This is my first review about a car dealer and that’s for my brand new Toyota Corolla LE 2020. My experience with Toyota Spinelli Lachine is awesome from the day one. The moment I did the first visit I met Richard in sales executive and he was so helpful for me to decide what I really need. Before visiting Spinelli i had already met with some of the dealers in town and I was not happy with the way the deal customers. I never feel such a trouble here.Richard was so helpful to get my first car in my life. He did consider my request from time to time. The day I receive the car , i met with an another gentleman from the sales but i forgot his name, i think he is the sales manager. He was the one who explained me about the car in detail before i start the first drive. He was also an awesome person. He took enough time to explain all those tiny things although the time had reached to closing time. Finally , i met an another fabulous lady from the service section Mrs. Diane Hince (conseiller). She was helpful to know what is going to happen with my first service. I give her a 10 **********. She answered all my question. I strongly recommend Spinelli to my friends.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota Spinelli Lachine, and I must say the main reason I did so was because the sale’s representative (Mr. Héroux) took the time to answer my numerous questions. He not only gave me the usual run through of the vehicle but never once made me feel like I was wasting his time by getting informed on the vehicle’s history or mechanic maintenance. I’m mentioning this because I had been to more than a handful of dealerships and rarely felt like I was being taken seriously. Mr. Héroux changed that pattern, and he secured the sale.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICES,DONT WAST UR TIME! The services of this branch are really awful. I used to go to ile perrot and I was really satisfied, but because of the long distance, I came to this branch. I paid 100$ for carwash After I went and got my car, I saw that inside of the car was not washed at all and the outside of my car had just been soaked and wasn't cleaned properly!!(they asked me to left the car one day I went and came back the day after and my car wasn't ready yet!!) When I asked for an explanation, nobody answered me and wasting my time one more hour . Finally, the manager came, even though I showed him the car was not washed. He didn't accept to refund my money after all he only refunded me 50$!! EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEIR SERVICES

I visited this dealership because they had a Toyota Corolla 2020 SE showroom model discounted and I was looking to renew my lease. I give them 2 starts because they were not open with me about how they calculated the monthly lease, basically using a deceptive tactic that was counting on me being an easy to fool customer. I do not recommend this dealership and I will not return here. There are many other Toyota dealerships in the Montreal area. The one I can recommend is the Toyota Spinelli Pointe-Claire dealership.

A super big hug filled with admiration, respect and appreciation for Richard, Sophie and Steven at Spinelli with help buying my '21 Rav4. My experience with was so smooth, easy and absolutely NO PRESSURE. I went with a budget which they were able to accommodate and they answered ALL my questions thoroughly and got the car I actually wanted and more. Richard was straight forward and efficient, by the end all I wanted to do was give him a huge hug for just being so helpful. Sophie helped with add-ons and benefits, between her and Richard everything just happened like it was just meant to be. On my delivery date my salesman man was suppose to be off but got called in. It's like god knew just seeing Richard was a relief was checking in on the final process. Answered my questions till the end. I was serviced by Steven on the day I received my car, god bless this man with long and prosperous life, he deserves it. The fact that he maintains his energy and is so charismatic is something I truly admire, non stop working. At this job for 15 years he truly loves what he does and is good at it. ZERO I had a sidewall puncture on my front car wheel (of my rav 4 2019). I went to the dealer on monday july 6 around 10am. The service team came back to me around 12. to tell me that they did not have the tire and they will order it and receive it in the PM. I go home and i receive their call around 3pm. I rush there and they install the tire and everything is done as so it seems. I look at the front tire that they replaced. It is not the same Tire model and the Dot is a 2014 dot. I went back inside and talked to the installer and he said its probably discontinued my tire thats why they sent them that one. He calls he supervisor and he admits it doesnt make sense and its a mistake. They call toyota central where they place the orders and it seems toyota sent the wrong tire and that they shoud receive it in the next morning. The next day which is today. july 7th i receive a call at 2pm (and not in the morning as they said) that they receive the tire and that i should leave the car at the dealership and pick it up wednesday. However, I have to work. I am an essential worker and I already wasted 2 of my days off to fix this trouble which should have just taken one. So I went there on tuesday and i still had to wait 1h30 to get it done when i should be in priority when the mistake was from their end and that I was the one who had to point out there was dangerous mistake. The employees did not double check the tire before installing. I though i could trust them but i find it really scary when they say its all good and you as the customer you realise that there is a problem with it. No compensation But just wait wait and wait...

Ok, so there's a sales representative called Michael, he welcomes you as a King but, if you end up not lease or finance the car, he will tear the price paper with full of his anger in front you by saying bye bye without looking at you. Many people give 5 stars to this dealership, I believe it should be good in general. So if you ever decide to go there, try not to deal with this guy. And Michael, you should me ashamed of being part of this highly reviewed dealership.

Bought a certified used Toyota Corolla LE from Toyota Spinelli and the car had only 25,000 km on it and I was assured that the car was inspected and had no accidents. Given the “reputation for reliability” of Toyota I was not even encouraged to buy the extended warranty and I was told the transmission and engine would have warranty for up 100,000 km. Starting last month my car started making a weird noise while driving which seems to be from the transmission. I brought the car in for a a check up and after paying on an hourly basis to diagnose the problem ($69) they told me that there is a faulty bearing inside the transmission and they would have to change the entire transmission (costs over $7,500 including labor) and to much of my surprise it’s not even covered by Toyota and I would have to pay out of pocket. In addition to that I have also noticed some abnormalities in the car that is a clear indication that the vehicle had been in an accident. So please be aware when buying from this dealership as they try to boast a lot about the reliability of their Toyota cars and sell you their vehicles. It’s unbelievable that a transmission fails at 42,000 km! Extremely disappointed at the Toyota brand and Toyota Spinelli dealership and I believe their action of selling this car has been fraudulent. As clearly evident, most of the positive reviews here are from new customers who just purchased a car from them - because they do treat you while at the time of purchase! Wait and see how the service and their vehicles turn out! Be aware of where and what you are buying. P.S. I spoke with the management at this location and also with Toyota Canada but they offered only a partial compensation to fix the problem. This would still be close to $4,000 cost on my Toyota Corolla with only 42,000 km on it! Toyota Canada told me over the phone that they “never recommend customers to buy used vehicles from Toyota”! So don’t be deceived by the notion of “contacting the client to make it right”. They have no intention of doing that.

I really wonder why they take the time to make appointment times, I had an appointment for tire change at 14h00 and they knew that I was waiting for the car (that was the type of appointment I booked), I was there promptly at 13h55 and proceeded to register the car with the service staff which was very courteous. I was told that it would take around 2 hours because it is a delicate operation since I have mag wheels, that is why it would take so long. I take his word for it and proceed to the waiting room. One hour later, I still don’t see my car in the garage so I decided to check in the parking lot, to my surprise, my car was standing there and has been standing there for one hour. I decided to ask the service person why my car was still outside and his attitude became less courteous, he crossed his arms in front of him and proceeded to tell me that this place is like the doctor’s office, even though you have an appointment, they will help you when they have availability, that really P…ed me off. I ended-up having my car at 16h30, 2h30 later instead of the promised 2h. I only had bad experience with this place, from the sales to the service, I will definitely stay away in the future.

I met with a dealer he was nice at first explained the benefits after agreeing on a deal and price I was taken to the finance room to discuss payment and then I was upselled additional products and the price went up it’s very shady way to sell people stuff and when I refused the person got aggressive why I said no. after that I refused the deal and the dealer got rude. From my experience I won’t trust them again even if they gave me a car for free, very unprofessional and 2 faced people they smile and dress in suits but don’t let that fool you . They keep saying they are there to help you but not once did I feel as a customer. They need a lesson in treating customers with more respect. They shouldn’t represent car corporations.

The worst service ever received! 3 hours waiting for a simple winter tire change and still no news! Still waiting! My car disappeared from the workshop for 1 hour. They said it was for the road test though I hadn't asked for it! No apology and finally decided to take my car without balancing! The best decision I ever made! One of the sales person by the name of Normand Latreille told him he would reserve the car for him and let him know when he can come pick it up. Fast forward to today, my boyfriend was told he could pick up his car at 1 pm today, afrer nearly an hour long bus drivde as soon as he got there, Normand calls him to tell him that he sold the car already. Obviously we were beyond angry and called the manage to let him know and all he said was “I’ll talk to him about it”. Him getting a little slap on the back of his hand won’t give us our time back or a car so unless you talking to him means us getting a damn car I sure hope you do a lot more than just “talk to him”. If this isn’t HORRIBLE customer service then I honestly don’t know what is.

To everyone who wants to buy or lease a car. Do your research as much as you can. Don't sign anything on the first day of the test drive. Give it few more days. Visit other dealers for better offers. Don't trust the sales guy with any info. Check online, and ask questions on forums. Try another test drive later. I was too excited on the first day and lost my senses because the car was really cool, but discovered I didn't like it on the same day I took it, after driving about 10km. Once the documents are signed the sales people or their managers will not help you to exchange it for another car. So I'm stuck with my car (2nd lease from them) for the next 3-5 years. Otherwise, their service is ok, and I never had any mechanical issues when doing service there. I like that they drive you home, and back to pick up the car at the service.

I blew my tire nearby, minutes away from this dealership. Since my car has no spare and is a Toyota lease, I was okay going here and that is where roadside assistance directed me to. I understand I didn't have an appointment but after an hour of waiting and me finally approaching the service counter, I asked if I could just leave my car there (as the man behind the desk was supposedly checking to see if my tire was in stock but he was certainly in no rush). I was on my way to work so I gave up and left. A few hours later, no word from the dealership so I called to make sure I could pick up my car that evening between 8-9pm. Receptionist said no, they close at 8pm. I had asked the service center before I left who said they closed at 9pm, so I was frustrated. Eventually I was told my tire had to be ordered and they'd call before 4pm to let me know my car was ready. 3:45pm...and no phone call so I called them. Yep! Car is ready and yes, we close at 9pm. Picked up my car that night and noticed damage in wheel well behind the tire, some screws missing etc. I guess they were either too much in a rush and just replaced my tire or didn't even look. I'll go back to my usual Spinelli to get this looked at, definitely won't return to this dealership. On the plus side, the waiting area was large and clean with plugs to charge phones/laptops. There seemed to be a counter where you could order food, I left at around 9h30am and it was still closed, maybe due to covid? Side note: no free shuttle due to covid. Rental/replacement car for $34/day. Too bad I had to uber even though my workplace was 10 minutes away...

I brought it back, they put a bolt to tighten the battery...65$ Nothing was fixed and I STALLED WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY! I COULD HAVE GOTTEN KILLED. I had to bring two kids with me, so I asked in writing MULTIPLE times to confirm that I would be coming to see a Highlander HYBRID, and it was confirmed multiple times, and I was told Mr Simon P would be there to "greet me". Not only was Simon not even there, but no one seemed to be expecting me, I was put in touch with a sales rep who also confirmed we could test drive the highlander hybrid. He takes me out to the parking lot, and only then reveals that not only does he not have a Highlander Hybrid to test drive, but he doesn't even have a Highlander PERIOD. He offers to test drive the CRV with me instead. Complete and utter waste of my time. When I told him I confirmed this many times over email ahead of arriving, he barked, "Who did you speak to?" as if I was lying. Never felt so disrespected in my life. I followed up with Nadine afterwards explaining the debacle, and she didn't even bother responding. Don't bother going to this place, they are totally unprofessional.

The worst sales manager I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The rest of Toyota Spinelli dealership that I dealt with was fine. Sales manager name "Sabestien" was arrogant, cocky, liar and desresptful. He should not be a sales manager as he goes against policy. I had requested a down deposit on a certain vehicle, as I lived out of province the down deposit was $1,300 more expensive than the normal deposits that's required as "I live in another province as per sales manager Sebestien has requested. I was currently going through the VW emissions scandal and could not pick up the vehicle until after I got rid of the VW which was all arranged with the salesman I spoke with. (whom was fantastic) Finially I contacted the dealer for 2-3 days straight with no response from anyone as I was attempting to book a flight to accommodate the sales manager as he left me a voicemail and would not talk to me on the phone stating "business is business" he has 4 million dollar invintory and he can sell the car today. Finially another voicemail was left that my deposit will be refunded because they sold the vehicle "while I had a down deposit". The sales manager reached out to me and stated that he will keep me on the list for another vehicle that is the same and they'll contact me. **** I hope this gets read by everyone as I do NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Sebestian the sales manager should be fired for the way he does business. I feel bad for the people who work below this individual. All the best car shopping and please look else where.

On the way I noticed that there was a LOT of play with the brakes. My mechanic said that the pads had been replaced but not the disks, which were in terrible, unsafe condition. Took it back to the dealer. Salesman went to talk to his boss who said that I could buy the car at the window price and the disks would be replaced. No discount whatsoever on the original price. They let me drive off of their lot in a potentially dangerous car trying to sell it as is. There was also a large crack in the front skirt which they offered to go halves with me and replace....but that is another story. First trip to Spinelli - not happy.

I was told they could fix/open my stuck car trunk for around $100. There was no mention of any fee for a diagnostic. I agreed and later received a phone call stating it would be $600 to fix. When I said sorry that was too much they complained they already had the trunk taken apart. They charged me $100 for a "diagnostic" yet they had no idea what was wrong with it. When I asked what was broken about it, how it happened and was it a manufacturers defect they could only reply they didn't know but had never seen anything like it before. I had to pay them $100 left with a still broken trunk. I have never been charged anywhere else for a diagnostic. I left a complaint, was told I would receive a call back from management and never got a call. TERRIBLE service.

Nous sommes le 21 avril et toujours aucune nouvelle malgré un message laissé à nouveau à la comptabilité cette même journée. Pour un concessionnaire qui facilite les allégements financiers pour leurs clients en ce temps de pandémie, il est plutôt difficile de comprendre pourquoi un tel traitement. La loi de la protection du consommateur est claire : ils sont tenus par la loi de rendre le dépôt en cas d'annulation. Considérant que la demande de remboursement a été effectuée bien avant la pandémie, je trouve ce service tout à fait irresponsable, irrespectueux et un sérieux manque de professionnalisme de la part du vendeur et du concessionnaire! J’ose pas imaginer le service après-vente! Personnellement, trouvez-vous un autre concessionnaire Toyota pour faire vos affaires! Et tant qu’à ça, évitez-dont Toyota tout court!

I used to take our RAV4 to Lachine expecting to get great Toyota service! They've had no idea of why my engine, VSC and 4wd light go on and off, but they were comfortable suggesting to get a new motor and very pushy about us buying a new car (our car has lasted 5 years since). I took my RAV4 in a few weeks ago for a free recall. The mechanic cut a connection next to our brakes; within a week I needed a new set of brakes! My free recall ended up being extremely dangerous (especially with young children in the car) and expensive! No more Lachine Toyota for us! EVER!

I was asked if i wanted to balance my tires, i knew they were fine but the service person said it’s free to check and you only pay if they rebalance. After 2 hours I had them for free (stupid strategy to let the client feel that he obtained something for free). - he charged me for the preparation, but on their site was mention that this service is for free - every 10 min he went to talk with his supervisor, like he was not able to negotiate, or has no idea about the deal. - before to sign a paper for a deposit he told me "look i lost so much with you, you have to sign the contract with me." I did not know what to say... - I signed the contract and the day after he called me and ask me to go back to his office because he forgot to give me the 2nd pair of keys and a receipt. - and after all..."yes, you may have a gift if you come back next week to answer to some questions..." how funny is that? Our salesman, Peter Papas, dealt with all my questions with great professionalism and very honest in admitting when he had to check the information (very seldom in his case) vs other salesman that lied to me on questions for which I knew the answer. He worked with us throughout the entire process and was very good listener vs just pushing sales on you like other dealers. I would definitely recommend his services if you are looking for a Toyota. I do not recommend this dealership. Bad customer service including after sale service. I am leasing a 2020 corrolla with them an when I took the car I was offered an additional protection plan which includes free maintenance service for 3 years. I specifically asked about the tire change and i was advised it was included and this is part of the reason why i took the plan. I had an appointment for my tire change a couple days ago and when I got there, not only was I told I had to wait 2 hours even though I had an appointment but they are charging me 80$ for the service. When asking the girl, she said the charge is for mounting the tires on the rims since the tires they sold me didnt include rims. I left my car there upset since I didnt want to wait. I tried to find my own solution since obviously nothing was being offered to me. I called back and asked if they could sell me some rims and they told me its 91$ for the basic wheels and they would still need to charge me 80$ to mount them. Not willing to negotiate at all to try and make my experience a little better. I obviously didn't buy the rims and still ended up to pay 80$ for the service. Maybe this should be mentioned to your customers when they sign a 5 year lease with you.

I bought a new Toyota Corolla from Toyota Spinelli Lachine for more than $26,000, including Spinelli Rust-proof Protection Plan and other additions. At the time of purchase, I was told that the plan includes a re-application free of charge after 10 years from its initial application or after getting 96,000km; no conditions for expiration or expiration date is on the contract. Today I took the car back for the re-application, and the service department refused it because the dealership sales team leader, Mr Ihab Al-Sayess would refuse to pay for the service. As I went across the street to meet with him and to show him all original documents, his reasons for refusal were inconsistent by changing statements throughout the discussion. Be extremely cautious with Spinelli CUSTOMIZED programs. Make sure all terms and conditions are clearly defined on the contract or they would find all possible ways not to fulfill their post-sales obligations. Sorry to miss your call on the August 07. As I returned the call @ 5:01pm, the receptionist couldn't help me identify the caller. Unfortunately, no record of phone call from Spinelli on August 12. I still have the original certificate of the Spinelli Rust-proof Protection Plan, it doesn't state the re-application to be done at 4 years; however, at the time of purchase, I was told the re-application would be after 10 years or after 96,000 km based on regular driving of 10,000km - 12,000km per year. I went there with my Toyota to get my tires changed and mainly replaced two studs and bolts that were missing . I arrived at 6pm to pick my car and the garage was closed so i had to pay at the dealership and pick my car. After i took my car I realized that the tires were changed but some bolts were missing on the two front tires. I also realized the air was low on one front tire , i had to pay 2$ at some gaz stations to fill it, though they claim the filled them with nitrogen for 19$ extra. I called and left several messages from Monday to Wednesday, on Wednesday, I finally reached my agent. She said to bring my car in and she will pass me right away since she didn't know why they didn't do the job ( replacement of bolts and stus ). I took my car in today and they charged me 61$ (17$ for bolts and stud and extra 35$ for the work that could have been done at the same time last week when my tires were changed. In conclusion i am furious for having to go there twice and be charged 35$ for their mistakes. And having to go to a gaz stations to filled tires that were changed same day. I honestly should have just went to canadian tires to changed my tires , am disappointed.

Promises were made on their part, arrangements were made on ours and at the end of the day the truck gets sold to someone who came out of nowhere and gave a deposit a day earlier than us. Are arrangements included driving 7 hours to go get the truck but we couldn't leave as we were selling our vehicle first. So now because of these money sucking vampires, I have no vehicle (and I have 2 kids)! And these guys could not care less. No more lotalty, pride or word. I took my truck to the Dealership for a brake change for which I paid more than 800$. The car was running smoothly and did not have any mechanical malfunction. When it was returned to me (on a Friday day) the hand break was engaged without showing it on the dashboard. And they told me that I needed to make an appointment to repair it. The next Monday, I returned the vehicle because I could barely drive it. The manager refused to take any responsibility on the damaged caused and adopted a hostile attitude. So I was forced to pay ~850$ to repair the damage that the dealership caused. And the nightmare was not over yet. The day after picking up the car the vehicle did not have any power. When I tried to climb even the smallest slope, the vehicle did not respond. I informed the dealership about this problem and they asked me to bring it over to evaluate the problem. Then, the manager told me that they had found a "code" that needed to be repaired; which involved changing multiple parts + labor. For a total cost of almost 3000$. In conclusion, I gave them a nice running car and they gave me a broken one in two different opportunities. In addition to taking ~1700$ of my money. I have never felt so rip-off in my life. It was a nightmare, a disgusting experience that made me feel disrespected. I do not wish anybody to suffer experience. My advise to the fellow driver out there: run away from that dealership as fast as you can. Do not give them your vehicle or you may deeply regret it; like I do.

Stay away from this dealer and their maintenance! We leased a Honda first from them, and the Customer Service and Maintenance was awful. Tried to escalate a few times to Service Managers and they just would not even bother calling back. We decided to lease a Toyota next (thinking maybe it was just Honda) from Spinelli Lachine and assuming Toyota had a strong reputation of reliability and safety; we were just starting a family. We splurged and got a very expensive brand new AWD RAV4. Less than 2 years and 18K km later, the car wouldn’t even start one day, in the month of MAY! Had to have a neighbour jump start our car because Spinelli Service couldn’t bother calling us back on time, after paying them +$400 to just have it serviced not even a few weeks ago. Now they are refusing to service it all - on warranty - unless we fork over more money to them - just to find out why the battery died on a brand new car!!! Awful awful service.

On the day of purchase things were ok. The salesman was respectful, kind and understanding however it took 4 hours to complete the presale. I knew exactly what model I was buying but Richard kept being interrupted or had to wait on others to get informations. That was on March 24th. I had to wait a week to pick up the car even though they had it in the parking lot. On March 31 when I arrived to take possession of the car there was a big commotion at the dealership as they had no electricity. It took another 3h as there was a mistake on the final bill of sales. When I eventually saw the car I was disappointed as some clients were sitting on it, the roof rack wasn’t installed, the protection 3M hasn’t been applied, the lock nuts were not installed, the car was dirty and had a few scratches on the pillar of the left back window. The salesman Richard was also extremely disappointed and did everything he could to make me feel better. He said he would call me back to set an appointment to get the protection, roof rack and the lock nut installed. To make things even worse, as I left and went on the highway the engine was revving very high as the hybrid battery was depleted. I could barely go at 70 km/h as the electric motor is needed to go at higher speed. I hope I didn’t damaged the engine. They should have charged it or told me not to go on the highway until the battery had minimal change. Once at home I look at the tire pressures and they inflated the right tires at 42Psi and the left tires at 38 psi when it is supposed to be 36psi front and 35psi back. How could they get it that wrong? It is dangerous to drive with tires inflated that way. I brought the car back on April 12 to get the protection, roof rack and lock nuts installed and I was sincerely wishing they would help me to gain their trust again. At drop off I felt they were taking care of me this time. However when I picked the car I was again let down: the protection hasn’t been installed as promised (the 3M didn’t wrap around the hood like the demo even though I fully made sure they understood it would be installed that way), also the inside of the car was full of grime on both sides between carpet and exterior (how this could have happened as it hasn’t rained in a week and they were only installing the roof rack) they did put a plastic protection on the driver seat though. Another thing I found annoying is they changed the settings of the screen, radar sensitivity and audio system. And again they inflated the right tires at 42Psi and the left tires at 38 psi when it is supposed to be 36psi front and 35psi back. I truly wish to forgive what happened but how could I trust them again? I finally received a call today (April 24th) hoping it would be to set an appointment to reinstall the protection properly however it was to blame me that I didn’t give them an excellent quote on the Toyota survey… How could I write on the survey that I was totally satisfied after my experience? I still don’t have an appointment coming to get the protection fixed. To me, they do not care for their customers, they only want to make money. I like giving 5 stars review, but based on my personal experience stay away from that dealership. I don’t want you to go through the same pain.

Posting this a bit late but had too... Worst customer service ever. Will never return for my oil change I dropped my car at 8 am and was told that the car would be ready at 11h30 am. Once I got there at noon I was told that the car was still not ready. I had to wait another 2 hours with no ride as I was getting late for work. I eventually called my family member to pick me up. Called back at 5 pm however they had no pick up service available. Unfortunately I was told by a staff member that my best option would be to come pick up the car the next morning since they were closing soon. The following day when I got there by taxi, the gentleman at the counter told me that I should've taken a taxi the previous day to come as they would've "covered my taxi" which was clearly not mentioned the day I called at 5pm. Complete BS I asked for a compensation to the manager in place for all this inconvenience and was given a 50$ gift card which could only be applicable after spending 200$ on cleaning services (that coupon was being handed to every customer so it was nothing special) Completely disappointed and would not recommend

Hugely disappointed I was in last week to try a car from their used lot in Lachine and have my car evaluated. I went out on a test drive and liked the car a lot. I was disappointed that my trade-in was low-balled, but not enough so to have not purchased the car I test drove. I was told I'd get a call the next day to receive a final price on my trade-in and their best price on the vehicle I test drove. Never got a call back! SO un-professional. Lol - I would have bought the car! My wife purchased her last new vehicle from Spinelli Pointe-Claire and is actively looking for a new one now. This experience has left us with a bad taste. Front desk clerks are very friendly and that's all about it for this dealer. One start rating is too high for them. They raise bills like crazy, don't perform accurate diagnosis, they're even comfortable enough to blame you instead of working for you.I had a defective a/c, it was simply not working. they told me that it was the rear pipe that was pinched and that I had to change the whole system, a 3500$ job if all can be done within 2.5h. When i went to a small mechanic shop they were able to pin point the issue in less than an hour. The inside of the car was freezing cold! Toyota Spinelli Lachine are not able to fix their own cars. They made me go back and forth 3 times because they can't coordinate work/ services with their sister department (the bodyshop). I could say much more. Do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else!!

Worst ever, they never answer calls, they never return calls, no greeting when you phone. I phoned and said "Good afternoon" bu the receptionist did't greet me back when I greeted her again she didn't answer. I asked her if she heard me but she didn't even care. Hello all! My experience with Toyota Spinelli Lachine was great. I dealt with Sebastien. His service was quick, professional, and honest. He sold me a 2015 Lexus IS250. His knowledge and courteous efforts brought the whole experience to another level. The car was on hold for another client but fortunately for me, that sale didn't go through. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration for Spinally Toyota Lachine which has leased me a car which was return by previous owner with an accidental history but it was leased to me without disclosing any such information. Fraud 1. The history for vehicle was not disclosed Fraud 2. When some one was willing to take over my lease and passed the credit. They refused to transfer the lease. . Fraud 3: Assessment was so bad 2019 Corolla with 9800 KM assessed only $ 12000 and asked me to pay $ 7000 if I return the car. Stay away from these bunch of fraud as Toyota is unable to help in this matter Since each franchise is individually responsible. Toyota Lachine is a shame for Toyota Canada.

This is one of the best toyota dealerships that I know, and I'm comparing to at least 10 other toyota dealers that I know. I'm keep visiting them even if it's far from where I live.

Exceptional customer service! We dealt with Steve, Rodney and a woman whose name I forgot unfortunately but they were all incredibly helpful and walked us through every step of the buying process. I can't stress how trustworthy and accommodating these guys are. I was shocked at how much they cared. The services they offer are exceptional as well, I took advantage of the extended warranty and several other things.
