We have made a deal with them and sent an email transfer then recieved a call that the deal was cancelled coz they get a higher offer. Was so disappointed! Our family was excited and made a deal then cancelled last minute. Unprofessional experience. *** Response to the reply: I told the manager that i would take the previous offer and would borrow money from a friend but I was told over the phone and i quote "I cant give you the deal coz there are lots of offer higher than your offer, and do you know how much was the price of it online. I cant give you the car. We will give your money back or you can pay us *****.00" end quote. I felt degraded and devastated at that point. I waited 15 mins outside the office after giving my counter offer and at the end willing to give in to the amount was told. but still was told there are higher offers. We are offering full cash payment and not going to a financing. Anyhow, deal has been cancelled and we were thrown out of the bus. Have a great day and Godbless your business!

I love my new car and I have Empire Auto and Deepak to thank for that. I wanted to wait til I had made my drive to work for the week to see the mileage on the car to write my review. As Deepak said my Kia Optima is amazing on fuel amd oh so comfy as well with all the bells and whistles. i got an excellent vehicle for a reasonable price and was ready for pick up in less then a week can not thank them enough. My only minor complaint is that I had hoped it would be a full tank of gas when I picked up the car and it was only a quarter of a tank lucky it was more then enough to get to and from work. As I left for work as soon as I picked the car up. *update switched my review to 5 stars as I was contacted after posting my review and was brought in to fill er up on them. I am extrememly happy and impressed at the staff going out of their way for you every time. ????*

I purchased my vehicle, a 2019 Mazda CX-5, March, 2021. Osman was a fantastic salesman. He made purchasing a vehicle easy. The car was detailed, and he got my windows tinted. ????????The only issue was that all four of my tires were balled and cracked!! It should have NEVER passed inspection! I reached out to Osman about the tires and immediately sent photos. The service department contacted me to make an appointment, but I live in Sudbury! So they sent me a set of new all season tires and sent me money for installation. The sales-manager Sami sent me $100 for the installation. Overall I am very pleased with Empire Auto and I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. You don’t have to live in London, Ontario to receive excellent service! ????????????

This dealership is NOT your average dealership.. these guys actually are more interested in making us customers happy and satisfied with our purchase than just selling a car to meet their quota. Empire Auto Group is an excellent car dealership with awesome deals. Sales/Finance Manager Adel aka AL from the South location on SOUTHDALE RD is absolutely a superman at his job. He will go the extra mile to make sure his customer is getting the best price as well as approved with the lowest possible interest rate. He is super knowledgeable an EXTREMELY resourceful. I bought many cars in the past but I have never had an experience like this one. Absolutely awesome!!!!! Within 5 days from my first contact with AL my car was delivered. Adel gave me a super discount on a 2017 SUV loaded (sunroof, gps, etc) low in KMS. I super recommend these guys!! Even if you live far from them its still worth it.. I did it all online and never stepped a foot into the dealership.

Up until now, I can hardly believe that this was just a place I drove past to one day and coming out with a better car, the next.

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a dealership. It seemed great when purchasing the vehicle but once the transaction was made, it was completely downhill. Vehicle was delivered without promised issues, which were on purchase agreement, being addressed. After weeks of calling Camilo and Kareem and having promises made, which they did not follow through with, which was very unprofessional, then not returning phone calls, having to continually call just to be passed around, which was a complete joke. My vehicle ended up back at the dealership to finally have what was promised taken care of. Nothing I asked for was extra, it was exactly what was on purchase agreement when buying the vehicle. To pick up and carefully drive home as it was clunking, to find it to be unfit for the road for a 2 hr drive home as the tech forgot to bolt the transmission down, and again one of the repairs still not made and end up at a local shop. I cannot believe the utter disregard for attention to detail, and lack of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. The worst!!

We bought a 2014 used car and got some minor issues after the 30 days warranty window. Unfortunately, we could not find and report that issue in time as we went out of the country and came after a month. (Still, the odometer was less than 1000 Km after the sale) We reached them to fix it but faced some hard times to get it fix. Later, Mr. Deepak and the showroom manager helped us to get a deal. Deepak was great to get us vehicle for our family and doing as much as he can as a salesman. Maintenance needs to make improvements as our vehicle has some downfalls when we got it. We can only use one side of the stow n go, the a/c didn't work when it was hot and it took forever to get a part for the vehicle and for the distance to do the work now. A rental would be nice, while our car gets fixed.

I would not get from this company ever again. Do research Omvic as well as MTO London have had many run ins with this company. To sum it up We were advised we would get a Audi 2012 with 120,000km we got a Audi 2012 with 126,000km. They received payment before I received my vehicle. They lied the entire time. This matter will be going to court. Please learn from our experience do not buy from EMPIRE AUTO. You can ask any question about my experience and I will gladly answer to the best of my ability. I have also reported to the better business bureau of Canada. I have contacted a lawyer. Do not put you and your family in the same position. I have and he has refused to service the vehicle unless I change my review.

There is some change in service at this place, and in fact it is the first time I experience good professional follow-up after purchase. I did not have good experience with the mechanic that was working there before but I think they have changed him. Worse experience ever. These people are liars. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign a contract and once you sign the contact, they block you. THANK GOD I didn’t sign anything otherwise i would have the same experience my cousin is having. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here.

I needed a new car and I needed it fast! As soon as I walked in, Nour greeted me and helped me out through the process. He was very easy going and social and clearly an educated and smart guy! Deepak was great, made it easy to buy a first car. I had taken it in for a pre safety after noticing a broken fog light before driving it off the lot. Turns out my stabilizer links were loose, along with the broken fog light my tires were also no good. They did the right thing and replaced the tires and told me they’d fix the fog light. I now keep getting the run around saying they keep ordering the wrong one so I’ve had to go ahead and replace that myself which is a shame because the beetle I have bought is beautiful and the sales department was good. Rating a 2 star because the service department went back on their word of fixing my fog light and I think that’s pretty tacky. Edit: they have refunded me for the fog light and even installed it for me! Hesham was a delight to deal with and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. Changed my rating to 5 stars.
