Absolutely horrible! Avoid at all cost. Sold me a new vehicle that had numerous defects. Spent the next few weeks in and out of the dealership getting repairs. Eventually noticed that the summer rims were damaged when I went to install them and they claimed that it wasn't their fault (despite never being on the vehicle since they took them off.) Save yourself some money and either buy another brand or visit Oakridge Ford.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Kenny Haynes, said he's been selling cars for 40 years but cannot answer a simply question without being rude. He is extremely discourteous and intractable sadly I bought a car from him and it has been an absolute nightmare. I don't believe I have ever experience such awful customer service in my life I regret the day I step foot in that dealership and even talked to Kenny Haynes I will never go back to that dealership again.

I made a mistake go in for trade in and told the about how Highbury ford was screwed me up with the last deal I make i thought this dealership was good will not do the same thing on me well it's a good thing i didn't get approval for finance because they can even screwed me more than Highbury ford if you ever trade in your car make sure you don't give them deposit and till you get approval if not they will hold on your deposit as long as they can

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I had an appointment to see a car, was sent out on a test drive and the gas tank was empty and the engine bogged out. Everything felt very rushed, we were left waiting around a lot even though we had booked an appointment and our sales representative wasn't very helpful at all and seemed very disinterested in us. I ended up going to another Ford dealership, getting a much better vehicle for an even better price than we were offered here and much better customer service. Based on my personal experience I would not reccomend this dealership or ever shop here in the future. If you would still like to shop here I would recommend to see another sales rep.

I was looking for Lincoln MKX and saw a 2013 model online at this location in London. As we got there we met with Kenny the used car sales person at the Lincoln dealership. He was friendly in showing us the car and that’s when it started. The first problem was the car was listed as 57000 Km but was 63500 Km, so after some discussions they did reduce couple of hundreds from the price. The other major problems were the crack on the plastic section of the bumper on the right side and a hard scratch/line on the passenger side of the front door. It was mutually agreed up that they will be fixed. When we went to pick up the car it seemed like all which was done was the detailing of the car inside and wash on the outside but everything else remained the same. Kenny stated that they fixed the bumper from inside but the crack was still there. Hence, our deal on 2013 Lincoln MKX did not come into fruition on Jun 18th, 2016 as the promised defects were not rectified satisfactorily. After taking to Moe the Manager and his discussion with the Mark the General Manager it was decided that they will fully refund my full deposit of $1,000 through cheque. Moe stated that the cheque would be received within a week but it had been more than 2 weeks and I had not received the cheque. After multiple calls to: 1. Moe, who never returned and attended my calls,. 2. Rose (Accounting), who brushed me off and stated you have to talk to the sales person and all I wanted to know if the cheque was mailed? 3. Reception, stated to call Accounting or Kenny. 4. Kenny, stated that it is already mailed. Then, I wrote an email to Moe and CCed Kenny, General Manger and Rose (Accounting). Yet no reply and I was still not sure if the cheque has been mailed as of yet. Then I called again after few days and Kenny stated the cheque was not mailed as it was waiting on the dealership owner’s signature and it will be mailed today. A week passed and nothing yet and then I called reception again. She was nice to check if they had any mail sitting there to be mailed out and then forwarded me to Kim in Accounting. I left a voice mail to Kim explaining the situation and then I was able to connect with her the next day, when I called again. She checked in the system and verified my address and stated the cheque was mailed at a specific date already. On the side I received a call from reception about my plate ownership and that she will be mailing it to me. Another 2 weeks passed and I had already received my plate ownership but no cheque and that basically stated they are all just playing games with me. Hence, I decided to take a day off and go on a Friday when all the parties are working. The drive was from Mississauga to London and back; I gave them a surprised visit and met with Kenny and asked him if they were playing games. He stated he wasn’t aware of anything and to see the General Manager, Moe was right there and he stated the same. Instead of taking me there to the General Manager, they basically left. So I went to reception and asked for the General Manager and she asked the reason and I told her what I was here for. She told him about me waiting and asked me to have a seat. As I took a seat I saw Kenny running and coming to me with a signed cheque which had been sitting with them all along for quite some time as it was dated. Basically, from the looks of it they were just causing a nuisance and trying to create issue where there were none. I was very disappointed from the staff and the London dealership. The whole experience took about more than 2 months when the cheque was suppose to be mail and received in a week.

Brook Russell was helpful, courteous and made sure all of my concerns with my Lincoln and the recommended services were addressed and she managed to have the service completed well ahead of schedule. My car came back fresh washed and ready for the road!

Wouldn’t recommend having your car serviced here if you are looking for fair and honest service. I am willing to admit I don’t know much about my car but on multiple occasions I have felt scammed by Courtesy Ford’s service centre. On 2 occasions they chose to put parts in my vehicle that wouldn’t give me a warranty without asking which I would prefer (the Ford part was slightly more expensive so they assumed I wouldn’t want that even though it came with a warranty). I also had to argue with their staff when something in my vehicle broke that I knew I had replaced there (I had the invoice) and they insisted I did not have it replaced there. When they finally agreed they had replaced it previously I had the same issue that I did not have warranty because of their choice on which part to use and if I would have had warranty it would have been a day over so they would not fix it. Essentially, 90% of the time I have had issues with the service department and haven’t been treated fairly until making complaints or asking to speak to a manager. Although this usually helped rectify the situation to an extent, it shouldn’t have to be standard.

I brought in my Ford Escape last week to check on a noise from my rear tire. Shane Moss, the service advisor offered the out most exceptional service. He was kind enough to show me where the problem occurred and offer me a quick solution. He even reminded me that I had a free oil change to use up and about the Premium Care I had purchased. I don't know much about cars so I appreciated Shane's expertise and time explaining the importance of maintaining my car and will surely return to Courtesy Ford Lincoln. Courtesy Ford London Ontario has been an awful buying experience. We purchased a brand new custom 2019 Transit. The entire ordering process was convoluted and confusing from the very beginning. The whole time the dealer assured us the complication was Fords ordering software. They'd want us to confirm our order with a vague printout that was never clear we told them we'd come back to verify the order later. When we came back to verify we found out the dealer had already placed the order but all the options were wrong. Eventually, the dealer canceled the order with Ford and when asked, blamed us for changing our minds. Simply untrue. So then we went on to reorder the vehicle. Again, the dealer kept presenting us with a very vague and generalized paper that did not itemize our custom options. They assured us this time they would order the vehicle with the features we wanted. The van did not have the seating configuration we wanted. Did not have the passenger heated/powered seat we wanted. Did not have the 2nd-row pop-out window we wanted. The rear 12-volt charger was not installed. We didn't get the extra spare keys we asked for. The list goes on and on. We were pressured to take the van anyway. The van is a nice drive. The vehicle is itself great, which is why we wanted one. However, it will cost us much more to install all the missing options after market. Terrible ordering experience. When I called to complain with Ford itself, they conveniently laid blame on the dealership and refuse to get involved in a transaction they say is between us. **Follow up, Though they responded to my wife that they'd fix everything they screwed up, the dealership has not called us once in the 6 months since we took possession of the vehicle. **Follow up, Courtesy Ford general manager sent me an email that he'd like me to call him a month ago. I told him I wanted to discuss the issue by email. He has not responded since, or called. I suspect they want nothing in writing that can be used against them later, which is in keeping with the rest of our experience. **Follow up. We recently learned the worst part of our completely BOTCHED order is that the VIN for our van has for some reason been registered as a commercial vehicle, when we've said repeatedly from the beginning that it will only be used for private purposes. They also registered the VIN twice for some reason. Being listed as a commercial vehicle has caused us to pay twice the going rate for insurance. We found out when we decided to change insurance companies and the new agent pointed out the problem. We're literally paying $300/mo more than we should have to.

Courtesy has always had a great sales and service experience. They aren’t kidding when they brag about being #1. It’s pretty obvious, if you visit any other dealer then go to this one, you’ll quickly see why. Most recently I’ve dealt with an unpleasant service experience. I tried to work with a dealer closer to my home (Highbury Ford) who basically refused to service my vehicle. I reluctantly went to courtesy despite the distance and inconvenience. I ended up having the best experience to date from them. Daniel in service went well out of his way to make the experience straight forward and convenient as possible. I’ll make sure I go here for oil changes and all my service needs from now on. Thanks guys for all your help!

I went to pick up and complete paper work of my vehicle Lincoln MKX at the dealership (located on Wharncliffe Rd.) this morning and surprisingly the vehicle had scratches all over the place. A lady manager came out and repeatedly said that they will have someone take a look at the vehicle. I had signed up for a brand new vehicle and not a used one!! She couldn't even explain to me why the vehicle had so many scratches both inside and outside. Clearly she was lying to me. Why should a customer purchase a vehicle that is all scratched up? People don't walk into the dealership with such an expectation. I have simply requested to speak to a different manager and some how that offended her. I just felt she didn't have any sense as to what our concerns were. I could also sense that she wanted to just cover up those scratches and make us purchase it. While I was negotiating with a different manager, the owner interrupts and asks why I offended his daughter. And yes, she happened to be the owner's daughter. I suppose the owner didn't wanted to compensate us for the issue and by using his daughter's overly sensitive emotion as an excuse to sell this vehicle to someone else for better price (after covering up those scratches and marks, of course). I was told to leave his property and that and I quote "people like me are a source of problem". This pretty much sums up my first and final experience at the Lincoln dealership here in London ON. I am excited about receiving our brand new Mercedes GLE at the end of December. I will happily take the money and buy another vehicle. I hope Lincoln management reads this post and do something about it because the reason they treat customers like this is because they never do anything about it. Beware of racist salesman. My brother in law who is an African American asked to test drive a mustang GT 5.0 today in which he was instructed by the salesman that "I'm sorry we don't let people test driver these cars" He then at that point went on about the price of theses cars being 57K + .... I then being a family member contacted the dealership directly in which they instructed me that if I could come in within the next 2 hours before they closed I could test drive the same car (the same car they wouldn't let my brother in law test drive 30 minutes before that).he also mentioned I could test drive a white 2017 which was priced at 41k and a 2018 white which was priced at 51k... Please note that Dylan 30 minutes before that told my black brother in law that no one can test drive these cars and that the starting price was 57K. Horrible, horrible customer service! Run...don't walk away from this dealership! We have driven Fords for over 16 years and have never experienced such poor customer service like we received tonight from this location. Another location gave them clear step-by-step instruction on how to assist us but they just refused comply. Mar 9 - This is in response to your comment. Firstly, I am the mother. I consulted my dealership prior to making the arrangements. I would not want to set my son up for problems so I was completely honest with the Ford dealership in Toronto. As per Ford Credit rules and Ford Canada, the car can be returned without the owner present to any dealership, and you were instructed by Sally from my dealership on how to do so. Simply check the box online (owner not present). I called you twice the week leading up to the return and left messages on your answering machine. I even told the receptionist that I did and she said you were in the office and she could see you, so you would get the message. There is no excuse for why you were not aware of the return. My son did not arrive unannounced! Other dealerships knew all the details but obviously were much more knowledgeable about Ford Canada Leasing rules than your dealership and especially Gary in leasing. I leased the car for my son, who lives in both London and Toronto. He was not "simply using my car for a ride"! But if I decided that was what I wanted him to do, that is my prerogative. Is the lack of willing to assist us because he was not purchasing another Ford? For the record my husband still drives a Ford but why would you treat someone so poorly because they wanted to try another car? My son may one day decide to go back to Ford. Our family has driven Ford for over 16 years. Your dealership leaves a bitter taste with our family. Something Ford Canada has confirmed to me they frown upon!

Early last week I made and appointment for an oil change and a small recall to be fixed on Friday, October 25. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:15am as my appointment was scheduled for 7:30am. I called the dealership at 2:30pm to check on progress, I was told it wasn’t done yet and that “recall work can take a while” but it would be done by 4pm at the latest. I was dropped off at Courtesy around 3pm as I figured I’d wait for my vehicle when I noticed it wasn’t in any of the bays and was parked in the back of the lot. I figured it was done and I hadn’t been informed yet. It turns out that it hadn’t been started yet, 8 hours after I dropped it off for an oil change. Courtesy had no explanation as to how that could be possible. Either I was lied to about how long a recall repair would be or I was going to be lied to about when my vehicle would be finished. So it appears Courtesy Ford doesn’t care or they are incompetent but either way, I can’t recommend going there for service. Will the general manager tried to rectify the situation after the fact but it should have never got to that point. Don’t book in appointments if you’re too busy, call the customer if there is a problem. Easy. I have purchased 3 trucks from Courtesy over the years and don’t appreciate the incompetent service.

I usually don't take my vehicle into the dealership buy we bought a used 2004 Winnebago on a Ford chassis and wanted a Ford tech to give it a once over. Glad we took it to Courtesy! They found a few major issues that out RV dealership completely missed. Shane in service was great to deal with and was even willing to negotiate on the price a bit. It was still an expensive repair, but the customer service I received (and the warranty on parts and repair) made it a bit easier to swallow. I will definitely be back to Courtesy for ongoing maintenance on my RV. Also... When we were looking for a used vehicle a couple years back I stopped into the used car department there. Although we didn't end up buying from Courtesy I recall the salesman being incredibly helpful and friendly. All in all, the folks at Courtesy have earned our loyalty based on customer service alone. Horrible service from Courtesy Ford...wish I didn't have to give them 1 star as they don't deserve even that. I leased a 2015 F150 from Courtesy, I went in a month ago to see if I could upgrade to a Lariat model. I was told, it was to early to get out of my lease. I stopped in at Highbury Ford & saw a 2016 Lariat that was perfect for me. All I had to do to get out of my lease was to roll a little bit of negative equity into the new vehicle. Easy right ? Courtesy Ford are doing there best to delay the transfer of paperwork to get this done.As I write this, It has been a week & a half, can you say " Sour Grapes " They are not co-operating with Highbury Ford at all...They are making It so that I have to do the running around to get this done. It was even recommended to me by Ford Credit to have a stop payment in place on the lease because of the actions of Courtesy Ford. They don't even have a 2016 Lariat in stock. Another example of Horrible service... I was given a 11 am appt for an oil change, showed up 5 mins early & was told it would be 1 hour wait as there were 4 vehicles in front of me...It Is first come first serve...I asked what's the purpose of an appt then, they told me it was to talk to the Service Advisor...What the hell... I will NEVER be a repeat customer of Courtesy Ford. Highly recommend you deal with Highbury Ford...they have better pricing & better service. Talk to Andy or Rob...they were great.

We bought our Ford Explorer about a year and a half ago and we really loved our purchasing experience with Dave Gibbs. We went back for our complimentary oil change and again, great service! Not long after our check engine light came on and we had a big issue with the vehicle. We brought it in to get checked and had our first few issues. We had to return a few times and got a fix that didn't resolve the issue. We expressed our concerns to the management, Will Taylor, and he went above and beyond to resolve our concerns and we couldn't have been more pleased. I don't mind if a company makes a mistake or causes inconvenience if once they're made aware that I'm upset they care enough to do something about it. This company did!

I won't tell you if you should use this dealership or not, but will tell you my experience, and let you decide for yourself.. Used Ford Canada's "Build My Ford" tool on the website, printed it out, took it to a dealer and said "these are all the options I want". Salesperson tried to put order in but General Manager came back saying nothing on Ford's website can be built using the new software at the dealership. Oh. So instead I took the Ford brochure and put a star on all the options I wanted to order and said I don't care how it gets ordered, as long as it has these options, indicated with a star on the brochure. Never got half the options. Was told something along the lines "just because it's in the brochure, doesn't mean our dealer's software will let us order it that way". Custom $63,000 vehicle finally arrived after 3 months. Pressured me to sign the paperwork without letting me even see the vehicle first. I said no.... they alluded to losing my $12000 deposit if I didn't take the vehicle, which was wrong. Then when I asked the general manager to show me where the vehicle's batteries are, he couldn't find them in the engine! This was the guy who placed my order and he couldn't even find the batteries until he got a guy from service to come over. Sure wish I knew his lack of knowledge upfront. In the end, quite disappointed to not get everything wanted because that's what a custom order is for! He just said, well we didn't charge you for those things. Sure, but "those things" will cost 2x more now to add than they would've at the factory. To the General Manager, he doesn't care if you have a rear 12V outlet for an electric cooler or not. His point of view is just suck it up and put the cooler up front...no big deal. When asked where the extra keys were he went into a long explanation of how difficult it is to make keys for vehicles. Not once did I even hear the word "sorry" let alone any effort to make things right. Ford Canada denies any issues with their software. Ford blames dealer. Dealer blames Ford. Customer caught in the middle. Just the facts. Govern yourself accordingly if thinking about coming here. Update Nov 2019, it's been 6 months since I received an email from the general manager Mark saying that we were ordering things that weren't available on the Transit XLT Extended Wagon. Now, at the time of the order I had the Ordering Brochure in front of me which clearly stated which options were available and also Ford publishes a 65 page ordering guide just for this van! However, he was willing to fix the problems afterwards. We offered to pay for the cost of adding the options that were missed. Mark sent an email confirmation that the extra sets of keys was re-ordered (placed with the original order but keys never arrived). Was told it would be a few weeks but never got a voicemail or call that the order arrived. Called today to find out and no one seems to be able to answer that question, so I guess they'll call me back. Now that it's snowing...the heated seat I ordered sure would be nice. They have now reached out to my husband to have us call, but we don't trust them. My agreement was I will revise my Google Review once they fix my order. Does anyone know if there's a law I can return this vehicle and have them put the order in again? Maybe 3rd time is the charm? Or go to Toronto where dealerships are more familiar with factory ordering? We've run into others with this EXACT van who were able to get all the options we wanted so we know we're just being fed a line that it "can't be ordered". They ordered it in larger cities, where they likely have more experience and training. Also doesn't it seem odd that Ford's website would allow you to build something a dealer *can't* order? If true, how did people from Hamilton and Toronto factory order theirs? Things that make you go, "hmmm".

Got what i needed! Alex (service dept.) was very helpful when i got a problem with my Explorer which i love to drive by the way. The issue was resolved at a very reasonable timeframe and warranty claim was flawless. Thumbs up and keep it up! This is an update on my review. Last month one of my ford cars had serious issues due to wear and tear and just simply the car has aged but Alex helped me resolve those issues and explained to me technically the causes and the cost of repairs professionally and like any car owners, unplanned repair cost always hurts the budget but we managed to pull the repairs anyways but just this week, my wife and I decided to trade in that said vehicle and Alex gave us sound recommendations and advise with regards to warranty and maintenance service package on the new vehicle. Those advises made a big difference on our decision-making. Thank you Alex Tapia, Taylor Lamb and George Anderson for the help and top notch customer service helping us secure our 3rd Ford vehicle in the family.

First I'd like to say if I could leave negative reviews I would because of this experience. My Fiancée and I came into this dealership looking for some information on the Bronco Sport model, we had walked into the dealership and met with the sales advisor who took us out to look at the Bronco's but right from the get go this was one of the worst experiences we have had in a car dealership. First, we walked around and all the advisor was doing was reading off of the window stickers on each car. Now I understand that each car will be different but it seemed as if he had no prior knowledge of the car other than what was on the window and if that was the case we could have walked around to read them ourselves then just asked for the keys to the specific car we wanted to try. Second, we sat down and the advisor had asked some questions about my fiancée's car which we were looking to trade in. She answered the questions (as she knows everything about the car) and after answering the advisor had the audacity to say to her "I'm surprised you know the answers to these questions about your car, normally when I ask women the don't know." The fact that he said this was appalling to us, it is one thing to think that in your mind but it's a totally different thing to say that to someone. The last thing that I will mention is that when we finally did get some numbers immediately this person had written us off, he was giving us lectures on how much it would be and that we might be better off looking at something that is a few years old or not looking at the Bronco and maybe an escape or something along those lines. This advisor never even asked what kind of budget we were working with or what we would be comfortable with, he had us completely written off the second we walked in the doors. We were very very disappointed and frankly disgusted with the way we were treated, we will never be back in this dealership and make sure to let other people know of our experience.

It is a good dealership. Had a very good experience purchasing our car. We regularily have our vehicle serviced here. Seems to be they may be under-staffed, always seem to be waiting. Would like to see the dealership take a bigger focus on technology. Had to educate myself on the apps available, and even update my own software on my Sync System. In terms of Ford itself, we purchased a maintenance plan. I have had difficulty finding information on what exactly is covered by the maintenance plan. However, we did just get rear brakes replaced and it was covered under the plan. Nice to not have that unwanted bill, and instead manage it through our monthly payments.

Stellar work from all at dealership to resolve a known issue with the doors on my 2016 F150 Sport Super Cab. Service tried to repair under warranty 3x - oil pressure pump went at under 25,000K on trip home from Toronto and issues with first tonneau cover. At this point very frustrated at not willing to go forward financing that truck for another 5 years with problems and was considering not going forward with a lease on a third work truck as a result. I have a second F150 XLT work truck and we have purchased our personal 2017 Escape at Courtesy as well. I purchased my first two used F150's for my business there in the past as well. So a lot of vehicles and I was hoping not to have to go elsewhere. Had an opportunity to do so when at an industry seminar but chose to give Zach and Courtesy a chance to see what they could do - Zach spearheaded action - Will Taylor , Zach, Judy et al all stepped up and moved the issue up the chain and have resolved the issue beyond my expectations - and I am in a new vehicle and will also be leasing a third truck for my business come April.

I bought a used car from them. They agreed to fix 6 or 7 minor things as part of the purchase price. It took over 3 months and 6 trips back to the dealership to get this done. They promised to have all the fixes done when I first picked up the car, but just didn't do it - no reason given. Every time I would bring the car back they would fix just one or 2 things after which I would have to explain to a confused person at the service desk that the work we had agreed to was not done. Then I would arrange another appointment and they would again only do one or 2 fixes. There was either no communication between the person who sold me the car and the people in the shop, or they were trying to get out of doing the fixes. It was very frustrating and time consuming - especially since they never answer the phone at the service desk. A few months after purchase, when I was still trying to get them to do the fixes they had promised, I tried to call the owner and the the general manager, but they would not return my call. I sent an email to the GM and he would not respond. I sent a follow up to that email and he finally sent back a reply saying that "I understand that the commitments made as per the sale have now been met", but they had not. I got the feeling that I was just a nuisance to them. In the end they did do all the fixes and I am very happy with the car. I was just not impressed with the service.

The service department here is terrible. Every time we come in there is an issue with cost. If I send my spouse in she is always over charged and then I have to come in and dispute what was charged. We have bills for the same service and it's a different price everytime! On our most recent visit we were charged $480 but previously were charged $350 for the same service done. When I went in to ask about this the service advisor Shane said no problem, have your spouse come in before 5 pm when the accountant is here and we will refund the difference. So, she was able to go in today to have the difference refunded and was treated like a piece of garbage by Shane. He kept asking what they were refunding when he knew Damn well the situation as he told me the previous day to have her go in before 5. After arguing with her, my spouse was upset and commented that they were brutal to deal with, where he in response said "it's the other way around if you ask me, personally." What kind of customer service is that? It's one thing to think it but when you actually say that to a customer that is unacceptable. What difference does it make to Shane if the difference is refunded? Does it affect his wallet? Absolutely terrible customer service every time we have to deal with this guy. And this is just one issue, we have had several other issues when we have come in with our other vehicle. We will be going to Oakridge Ford from now on as they are far superior over this dealership.

Dropped off our F150 at the appt time of 10:30 for winter tire change and regular maintenance. As we did not need the truck immediately we agreed on a 4:30 pickup. There was no communication from Courtesy throughout the day. I showed up at 4:30 and was told it was not finished and they were to busy to call. I went into the waiting room and the truck was not even in a bay yet - it was still outside. I was told they fell behind in the afternoon followed by an apology. How would falling behind in the afternoon affect my appt at 10:30 in the morning? Clearly, Courtesy assessed the revenue from our service vs other vehicles and pushed ours out as long as they could until they ran out of time. It took two weeks to get the 10:30 time slot and I was asked if I wanted to rebook with no compensation for my wasted time like a discount on the oil change or tire swap. In such a competitive truck market, service makes the difference. I will be taking the service for our new truck elsewhere. I would recommend to customers they do not give Courtesy extra time to keep your vehicle or the same thing will happen to you. I should have said I wanted it at 12 and I'm sure it would have been done.

Service is a scam. I have been dealing with Courtesy for 17 years now and unfortunately have had enough. Each time I bring my car in for service I get this big list of what it needs. About 3 years back I got a list of things to do of over $3000. I started having them done as I could afford and then thought it just didn't seem right to replace all this stuff when the car seemed to be working fine so I decided to go to another ford dealership to ask them if I had any problems with the vehicle that needed repair, surprise NOTHING. I was in again about 6 months ago for an oil change and asked them to check the front of the car (I should have known better) I got a list worth about $4000 or work the had to be done. Once again went to another dealership and rear suspension was good (not according to Courtesy), left front hub which Courtesy said was dangerous was OK, and all I needed was some small work on the front which cost me at the other dealership under $300. Bottom line is if you trust Courtesy I suggest you have very deep pockets. Courtesy obviously you have lost a loyal customer of 17 years.

I always get the best customer service experience from this location. The service department is phenomenal. I recently had some work done on my 2015 Ford Escape and the mechanic noticed that all my lugnuts were swollen. They replaced it and I was not a happy customer at first - nothing worse then getting an oil change and tire rotation and receiving an additional 300 charge. On the follow up call I expressed in the survey that I was not happy with my service as I was not notified of the issue before the replacement had to be done. This morning I received a call from Alex who not only explained the safety concern but also the reason why the issue was not visible until the mechanic tried to remove them. However, that being said he gave me a cash credit of what the labor cost and that can go to my next service at the centre - it was about 80 dollars In times like these it is amazing to see solid customer service. They truly are a courtesy service to make sure you are truly sastified with your vehicle's service. 5 out of 5 stars.

Was in to see someone in service as my back left brake light was out. I was asked if I wanted to wait (take about an hour) or preferred a ride back to my office and a pick up later in the day. Decided to wait for the service to be completed. As per my previous dealings at Courtesy, they got the job done, well under an hour and while fixing my brake light issue they noticed the back left tire had a slow leak. I would have had a flat tire issue later that night or in the morning likely and had the crisis averted by an alert service team. If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. We purchased a brand new vehicle at the end of October. We had nothing but problems after the pickup with this company. At our pick up time it was not read, rather than calling us to give the heads up I was left sitting at the company for three hours. Our insurance agent and us, have been calling every other day just to get a copy of our bill of sale. We just got it and it is Dec. 11th. They didn't even give us the ownership papers until a week after we bought it when I had to go and wait in the office. Made several complaints to the management in both e-mail format and leaving voice messages and never heard back. Spend your money at another ford dealership that actually values your business.

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR USED CARS. On January 14th, 2017 my wife and I put down a deposit for a 2013 ford fiesta SE. We were excited at first to replace our old car ,but an emergency came up that made it impossible to purchase the car since we were short a few thousand dollars that we couldn't afford. They offered financing but I didn't want to go into debt, Matt Armstrong gave me a number for someone who might be able to help me out. I called but it wasn't enough. I told him that I can no longer afford the car and that I need to walk a way. Up to this point I had a good experience with Courtesy Ford Lincoln. Matts 's demeaner changed, he became short and annoyed with me. I asked how we can work this out and he said "This is above my pay grade budd ,but you won't be able to just walk a way from this, someone else will contact you budd" then I left after that rude exchange. I called later and they wanted $2200 in penalties for a car I never had possession of. They said it was $1200 for the safety (something they need to do to even sell the damn car) and another $1000 for a radio they had to replace. They wanted me to subsidize the car so they could scam someone else. I said keep the deposit but iam not giving you anything else. Courtesy is a misnomer, they were unprofessional and rude.

We’d been on a long driving trip and I wanted to have everything looked at, especially as the car was now over the recommended mileage for a once-over. I received great service in my last visit at Courtesy Ford with the help from my Service Advisor - Alex Tapia and as well from one of their mechanics, whom unfortunately, I don't know his name. I was there for a regular service appointment for my Fusion, and also needed to purchase four new tires. I already knew I was going to purchase them from Courtesy Ford, because I already did a lot of competitive pricing research and found them to be great with their pricing. There's no need to go anywhere else. They were both great in helping me make a decision on which tires to purchase, as I was not happy with the old ones. They were both very knowledgeable and recommended the Michelin Defender Tires. Alex also confirmed he had the same ones on his vehicle and that they perform very well in all weather conditions and the timing was right as they were on sale and pretty much costs the same as my old ones. He ordered them right away and booked my appointment for a few days later. That was great! They completed all the work in a short time and Alex got me out the door in good time on both visits. From Service to Sales I have found them to be very helpful and more than willing to accomodate my busy schedule. Some of these reviews are hilarious. One guy bashes like 5 different dealerships and specifically picks out sales people, must be a teenager or something. One review states that a car was sold from under them. If this was your first car buying experience you get a pass and I hope you learned your lesson. When you find a car you want, you gotta pull the trigger. Unless you took some time to save up a down payment no one is to blame but yourself. You took to long to make a decision the next guy didn't have to think as hard as you. Next time put a deposit down and you wont loose "your car". Anyone considering buying a car from here I would recomend you going in and taking a look around at what they have to offer. They are alot easier to deal with than some of the other dealerships I've dealt with in the past.

As a result of my decision to use a local business to purchase a vehicle, I am now living a live nightmare. I was misinformed and mislead at the point of sale and now I am driving a damaged vehicle that I feel is unsafe, created by Courtesy Ford Lincoln. I fear for my safety driving this vehicle. So not courteous! I am so disappointed and I am blown away by the fact that I get to drive and pay for a damaged car created by Courtesy Ford Lincoln, while the sales people who made the primary error at the point of sale get to drive perfect working demo vehicles. The dealership installed an additional remote starter in a vehicle that already had Ford Pass and a remote starter. I later found out from Courtesy Ford Lincoln that the remote starter should have never been installed in my vehicle. Recently after an inspection from a different mechanic at another service center, I found out that I was driving around with a deployed airbag and a disconnected wire. I would have never known that I didn't have an airbag or possibly airbags due to the lack of a warning light. Courtesy Ford Lincoln’s service department was working in the area where the airbag was located and I think they should have noticed that the air bag was faulty and needed to be replaced My personal thoughts of Courtesy Ford Lincoln are if they can hide the problem, not come up with a solution and make the customer go away they have gotten what they wanted; the sale and the customer’s money. Customer service isn't difficult, yet, a dealership that claims that they are #1 in London and they are supposed to be courteous in my opinion failed to provide the basic needs of their customer; Knowledge of the Product, Accurate information, Appropriate Communication, and above all honesty. In my opinion, Courtesy Ford Lincoln’s owner, Mr. Bill Eansor doesn't care about the customer’s issue enough to respond to a request for a meeting or a phone call, nor does he care about resolving issues in a timely manner. I get to pay for a brand new car and constantly worry about whether my vehicle will start in the morning, the air bags will work or if the steering wheel will lock up while I am driving due to several errors made by Courtesy Ford Lincoln. So not convenient!

I don't normally take the time to do reviews to be honest but was compelled to do so this time. Had my tire pressure light come on and tore one of my windshield wipers (right in my field of vision) as I was leaving my office for a day of meetings. Went into Courtesy as I was close by and someone out clearing the lot of snow directed me inside. I dealt with Will Taylor in the service area and explained my wiper issue and tire pressure concern. I let him know I'd likely have to leave and maybe return as I had a schedule to keep. Car was taken in and within no time had an explanation on the tire pressure issue and new wipers were attached. I was surprised at the speed and efficiency at getting things done for me. I asked the girl at the counter for Wills manager name and she said he was the manager. I was impressed that a manager was out assisting and handling customers himself. Thanks to the Courtesy team.

Can't ask for better service than that.

I have had all of my cars serviced at Courtesy on a regular basis (oil change every 3 months) in addition to any problems that happen in between. 5 star Horror Story" There is nothing Courteous about my damaged vehicle! I have tried to speak with the owner and deal with my situation. The dealership made a huge mistake that caused electrical damage to my brand new 2018 Escape. The dealership installed an additional remote started in a vehicle that already had Ford Pass and a remote starter. This is where all the problems began. I was misinformed at the point of sale and apparently, the sales associates were very confused as to which vehicles had sync 3 capabilities and Ford Pass. I purchased a Ford Accessory remote starter which was installed by the Courtesy Ford Lincoln Service department. I later found out that this remote starter should have never been installed in my vehicle and I now have electrical damage to the vehicle. The Ford Engineers have been contacted and they have not been able to come up with a solution to repair the damage to this date. I have had no response from the owner to my requests for a meeting or phone call. I personally have been very patient and willing to work with Courtesy Ford Lincoln to find a solution to my damaged vehicle. I have had this vehicle since January 5, 2018. I have had nothing but problems and I have been misinformed several times. Recently after an inspection from a different mechanic, I found out that I was driving around with a disfunctional airbag and a disconnected wire. I would have never known that I didn't have an airbag or possibly airbags due to the lack of a warning light. Considering that my vehicle had been in the Courtesy Ford Lincoln Shop several times and that they were working in the knee bolster area where electrical wires were housed, I believe that it would have been Courtesy Ford Lincoln’s service department’s responsibility to recognize that my knee bolster airbag needed to be replaced. I would have been hurt very badly had I been in a car accident. Ford makes a good product but dealer errors are not covered by the manufacturer. Ford just sells the vehicles to the dealers and Ford has no control or stake as to how a dealer chooses to run their business. If your problem is manufacture related you are covered, but as soon as it is a dealer error there is nothing Ford of Canada can do for you. I love Ford's, but my nightmare continues and I am driving a damaged vehicle created by Courtesy Ford Lincoln. So not courteous. If you value your sanity and don't want to be told to get used to a vehicle that Courtesy Ford Lincoln damaged and they are sorry that this is happening to your car, Keep driving by. Mr. Eansor, I avoided posting anything online and I hoped that we could work this out in a peaceful manner. Apparently going public is the only way I will get a response from you. All you need to do is run my vin number to find out I am telling the truth. I fear for my safety driving this vehicle and I have truly lost faith in Courtesy Ford Lincoln.

I wish it were possible to give zero, as this is about as accurate of a depiction for the customer service I've received. I purchased my vehicle 3 years ago and have been told since I work in health care to go with a full service plan including pick-up and drop off services for fluids and maintenance... they kept going to the wrong address for 2.5 years and didn't change my oil or reset the computer on many occasions. There was rust on my vehicle after one year and this was not attended to and instead was told after three years they don't offer this. They are either grossly incompetent or scamming their clients- not sure which is worse. Will not be purchasing from this dealership again. There poor customer service affected the safety of my vehicle at times. Would not recommend this dealership.

I was surprised by all the features including Sync and ambient lighting. I never have to dig in my purse for my keys again as it has a push start and auto opening rear liftgate with the swipe of my foot under it!! Suspect they just overbooked appointments and wanted to maximize the turnover, and assumed their customers were happy waiting. Also, the most expensive oil change I've ever had. They upped their prices -- cost almost $65. Could probably pay half of that doing it myself And next time, I will.

When I explained what was happening, they took my car in, repaired it quickly with no charge. Didn’t ask my name or anything. Just fixed my car. Kenny won me over from “The Dark Side” For a long while, being very skeptical of car dealerships, I bought used cars privately and used local service shops. One afternoon out of idle curiosity, I wandered into Courtesy and was directed to Kenny Haynes. Kenny surprised me with the number of questions he asked about my wants and needs in a car before we went into the lot. He then showed me several cars and options, no pressure at all. I could tell that he was a serious car guy and not just trying to impress a new customer. Then he proceeded to flash some very good prices at me. I happily bought a car that day and decided to try their service as well. That was about 25 years and 10 cars ago, all through Kenny and Courtesy Ford (please look up my review of their service).. Kenny knows and values his customers. When he got delivery of a car that might interest me, he would leave a short phone message and wait for a call back. Usually, his deals were attractive enough to at least have a quick look and often timely enough to actually consider trading up. And Kenny works for you day and night, ...literally day and night. One evening after business hours, he called to tell me that next day delivery was delayed because service discovered an item that needed attention before releasing the car. He explained the details and apologized for the inconvenience; he simply didn't want me coming in and being disappointed. Through the years, this has all been “ Standard Operational Proceedure” for Kenny. Without reservation I have recommended his services to many friends.
