Needed some work done on my 1500 eco. I had a very bad experience with doyle dodge, and refused to go back there. I called up laurentian... they got me in right away, kept me up-to-date the entire time they had my truck. Kept the cost low, and worked with me on high priority repairs vs repairs that can wait. Extremely happy with their service... in fact i was so happy, that my truck is there right now for the rest of the repairs. Next truck i buy will be from laurentian. A++

Found a pre-owned car online at the dealership, scheduled a test drive. I had to reorganize my entire day to get to the place, since it was right after work. After arriving, some very frustrating news: the car was not even at the dealership. And not even a phone call from their end to tell me about that. I tried to schedule another day to visit, but received no follow up. I don't understand if it was a specific issue with one of the salesperson, but first impression is what counts, right?

3 years ago I got a car from a different lot claiming it was certified, it ended up costing me roughly 7k in repairs, it ended up becoming a money pit Fast forward to today im driving a beautiful Honda CRV LX, perfect amount of space for my family, I needed a new car and told the salesman the dire need I was in and they delivered %110. Once I'm done with this vehicle in the future, I certainly will come back here. P.S. I never give 5/5 ????

First Oil change at Laurentian….I have an Alfa Romeo, but it falls under the FCA umbrella. What could possibly go wrong? I also have FCA extended warranty. Firstly, I have to say the service advisor was great, this was out of her hands. The mechanic left the oil filler cap off and proceeded to fire up the engine….he caught his mistake , closed the hood and I went home only to find I was down a litre of oil due to the fact it was all over the engine bay. He didn’t even try to clean it up. Sent pics in, was offered 10% off my next oil change. I want back to the dealer for my “litre of oil”. They also couldn’t reset my maintenance schedule…I had it done by someone who knows what they are doing. I then find that I paid $5 for my door hinges to be greased, they weren’t greased….I guess he was too busy getting my vehicle out of the shop before anyone noticed oil on the floor . All this grief for $174 oil change. Vehicle smelled inside for a while, washed it down twice under the hood. And to think I have extended warranty with chrysler. Thoroughly disappointed.

I walked in here at 9 a.m. this morning without an appointment with my parking brake locked up and went to the service desk where unfortunately I don't know her name but I believe she is the only female in the service department there. I told her I didn't have an appointment I had car troubles the night before and had to stay in a motel & I believe it's just my parking brake that's locked up that needs to be released. She said she could probably get me in this afternoon definitely tomorrow morning. I told her I was on my way home to Toronto last night when my brake locked up and I had to CAA it there and stay the night in a motel and if it was all possible I would really like to get home today but I understood if it wasn't possible. She then talked to one of the mechanics (again didn't get his name) but he took my Jeep inside and by 10 a.m. I was on my way home with a fully functioning parking brake again and smile on my face and no money out of pocket. I was blown away by the customer service! They helped me out so fast and at no charge! You don't get service like this in Toronto. I wasn't expecting it but it made my day. I just want to say thank you to that woman in the service department and that mechanic in the service garage for getting me on my way. This Chrysler dealership has excellent customer service and excellent mechanics, and although I didn't try them there was a couple of dozen freshly baked cookies on the counter. You just don't see this in Toronto. Thank you Laurentian Chrysler for restoring a little faith back into dealerships for me. Cheers!

The service department over charged me twice and the manager said they would correct the oversight but did not provide the refund. Instead she was rude and thought I would be too naive to look closely at my invoice and just added the additional labour charge (to fix their own mistake... Installed the wrong tires on my vehicle) further down under a different area. Both incidents were back to back and she tried to make me feel bad by saying people make mistakes. Yes, of course they do... But twice in a row and then didn't even have the decency to apologize or fix the mistake without charging me an extra hour and a half of labour. The worst experience I have ever had with any service department. I was told after fighting with them that I would receive the refund for the money they owe me in the mail and get a follow up call from the manager. I have gotten neither.

Ricky and Curtis were very friendly and courteous and helped me keep my repairs to an affordable cost. At the same time they were able to identify things that could be done now and some repairs that I could put off and pay for at a later date. My only helpful tip to Laurentian Chrysler is to do a 360° video or camera capture scan of the vehicle as it comes in. And when suggesting repairs, show pictures or video of broken links, loose support control arms and discoveries the mechanics make to the clients. Join the 21st century and be more interactive with your clients. It would go along way in helping to show the problems once under the hood or below the vehicle.

I felt it was ridiculous that I had to leave my vehicle there for for days for them to scan an engine code on my brand new 2018 eco diesel. They wiped the code for the oxygen sensor when there was a recall on the sensor instead of doing the work they sent me away and the light came back on and now I have to go back in and loose my business truck for another day

Fixed my radio problem. Had an issue with my radio resetting constantly. Brought it here as my local dealer was giving me the run around. Fixed it with a simple update. Thanks Laurentian! Update: Radio was fixed temporarily. Needed to return once so they could get a serial number and again to have the radio replaced. All was covered by my factory warranty. They did try to up sell me on some brake work but with only 30k on the truck, I’ll live with a slight pulsation until the pads are worn out. Then she will get some better quality aftermarket brakes.

I have purchased a used dodge ram from this dealer. Some of the works that needed to be done before the delivery, not done.(full service and also shocks were supposed to be replaced) First morning I turned the truck on, drive belt started screaming until it warms up. When I hit a pot hole or a bump the truck goes all over the place (shocks are shot). I am not sure how this truck passed safety !! I made lots of phone calls, promised to call me back but never happened. I even went to dealer and promised me to get a call from service manager, but never happened. called again, no response. I am regretting big time that I purchased my truck from them and not recommend to any one. I found them not standing behind their word and after they sell you something , you worth nothing to these people.

My husband brought his Ram for a problem with a sensor and when his truck was ready to pick up the receptionist told him that they have hit a post and now the truck needs body repairs. This truck had no scratch or dents and now because of a careless mechanic the truck needs a new running board, body work, a rim and a tire. Wow....No one appologized just like if this is normal for them to do that. They have lost our trust and our 3 vehicles will now be services at DOYLE.

How disappointing! Bought a 2019 Rebel. Wife wanted running boards. Went to parts, could not find me on file even though went twice for recall notice and oul change. He quoted me 1100$. When the part was finally in, i was then referred to service and told another 2 weeks for install. Went to Mazucca chrysler same running board for 750$ installed included on Thursday. I wish i could remain with Laurentian but i cannot after such a bad way to service my vehicle. Also, made an appointment for an inspection. Date and time was confirmed and e-mailed to me via google calendar (8:45am). Did not get a call before 3pm. I asked why it took so long, service confirmed that they have a note saying pick-up at 5pm. She then told me that the appointment was made by a call center. Very bad communication. Not going there anymore unless covered by warranty. I'm usually very loyal and hoping this would be my goto garage. I guess not. They are overpriced and their left hand does not seem to speak to the right one. Going to bring all my business elsewhere (Doyle, Mazzuka...).

I have gone to this place 3 separate times, and I will NEVER go again. They are in the business of scamming people. I’ve had the same issue with my vehicle for over a year and within this year I’ve gone Chrysler 3 times to fix the issue but it has been left broken each time. I have asked that my final trip I shouldn’t be charged considering I’ve been charged over $500 two times for the same issue with no fix. Conveniently this company has “lost” my invoices and documents and say that I will have to pay again because “I’ve never been here” even though my bank statements prove the charges and dates of my appointments. This is beyond sketchy and I do NOT recommend this place to take care of your car, there are plenty of other respectable and reasonable mechanics in town.

I called not knowing what to expect because I was over my warranty kilometers. I received a call back shortly after advising me to bring it in. Warning for “buy at home” or out of town buyers. I am not one to leave a poor review but I would like to save the headache for future purchasers. We recently bought a 2017 Grand Cherokee from Laurentian Chrysler that we had found online since we live 9 hours away from the dealership. We have always owned Dodge products and were confident buying sight unseen since we were buying from a certified Chrysler dealership. The sale process was fast and simple, we had the Jeep shipped from the dealership to our local city. Upon first sight the Jeep was beautiful as seen in the pictures but once we took a closer look we were extremely disappointed to find body damage in multiple areas. Which to specify, we asked before the sale was made about any body damage or any previous accidents, and we were told there was “no known body damage and no previous accident history” we expected rock chips and scratches as we bought a used vehicle but the damage we found was a large dent in the passenger door, a dent in the body line on the drivers door from the door being over extended causing paint damage on the front fender and the door hinges to be bent. Along with the door dents there is a large area on the bumper that must have had some sort of damage and was “repaired” with a thick stroke from a paint brush of white paint. We were very disappointed in the dealership for the dishonesty of this sale and took the Jeep to a local body shop to have an estimate complete for the damage found. The estimate to repair the two doors and the bumper came back at $4500, they also told us the door is not sealing properly because of the bent hinges and the hood has been removed at some point as well. We then reached out to the dealership for an explanation, the sales representative was fast to respond that he will have his manager contact us. That was over a week ago... we have reached out multiple times and still no word from a manager. We would have really liked to give the dealership the benefit of a doubt that maybe they did not realize the damage upon inspection of the vehicle but the fact that after a week, we still haven’t heard anything back makes us concerned of their services. We are embarrassed to say that we put so much trust in Laurentian Chrysler and are now working on what our next course of action will be. We hope this is a first for the dealership and it never happens again but we just want to make others aware of the problems we are facing, if possible view the vehicle before buying.

I recently purchased a 2007 Tahoe. When I viewed the vehicle with the salesman I commented to him that the tires on the Tahoe were the exact same tires that were on my vehicle, (also a 2007 Tahoe). When I picked the vehicle up, the tires had been switched. No longer were the B.F. Goodrich tires on the Tahoe. They had been switched for Cooper Discoverer tires. Although the same size and also new, they were not the B.F. Goodrich tires that were on the Tahoe. Also the wiper blade on the driver side had been broken and placed back so that it looked fine. Before I picked up the Tahoe I had asked the salesman if the Tahoe could be put inside overnight to thaw out as it was covered in ice and snow. When I went to pick it up there was still at least 10 inches of snow on the roof and I had to clean the hood off. (The windshield had been cleaned) I assume this is when the wiper was broken. Also when the salesman and I were bringing the Tahoe from the back to the front on the first day that I took it for a test drive one of the center caps came off of the right front wheel, he stated that he would pick it up after I left that day. The cap is still missing. (80 dollar value) After I picked the Tahoe up, I drove it to work, backed into my parking spot and the motor has not turned over since. I have no idea what is wrong, the battery seems fine but the motor will not turn over. Thank you for the opportunity to express my Laurentian Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM experience.

I recently purchased a Jeep two two weeks ago and with the mild weather we've had, there wasn't a opportunity to really test it out. Until today ... A very bad winter storm hit Sudbury today (25 cms of snow and 50 KM winds). The road crews are trying but it's impossible to keep up with the terrible conditions out there today. It took me 20 minutes to drive my usual 7 minutes home from work. When I got home, I had the driveway challenge of a good 2 foot + snow drift running across my drive way. I put it in "Snow" and 4 x 4 Low - and didn't need to plow through the snow drift but simply drove through it! No loss of traction; no loss of control. Awesome vehicle - solid on the road in this severe weather. I felt so safe and secure in my Jeep today; thank you Derryck Turcotte and Laurentian Chrysler - you were right. I do love my Jeep. I haven't heard the snow plow come by yet but that will be tomorrow's fun!

I have had a pretty good experience buying a new truck. Derek was great... and staff friendly only thing is it's hard to get a hold of service staff to book in for recalls.. always have to wait for call backs which sometimes take a while. Also there have been SEVERAL recalls on my brand new vehicle... hoping I didn,t buy a lemon.. and there's one issue with it where something isn't working properly. But most of that is of no fault of laurentian. I would buy here again if my experience continues to be a positive one... would like to see faster service in the service department... maybe someone who answers when you call.

Worst experience ever. Will never purchase a vehicle from there again. They are currently holding my vehicle for 2 weeks waiting for someone to approve an extended warranty. They promise to give me an answer everytime I call but then don't have an answer only to tell me they have been really busy and the guy that approves the warranties was not in. Just such a run around. According to Chrysler Canada who I spoke to many times also followed up with Laurentian as it was senior management from Laurentian that needed to make a decision. And after all, we were informed that the pictures weren't actually sent when we were told they were and they finally sent the pictures 2 weeks later. The good news is that they finally fixed the part on my vehicle weeks later however bad news is that it is running worse then it did. I understand that it is an old vehicle but I would have expected to have gotten a warning from the technician before driving off in an unsafe vehicle.

The experience I had with Laurentian Chrysler was amazing!! Both Curtis, the sales agent and Derryck, the sales manager were so helpful. They worked endlessly to find me the best deal and vehicle they could get for my budget and made it happen. Like I said; "they made it happen" within my budget!!
