I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing my first Hyundai vehicle at Hyundai Pembroke last week. It was by far my best car-shopping experience! Derek was amazing! He was knowledgeable, he listened to what we needed and wanted, and he knew right away which car to show us! He was so easy to talk to and great to interact with. Kateri was an absolute gem! She took the time to explain our costs and warranty, and we really enjoyed our conversations with her! We didn't meet Ashley but she did a phenomenal job with our insurance company! Already looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle at Hyundai Pembroke!

Can not say enough great things about this dealership! First of all, a small family-run business, that is customer-focussed. There was absolutely no pressure sale methods. I actually had two well-informed young men working together in a relaxed manner to get me into a vehicle that was right for ME. I actually traded in a Kia crossover for a Hyundai of similar size and loads more features for less cost. The financing department was also professional and no-pressure. I was so impressed that they asked me to look into the extended warranty on my trade-in to see if I could get any prorated refund - they were looking out for my wallet, with absolutely nothing to be gained. As it turns out, I qualify for some money back! When my new vehicle was delivered, it had been detailed inside and out; I could still see ArmourAll on the tires- such a nice touch. The dealership also gave me a gift card from a local business (they support local), a 20 oz. Yeti and a hat. Such a nice touch. Can not say enough about this experience! Will be recommending them to friends and family in the future for sure. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, give them a look.

We just bought our vehicle last week. So far our experience has been way above and beyond. It’s like it’s too good to be true and I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop but my daughter has been there for three years and she loves it. Any problems she did have they made it right. Brandon was my sales rep and he was refreshingly laid back, let us set the pace, but once we were ready to make a deal didn’t waste our time. We were in his office maybe 15 minutes! Jessica was great to sign paperwork, we were in and out! Met the staff at the service dept desk, they seem very friendly. As far as first impressions go we were wowed by their customer service, friendliness, updated and clean environment. If this level of customer service continues you have a customer for life and I will recommend to everyone I know. Not just because you offer a 200.00 check per referral who buys with you :)
