From start to finish my car-buying experience with Spinelli Mazda was nothing short of fantastic. I had spent a fair bit of time researching for a good used car and was pleased to find exactly what I wanted at Spinelli Mazda. After speaking with a customer service rep (Alessandro) my sales consultant Alex set up the deal and came through with a fair price and a straightforward transaction. De plus ceci n'est pas le premier conflit de la part du directeur, je suis surprise qu'il réussisse à vendre sa salade. La question et est ce qu'il croirait lui même à ses arguments banales.

Overall service and buying experience was terrible. The salesmen (Antoine) was arrogant and condescending throughout experience. Attention to little details was poor (i.e. appointment times, follow-ups, maintenance, car features and inclusions/exclusions) and sales pressure high to change to new lease very quickly. New car had scratches all over and was not ready for delivery. Salesmen pressured to sign lease before actual delivery. Did not offer any upgrades or loyalty extras. Did not feel welcome and definitely not treated like a loyal (existing) and valued customer. Decided to cancel "new" lease due to the quality of service and was charged fees ($400 plus taxes). Pretty unacceptable considering was pressured to sign lease agreement before delivery and inspection of new vehicle! Will not be returning to this dealer. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible customer service! My wife bought her car at this dealership 5 years ago. Since then, we have been going for servicing and to change tires twice a year. We've had a few mishaps with them, such as when in the fall, my wife showed up to her appointment to get her tires changed, only to find out and they hadn't ordered them from the warehouse yet. But this latest episode really put us over the edge. She went to get her summer tires put on, only to be told that the tires she had left in storage were "shot", something they had failed to tell her when, in the fall, they had happily accepted her money to store them over the winter... Of course, they never offered any apology and resorted to blaming her. It is fair to ask why, given that we have been so unhappy with their service on multiple occasions, we haven't changed where we bring our business yet. Truth be told, we were just going back out of habit and because we are both extremely busy people. But I'm glad to report that it's now official, we're never setting foot (or rather wheel) back over there. They are just not worth our business!

David was friendly and courteous and went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed and took me for a great test drive. Today, thanksgiving day, I had an appointment to do a test drive, they sent me around 3 text messages (the last one was today morning saying have a beautiful test drive at Spinelli) plus an email to confirm the appointment and the car was not in the agency. They cant even do a oil change right and they always try and fix parts that don't really need fixing, I went for a oil change and problem with front caliper and they change the one in the back that did not need changing and they did not screw the plastic cover properly so I broked it rolling on the highway and they did not want to replace it even thought it was there fault

will lie to you about condition of used cars. I was assured the body was "mint" but when I showed up the inspection sheet clearly stated the body work "needed attention" on top of this the car had almost unacceptable brake thickness, and other deficiencies miscellaneously listed on the inspection. Instead of accurately reporting them, or informing me, the salesperson I dealt with tried to convince me to change the brakes myself to take $200 off the total price. Waste of time bothering with these guys. They are just hoping to get you in and get you out with a new set of keys.

Due to a mix up on the their part I was given two sets of winter tires when I purchased my used car from them last fall. I only realized I had two sets of winter tires this spring as I was getting ready to change them. Needless to say I called them right away and it took a few times before I was able to get into contact with someone that would be able to help me. Once I got a hold of their manager he told me they would gladly switch out and install a set of summer tires when I come in. Already I had spent a lot of time and energy sorting this silly mistake of theirs out, but I was relieved that the manager Alex made it easy and I did not have to fight them on this. Alex was very helpful on the matter. Now the appointment I made for the following week at 7 am is a different story. I set it up early in the morning so that I would be able to be on time for work. I was told my tires would ready and waiting for me and the garage staff would be informed of the situation as the manager wouldn't be there to explain the situation that early in the morning. What ended up happening was me having to explain to the staff the whole situation, then wait for just over 3 hours for that simple tire change. What caused me issue with the service was that there was no apology for the long wait and when I asked why it took so long I was told that they had to "get in contact with the manager and find the tires"... Now understandably this situation is a bit unique, but what irritates me is I was promised the week before that my tires would be ready waiting for me at 7 am so that I could be in and out. 3 hours, no apology, and being very late for work has made this a poor experience with Mazda Spinelli. Update: I was called by the manager Alex and we talked things over. I was appreciative of him calling to follow up on this review. As this is my first car it wasn't an ideal first purchase experience, but Alex seems sincere and I will continue to do business with them. Also he let me know that they installed new tires, something I was unaware of at the time. I added a few more details to reviews and updated my review rating.

There was a lot of delay in our pick-up, we made an appointment and finally first come, first served. Also the person advised us to throw away our winter tires which were - supposedly - too worn. We refused because we were not convinced of the evaluation. A few months later, in another Mazda garage on the South Shore, the service manager told me that the winter tires are ok for an additional season (I don't push him, he tells me that if it was his tires , he would use them one last year). Moral of the story, the tires are good for 2 more seasons, contrary to what Mazda Spinelli said. I'm no automotive expert but the honesty of this garage clearly leaves a lot to be desired. Unless you want to pay the big bill and be told stories, I strongly advise against. There is more than enough garage not to choose this one. Beaucoup de retard lors de notre prise en charge, on prend un RDV et finalement premier arrivé, premier servi. Quelques mois plus tard, dans un autre garage Mazda de la rive Sud, le directeur de services me dit que les pneus d'hiver sont ok pour une saison supplémentaire (je ne le pousse pas, il me dit que si c'était ses pneus, il les utiliserait une dernière année). Morale de l'histoire, les pneus sont bons pour 2 saisons supplémentaires contrairement à ce que disait Mazda Spinelli. Je ne suis pas expert en automobile mais l’honnêteté de ce garage laisse clairement à désirer. A moins de vouloir payer la grosse facture et se faire raconter des histoires, je déconseille vivement. Il y a bien assez de garage pour ne pas choisir celui-là.

After a whole week of communication with the finance rep to confirm that everything will be ok for me to buy my friend's end of lease car, we went to the scheduled appointment to be told that we cannot do the transaction today since he did not know about any appointment and that the papers have not been prepared. Je fais connaître mon mécontentement, pour finalement supposément obtenir un cadeau... Un démarreur à distance qui sera payé de 50% par le concessionnaire. Pour m'apercevoir par la suite que c'est un démarreur de base qui vaut environ 300$ vendu 750$ plus taxes!!! Quand je lui laisse savoir il me répond que les concessionnaires ne font plus ça donner des cadeaux! Bien sûr je me met à rire...Le Monsieur en question me parle comme si j'avais jamais acheté de voiture de ma vie! Misère!! Je lui donne l'exemple de cadeaux, des changements d'huile gratuit pour une année et il me répond que ca vaut rien des changements d'huile!!! Heuuuu...!? Alors pourquoi pas m'en offrir??? Aucune réponse... C'était le cas typique d'agissement qui donne raison à ceux qui font une mauvaise réputation aux vendeurs de voitures. prendre le client pour un idiot! Encore une fois, le vendeur n'a rien à voir avec cette situation, j'ai rien à reprocher au vendeur Patrick Mclennan, mais plutôt à son directeur M. Javier! Si on me demande si je réfère cette endroit, je répond non sans hésitation!! Pourquoi j'ai acheté? Pour la simple raison que la voiture que je cherchais depuis longtemps s'y trouvait. Sinon j'aurais jamais acheté là!! Et la seule raison que j'ai mis 2 étoiles c' est pour le travail du vendeur, sinon j'aurais mis le minimum possible! Maintenant, il reste à faire installé le démarreur à distance, je reviendrai raconter la suite... Retour 2020-09-16 : la suite...comme promis je reviens avec la suite. I went to this dealer for maintenance and would never go again. I went there for 24K maintenance and they took my car but without ask me or checking the history of my car, they assumed my car needs 16K maintenance because my mileage is low. They did the mistake but I said it is ok, just a mistake. A lady said “I will take care of this” but I realized on the bill that she did nothing about that and made me pay for their mistake. And the most absurd thing is she tried to convince me that my car needs and oil change on 24K maintenance. So lies and tricks they made an extra $100 but lost a customer and got this review. ——— UPDATE: I’ve been called by the service manager and he sincerely apologized for what happened (thanks for that), didn’t offer much for compensation though, other than a free maintenance which I already paid for. So I understood that this incident was not usual and they took it seriously. That is what a customer hoped for when you get a service.

I bought a new car at Spinelli Mazda last week. Mr. Antoine was very attentive, courteous and informative which made it a pleasant buying experience. I appreciated that he also took proper COVID measures by sanitizing items that I would make contact with. I test drove the model that I was interested in within minutes from the moment I asked. I signed off on the car on Monday night and the car was delivered Friday morning by Mr. Joseph as expected. At the delivery, Mr. Antoine took time to sit with me in my new car and explained the different features and functionalities and even helped me make configurations and setup my phone. My time spent with Mr. Yves from Finance was brief and to the point which contributed to the experience and the paperwork was sorted out timely. I enjoyed my experience and I would recommend Spinelli Mazda to my friends. I am looking forward to my first Service appointment and hope that it’s as pleasant as my purchase experience. June

on est en 2018 tu prend mon dépôt en deux minute pis tu me rembourse par la poste !!!! finalement le lendemain je rappel parce que l'auto m'intéresse pour le prix et la condition et surtout pas pour leur service et respect envers le client.. on s'entend finalement sur un prix plus réaliste pour mon échange , on fait le financement tout est beau je demande si le véhicule est inspecté changement huile et tout on me jure que oui comme tout les autres véhicules , .. je vais cherché mon véhicule la semaine passé quand j'arrive dans le parking le véhicule est la a la même place tout sale le vendeur tente de laver les fenêtre avec des essuie-tout en me disant que ils ont lavé le véhicule mais il a beaucoup de poussière dans le coin.... quand j'entre il me montre le contrat je m’aperçois qu'ils mon chargé 250$ pour préparation et autre frais , je suis prêt a cancellé le contrat car trop c'est trop on essaie par tout les moyens de vous surcharger quelque chose , donc il me disent c'est partout pareil maintenant on charge des frais de 500$ mais on vous a fait a moitié prix oui mon oeil. ... finalement si il retire pas les frais je cancel l'auto finalement il les retires mais dit qu'il m'envoie un chèque par la poste avec le dépôt que j'aurait un jour je sait pas quand ???et je demande si il ont inspecté et préparé l'auto on me montre un rapport du mois de mars on est en juillet j'imagine que c'est beau ???? finalement j'arrive chez moi pour m'apercevoir qu'a l'intérieur la voiture est sale il a des trace de pas partout encore du sel de l'hiver sur les tapis le changement huile a jamais été fait l'huile est noir, filtre a air tout sale, aucun collant dans la fenêtre avec le millage, donc on a pas touché a l'auto parce que j'ai osé négocier on a du se dire il va le prendre tel qu'elle, donc ca veut dire que j'aurait payé 250$ en frais de préparation et rien a été fait sur l'auto c'est du vol ou un arnaque ??.... et de plus on ma jamais demandé une preuve d'assurance ou une copie de chèque a la livraison habituellement on vous appelle pour vous dire quoi apporté eux jamais ...donc soyez avisez si vous entré dans ce dealer c'est une grosse place mais on vous traite pas mieux qu'un petit dealer de coin de rue surtout si vous connaissez rien en automobile , plus jamais a cette place et je n'enverrai jamais personne la,

I had a worest customer experince with Spinelli Mazda Lachine i bought a 2014 CX5 returning from lease and they sold to me a punch of extended warranties the sales person recommended to have a peace of mind ..... one of it was extended rust proof for 6 years through the electric device they installed ans although the car still under the manfacture warranty for rusthe advise that this is different as it covers both inside and outside rust not the inside only and that is why i bought it. Now i got a spot of rust from outside I went there they advised that they are not covering outside rust !!!!. The manager asked me to check with the sales person who sold that to me when he is back from vacation. I waited for 10 days almost and I reached the guy who confirmed that it is covered and he will sort this out it is been 2 weeks every time giving promises that he will solve this problem and call me back in the afternoon which never happends and now everytime I call he is not answering the phone despite the 10s of VM I left him. Finally I managed to reach him after I told them that i will reach the spinelli group directly then only he answered and confirmed the same and promised that he will call in 2 days (today) to arrange the repair for me and again this didn't happen and again not answering the phone this is ongoing for almost 4 weeks now ....is it the professional way to deal with ur customers or to solve thier problems ??? I still believe that this kind od problems could be solved within the company directly on win-win situation. I hope I can reach a responsible person within the group who can help.

So I purchased a used Mazda at Spinelli Mazda Lachine. It needed some body work and new paint. They gained my TRUST by telling me it would be taken care of professionally and that I wouldn't notice the difference. BIG MISTAKE. They call me saying the car is ready, yay! I arrive and the car WASN'T EVEN THE SAME COLOR!! There was also a haze all throughout the paint AND NEW SCRATCHES ON THE right SIDE OF THE CAR!! Absolutely disgusting... I was telling them, don't you see it?? They were like, yeah but that can be buffed out no problem... I get fooled by trusting them again and show up 2 days later. The SAMMME THING BUT WORSE NOW... MORE SCRATCHES AND PAINT IS JUST A MESS.. ARE U SERIOUS?? YOU CALL ME AND TELL ME ITS READY, AND YOU DON'T EVEN MAKE SURE THE CAR IS FIT FOR DELIVERY??? AMATEURS!! LEARN HOW TO QA YOUR PRODUCT! These guys cant paint a car to save their own lives! They outsource body and paint work to save money GUARANTEED! Well needless to say, I DIDN'T TAKE DELIVERY SINCE THEY RUINED THE CAR. They actually didn't want to give back my deposit. They said they already put 800$ into it for the paint and body work... LOL! I had to fight for that too.. Please do yourself a favor.. Stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this S-HOLE. Thank you for reading this review and saving yourself the frustration and time that I wish I didn't have to go through...

When i first got the car i was served by Joseph, who convinced me to get the extra warranty for wear and tear, which i agreed was a great idea. All in all, over the course of 4 years, the Mazda 3 was a great car and i had no issues with it (was my second lease, first experience in Ile-Perrot was great). I returned the car with a scratches and a broken hubcap (which i was assured would be covered by this warranty) I spoke with Yves and he told me they'd fix the damages and credit whatever was covered. My bill came and was over 2,000$ and nothing seemed to be covered. Although, they told me they'd credit my bill if i took a new lease. When trying to contact Yves, he never called me back and I have been chasing him for answers ever since. UPDATE: Mariano Garcia, the general manager contacted me after reading my review and explained to me what happened with my lease due to COVID-19 pandemic. He sorted everything out and explained the process to me. I was extremely impressed with his fast response and service.

They had played with the numbers as offering more value for my used car but had also removed my Mazda student discount(after submitting my certificate) and there was a negative price in the credits section hence increasing the total. I am fine with this as I got the equivalent of the student discount but the offer initially seemed like it was much better than what it actually was by moving numbers around. Still that statement about the refinancing was what made me buy the car at the time I did and now I have to live with paying the interest for this mistake. Will never consider the dealership for me or my friends ever again Edit: Just realized there was a reply. I appreciate the sales manager calling me but I clarify there was no fixing it. I have attached an image of the contract. They offered as if improving the value of trade-in but cut of my student discount and what I mistook as a discount of -993 was in-fact adding to the value and actually increasing the Price. My fault for not doing the arithmetics or noticing the double negative. Did not expect a shady deal (no deal at all presented as a valuable deal) along with the lie about refinancing later. Terrible work ethic and intentions to make a sale.

Il est à notre qu'ils restaient 17 mois à mon contrat précédent. Here’s my story: Bought a 2013 bmw X3 from Spinelli Mazda Lachine. Purchased the vehicle end of August 2017 80, xxx km paid 29k for the car taxes included. December 28 2017 90, xxx km motor was seized. Cost of the engine was 21k + taxes Warranty on used vehicules his 1600km or 30 days. You might say I got a bad luck with the engine ... here’s other facts : Inspection paper work looked like it was done in 25 seconds Car was supposed to get bumper repainted at the purchase but only got touch ups. Mags were supposed to get touch ups done and they did not. Sallesman told me there were no more money in the deal ????‍♂️ I was told by a BMW certified mechanics that all my alerts were rested but nothing was done ... Their was no windshield washer in the car and a sloppy carwash. Overall terrible experience, if I could put -5* rating if I could. Mazda dealership, good place to do maintenance on your Mazda. They offer a shuttle to your home and back to get your car (check with them to verify you are in the service area of the shuttle). They have a small coffee shop ( coffee is free if your waiting for while they are doing maintenance on your car). Watch out for the bait & switch in the used car sales. They put up ads online with low prices, and even if you call them they will say the car is in stock. When you show, the first thing they do is tell you 'that' car is out and we have a similar model (this one was over $2,000 more than the advertised price). When I complained, it wasn't the salesman's fault as he doesn't "update the website". Then eventually showed me the car that was advertised, but it had more kms and didn't have a rooftop like the ad mentioned. When I called them out on it, they said it was a mistake and the manager asked the salesman to update the site. LOL! Minutes ago, they had said the salesman doesn't update the website! UGH! I have been dealing with the Spinelli group since 1999, and I have always felt like a valued customer, but last night I did not. I wanted to purchase my car because my end of lease was coming up in some days. I spoke to a financial rep the week before to get my balance owed and to inquire about purchasing an extended warranty. I got the info and I asked if I had to make an appointment and I was told no. He gave me his hours and I told him that I would come in the following week with a cheque. I get to the dealership at 6 and I'm immediately told that the person I have to see was alone and it was very busy. I asked if it would be a long wait and I'm told about a 20 min. wait. After an hour, I'm told another 20 minutes. I don't know why they didn't tell me right away to come back another day. It is not easy for me to get to this dealership and I do not live close by. After investing more than 2 hours waiting (stupid me!) and noticing 2 couples going in before my I had to raise a stink. I'm told that those people had appointments! Hey! I've been waiting hours here! Why was I not given an appointment when I asked about making one the week before?! I was not going to leave without my contract after investing all that wait time. The people working there were not disrespectful per se, but I'm wondering if I was not a single, visible minority female, would I have been treated differently. Anyways, I don't have to deal with these people anymore.

I just bought a brand new 2016 CX 5 at Spinelli Mazda: my salesman David Tremblay was just great in making sure that the car was prepared and delivered on the schedule date with all the extras I had requested (winter tires mounted on steel rim, mud flaps, cargo tray, standard Protex paint protection). When I came to get the car, all of the paper work was ready to sign including the extended warranty I bought from Mathieu (the finance advisor). David then took the time to show me all of the main features of the car with hands on explanation before leaving the dealership (the 2016 entertainment system is very nice and quite a step up from 2015 - check it out). The delivery of my Mazda CX 5 was by far the best one I ever experienced (previous owner of a VW Golf, Saturn SL, and Honda Accord). As for the car, it just drives perfectly - I could not be more satisfied. Thank you very much Spinelli Mazda, and special thanks to David & Mathieu for the easy going purchasing experience.

Great car but the most horrible buying experience I've ever gone through. No one seems to have a clue what they're doing there, the different departments communication with one another is poor and every time something went wrong they would blame someone else. The amount of times I had to go in there because of their lack of organisation was ridiculous. After I put a deposit on the car to secure it, I explained I would need a few weeks to get the money over from Australia. I received a call from them nearly everyday asking where the money was. The amount of times they called me bordered on harassment and the amount of people I had to explain the situation to was outrageous. Then when I went in to pay for the car, the fuel card that came with it wasn't ready because they made a mistake and I had to go all the way back there again a week later. High level of incompetence. When I would ring to ask about licencing and a few other things I would get two to three different answers over several calls. The salesman really had no clue. When I asked if they could do something for me for all the hassle they'd put me through they just simply said NO. Now I've just found out the winter tires they gave me with the car (already on rims) don't fit. I called to see what they'd do for me and I was told the tires were included but the rims were a bonus so it's not their problem. Again, atrocious service. If you're going to give a customer something at least make sure it fits on the car you're selling. Excuse after excuse with this dealership. Steer clear.

I had a very unpleasant experience at spinelli mazda. I leased a mazda 3gs and i was told that my car would include certain features which it doesn't have. I was also told to give a $500 deposit to hold the deal because i was unsure whether i wanted the car or not and then i would get the money back once i get the car. On top of that i was told that when i first come in to get the car i will have to pay for the first payment and i would have to pay for the plates (which came out to roughly $300 according to the sales rep). When i came to pick up the car the plates and first payment ended up being $500, they used my 500 dollars as a down payment on the car when i clearly said 0 down and refused to give it back to me. I signed for the car (which was a mistake) and i went back a few days later to get my money back and ask why my car doesn't have the features i was told it would have and i was treated in the most disgusting way possible. The sales rep basically denied everything he had originally said and told me that "I should go bitching to them". I was also kicked out of the Sales managers office and they refused to give me back my 500 dollars. This was the worst experience i have ever had in a buying process. The people at this branch clearly do not understand the concept of customer satisfaction, this is the last time i will deal with this dealership. Very Very unhappy.

If zero Stars was an option I'd give it a -5 star very poor service, dishonest sales tactics and zero respect for safety. When I tried to reselve issues, contacted manager general manger and even went higher then him after a month of back and forth and going to dealership for a problem they fixed twice ( that should if been fixed in first place) I still have problems with the vehicle that they refuse to fix, that was supposed to be fixed. I am still extremely disappointed and wouldn't even expect this kind of service from a small used lot. They still take zero accountability for what they did.... All I can say is wow! I went at Spinelli after having more than ordinary experience at two other Mazda dealership. My sales rep ( Alex Bihour ) gave me an amazing service! The transaction went smooth without any pressure and being honnest with me! At the delivery he made the complete tour of my new vehicle, adjust the sound system, hooked up my phone to the bluetooth, I couldn't asked for a better service from him! The seller apologized and told us that the car would be Thursday and that they would deliver it to us. Thursday we did not receive a call so we say they were coming. They never arrived or made any calls. Friday morning, we had to call to be told that finally they were already on their way (what would have happened if we were not available?). To finish off, they promised us new carpets (they put a product so that they look new), a full throttle (half empty), mazda sign back (always missing) and a washing in the to remove the smell of cigarrette (not done). Quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a informés que la seule chose qui manquait c'était les pnues d'hiver. Nous sommes aller voir la voiture à notre grande surprise certaines choses qui devaient être changés n'étaient pas fait. Le vendeur s'est excusé et nous a primis que la voiture serait jeudi et qu'ils allaient la livrer chez nous. Jeudi nous n'avons pas reçu d'appel donc on se dit qu'ils allaient venir. Ils ne sont jamais arrivés ni aucune appel. Vendredi matin, nous avons dû appelé pour se faire dire que finalement ils étaient déjà en route (qu'est ce qui serait arrivé si nous n'étions pas disponibles?). Pour bouclé le tout, ils nous ont promis des tapis neuf (ils ont mis un produit pour qu'ils aillent l'air neuf), un plein gaz (moitié vide), signe mazda en arrière (toujour manquand) et un lavage à l'intérieur pour enlever l'odeur de cigarrette (pas fait). Bref, ce fût qur des belles paroles.

All the staff at Spinelli Mazda were super friendly and helpful. Our salesman Alex, listened to what we wanted and showed us a couple of vehicles that met our requirements. He didn't try to sell us a new vehicle as some other dealerships had done. We test drove the car and purchased it on the spot. The entire sales process was friendly and painless. Its been a few months and I feel that I should let the world know about this place since another friend had a bad experience and triggered my memory on my own bad experience. It was a sign to take action, here goes; I wanted to purchase a used Toyota that was inspected by Spinelli Mazda Lachine. They claimed it was "Never accidented" and it showed a clean CARPROOF. They needed a 500$ deposit. No problem, it looked clean and had low miles, here take my 500$. I get there 2 days later and bring my mecanic with me. He has 30 years experience and his own shop. He looked at it for two minutes and showed them that it was hit in the front. The paint was not the same color from panel to panel but it was easy to spot from the inside of the engine bay where it was clearly hit. Many loose panels as well missing clips to hold the panels in place. When we approached them, they claimed again that it wasn't accidented and showed us the CARPROOF. So this means one thing. The previous owner fixed the car without claiming it and it didn't show as accidented on the CARPROOF. The worst part is, if they REALLY did inspect the car, they would have taken notice BEFORE putting it for sale on the lot. The sales director kept saying this is the cleanest Camry ever, its not accidented, blah blah blah… Just the worst BS ever even after we showed them. They will say anything to convince YOU into thinking your wrong. We saw right through their lies and demanded the deposit back. They almost didn't want to give it back, we had to fight for it. This place isn't worth your time. They don't car about cars and are in it for the money. They don't have the customers interest at heart and will change their tone in a heartbeat! They are the perfect example of what a "Shady Car Salesman" experience is. Not worth it , very BAD, BAD BAD! Keep away... My Reply > Why would I want to spend more time discussing with you my bad experience. Enough time was wasted here. This is what reviews are for. Shape up or ship out!!

Devons téléphoner de nouveau. Parlons au directeur général. Nous confirme que nous serons remboursés dans un délai de 48h. Nous indique que c'est un nouveau système. Comprenons cette réalité, mais il est inadéquat d'exiger un dépôt pour un produit qui n'est pas disponible et qui était en attente de financement donc réservé à quelqu'un d'autre. Si un programme n'est pas prêt à être lancé dans toutes ses fonctionnalités, il ne devrait pas être utilisé. De plus, une employée nous a confirmé que l'automobile était disponible.
