from FCM. However, Jesse responded immediately to address the issues and had 4 new tires installed. Of course, it is great when nothing goes wrong in a deal. But when something does go wrong, people have a chance to show their level of integrity. Jesse consistently stepped up and delivered on his word.

All the reviews are really true when it says all the people are good... I was there to buy a brand new 2015 Mazda6 and even though I had researched all the car before purchase, they were nice enough to explain all the questions I had. I worked with Charlie and he was professional and courteous. I chose for the Mazda3 and the next day I changed my mind to a Mazda6, and he was still willing to work with me, and overall the dealership experience was great. Ika was extremely patient and professional in terms of explaining how the extended warranty works, how paint protection works, how the pricing will be and much more. I have NO regret or look-backs on the car-buying experience and everything was done with full satisfaction. In terms of the service department, they're really nice as well. I was kindly told to wait in the waiting room, where there's TV, WiFi, and employees who walked by were very kind and welcoming. The only gripe I have with the Service is that it took very long. I went in just to get brake pad lubrication because it was squeaking and that look about 2-3 hours, which I think is unnecessary... Overall, if you're in a market for any new Mazda, definitely go to this dealership. Mazda's are coming out with great new vehicles and whether it's a SUV, Sedan, or Hatchback go give them a visit. Definitely a full recommendation for this dealership, without a doubt.

I’ve been looking for months for a perfect midsized sedan with the pickiest of people “my uncle” and we finally landed at Forest City Mazda and it was the best move we could have done. An employee named Samir heard us out and attentively listened to every wish my uncle had in his dream vehicle. Samir made us feel at home the entire visit therefore I must recommend Forest City Mazda to everyone. Mazda did themselves a favour hiring this man!

I purchased two mazda's here my first was an 09 mazda 6 I realized after a year and a half is wanted something bigger. Went to a 2016 cx5. My experiences with Ian and Charlie were so delightful they make buying a car stress free and enjoyable they gave me an unarguably great deal on my trade ins both times. And they don't make you feel pressured at all. The dealership has a very hassle free fiance department and made it very clear what everything you are paying for costs and what's all included in the price. I will continue to shop here for my vehicles hands down. Also when I was patiently waiting the short few days to go and pick up my cx5 after purchase they called me and told me there was an electrical issue with the one I had purchased and they didn't want to sell me that car and if I was okay with waiting an extra few days and that they had already found me o e and it was on its way. Then i decided to change the colour of what I wanted from grey to blue (they didn't have a blue gt in Stock when I bought mine) so they were 100% okay with that and had no trouble getting me what I wanted which was also great. Their service department makes you feel very welcomed. I was having an issue with my nav system and they quickly got back to me with a solution and my part was in and out in a jiffy.

We have been loyal customers from this dealership for about 7 years-back when it used to be Probart Mazda. We purchased our first car from Bob (miss bob) who always made us feel like family. Bob moved on to a different place and when we purchased our second car two years ago we still received stellar service. Late last week we received an email (seemed kinda sketchy) where you could see a conversation between two people from Mazda. The email said they needed 10 Mazda 3’s and to look for 10 customers willing to trade theirs in. It seemed sketchy because it was forwarded to us, and who forwards conversations within the company to customers? We called to see if it was legit and they said it was so they scheduled us in for an appraisal of our vehicle. We just wanted to go over numbers and see if it would make sense for us. They were offering “above average” market price according to their email. We show up to our appointment and the person who was supposed to deal with us came and said it would be a few minutes as he was finishing up with someone. Then a girl came in looking for him and he dealt with her prior to us as well because I believe they were closing a deal. 20 minutes later we were handed up to some other guy who you could just see wanted to get rid of us quickly. He even said, yea the right time for you to trade is in two years. THAN WHY SEND US AN EMAIL? it was personalized towards my husband saying they believed he would be a good fit for the offer. We felt like our business didn’t matter and like we have never in 7 years at Mazda. We will think it twice before even wanting to return. What a waste of our time.

I came all the way from Mississauga to London to purchase the car and was unsure as to whether or not this was a good use of my valuable time in looking for a good used vehicle. Kennedie our sales person was extremely helpful and attentive to us. I'm usually sceptical about dealerships and always approach purchasing a car with a certain degree of apprehension. Thankfully this wasn't the case at Probart. There was no sales pressure and Paul took the time to explain to us the history of the vehicle. Then Charlie walked us thru how the bluetooth and certain other electronic components that were in the vehicle worked. Thank you Charlie! We purchased a 2012 CX-9 from FCM in January and love it. Haven't driven it much so just took it in for its 1st oil change last week. We had noticed a noise that sounded to me like a wheel bearing so we asked Paul to have it checked out. To shorten this story, Paul and his crew discovered a major transmission issue and were able to have Mazda Canada step up and cover the cost, which could easily have been over $8000. And since it's a 2012 with 270,000km's it was well past warranty. Needless to say, we were overjoyed at their commitment to customer satisfaction and so very thankful that FCM and Mazda Canada looked after us so well. I can't imagine any other auto manufacturer or dealership going to such lengths to make things right for a customer.

I only had an oil change done, there were no other issues identified yet I had to wait 10 minutes to settle my bill as this is now done by the service advisor. Both advisors were quite busy checking customers in. I don’t mind waiting when people are busy yet there was someone sitting at the former cashier desk who seemed more interested in lunch than customer service, even though I was waiting in front of him (on crutches)! The advisors are often too busy to do both jobs, bring back the cashier!

As a first time car buyer and as a female I felt very comfortable making my purchase of a Mazda from Ian. He went above and beyond the role of a car dealer and this made all the difference since I was living in London Ontario alone and was half-way across the country from any family. Ian picked me up (it was snowing) and spent a good 30-40 minutes with me explaining all the financial details of financing vs. purchase outright. He made sure that he arranged to pick me up each of the days I had to visit the dealership in order to finalize purchase of my vehicle. I am now in Ottawa but would definitely go back to Probart Mazda if I need to purchase another Mazda (which I am hoping I wont). My mazda 3 is my vehicle for life. The only thing I am not too happy about is the colour (Black) but my 2013 was one of the last few on the lot so I didnt have a choice in colour. Black is a nice colour I just can never find the car in a parking lot because every other car is a black mazda 3!! I did not realize how popular the black Mazdas would be.....My next mazda I will get to hopefully choose a different colour.

Very disappointed in the service department. Car was diagnosed as needing a front wheel bearing. I was told they needed to order a part, which would take 2 days. Twelve days and 2 follow up phone calls later, found out the part had arrived. Who knows how long it sat there, without anyone calling me. Then I was told they could book me in for this repair 3 WEEKS later. Seriously?! This was a safety concern. I couldn't wait that long and took my business elsewhere. And guess what? The other, non-dealer automotive shop was able to diagnose the car, order and install the parts all the same day! For $80 less. I will not return to Mazda for any future repairs.

I had a poor experience purchasing a black Mazda3. Upon purchase, I was given unrealistic vehicle arrival dates, which I based my schedule on, and after suggestion of a loaner by the salesperson, was denied by the manager. When the vehicle finally did arrive, it was so damaged that I was told it would no longer be sold, and used as a loaner. At his time I was provided a loaner, which was covered in dog hair. When a new car was located and delivered a week later, when I went to complete the purchase, the paperwork was completed incorrectly, and they did not have the ownership prepared. The star is for the salesperson, however outside from him, the dealership seemed to try to do as little as possible to provide customer service, and provided what would be expected by a a customer as above and beyond. Only when there was no other option, did they make any concession. Not a free oil change, car wash or even a bloody air freshener was offered. I won't be returning or recommending this dealership.

Best car purchasing experience!! A week ago I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Signature from Forest City Mazda. Charlie Noseworthy (Salesperson) was awesome. He was so detailed orientated in everything from helping me compare various trim levels to spending over an hour with me when I came to pick up my new car showing me everything inside and outside the car. He also spent time before I arrived setting up various settings within the workings of my car and asked me if those would work for me when I arrived and sat with him to review it all. Throughout the purchasing experience, Charles was very calm. He was very transparent, and did not try to hide any costs etc. I also dealt with Matt Hardy (Director of Financial Services) at FCM. He was so knowledgably, personable, and thorough. Purchasing a new car is a big deal, and having Charles and Matt to work through the process with was extremely helpful!! I love my new car!

Waste of my time. I sent them an email through their website to inquire about a Mazda MX5 they had on the lot. I told them I was interested in coming today to take a look and take it for a test drive. Their customer communications specialist said " I would love to set up a time to have you come in for a no obligation test drive tomorrow." We scheduled an appointment for 2:15pm. When I arrived, I was introduced to a salesperson, and he brought me outside to show me the car. We talked about the car for a bit, and we talked about our ownership experience of our own miatas. I asked if I could take it for a test drive, and he told me that they don't normally let people test drive these cars in these weather conditions. I asked him if there was another one I could take for a drive, understanding that this one had the sport package with lower profile tires. He said he would ask his manager. He came back out and started to tell me that they have a $10,000 insurance deductible, and if I crash it, that's what it would cost. He told me that these cars are difficult to drive in the winter, and asked me if I had ever even driven one before. I said " I told you I used to own the first generation miata". He said "So you already know what it drives like!" implying my 1996 Miata drives the same as a 2016. I told him that this was a waste of my time, and if test drive wasn't an option, they should have said so in the email. He then told me it's not his fault, he was just given the appointment. I told him he should probably tell someone above him then, and left the dealership. Customer service shouldn't start after you have signed the dotted line.

If you need a car this is the dealership you want to go to! I just purchased a car from here in December 2018 and have gone to service the car a couple times now far for tire switching and such. Everybody that I have come in contact with has been exceptionally friendly and willing to do anything they can to help with any questions or problems you have. I was in the area today and stopped by Forest City Mazda to get a battery replacement for my car key. When I showed up the parts department was literally about to close but still asked what I needed. I said it wasn't urgent but the gentleman who helped me (Eric) insisted on replacing my key's battery. As he was replacing the battery, my key fell apart due to some damage from the key falling in the past. He ended up staying open 15 minutes past closing time to fix my key, put a new battery in and make sure the key/remote worked perfectly before closing up. He didn't charge me for the battery or for anything. Eric is the definition of exceptional customer service and I'm very happy to have met him (and sorry for keeping him past his shift!). I would give 10 stars if I could.

My experience at Forest City Mazda was outstanding. I saw a vehicle on a Sunday and I emailed to set up an appointment and Kim responded within 15 minutes to set this up for me. Then I arrive Kim introduces herself and thanks me and was introduced to Kyle who went out of his way to provide detailed information and his professionalism was A+. Option to test drive the CX3 on my own or he could accompany me if I wished. After test drive was attentive to my inquiries and arranged financing with Matt. Everything about my experience was so smooth and hassle free. Such an amazing team with excellent customer service and knowledge. Appreciated their sense of humour and would definitely recommend this dealership to all my family, friends and co-workers. Covid practices were in place too! Love their service department. My wife and I have purchased 4 different Mazda Vehicles between us. We have never had any issues with them. (Admittedly they were all purchased from Kitchener and Hamilton due to a sales person that has not been there in years). But we have always been treated so amazingly by the service department. When we moved to the GTA we continued to return to London for service and maintenance. At the moment my wife's car always gets looked after by Ratko who fantastic. While it is a dealership and yes things like an oil change are more than say a quick lube type place, they never try to add on or mark up things you do not need.

I arrived at the dealership to look for a specific vehicle...the 3 series SUV, crossover. I said hi to a sales agent almost immediately and went and looked at all of the models. I walked through the entire lot and looked at a number of things but never had any sales people ask if I needed help. I was there for 15 minutes and ended up leaving. Not sure why I wasn't helped but I'm sure it's not my job to track down an employee.

Purchased a used 2016 Ford Explorer from them 11 months ago. Things seemed good. A beautiful-looking vehicle with bells and whistles for what seems like a pretty decent price with out trade-in. Not offered extended warranty per the contract I have. I recall being told we would still benefit from the balance of the manufacturers warranty which we were told was 5 years...thought we were set. Within the first month of having it, realized the a/c was not working, told it would take one day to fix, took it in, got called that the part had to come from the states and we would rebook. I was given the choice to continue to borrow the loaner or come back and get the truck. It took sometime to get the condenser in from the states... not their fault. So eventually it gets fixed. No charge, awesome! Fast forward to now... after only accumulating 28,000 and taking very good care of the vehicle... the engine needs to be replaced!!!!!!!!! Received an $8000.00 quote! Called to advise what was going on and get told ‘you didn’t purchase extended warranty’ ... how can it be purchased if it wasn’t offered? Also reminded of the manufacturers warranty but this time there’s new information....the manufacturers warranty is actually ‘100,000kms or 5 years whichever comes first’. Dig out the contract to look at the kms when it was purchased and unbenownst to us the manufacturer warranty had already expired by 4,000km. Was told to contact Ford and see if they had a program which could help because the vehicle is over the 100,000km. They refered me back to the dealership I purchased it from. Tried to call the dealership, left a msg around 5pm, business hours say they are open until 8pm. Tried to call back between 6-6:30pm, no one answers the phone or has returned my call. We were excited to purchase a vehicle from a ‘real’ dealership felt safe and secure that we were purchasing a good vehicle that would last the duration of the finance term, but seems we’ve been dupped. Who would have expected to be facing an $8000 repair quote less than 12 months after purchasing a new vehicle. With this experience the trust and faith I had in them has been exhausted. Unless there’s a reasonable way they can make this right, I would not recommend purchasing from them. Update*** - After being contacted by the manager, we believed a resolution would be found. It’s looking more like there won’t be a resolution that doesn’t negatively affect us even more than being misled in the beginning and the two new credit hits since trying to resolve this. I feel like I’ve been strung along yet again in the last week.

If I could give them a lower rating, I WOULD! I purchased my car in 2016, I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3GX. The sales representative explained the extended warranty which he called it “ bumper to bumper”. Friday March 8th my car had an issue, when I put the car in reverse from Park it made a very serious “ clunk “ noise and was having issues shifting at normal operating speed. I called right away to have my car in for service. My appointment was scheduled in for Monday, which upon arriving I was then told that I would be responsible for a 130$ charge. This is unacceptable! When I purchased my vehicle, I purchased the 2,000$ “ bumper to bumper” warranty which I was told I could bring it in anytime with no charge for a “ diagnostic “. The service advisor said that I would only be charged if the issue was not under warranty, which it should have been. My car had a transmission slip which caused my car to go into a fail safe mode, which took the mechanic all of 4 steps ( fairly simple) to clear the code to return back to its normal function. They were expecting me to pay the full 130$ for a 4 step process which takes little to no time at all. My boyfriend, who is a mechanic does these procedures all of the time. The only reason I spent the extra 2,000 was to reassure myself that I would have little repair cost until August of 2020, not including regular maintence that I follow very strictly. Since my boyfriend is a mechanic an oil change is VERY simple, but I continued to pay the ridiculous amount for Mazda to conduct the service so that my warranty was valid. Well, what a huge scam! These past three years I could have saved hundreds of dollars by 1. Not purchasing the warranty 2. Conducting maintenance services on my own. After a talk with the service manager, he procceded to tell me that it was my fault as I did not conduct a transmission service that was apparently refused by me. I have never been spoken to about a transmission service only a break service and I just regularly schedule my oil changes and follow the booklet I was given ( mind you, my car only has 70,000kms on it ). He then told me “ since I come in for regular maintance he will do me the courtesy of taking care of half the bill”. I ended up paying $60 for the service, which I was less than impressed with but I was not given a choice. Upon picking up my vehicle, they had parked it in the back where the employees park. There were multiple open spaces where the service pick up for cars is outfront. They did not even mention to where I could locate my car when I came to pick it up. Obviously upset at this point, I go to get into my vehicle and IT WAS NOT EVEN LOCKED! This infuriates me as I trusted the dealership with my vehicle to be protected. Finally, upon leaving my car had used 2 ticks of gas in the possession of the mechanics, which is ridiculous because my car is very good on gasoline and must have been driven a fair amount to have gone through that much gas. I am kicking myself as I wish I wrote down the KMS before I left. Yeah The car only made the sound while in park, no driving needed. The car was disgusting, mud, dirt all over the doors and sides of my vehicle and that was NOT the condition of my car when I dropped it off early in the morning. Needles to say, this experience was disgusting and I refuse to deal with that dealership anylonger. My family has always been pro Mazda, but I will not be in the market for another Mazda when I purchase my next vehicle. An absolute disappointment and waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

I bought 2 Mazda 3 gt cars in two years from them as I hit a deer with my first. Everything seemed great at first (it was also probart Mazda back then I believe). When I had concerns about my first car they service team listened and then seemed to try and help out. Since I bought my second car and the dealership has sold it has gone down hill! From their financial team embarrassing me at the bank (being completely rude to bank workers, while using my cell phone to talk to them), to ignoring small requests while my car is there for 6 hours (ex. I asked to have a small stone chip filled in with a paint stick since they did not give me one with my second car and I was nice enough to return the unused/unopened one included with my first car that was a different colour...they just never had time). I also bought the GT model because of the included bose speakers. It's too bad that the door they put around their pemuim speakers are hollow, loose and prone to serious vibration, and made mostly of plastic. Various parts of the door (inside the car) shake and vibrate, even when I'm listening to a pod cast let alone some hip hop music. I have ADD and this totally ruins the experience of listening to music and podcasts as I'm constantly trying to pinpoint and then eliminate the vibrations and rattling sound. Now since the change in ownership, they won't even attempt to fix it (my first car with probart, they took door apart and tried to add foam in and I believe it did help and make a difference.) it's just how the doors are... Not to mention that stone chip has started to rust a bit. Also when you go in for service since they changed owners, I get my car back just as dirty or if not a little dirtier than before I brought it in. They used to give it a quick wash even if it wasn't great and now just seem to try and get your car out as fast as possible even though I've left my car there and it's no rush. Long story short, in the long term I have definitely been left wanting more! My girlfriend already went and bought her Cx5 at the London city Mazda dealership (also changed ownership since)... But I think within a year or two I'm going to look at trading my Mazda in and looking elsewhere!

Horrible customer service. Booked an appointment for 2 used cars told them I would be driving from 2 hours away and apparently both cars sold just before I got there. Withing the 2 hour window I called to make the appointment. Was not given any apology or any suggestions on other cars.. however both cars are still advertised currently for sale online DAYS LATER. I believe they leave cars up they don't have to lure customers to their dealership. I was NOT given the option to put a deposit on either vehicle and even after they leave this reply the vehicle is still online for sale. Glad I'm not the only one with a bad experience here. EVER SINCE THE DEALERSHIP WAS TAKEN OVER BY NEW OWNERS 2 YEARS AGO THIER ARE TONS OF BAD REVIEWS! Pfaff is only a short drive away.

I couldn't be happier with my experience buying our first vehicle from someone other than a private deal! After a couple of test drives where my wife and I thought we were being taken advantage of because of our absolute need to get a new vehicle, and no one very eager to work with us, we decided to check out Forest City Mazda. We drove through and almost left when, a beautiful 2015 Honda civic, with everything I required this next vehicle to have, with financing my wife wanted, caught our eyes. Yes, we were eager to buy, BUT we were not going to be taken advantage of. The second I met Zarmash, I knew he had a good chance to sell this car to us. What a great, friendly salesman! They could have emailed me to let me know that they aren't interested with my offer. My heated seats stopped working while my vehicle was under warranty. After inspection it was determined that parts needed to be ordered and I would be contacted when they arrived. After 6+ months, I contacted Mazda and asked for an update at which point I was told no parts had been ordered and my car was no longer under warranty. I left MULTIPLE messages for the service department to contact me (Joan specifically) and did not have any of my calls returned. Eventually I was able to get in contact with the manager and after some back and forth discussions, they covered the majority (but not all) of the cost to fix my heated seats. A few weeks following the fix, the seats stopped working again. I attempted to contact Mazada about it multiple times and again have not heard back. At this point, I have given up (heated seats are a luxury afterall, but one I did pay for). I do NOT recommend dealing with Mazada. The sales team was great, it's the service team and follow up that is brutal and disrespectful. Oh, and to top it off they still manage to contact me every 4 months to try and have me come in for service maintenance. What a joke. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

We did lots of research and visited other dealerships in London looking at different makes and models but hands down I had the best experience here and was really impressed. We test drove the car in horrible winter weather and it was a great chance to see how well it handled. Staff were never pushy and listened to what was important for our next vehicle. Had great customer service. The financing staff were great and able to explain all of our options and choices. We are very happy with the vehicle so far, feels like night and day compared to our old car. Looking at consumer reports for the cx5 also helpful it preformened really well in reliability, so we look forward to driving it for many years to come. Thank you!

Everything was good BEFORE you purchase a vehicle, but as soon as you drive off with it, they stop all communication. When they say "we'll get back to you", it doesn't happen, even after calling, leaving a message and emailing - I don't hear anything back.
