I had a good experience at Fine Motors. Alia was very helpful and very polite. Some car dealerships have a reputation for being pushy, and not being upfront. At Fine Motors, they really are honest, up front and give you time to figure out what you want. The process of financing was super easy and Alia was very patient in answering all and any questions I had. I got my car about 3 days later. It was safetied, cleaned, had license plate covers, half a tank of gas and an oil change just completed on it. A week later, my cars check engine light came on as there was a wear and tear issue with the coolant system/thermostat. They directed me to Automotive Solutions and fixed as quickly as they could for me. At Automotive Solutions, Omar was relatively kind and seemed knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to my issue and quick to help. I took my car to my mechanic eventually just to have him give it a once over as well, and he said as well, that everything was good with it, and was very well maintained. I would recommend them. They didnt pressure me, they were helpful and honest. They seem to have good cars, that are well kept for very reasonable prices. In my experience anyways!

I checked out Fine Motors as my mechanic also owns this shop and the experience was great! I really didn't know much about what kind of car I wanted when I went in and Jamie and was super patient in working with me. He is very knowledgeable about cars and ended up teaching me a lot about different car brands. Him & Alia made the purchasing process super easy and I walked away with a vehicle in about 1 week! After picking up my vehicle, I noticed a light whining sound while accelerating (between 40-50 km). I called Alia, then took my car over to Automotive Solutions to have it looked at. They couldn't quite figure out what the noise was but topped up my warranty to 1 year in case it ends up being an issue.

These are the most dishonest people in the industry - DO NOT buy your car from here. I bought my car from here a few months ago, and a few weeks ago my bumper randomly popped out. I took my car to an auto shop and when they took off my bumper, they discovered the car was in a previous accident, in which the job that was done to fix the damage was TERRIBLE. The fender they replaced was bent (which is why my bumper is sticking out), and internal parts were glued together! The auto shop I took my car to, knows Fine Motors, and stressed that they have a reputation for doing this (fixing cars in their own auto shop and selling them).. This accident was not disclosed to me and they took advantage. I now have to pay $2K to get this fixed. THANKS FINE MOTORS. I will tell everyone I know about your dishonesty and you will never get my business again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. Nothing but problems since the day we got our suv. As soon as we got it the first day we had to take it back to get fixed. Came with no heat. Was back in the shop three times the first month. The mechanics at his shop dont even seem to know what they're doing, are too busy talking rather than fixing what needs to be done to get your vehicle done on time. Then rush to fix everything. Moe is a no good crook who sells junk then gets mad when you tell him it needs to be fixed. Have had problems every month since we have purchased the vehicle in April. I will never deal with this boy again and will never reccomend him to anyone. Goodluck to anyone who does choose to deal with him because it's just a headache.

Service is good, I got my 2010 Nissan Maxima from them for 10k I asked for the breaks to be fixed,fix the windows that squeak and to fix the back shades. The windows have never stopped squeaking the breaks started to squeak 3 weeks later. Only thing that is fixed is the back shade. EDIT :Fixed the problem free of charge quickly
