In less than 2 years the vehicle went to the garage 8 times for major problems (including one time when it almost caught fire but the fire was controlled in time but I had to be transported to the emergency room for Co2 poisoning). In the last 2 years the vehicle has spent almost 2 months in the garage (piston problems, suspension problems, electrical problems, problems with the exhaust system, air conditioning problems and so on). Tired of all these problems, I asked to change vehicles or to give the vehicle back to them. I spoke to the salesperson by phone and he invited me over from Montreal because he had an offer for me. Arrived in Quebec, the seller (François) suggested that I give them $ 10,000 cash to get rid of the vehicle or that I pay double for my next rental (i.e. about $ 1,200 per month instead of $ 600 for the same vehicle). Tanné de tous ces problèmes, j’ai demandé à changer de véhicule ou de leur redonner le véhicule. J’ai parlé au vendeur par téléphone et il m’a invité à venir de Montréal car il avait une offre pour moi. Arrivé à Québec, le vendeur (François) m’a proposé que je leur donne 10 000$ cash pour me debarasser du véhicule ou que je paye le double pour ma prochaine location (soit environ 1200$ par mois au lieu de 600$ pour le même véhicule). J’ai refusé cette offre ridicule puis celui-ci m’a dit qu’il essayerait d’arranger quelquechose de mieux et me rappelerait d’ici quelques jours. 3 semaines plus tard, aucun retour d’appel Voyant cette situation incensée j’ai décidé de ne plus jamais faire affaire avec eux et ne plus jamais acheter de Mercedes. Ceci aura été ma 3e et dernière Mercedes. Mon histoire sera partagée à famille et amis qui feront la même chose.

(Original) J'ai vécu la plus mauvaise expérience avec ce concessionaire dans ma vie , D'abord j'ai vu un GLA sur marketplace je suis allé pour la voir et puis j'ai pris le temps pour penser à l'offre , alors lorsque ma décision est prise j'ai contacté le vendeur un matin pour prendre un RDV pour finaliser l'achat , alors une 1h15 avant mon RDV surprise je recois un textos veicule vendue et approbation de crédit reçue , j'ai appelé pour savoir pourquoi car j'etais le premier sur le véhicule , ils m'ont dit que j'ai pas fait un dépôt et ils m'ont même pas me demander un dépôt ????, ma conjointe les a contacté par la suite ils ont dit que c'est toujours disponible c'était un mercredi , vendredi je vois toujours le véhicule sur internet , j'ai contacté le vendeur puis me dit en attente d'approbation , lundi en attente d'approbation , et ça depuis le 26 mars que le véhicule est affichée jusqu'à aujourd'hui le 5 Avril ???????? , j'ai demandé à l'acceuil pour parler au directeur general pour porter plainte , elle m'a dit qu'il va me contacter , mais il m'a pas rappelé je trouve que c'est discriminatoire , et je pense que c'est à cause de mes origines , c'est vraiment triste ce que j'ai vécu ????????
