Very very bad experience. From delivering wrong type of the car, and convincing me to accept it because there in no choice including some fails promotion promises that they denied it after. Very poor technical information on new cars. Very unpleasant customer care. Top of all no reliable maintenance or repair service. I had an appointment at 7:30 am to fix an electric problem that happened twice in les than six months.I was there on time BUT they simply told me they do not have a technician to work on my car! I don't know why they gave me an appointment. They even did not bother themselves to call and cancel the appointment. I don't recommend even Toyoto if have deal with them !

I am totally disappointed with Woodland Toyota. I went there to change my Corolla front brake discs and pads. First, I was astonished by their high charge of inspection, which is obviously a very easy eye check on front brakes that costed me nearly 90 dollars. Second, is their exaggerated labor time (three hours) needed for the replacement of discs and pads on two front wheels. Actually, I replaced them in another garage, where one mechanic spent 20 minutes to finish all the job perfectly. Woodland Toyota said they would contact me for dealing with my complaint in 24-48 hours, but they never contact me later.
The reception lady is very very rude. We went to get our windshield fixed - they didn't recalibrate our collision monitor after fixing it and are trying to charge us for something that they caused to malfunction. Didn't offer a cab to take us back when its 40 degrees outside. Terrible experience and cannot wait to switch dealerships. Following day edit: We had to come back in to pick up our vehicle because they couldn't fix it today - in the time that we left it yesterday evening to find out the collision monitoring wasn't functioning we have now also discovered that they smashed in the buttons (A/C and fans) on the console. So now even more work has to be done and we had to go in on a +40 degree day and drive home in that. I don't know who the hell your mechanic is but thank you for not only breaking the collision monitor but also taking it upon yourself to vandalize our vehicle. Not enough negative things can be said about this place.
Thanks to Cory and the entire team! These guys came highly recommended by a friend and they are really out of the way for me but well worth the drive. They made everything so easy. When it came down to pulling the trigger on a Tacoma it was a no brainer! Between the time of order and delivery communication was great. Everything was as expected. Buying a truck has never been this easy before!

Plus de six mois, plus tard toujours pas de nouvelles. En 2017, nous desirons acheter un RAV, il est evident que nous n'acheterons pas chez Woodland.

My experience with this dealer was excellent as compared to other dealers while i was doing my shopping for new car. I went to 5 different dealers and at last bought from Woodland Toyota. Sales representative(Cory) made everything black n white in first meeting. He took time to explain , gave a very good discount,talked nicely, made me feel special, did not waste my and his own time, picked up or called back whenever left voice msg,added goodies without asking ,and on top of it. upon my request, he even arranged a 1 hr technical session with 2 mechanical experts to explain me about all features of the car . overall, very happy with Cory and team.
Went there for a free check up + oil change (not free oil change, just the check up). Car came back with engine light, AWD light, tire pressure light all turned on. Contacted them about it, they said it was is 100% not their faults and it is just a coincidence that all the lights turned on after their check up/oil change..... Told me it will cost another 90$ for an actually check up? They did the free check up and didn't find anything while 3 lights turned on? 100% scams, not recommended... EDIT "after a month driving with the lights on, we opened the front hood and had a look, the engine air intake tube was taken detached.... Popped it back on and all the lights turned off... Meaning the intake somehow detached after the free check up.... Kinda feel they took it off on purpose and wanted to scam us 90$ for the returned check up"

TL;DR : paid 35$ for Woodland to break the handle on our seats and blame it on us, basically calling my wife and I liars. They refuse to acknowledge their fault and want us to pay 300$ for the repair. Full story: we typically go to Spinelli, but thought we would give Woodland a try since its closer. Big mistake. We were doing a tire change so asked them to investigate why the handle on the back seat wasn’t working while the car was in the garage. The handle wasn’t working but it was however in one piece when we brought it to them. Get the car back, see on the bill a 35$ charge for having investigated the handle, but mentioned that handle is broken and needs more time to repair. I look at the handle and its ripped out. Whoever “investigated” the handle obviously pulled too hard on it and ripped it out. We point this put to the clerk who denies everything and insinuates it was already ripped out and that we were lying. We phoned a number of times, always with the same answer. At the end of the day, we’ll be stuck paying for their incompetence. Went there once, will never go again. Lesson: take pictures of your stuff BEFORE sending it to get repaired at Woodland, because it might come back worse off and you’ll get charged extra. Apart from that they did not cleaned the oil which is spilled out while topping up. They just left the car on the street. Now Imagine if I just drive by believe them, the cloth would have got stuck in the belt or some other part of the engine causing serious problem. On questioning, the service guy answered " Not all people work with same level of quality". Wish I could give 0 stars. Went for a check up recently and will never go back after the experience I've been having with them. Seems to get worst every year. Never received the notes regarding the check up. Only got some prices with no description whatsoever. Person at the pieces counter and the one at the service counter cleary do not talk to each other. No one was able to answer my questions and keep saying to just change evrything "just in case". I will not pay any money when i do not know what it is for or if it is really needed.

Great experience! Anthony (salesman) did a great job at making sure that the vehicle we chose met our needs, worked out a good deal and made this a very pleasant and easy experience (as a new client). On the other hand, there was a admin/accounting mistake that resulted in us being overcharged 500$. It took me nearly 5 months of regular phone calls, voicemails, emails, visits in person to get the money back. As dumb as it sounds, check your paperwork thoroughly before signing it or good luck and much patience.
So many bad review, I won't be going back to this place.

I'm a buyer from Ville Saint-Laurent and recently (April 2017), I went to buy my first car (2014 Toyota Corolla LE) from Woodland Toyota. La raison le detecteur de voiture et d'angle mort qui ferait en sorte que le regulateur monte a 4000 RPM. Et ces normal selon eux!!!! Moi quand je fait mes road test la nuit il ny a personne autour de moi et le RPM monte à 4000. Ce n'est vraiment pas une raison de sensor en avant du véhicule. (Si oui changer le sensor!!!) Je suis à ma cinquième voiture toyota et ce n'est pas vrai que toute les toyota la révolution. Moteur monte a 4000 tour minute sur le cruise control. J'ai parlé à un autre concessionnaire toyota, au directeur de service, qui lui ma dit que réellement un problème du véhicule. A 16h30 le mécanicien à voulu m'explique pourquoi le problème du véhicule était normal. Je lui ai dit: allez je vous enregistré. Le mécano est parti!!! Il ne croit pas lui même à ce que il voulait me dire!!! Il y a quelqu'un qui essaie de se débarrasser du problème sans le régler. Et la je suis plus que à boute. Il voulait que je signe le bon de travail car il veule fermer le dossier. J'ai refuser de signer le bon de travail. Alors si le concessionnaire réclame que il ont régler le problème. Awful Experience. Terrible Customer service. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!! I booked an appointment for a Toyota airbag recall notice. I figured while I'm getting this service done, I could also get rust-proofing and an estimate for some bodywork. I was told when I made the appointment, and the morning I dropped the car off, that the car would be ready the same day. It wasn't. It spend about almost an hour that evening on hold and talking to various people to sort this out. I was promised the car would be ready the next day 10 a.m. at the latest and I'd receive a call. I waited for the call. I Did not get a call. I called them back at 11 and after being put on hold for 10 minutes, they told me it'll be ready soon. Also, I never got the estimate for the bodywork. I asked on phone when I made the appointment, I asked in the morning when I drop the car off, and asked a third time when I talked to them that evening to reschedule the pick up. NO estimate. The guy that does the estimates went for a stroll while I was there to pick up the car. So, I'm out of luck. This is no joke. This is how this place is run. On top of that, I was told I'd get a "free visual inspection" with the appointment. No-one bothered to explain to me the results of the inspection, or gave me any documentation about it. What's the point of an inspection if you don't communicate the results? I wouldn't be surprised if their some serious issue with my breaks and they just forgot to tell me about it. Frankly, based on what I experienced, I would never trust these people with my car again. AVIOD IF YOU CAN!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced ANYWHERE. I feel like I was lied to. I have been shopping around for a used car for a few weeks now and have visited a few dealerships in Montreal to check their car inventory and pricing. After visiting a few dealerships, I thought it would be more efficient to look at the used car inventory through Toyota.ca. I finally found a Corolla 2014, advertised as model S CVT , 47,000km @ $11,500, carproof shows no accidents found/claimed. So I emailed the dealer through Toyota's website asking for the monthly costs of THIS car with the 2 year warranty. XXXXXX emails me back saying (and I quote) "The car is in top shape and we have all the documents about the history and the condition of the car. I invite you to contact me at 514-XXX-XXXX for all the details." This email is from April 30, 2018. I came to the dealership May 1, 2018 to meet XXXXXX in person and see the car, which was still available according to the website that day. I noticed the dealers were busy and I wasn't in a hurry so I was looking at the RAV 4's patiently. After some time, XXXXXX comes up to me (without introducing himself) and asks what I'm looking for. I tell him I'm here to see the Corolla 2014 priced at $11,500 on the website. He tells me "we don't have a Corolla priced at $11,500 and that is a mistake". A mistake on a car advertised at $11,500?!? I looked at him puzzled because this car has been on the website for at least a week and NO ONE on their end noticed this hefty mistake?! I wasted an hour to drive there and even emailed the place to know the EXACT cost of this car, and all I get is a vague answer that the car is in top condition. I told him I sent an email for that car asking for the exact price, why didn't he just tell me in the email? Or at least tell me that the advertised price is a mistake and you will remove the ad. Then he tells me that the car I'm actually talking about has had a $9,000 repair due to an accident. I told him the Carproof for this car shows that no accidents were recorded and no estimates on damages were indicated. Another possible lie? Then he looks in his system and tells me that the car was sold yesterday and the website was not updated. Dude, get the story straight, please. I was about to loose it. I am a though sell, especially for car dealerships. I hate the sleazy car salesman who tries to intimidate you into a sale or tries to scare you from doing your due diligence at another dealership. Bottom line is your buying a car for your family and it should be the salesman’s job to give you the best deal possible. Woodland Toyota made it clear from the start that they were going to get me the best deal possible. Anthony Truby is a no-nonsense sales man that doesn’t waste your time. He just gives you the bottom-line best deal possible and makes it happen. No tricks and no gimmicks. Si ma femme n'avait pas appelée, la voiture aurait restée là combien de temps???. J'essaie depuis mardi de rejoindre quelqu'un, mais ce sont toujours à des boites vocales qu'on me transfert. Le directeur du service auto est soit en lunch, soit occupé, soit au téléphone. Il n'a retourné aucun de mes trois messages laissé sur les 20aine de tentatives de le rejoindre. Car je ne laisse pas toujours un message. Je demande le patron de l'endroit M. Gravel... Pas plus de réponse de sa part. On se cache de nous donc quand la soupe est chaude... J'attends votre appel donc. Et je m,attend à bien plus qu'un "Je suis désolé" ! J'ai quitté Spinnelli pour le même genre de " Je m'en foutisme" de la clientèle. I purchased a 2018 Yaris Hatchback on December 29. Cory Theberge was the perfect guide to my shopping. I do not have any conflict of interest in writing this review; I do not have any familial relation, nor business ties, to anyone at Woodland Toyota or Toyota Canada. Cory was attentive to my needs in a vehicle. He was motivated to sell me a car but I did not feel bullied in any way to buy. The product is highly rated and dependable which influenced my decision but I was happy to buy from Cory. I visited other dealerships and was unsatisfied with the salespeople's knowledge of their product and felt buyer's rage caused by salespeople that make you feel like their lives depend on you buying a car from them NOW. These meeting made me appreciate Cory more. I had planned to go to other Toyota dealers but I did not feel I needed to. Cory was able to negotiate a good price while included my non-nogotiables and most of my wants. The ladies at reception are awesome, they were always helpful. Alexandryne finalized the contracts she was professional and clear in her explanations. I observed great teamwork between the above mentioned staff members.
Horrible. Very bad service. Terrible staff. They were letting me test drive a car without winter tires on it. Thank god I checked! The car was fitted with 3 summer tires and one all season tire. It's Dec 19th!!! The roads are icy! They were trying to sell me a used car and didn't want to answer any questions regarding it (maintenance, Carfax, etc) The car didn't start and was fitted with the wrong battery. I ended up boosting it for them with my portable booster!!!! And when asked if I could put the car up on their lift to inspect it, they told me that they could perform the inspection for 120$ !!! I didn't trust that they would do a proper inspection and left. Terrible. Don't go there. They don't care about customer service or SAFETY for that matter.

I got double charged by Woodland Toyota and they have not returned to me till now! I renewed a lease with them for a new car in March this year. On the same day, I paid them the first rent for the new car. However, they still withdrew the old rent from my bank account on the same day. From then on, I kept asking them to repay the old rent, they promised to send me a cheque but have not sent out till now. During the last month, I asked them many times for the cheque, and they just don’t reply me anymore. I don’t understand why they just don’t return us the double payment of just around 400$. They should have paid me in the first week of March. So please take my lesson and be very careful on your bank account if you have to deal with them, especially during the change of lease or other bank account involved issues.

Été-2016: en changeant mes pneus .. ils m’appellent pour dire que j’ai un pneu troué et qu’ils vont le réparer pour 20$ , puis je trouve une facture de 60$ ( sans qu’il y a de traces d’aucune réparation de pneu ) Août-2017 : inspection générale: ils ont changer mes freins : alors qu’ils sont à 50% d’usure !! Je suis allé au Toyota il y a un an pour un changement d’huile, check up & pour changer 2 de mes freins qui étaient bruyants. Ils font le check up, il y a 2-3 choses à changer, changent mes 2 freins comme demandé, font le changement d’huile. Tout est ok. Suite au check up, on m’appelle et on me renseigne que mes 2 autres freins qui n’ont pas été changé, sont usé et qu’il reste 2-3mm avant d’être complètement fini. On me dit, on peut les changer tout de suite, ou si vous ne roulez pas beaucoup, attendez à l’été prochain. Comme je ne roule pas beaucoup, je décide d’attendre à l’été prochain. Ensuite on me rappelle en Février pour me dire que je suis dû pour un nouveau changement d’huile. Je ne comprends pas car normalement les changements d’huile sont à refaire après un certain kilométrage, pas après x nombre de mois. Ils me disent que leur changement d’huile a eux sont à refaire après x nombre de mois, pas après un certain kilométrage. Je trouve ça bizarre, j’étais occupé et je ne roule pas beaucoup de toute façon, donc je décide d’attendre à l’été prochain comme d’habitude. Cet été, je retourne au Toyota pour changement d’huile, check up, et je mentionne qu’on m’avait averti que 2 de mes freins étaient presque fini. Cette fois je suis allé à Longueuil. Résultat du check up : 2 de mes freins sont neufs (ceux qu’ils avaient changé l’été dernier), et les 2 autres freins sont à 8mm sur 12mm. Seulement 4mm d’usure, pourtant l’été dernier, on m’avait dit qu’il en restait seulement 2-3mm et on m’avait même demandé de les changer... c’était complètement faux! Je leur demande en même temps pour le changement d’huile. Ils m’ont confirmé que tous les changements d’huile sont à refaire après un certain kilométrage, pas après x nombre de mois! Si j’aurai écouté les gens du Woodland, j’aurai changé 2 freins presque neufs, et fait un changement d’huile quand j’étais loin d’être dû. Maintenant, je me demande, combien de gens se sont fait avoir? Je vous recommande d’aller ailleurs si vous voulez avoir des discours honnêtes, ce n’est pas leur point fort! Édit après lecture de leur réponse: FUYEZ! Ils ont bel et bien essayé de me charger un problème qui n’existait pas! 2 freins! On parle de plus de 1000$! Was referred to Woodland by a friend, and my wife and I went to meet Maxim's Coutu. We were blown away with the friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness. Having visited a few dealerships prior to this one, we knew right away that we would buy our new Toyota from this dealer and this guy. With a very quick turnaround, Maxim's got me what I wanted for my trade in, and two weeks after our initial visit, we drove away in our new Prius Prime. (only took 2 weeks because we requested the delay!) From the reception, to Maxim's, to F&I Adelaide, we loved every step of the process, and highly recommend buying your next car from them.

Three weeks ago, took my 1999 Solara (21 years old car that looks and runs like new), to the service dept. for some extensive and necessary maintenance work, considering the age of the car. Had to pay quite a bit of money but, it had to be done since I intend to keep that fantastic car forever!!!. In that occasion, visited the sales dept. En partant, ils avaient oublié de me demander le document de la voiture que je donnais en échange, et c’est moi qui les a donnés. Je pars avec la voiture et en arrivant à la maison je vois qu’il manque des documents dans le dossier qui m’avait été remis et qu’une des clés ne marche pas. J’ai décidé de faire une inspection plus minutieuse et j’ai vu que les problèmes observés avant la livraison n’ont pas été réglés comme convenu non plus (quelques marques et égratignures dans la voiture, des tâches dans le siège, la voiture sale). JOUR 3 – Je perds une journée de travail pour aller régler tout de suite le problème. Et arrivant ils me disent que la personne qui a fait la livraison de l’auto a oublié de m’expliquer la plupart des choses. Les personnes qui ont pris mon cas en charge m’ont promis verbalement que tout serait réglé et que le lendemain ma voiture serait livrée à mon travail (et j’ai reçu une voiture de courtoisie pour partir). JOUR 4 – Quand ma voiture est arrivée pour la deuxième livraison, je remarque que le seul problème résolu est celui de la clé. Je décide de ne pas accepter la voiture et la personne ramène la voiture à la concessionnaire. JOUR 5 (oui! Jour 5!) – après me plaindre à gauche et à droite (google review a été le plus effectif) je reçois la voiture qui avait la question de l’égratignure et du siège sale réglé. La voiture n’était pas trop propre, mais la personne m‘a promis que je peux prendre un RDV au printemps pour la nettoyer comme il faut. Résultat : Après 5 jours de stress, j’ai finalement la voiture. Mais .... théoriquement l’expérience certifiée Toyota serait de sortir de la concessionnaire avec une voiture propre avec le plein d’essence (le réservoir était à la moitié pleine à la troisième livraison) et ce n’est pas le cas! En plus, j’ai perdu une journée de travail, et pour moi cela c’est de l’argent. Prix final de l’auto : Le gros prix payé + les avantages que je n’ai pas eu + 1 jour de paye en moins. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ REVIEW 1 Vous n'êtes pas sérieux! Je viens d'acheter ma voiture et je suis vraiment déçue. Je suis retourné le lendemain de l'achat pour régler des problèmes et il m'ont promis de me la livrer aujourd'hui. Service here is extremely variable. There have been a few times where I have been greeted warmly and felt like the service representative actually took the time to treat me like a human being. Other times, I have been coldly dismissed, even when the service was below par. Two times stand out as negatives - 1st, my car key was returned damaged (one of the buttons was missing. The dealership refused to take responsibility for it, and when I insisted, they told me that they'd follow up if they ever got the button piece in stock. They never did. I flagged this at a later visit and they gave me the same runaround. 2nd and more importantly, I had been having a problem with the door of my car trunk sticking for over a year. I brought it to the dealer, who charged me a substantial sum to fix the latch, which they had diagnosed as the problem. A few months later, I was still having the problem, and I noticed that it was intermittent (on cold days, it stuck, on very hot days it didn’t). I brought it back to the dealership saying under the warrantee on their work, but because it was a hot day, the door wasn’t stuck, so they dismissed my claim and refused to listen to my description of the problem or take responsibility for the work. When I told a friend who knows cars but isn't a Toyota specialist about the situation, he immediately had an idea: because it was happening on and off (based on temperature), he suggested that the problem was that the rubber lining of the trunk had degraded and on cold days would harden, thereby sealing the trunk, while on hot days, the liner would soften which would allow the trunk to open. He applied a silicone spray and immediately resolved our situation – not only has the problem not happened since, but he gave me the information and the techniques which would allow me to fix the problem for myself in the future. If the service rep at Woodland Toyota had actually bothered to listen to my description of the recurring problem, they would have saved me time and money, and been able to retain my future loyalty. Incidentally, it was the same service rep who was present for both the first and second issue. I am very much on the fence about continuing to use them as my mechanics.
I don't understand the negative reviews. Everybody I spoke to was amazing! Cory Theberge took care of everything for me, and I couldn't be happier. I spoke to the whole service team and they are just as friendly. I reccomend this dealer to anyone looking for great prices and amazing service.
I shopped at 4 different Toyota dealerships, and I have to say the service does not compare to the service we got at Woodland Toyota. From our salesman Cory, all the way to the receptionist, all perfect. We knew that prices could vary, but not by that much! Cory gave us a price cheaper than the other places, BEFORE negotiation. We came from St Leonard to buy our RAV4. Every bit worth the trip. Cory was our salesman. Great experience with Cory. No pressure. Respectful. Straight forward. Most important, is knowlegabe about the cars he sells. Can't do better.
I did not get what was promised. The sales people are not honest. Make sure to get everything in writing. A year later, I'm changing my winter tires and noticed that they gave me winter tire bolts that are super old and rusted out on a brand new car. More reason not to bring my car back to these folks. Maintenance is has the same issues as as sales.

They promised to get the car ready for the day of the pick up. Worse service I have ever had leasing a car. When I went to return my leased vehicle, even though I had an appointment, they made me wait 1 hour before someone came to see me. When I got the car in back in 2015, they made me leave a $500 deposit and gave me a recipt. After returning the car, they refused to refund my security deposit!?! The car was in perfect condition. When I asked them why, they claimed that the dealership was owned by a different owner at the time of my lease start, and now it’s owned by Dilwari dealership. Therefore the so-called manager refused to refund me even though I had a receipt from them! They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Nothing like when they were trying to sell me the car. Avoid this dealership at any cost. If you go there, make sure to check your contract properly and make sure they put everything in the final contract. These guys are fraud. Be cautious.

Very very bad experience, my vacation is ruined. I ordered new sienna 2017 in February 2016 and the sale representative told me to wait for 2-4 weeks. When I called back in March, the sales manager told me to wait for three months more because it is hot sales for sienna. Being understanding, I told him to give me the confirmation when place my order. He said he would place order on March 10th. After that, I called him few times to follow up. He promised me that he already placed the order and I kept waiting. During the three months waiting period, they always said everything was fine. Finally, today, May 9th, I got a shocking news when I went to the store to confirm the delivery date. The sale manager claimed that the order has been cancelled three weeks ago because Toyota Canada doesn't produce this model of sienna. I doubt if the reason is trustworthy, but why no one feel responsible to inform me if the order was cancelled THREE weeks ago?? Instead, they told me “everything was fine”? I requested to see the placement of order and he said there was no proof. I was so pissed so I asked to talk with his supervisor. The supervisor was not on duty in the morning, so I had to go back in the afternoon. He gave me another story. He said they couldn't order this model for the past two months and they just got chance to place order yesterday. He was so rude to tell me: If you want it then you have to wait for another 3 months; if you don't want to, The dealership will not compensate any thing for your lost. Absolute worst service department out of all the Toyota dealerships I've dealt with (and/or any garage for that matter). I'll be starting a legal procedure against them shortly so I won't go into too much details, but for anyone out there thinking of doing business with them, my only advice is don't. Something as simple as returning a phone call to provide me with an update took over a month (all while my car was sitting there). Actually scrap that, it took an in person visit to confront whoever was in charge. The service department has been absolutely flawless and looked after my truck with care (even if it was not purchased originally at their dealer). The manager went out of his way to offer me a great deals on tires and servicing on more than one occasion. Having recently moved, I thought I'd had a hard time finding a reputable and trustworthy dealership in my new town but I'm glad I stopped at Woodlands, they have earned my business for many years to come.

I went in for a recall repair , initiated by the dealership, and was told before making the appointment that the part will be ordered for a smooth repair before I come in. I took half a day off work. I received a call 15 minutes after dropping off my car that they do NOT have the part, they didn't order it. Not only did I receive a lame excuse, I was dealt with very poorly. Il me dit qu'il n'y avait de probleme et que ce serait change. Apres verification chez canadian tire, le test de batterie indique que la batterie n'est plus bonne et qu'elle devrait etre change. Je renvoie l'auto en le boostant chez Woodland Toyota et le laisse avec Mr Felipe afin que la batterie soit change. Ce dernier me ramene l'auto quelques jour plutard avec une nouvelle batterie. N'ayant plus confiance, j'informe a nouveau Mr Felipe de mon desir de faire une contre-inspection et lui meme me suggere CAA et me rassure que s'il ya des reparations ce seraient fait a leur niveau. Mes doutes se confirment a nouveau car CAA m'informe que le filtre a air d'habitable est a changer et plus grave l'auto n'a pas l'ecrou de securite des roues car n'ayant pas pu enlever roues afin verifier les freins. Vue que ce dealer atteste sur sa page de leur credibilite et inspection; comment ne se sont-ils pas rendu compte qu'il manquait l'ecrou de securite des roues? Car sur leur rapport d'inspection c'est mentionne que les freins et plaquettes de disque sont en bon etat! Il avait aussi mention que la batterie etait bonne dans ce meme rapport; cette meme batterie qu'il ont eux meme change suite a mon intervention. J'interviens a nouveau cette fois ci en contactant directement le directeur des ventes Mr Francis qui s'assura de l'echange de l'ecrou de securite. Cette experience m'a fait perdre enormement de mon temps, mon argent et m'a cause beaucoup de desagrement. Je deconseille fortement ce concessionnaire.
