Great service all around! I dealt with Rimi and the admin Isabelle. I drove in from Montreal and placed multiple calls prior to arrange. They allowed me to take the car for an inspection at Audi. Had all the information sent to me and that way it was ready for when I arrived should I decide to purchase the car. I asked all the questions I had and they provided me with the complete information. It's been just over a month and really enjoying the car. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!!

Je les ai appelé pour trouver un arrangement, sa solution ? "Vous voulez que je vous facture la voiture 5000$ pour que vous payez moins en taxes ?".... Très professionnel...

Pour avoir magasiné beaucoup, il était +/- 3000$ moins cher que TOUT les compétiteurs de Québec et surtout, dans un excellent état. Le vendeur (Benoît Bolduc) a été très professionnel et courtois. Un bon Jack comme on dit! Quand je suis arrivé pour l'essayer, le véhicule était réchauffé (c'était l'hiver) et on m'a laissé partir avec le véhicule le temps que je voulais sans même voir mon permis (parlez moi d'une confiance en leurs clients). Le transaction fut réglée en 2 jours et les quelques pièces à changer l'ont été par eux sans problèmes (juste des choses mineures, j'avais même l'historique des précédents proprios, la date initiale du véhicule et la balance de garantie EN PLUS du Carproof). Ils m'ont aussi obtenu un excellent prix pour l'équipement que je trouvais manquant ( pneus d'hiver, jantes et Hitch). Sincèrement, je les recommande sans hésiter!!! Merci
