Yesterday was my first time at this dealership for service. The gentleman at the service counter was very helpful and courteous. My RVR was repaired in a timely manner and the mechanic that worked on it explained to me what had happened and what to expect in the future. I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience from this visit.

Service and vehicles are great. Reid at the service counter is great to deal with. Unfortunately no one is following Public Health directives and Covid-19 protocols. All staff including management walking around the building with no masks or social distancing. For a brand that is so big on safety, it was extremely disappointing to see their lack of concern for their customers and families.

Never had a problem here, but as it's new it seems to be going through some growing pains. Like accidently quoting me the wrong price on car or accidently giving me a more extensive servicing then I asked for(only had to pay service I asked for tho).

I would have to say that my experience at Mitsubishi Pembroke was a very happy experience. I came in and needed a vehicle within two days and Ryan was able to get me into the 2020 RVR ES the next day! There were a couple snags, but he did what he could do to get me what I wanted. Recently had some car troubles. Roadside had to tow the vehicle to the dealership. Very open, honest and up front. I was provided a loaner vehicle, as mine would be in the shop for a couple days and I needed a vehicle to drive my daughter to and from school. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and most car dealers are business orientated places trying to move product as quickly as possible. Not here it was a no pressure friendly environment. They knew their vehicles and could answer my questions. Believe me I am well versed in my quest to find a vehicle. When I'm hearing people who know nothing about what they are selling I move on.
