I called in on a Sunday, to see if they knew anyone who could fix a damaged tire. They didn't, but figured they could find one. The cashier spent twenty minutes calling around until he found a guy who could fix it. He went above and beyond, and I'll be filling at a petro-Canada for the rest of my stay in Canada. I wish I could give six stars. And a hug.

This location has the only propane between Golden and Canmore apparently. They know that and charge even more than regular gasoline. The price is almost criminal if you ask me, especially considering they know you’ll be stuck when you’re driving a big propane fuelled RV. On top of that, we had visited in the afternoon and were told that no one was working who could fill our tank... they didn’t mention the price at this point and we stayed nearby for the night (unplanned) just to get propane in the morning. When we arrived to fill up in the morning, the staff member was super friendly and warned us propane was overly expensive, which I really appreciated beforehand since there’s no way we would fill a 250L tank at that price. I've been a Petro Canada customer for years, not Lake Louise, but everywhere. I’ll avoid now on principle.

A good location close to the highway and easily accessible when we lodged at Lake Louise inn. The staffs are quite nice and their restrooms are clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the prices of some of their products are a bit too expensive. While I understand that the remoteness of the location adds to it, i still believe they could do better.

Not at all impressed with the server tonight. She was highly rude to myself and my friend. She started bosting that she pushed kids around and can do it to anyone and not get fired. I have NEVER had this bad of service and I had a server HIT on my boyfriend right in front of me in this restaurant years ago! Food is getting worse here as well. Not going back. And I'm not recommending this place either.

I go to this gas station because they are friendly. One lady in particular that works there just is so kind that we go there for that reason. They also have a spend 20 dollars on gas and get entered into a draw for gas contests. Petro points rack up quickly too.

The food is not bad although I wanted a Greek salad and got something with chicken on it. The service at times is lacking but staff is friendly. Not as good as the other location. Had to come back and take off a star. The place is going to hell. They use strong cleaning fluids in the bathroom and on the tables when people are there eating. This causes me big problems as I am sensitive to chemicals. The staff is always new it seems and there is a sign that says they are now hiring all positions. The sign has been there for over 6 months now. The regulars I have seen there for years are slowly vanishing. Not to mention the water has a strange taste (as it does in other places on the North Service Road).

I usually always do my gas fill ups at Petro for a couple of reasons.... It's close to where I live and my Petro points card is also connected to my banking card which is very convenient because I don't have to carry my petrol card with me all the time and also I also have savings and collect extra points for having it connected to my banking card... also the staff are always friendly and it also is a variety store so you can pick up things you might need if the other grocery stores are closed

I stopped here Sunday around 10 am for breakfast/brunch after fueling up. The restaurant was moderately busy, maybe 50% capacity. The service was very slow but this was in no means the fault of the servers! They were working their tails off! A middle aged gentleman, I believe his name was Ricardo served me and he apologized over and over for order taking so long and for slow coffee fill ups but it was in no way his fault, he was literally RUNNING around the restaurant doing his best to serve myself and the other customers. Thanks for working so hard servers! Management, get these guys some more help in the dining area. I had the Meat Lovers Skillet and it was served hot with nice fresh toast, quite good. I'd order it again.

Extremely poor attitude from the male service attendant. Got fuel and parked quick to grab a coffee and the guy starts yelling at me that I can’t park there. There is a sign that says that however all spots were full and a bus unloading so there was nowhere safe to park. The attendant didn’t care and yelled at me to move. Will NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN!

Absolute worst customer service for a gas station in a tourist place. The young redhead girl at the cash register was mean for no reason. I mean how difficult is it say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to a question that we asked “Are these pop 2 for $4?” Anyways avoid going here and go across the street to the Shell. Way better behaved.

There is an attached restaurant to the building that serves great food and the stuff on both sides are extremely friendly, between the two sides of the restaurant and gas station is where you locate the bathroom in the pay station for the cafeteria side.
