Très difficile d'avoir un sourire. La première fois que j'ai eu affaire avec eux c'était pour faire changer un pneu la journée même, sans rendez-vous. Je suis conscient que c'était dernière minute mais le préposé a quasiment rit de moi quand je lui ai dit que j'avais besoin de le faire changer la journée même. J'ai appelé SM Sport et ils m'ont dit qu'il ne pouvait me donner de rendez-vous mais qu'ils allaient me le faire dans la journée sans problème. La deuxième fois, j'allais la pour un entretien mécanique et pour faire l'installation de 4 flasher au LED sur ma moto. Une fois rendu au garage ça m'a prit un bon 30 minutes avant qu'on me réponde. Et il a fallu que je réexplique tout au préposé car ils n'avaient pas noté la raison de mon rendez-vous. Ils notent nos rendez-vous sur un calendrier!! Il a aussi fallu que je précise qu'est ce que je voulais dire par "entretient mécanique" quand l'affiche qui l'explique est juste en haut du comptoir. Il m'avait dit qu'ils en avaient pour 2 heure. Ça l'a prit 3:30... Terminé pour moi RPM Rive-Sud! Le service chez SM Sport est incomparable et vaut le détour!

To defend himself he invokes that my intake is artisanal and that it is normal, nevertheless he had never evoked such reasons when he saw it at the beginning. Il revient et me dis d'un air gêné qu'il va falloir recommencer car il a pris le stage 1 et non le 2 comme je lui avais dit. Pour se defendre il invoque que mon intake est artisanal et que c'est normal, pourtant il n'avait jamais évoqué de telles raisons quand il l'a vu au départ. C'est presque l'heure de la fermeture donc il me dit que mon temps alloué est dépassé et qu'il va finir le lendemain. Le lendemain je recois un appel, il a dû prendre 2 heures de plus pour terminer. Je retourne chercher mon bike et je vois ma moto sous la pluie avec mon intake et le filtre en carton pas protégés de la pluie. Je rentre et je demande au mécanicien ce qu'il a mis pour l'ajustement.Il reste vague dans les reponses et me dit seulement qu'il a joué avec des ajustements. Je prends la facture et je paye. Sur le chemin du retour, sous la plui battante, je tombe en panne d'essence.Le mecanicien a fait des roads tests sans remettre de gaz ou sans m'informer qu'il pourrait en manquer. Remorquage 80$ pour me rendre chez moi.Je démonte mon filtre pour le faire sécher et, encore une surprise, il a machiné une piece en platisque pour boucher l'entrée d'air pour ne pas avoir a réajuster le carburateur. Total d'environ 600$ avec le remorquage.Je retourne le lendemain et il me disent que la job est bien faite et que la pièce de plastique c'etait parce qu'il ne pouvait pas ajuster et pour sauver du temps.J'ai eu comme réponse que ma panne c'était pas leurs problème.

Faites 45 minutes de route et aller chez Performance Voyer!!
