It has been truly a pleasure working with Acura West. You can really feel that they pride themselves on their honesty and integrity. I leased my last vehicle from ToyotaTown and the contrast was really quite dramatic. One of the things that really irked me every time I visited Toyota was that I would be subtly pressured to make a decision asap (low stock, limited time offers, getting your name on the waitlist, etc.). They would also sell themselves by sharing horror stories about other dealerships/locations. On the other hand, I felt like the people at Acura West let the quality of their work speak for themselves. I was not only given all of the time in the world, but also all of the information I needed to make an educated decision (with no hard sell or strings attached!). Paul and Dylan were incredibly patient with answering all of my questions across my multiple visits. I had, of course, done a lot of research before coming in, but I would trust them to take care of any of my friends who didn’t care to do that research and decided to walk in instead. I was also able to get my Acura RDX 2022 Tech almost a month ahead of time - total wait time was a grand total of two weeks! I was really dreading the pandemic-driven several months’ wait, but it looks like Acura West’s stock is quite reliable (and they will happily walk you through their whole process as well). Just had some repairs done on my Acura CL 2002 September 2 2015 at this location.I bought this vehicle thirteen years ago at this dealership and have always experienced professional and courteous service and this time was no exception. Carmen Jones is always cheerful and understanding. The use of a loaner car is a bonus allowing me the freedom to continue my daily agenda and driving newer models is enticing, My vehicle has such low kilometres and is in pristine shape and thanks to the servicing by Acuras knowledgeable mechanics continues to operate like the day I bought it. My car had an electronic issue, had to be towed in from Windsor. Mike in service was very kind and caring to call me and fully explain the issue. I felt that they treated me with great respect. I am happy to know they are there to look after my purchase. I also purchased some items from the parts department. Mark was professional and looked after all of my requests. Karen who greeted me and took care of printing out my bill was very personable and spent time with me to chat. After a recent accident I was in search of a very specific vehicle to replace the one I lost. Acura West just so happened to have the exact one I was looking for. I reached out to the dealership and was connected with Drew. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. I live in Toronto, so I booked an appointment, put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and made the trip there. Drew had all the answers to my questions regarding the vehicle, service, and driver history. Communication was prompt and easy. Thank you Drew for your professional, courteous and friendly service!
Summer I was going to NY USA I took my car for service and AC was not working so I asked what's wrong and how much it would cost and how much time. After like 1 hour the guy came up and says that AC pipe is leaking and will cost you anything from 1000 plus parts and tax. I was living to US that next day I was when I come back I will bring my car to get fixed So in US I want to Honda dealership and I ask the guy if he can check my car (ACURA) MDX I showed him the pepper that Acura west gave and and gave him he told me that they didn't even check for a leak and he put something to check for leak and there was no leak and he tried To fill the AC it was not working Then he took all the AC pipes opened and cleaned them up cost me like not even half . I come back home and want to ACURA WEST To tell them this what happened The AC is working perfectly I didn't even have to change the pipeline and the Acura service manager told me I don't have time for now you have to make an appointment and come back so we can check it I was ok i made the appointment and I was working that day and I miss my appointment I was its not a big deal but I don't even get a call from them to for ACURA WEST not from Manager not even for the costumer service . So you be the judge

initial visit to test drive a 2021 RDX Aspec was a positive and welcoming experience. The greeting when I walked in was warm and inviting. I wasn't waiting around to speak to someone. I dealt with Dylan Woodward sales rep. Very professional, knew his product line and got me into the vehicle I requested to test drive and explained features and settings of vehicle before I drove it. I was buying exclusive, used, hybrid vehicle from Acura West. As far as it’s always a challenge to find good-looking used car I was surprised how much work was done by the dealership maintenance team to make that car attractive coupled with the lowest appraisal on the market from the sales department of Acura West. Drew, sales rep, was able to answer every question I was interested in. Car history, maintenance record from the dealership the car was serviced in during past years, car equipment information, all was available on time. Along with that, he was so kind to pick me up from the coach terminal in London and bring me to the dealership when I came there from Toronto. Debby, business manager, was so kind collecting and explaining me all related info about all remaining warranties on the vehicle along with offering a new one from the Acura West. Dealing with these friendly people was one of the easiest experiences in my life. Thank you, guys. Good job.

Paul and his team went way above and beyond for our family and words cannot express how grateful we are. I will recommend Acura West to everyone I know. We recently purchased a 2015 MDX (approximately 3-4 weeks ago).. last week my husband and I travelled to Mexico leaving the MDX at home for our 17 year old son, who needed a vehicle to travel back and forth to school/work. While vacationing in Mexico we received a text from our son who was unable to get the car started before school. With the vehicle being so new and all the new gizmos and electronics in vehicles nowadays, we went through some trouble shooting with him over the phone - Is it in park? Please tell me you didn't put diesel fuel in it?? Do you have your foot on the brake when you start it? Simple things, but who knows what goes through a 17 year old mind ;)... After many attempts, no luck... Being in Mexico, unable to assess the situation ourselves and having our son in a situation that he needed the vehicle to drive himself to work later that day we didn't know what to do, so we called Paul. With Paul's calming demeanor with a slight hint of humour to diffuse the stressful situation (always appreciated), he immediately told us "Tell your son, the cavalry is coming and we will get it all taken care of for you. Enjoy your time in Mexico.. We'll take care of it." He sent 2 of his service team over to our house to pick up the vehicle and determine what was wrong, took the vehicle back to the shop (after they boosted the dead battery), changed the battery in the car, put our winter tires on (perfect timing :) and delivered the car back to our son at work so he could drive himself home (thank goodness for great friends that help you out). Minds blown!! We are humbled and grateful for the level of service we received from Acura. Are we fans... you bet!
Service department is horrible, Takes 2-3 visits to get a problem recognized and solved. Will charge you for parts that are actually covered under warranty. Would never buy an Acura again since they are the only Acura dealership in London and I would not want to deal with them.
Ordered some parts from Thanh over the phone. He was helpful and accompanying. Just picked up my parts and was very impressed with the service I received. Thanh was professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Will be ordering from again.

Sales and Leasing: My rating is NOT a reflection of Paul. His service was fantastic. Paul B. assisted us with the purchase of the used Acura MDX. I required assistance with the Blue tooth and Paul was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to erase the previous owners pass codes and helped in the set up of our cell phones and answered all of our questions. Paul went over and above and we would be more than happy to deal with him again. Service Department: I contacted this dealership for background history on a used Acura MDX 2008 model that we were buying from another dealer. This vehicle was serviced at Acura West and I trusted that the service technician would be forth right an honest. This person did disclose some information but not all. After buying this vehicle within 6 days the service engine light came on and I have dealing with this ever since. The two third part mechanics are quite certain that this was already displaying prior to my purchasing the vehicle. I should have just stuck with my honda snowblower.

After contacting sales manager Andrew TORRES by telephone we purchased a pre-owned ACURA RDX sight unseen. I was very impressed with Andrew's professional manner. We drove down two days later from North Bay. Arriving at the dealership we soon realized it was worth the five hour drive down. The dealership is impressive. Andrew and his staff were very accommodating. Service was fast, courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the purchase. The transaction went off without a hitch. We have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.
Thanh is an absolute gem. I have been to quite a few dealers to try to get specific parts for vehicles but usually, the individual I am speaking to is unsure of what I am trying to order. However, when ordering a gas fuel filler cover, Thanh worked with me over the phone by giving me the part number so I could ensure that it was the part I needed to order. Because of this, I did not accidentally order something else (i.e. a gas cap.) Thanh is extremely knowledgeable and helpful; I am grateful that I have someone at a dealer of which I can depend upon to find parts for my older Acura vehicle (because this car is just so reliable.) Acura West, you have a phenomenal individual in your parts department.

It is really a great experience walking in the dealership to purchase Acura TLX aspec 2020. Sales representative, Drew Nutting is a gentleman and provided us great customer service. Although the deal didn't went through because the cars went out of stock in a day. I will strongly recommend to visit Acura West as they have really good sales staff and you would love their customer service and cars. Truely there is a great difference between Acura and Honda in terms of car and majorly in customer service. Try it yourself!!

I’m usually not a person who leaves reviews but I won’t hesitate to let everyone know what great service I’ve received from the Acura dealership and staff. I’ve leased three cars over the last four years and never had an issue with either of them.The three staff members who took care of me the most were Paul the GM, Dylan the Sales Associate and Sean the service manager. Anytime I had questions or needed my car taken care of these three gentlemen didn’t hesitate to help. For example when I had an appointment for an oil change the service department would call me the following day just to make sure that everything was done accordingly and that I was satisfied with the service. There’s many different car companies out there but what attracted me to stay with Acura was the outstanding service and care this company presented. Definitely recommend! Yaz.
I was interested in a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership so I had my brother stop in as he was in the area on business. The vehicle was extremely clean and in great condition. Unfortunately, I live over 2 1/2 hours away from London, ON which made it difficult to coordinate a suitable time to arrange a test drive and trade in discussion. I dealt with Drew, who appreared to be very down to earth and easy to speak with. I forwarded all of my vehicle(trade in) information including pictures, mileage, options, etc, etc to him. He was amazed at my attention to detail, thoroughness of my email, the beautiful condition of my vehicle, and assured me that he and Paul ( the GM )were going to over the numbers for my vehicle and that they wanted to make sure that they do my truck justice as it was in incredible shape and a high demand vehicle. During this time, Drew reassured me that he will keep in contact with me as he was not working on the weekend. He did say that he will remain in contact with Paul the GM, relay the numbers to me, and contact me immediately if any thing should change and if the vehicle should sell. Well, I honestly never heard from either of these two people. Throughout this entire process, I honestly thought someone would have contacted me and asked me for a deposit which I would have gladly agreed to, to hold the vehicle as I was very serious about it. The following day I immediately noticed that the car I was interested in disappeared from the dealership's website and then shortly after, the Autotrader ad also disappeared. I realize that we are in difficult times currently and that used cars extremely in high demand, but I surely thought that either one of these people " sales manager or sales person ' would have contacted me to confirm my interest. A simple phone call is all it would have taken, and taking a deposit over the phone is no big deal...a real shame.

We have dealt with many different dealerships over the years, but Acura West is hands down the best. Clean showroom, hospitable staff, and consistently awesome experiences. When my paint peeled on my MDX, the receptionist apologized to me, put me through to service who let me know it was under warranty and they would fix it while sending me Off in a loaner vehicle for the week. We are so happy with this dealership and will continue to share our positive experiences.
