It was my first time leasing a vehicle and I was a little apprehensive because I went into it with next to no knowledge on how leases work. I bought Honda Civic 2014 on June 1,2017 but I feel like I am stuck with the car and I am not happy with the service these people provide. Here are some of the highlights of their poor service: 1) I was suppose to have TAG installed to my car but when I got after 2 days they called me and told that the TAG was never installed to the car, nobody told at the time the car was delivered to me that TAG is missing. Then, I took an appointment and on the day of appointment they called me and cancelled my appointment. Then the lady ( her name is Michale, not sure but she is the one who is next to Joe) at service promised me that she will call me tomorrow to give the new appointment but she never did, so I waited for a week but never received a call. Then, I had issue with the car breaks and I went there and that's when I told them they never called me back for TAG. Why do you guys make promise, when you dont deliver that? 2) Currently, I am having issue with the car again and last Monday I booked an appointment for this. My appointment was today (Thursday) 8:30 am. I left my car with them hoping it will be fixed but when I called (at 2:45 pm) to see if my car is fixed, the answer I got is "oh! we are still evaluating the car and we dont know if the problem will be fixed today. When I complied about this the lady, she simply told me that its Joe who I need to talk to, she has scene of taking responsibility. I have a friend who bought his car from Auto prix he never had such issues, I should have never bought a car from you guys.

Update: This is not true that the dealership cannot find a file with my name. I don't think there is another person with a similar name in Québec. Nobody ever replies to messages or emails. For a purchase I was contacted within 2 minutes. However, when I have to contact dealership regarding some issues, nobody's replying. Who is even taking care of clients afterwards ? Also you don't update your client info, I received service email for a car that I don't have for more than 18 months.

Custom service from service team is lamentable they speak with a tone like they are the boss, you have to listen to their instruction, for tiny issues like getting a code can be solved on the phone within 1 minute, they ask you to go to dealer physically without giving any reason, no flexibility at all. I tried other dealer and got the code immediately, If it's for security reason, it's very easy to verify. Wrong decision to be a regular customer, paid a lot for the car and service in return for such service, never come back again.

Had a fantastic experience looking at a new Honda CR-V with my wife last week. Artem Kravtchuck was our salesperson, and out of all the dealerships we had gone to by the point, he was by far the least pressuring, most genuine and certainly also very knowledgeable. Although in the end we ended up buying a VW over the Honda, I still feel compelled to write a positive review for Honda Spinelli and Artem considering how positive an experience we had.
I bought my first used car here three years ago. A week after my purchase, I had to bring it back due to some odd noises. The transmission had to be completely replaced. I had to leave my car with them for 8 weeks while they dealt with ordering and installing the parts. When that was sorted out, I did some car maintenance with them, such as winter/summer tire change and oil change. The prices always varied between 500$-700$ because they always “suggested” other services. I decided to go elsewhere when I couldn’t afford these costs anymore and I’ve been very happy since I left them. Now, three years later, I get pulled over and ticketed by the cops because my windows are not legally tinted. I have not personally made any alterations to the car. It was sold to me this way. I called spinelli to get this matter sorted out and they basically laughed in my face. Dealing with them was overall an extremely frustrating experience. If you are planning on buying your first car, I do not recommend them. Don’t be as naive as me. They do not have your best interest in mind.

I walked into this dealership with the intent of signing for a new car but walked out extremely frustrated because of Honda Canada's lack of integrity. Another dealership was unable to deliver a car for me but this dealership had it in stock. I came here to purchase it but since there was a new interest rate, Honda Canada refused to honor the interest rate I received from them when dealing with the previous dealership, we're talking a difference of 4 business days. This left an extremely sour taste in my mouth and made me realize that Honda isn't in the business of loyalty, they rather scrape a few bucks off the next person instead. I went from wanting to be a new Honda customer to vowing to never dealing with them ever again.

Very bad experience. I was willing to buy a car from their dealership. They told me it was super clean.Took the car for inspection, once at my mechanic the rust was so bad it was falling appart. A little bit more and I wouldn't be able to lift the car to change the tires. A total waste of my time and money. Car dealership's aren't always trustworthy so don't buy without inspection.

As promised, I am updating my review. On Jan. 29, 2019, I discovered that my driver's side mirror was cracked inexplicably, less than two months after I purchased the vehicle. Honda owners have reported this as a known defect on Honda forums, suggesting that the defrosting function causes the crack in severe cold weather. I left a message with Spinelli's technical-services department that morning and asked for someone to call me back to arrange for an appointment. When no one called me back that day, I called again the next morning. I managed to speak with someone in technical services named Joe, who kindly advised me that this crack might not be covered under the warranty. He offered to arrange for an appointment to determine whether the crack is indeed covered under warranty despite this being a known issue (although Joe immediately denied this was the case) to then order the glass. That would require coming in a second time just to install the replacement glass, he told me. Joe then ended the call before I was able to ask him another question. This is yet another unfortunate exchange with Spinelli. Here is my first post: I bought a 2019 Honda Civic LX on Nov. 30, 2018, at this dealership. On the evening I purchased the car, I was heartened to note that the nice salesperson lowered the price by $310 to reflect the true MSRP sales price after I pointed this out to him. Six days later, I discovered that the trunk lid was very noticeably misaligned, with a large gap on the right side, so that it looked as if the trunk was popped open. I brought the car in the next morning and a very professional mechanic worked on the vehicle the same day. After I returned to pick up the car just after 2 p.m., unfortunately the trunk was now misaligned on the left side (although there was some improvement over the original misalignment). Initially, when I raised the new left-side misalignment with the very nice general manager, he kindly replied they had done everything that was possible, and perhaps I should contact Honda Canada. I pressed the matter, and the general manager finally agreed to take the car back for another tweak to make sure that the sedan that I purchased new for more than $30,000 has a trunk lid that is centered, like nearly all other vehicles on the road, Hondas included. Again, will update this review to reflect the latest changes.

I looked at a car that wasn't inspected, they were honest about the car being in an accident but stated they wouldn't fix the back up camera on the car. If another person wouldn't have tested the sunroof to see if it works they wouldn't have known it didnt work when it got stuck. The rep that helped me was nice but not alot of options for SUVs.

I arrived early 12 (approx 12:10ish) for an oil change, and I left late 1:50. I give it a 2 star strictly based on waiting time. For those without time constraints, I recommend this place. The staff is nice, and the free coffee + newspaper is comparable to other dealers. $69 tax incl for synethic oil + filter + visual inspection is a competitive price (civic 2016). They also offer a loyalty points program, but to get a free oil change you would have to spend over $1000 (based on info exchanged at counter). If you are under a time crunch, go in the morning at 7:30am, late Thursdays, or Saturdays. Avoid lunch because it doesn't matter if you show up at 12, you will probably leave at 1:30+. To the owner/business: When giving oil change appointments around 12, you should advise employees to warn prospective clients that the servicing will likely take 90 minutes +, and not 60 minutes.

Love the car brand but the service is not great. They keep pushing you and try to upsell on all their service. The oil change and service is expensive than if you get it from elsewhere. My new summer tires were swapped with someone else's old tires and they did not take responsibility and tried to upsell me on new tires. Complained to the manager but no response.

My daughter leased through Spinelli and calls in 48hrs prior to wanting to go in to pay off her lease before the end. She is transferred to the leasing managers voicemail who never returns her call. Today she brings the car in for servicing, walks over to the leasing manager who doesn't even acknowledge he didn't return her call. On top of this, the service department, after charging her $700 for front brakes and inspection, do not even wash her car. However, when my wife and I brought in her car to a NY Honda dealer that had no hope in hell of getting a sale from us, they washed the car. Note to all: Think for a moment and ask around.

Got my first car from this place and it was great experience. The staff were friendly and polite (I don't know why some people had bad reviews on "the attitude", I just didn't see anything wrong). The process was easy, fast and smooth. Many thanks to Alexandre Bruni (the salesman) and Steeven Thollot (the financial advisor) who were really nice, honest and helpful in giving advice and suggestions that eased my mind a lot (I was so scared to look for the very first car... well, who doesn't? lol). Plus, the customer service was also great. I filled up the form online at the late night before and the next morning, the communication specialist Chris Roumeliotis called me immediately with warm welcome. Awful. Run away while you can. This dealership is dishonest and malicious. They only aim at getting your money and customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priority. A couple of months ago, I was charged $100 to check the radio that was malfunctioning. Then they call me to say that the radio is broken (as if I did not know that) but that they cannot fix it. This is a predatory practice, since they should not be charging people to diagnose problems that they cannot solve. More recently, I took the car to check a metallic noise coming from the breaks. The said that the breaks (discs and pads) needed to be replaced; since they were burned out. Then, when they realized that the discs were under warranty (from the same dealership), they told me that, in fact, they can repair the discs instead of replacing them, I told them that the initial diagnosis required the discs to be replaced, but they categorically refused to do so.
Served by Todd Billo. I informed him at the start of the meeting that I was looking for a quote and mentioned that I was not planning on signing that night. Great customer service at the start : test drove 2 models, Todd provided us with information about each model and gave us a quote for both. We informed him that the price was higher than what was budgeted. He was kind enough to speak to the director of sales and reduced the price by a few dollars. I repeated that it was still out of budget and that I would think about it. At this point, the experience turned for the worse. He became very pushy and constantly asked why I wasn't ready to sign. I explained my reasons several times yet was repeatedly confronted about not signing. He then informed me that I could reserve the car by putting down an certain amount of money and that the price would be reserved until the end of the month. And, he specified (at least 2 times) that I would be entirely reimbused if I changed my mind. Two days later, I decide to no longer go through with the purchase and I call Todd. No answer several times and he never calls me back. The following day, I speak to the Director of Sales who informs me that I will not be reimbursed.. still have not received a follow up about this situation. Horrible customer service, dishonest, pushy salesman, disrespectful director of sales, poor communication. I would never recommend Spinelli Honda. I am absolutely frustrated and upset about this whole situation.
My friend bought a car here and I accompanied him to help him out and I was very impressed with the friendly service we received. Most of the time we have trouble getting served because we are younger and people don't see us as serious customers. However, as soon as we entered we were greeted and attended to. The staff was very helpful with answering our questions and they were extremely patient when going over all the paper work. They explained every detail of the transaction to us and invited us to call at anytime should we have further questions.

The dealership is okay just the experience we had with it was not the best due to what happened. Here it is, coming from a distance (vaudreuil) we had an appointment to test drive a car. When we got to the dealership we were told that the car had already been sold. Without any call saying so. Although we made the drive to the dealership. Then the salesman saw one that we might have been interested in and couldn't even get the car for a test drive. Although I understand that it was the end of year the dealership was dead, no one was there (customers). That's why I rated it how I did, might not have the same experience as me just rating it due to the experience I had.

Then after 1.5 hr they came to me saying sorry we don't provide shuttle service to your area, which is NOT true cuz I've been using the shuttle service 3 times before. As an alternative, they offered to lend me a vehicle BUT wanted me to pay for the gas!!!!! I mean really???? Why would I pay anything for their mistake? Also, how cheap are you to ask me to pay for the gas where I just spent $500 for my car to be serviced!!!! At the end, it turned out that they have gotten my address wrong and that's why they refused to provide me a lift! Here I'm still waiting for my lift after 2hrs already and who knows how long I'll still be waiting for! I invite you to have a look at the pictures below. This was the state of the interior after a Premium Wash that costed me $199+tx

Be careful in buying pre-owned vehicles here, I bought my honda civic touring 2014 last March 2018. On September 2018 I did my first maintenance and it cost me 1200$ for the maintenance because they need to replace break pads and disk, air cleaner, pollen filter etc which should they replaced before selling the vehicle. They also gave me almost 5 years old battery which I already replaced last December because my car won't start during winter. If you're planning to buy your pre-owned vehicle PLEASE DON'T GO HERE.

HORRIBLE! CHECK that the work you PAID for is done on your car. Absolutely no trust for this dealership. Great service until you realize what you paid for wasn't even done on your car. I was advised to do a service maintenance B on my car. After 2 hours of waiting, the service was completed. I was told my car was good and that there was no problems. I usually trust people, but I guess I shouldn't have in this case. When I checked the report at home, it turns out that even though I was charged for a maintenance B service, only a maintenance A service was done. This is a difference of nearly 200$. I was contacted by Spinelli the next day for a customer service survey. I told them what had happened and they offered to do the service maintenance B that was supposed to be done. I told them no and that I wanted a refund. Why should I trust your team to do something for me after you told me it was done and it wasn't. I also asked for a receipt to be emailed to me so that I know that the refund was made. 10 mins afterwards, a blank document (literally just a document in white) was sent to me. The person who sent it didn't even bother to check that the document was blank. I guess I shouldn't be surprised in this case. I called Spinelli afterwards and asked again for a receipt. The person who answered the call told me she would communicate with the Advisor and get the receipt sent to me by the end of the day. It is now the next day and I still have NOT received a receipt. MORE LIES from this dealership. Why Am I NOT SURPRISED. And this is actually the SECOND time I've had a bad experience with this dealership. The first time was last year in March when I got my first Maintenance service B done. The mechanic who worked on my car forgot to put a screw in my brakes. I noticed it a few days later when i started hearing metal slamming together near my front wheel. Luckily I didn't get into an accident! I was foolish for coming back here after the first incident. I WILL NEVER be coming here again and I advice everyone else to STAY AWAY!

He went the extra mile to make sure I that got a deal that I was happy with, but also offered to fix the few issues that every used car has (brake pads, air filter...) at no extra charge. Delivery was on time and the car drives like new now. I definitely recommend Spinelli Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.

I bought a used 2014 CR-V from Cosmin Birau a few weeks ago. I have been very happy with the car and the EXCELLENT SERVICE Cosmin has provided for me. He has been very patient, responded to my phone calls promptly and given me clear concise answers to all of my questions. I have always purchased used cars and can honestly say that he rates a 10 out of 10 in my book for curtesy, efficiency, effectiveness, and car knowledge. I recommend him highly.

Terrible experience. About a month ago I brought in my Honda Civic because I could barely shift the gears. 4 hours later they phoned me informing that I needed a new clutch. $2200 was the estimate. No way I was going to pay that for a 14 year old car. I paid Honda about $130 for this diagnosis. After a few phone calls another garage was going to get me the clutch changed for $500 labor included. However, when I brought in the car I was told the clutch was fine. They topped the clutch fluid, charged me $60 and sent me home. One month later my Honda still drives like a dream. If you have money to burn this is the place for you. For the rest of us take your business elsewhere.

Despite being early, I was greeted by Julian who ended up being one of the best sales consultants I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgable, friendly and not at all pushy (the latter being something I have absolutely no tolerance for). I also want to commend Joanie for an excellent service in finalizing the sale. Dès que je suis sortie du concessionnaire, j’ai toute de suite senti quelque chose de « lousse » au niveau de la suspension. J’ai appelé la vendeuse le lendemain et elle m’a dit de prendre rendez-vous pour vérifier tout cela. De plus sur mon contrat d’achat, il est clairement écrit qu’il y avait 4 pneus d’été d’inclus. Il y avait seulement 2 pneus d’été et les deux autres d’hivers. Et led pneus en question étaient FINIS, ce qui est très dangereux pour la sécurité. En gros leur réponse pour les pneus étaient que c’était les pneus de l’ancien propriétaire et qu’ils n’avaient pas le contrôle et qu’ils verront ce qu’ils peuvent faire. Donc ce que je comprends, l’état des pneus n’a jamais été vérifié. Si l’état des pneus n’était pas bon, ils auraient tout simplement pas dire que 4 pneus d’été sont inclus. Bref... mon rendez-vous au service était prévu pour le 24 mars et avec la pandémie de la Covid-19 mon rendez-vous a été annulé, ce qui est tout à fait normal. Il m’a été dit qu’on m’appellerais pour reprendre rendez-vous. Je tiens à mentionner que lorsque les garages ont eu le feu vers du gouvernement pour ouvrir, personne de Spinelli m’a contacté et c’est moi qui a appelé pour un deuxième rendez-vous. Entre temps, j’ai écris un courriel au manager Gabriel Petrulian parce que je voulais savoir qu’est qu’il arrivait avec ma garantie étant que mon rendez-vous est annulé et qu’évidemment je risquais de dépasser mes 30 jours de garanti. Je me suis faite répondre qu’en gros, ils s’arrangeraient au niveau de la garanti mais que par contre mon véhicule est quand même un véhicule de 10ans. J’ai trouvé cela tellement insultant parce que c’est quand même de l’argent que j’ai investi et un véhicule qu’ils ont mis en vente dans leur concessionnaire. Je découvre aussi qu’il y a un problème majeur avec le levier pour ouvrir le réservoir à essence. Il est extrêmement dure à lever. J’ai fais un plein et ça m’a littéralement pris 20 minutes pour essayer de lever le levier. Je tiens aussi à dire que je suis enceinte et disons que j’ai eu peur d’être pogner dans la rue pour une panne de gaz tandis que je me rendais dans la maison de naissance où je fais mon suivi de grossesse. Fast forward, en mai j’appelle pour avoir mon rendez-vous. Je parle encore avec ce Gabriel Petrulian... que je trouve vraiment arrogant. Je parle encore de l’enjeux au niveau des pneus. Il me répète encore que ce n’est pas sa faute c’est les pneus qui venaient avec le véhicule. Il dit qu’il commandera 2 pneus mais que les deux autres sont à mes frais. Je lui dis que les deux usagers que j’ai sont vrai FINIS et c’est dangereux. Il me répond que c’est le mieux qu’il puisse faire. Je ne m’obstine pas, je me dis que je fais le compromis que je fais avec eux. Je me présente à mon rendez-vous. J’explique encore le tout avec l’homme du service, lui-même constate l’état piteux des pneus et comment le levier de la tank à gas est dure. Il n’a pas réussi à l’ouvrir devant moi. Je laisse mon véhicule. On m’appelle quelque heures après en me disant qu’il n’y a rien au niveau de la suspension à prime à bord mais qu’ils ne vont pas investiguer plus loin... parce qu’il ne payeront pas et que moi je refuse de payer pour une vérification plus avancée. Pour le levier, ils ont tout simplement mis de l’huile, ce qui rend le levier moins dure mais encore il ne veulent pas investir plus de temps et d’argent. L’homme du service me qu’il a vérifié au près du Manager, ce fameux Gabriel Petrulian et que Gabriel lui a répété encore une fois « c’est un véhicule de 10ans on peut pas faire grand chos » Pas besoin de vous dire que j’étais très en colère. Et je comprends que ce n’est pas la faute de l’homme au service. Je demande à parler à Gabriel, j’ai été transféré à sa boite vocale. Un deuxième message laissé et tjrs pas de retour 4 jours plus tard. EXTRÊMEMENT DÉÇUE et je me sens INSULTÉE!!! Jamais PLUS SPINELLI!!

I was trying to work out with one of sales associate for my car and as every customer as I try to negotiate I was good with what they were offering me, just to cross check I am not paying more I called another dealership for price if they can match this price or offer me something better then this one, I was astonished with their answe they replied we can do something better then this one it means the guy over spinelli was not giving me good deal. I told him that I want to book car in 2 days as I want delivery for 2nd week of July still he thought I was joking and not taking me serious was treating me like kid. My friend was about to book car and I stopped my friend by saying we can get some deal if we search more.. I told that I will update you before end of day I want to search little and I need time till end of day and asked for his card he actually replied rudely in gentle way that it's on table you can take it from there and he crossed table and walked through managera cabin. I was really not willing to get this kind of rude behavior for asking for few hours of time because he was not giving me good deal even after saying I am ready to book it right now and just asked for few hours to match deals to other place.. Rest everything I am good ????that's the reason I am giving 2 stars.

I purchased my car there a few years ago. I since o there regularly for maintenance. I have the option to receive a courtesy car; get a lift home and to be brought back to pick up the car; or just wait until the car is ready. If I stay I am welcome to enjoy a choice of coffee or tea drinks. There is a vending machine there as well. Coming back to the same dealer speaks for itself.
My wife and I had a bad experience there the service was really poor and I would not recommend Alex If you plan on making a new purchase please be careful of the finance department it does not have great service also they tried to over charge me for my new Honda CRV touring and promised me new winter tires that I will never get from them I will tell Family and friends about the bad experience. I have a HONDA CR-V TOURING 2015 and I was planning on leasing the 2017 model. I went to Spinelli Honda 3 days ago and I'm still baffled as to how I was treated. I came in after booking an appointment with Todd the Sales Representative. Once we sat down, I explained the deal that I have with my current vehicle and to make a new deal. He started scribbling on a lined piece of paper (attached image). I was hoping for some formal company paper that had legitimate specifics on it, but instead I received a scribbled paper which made me question the validity of it. I called my husband to fill him in on the new terms. My husband then asked the representative the sale price of our current car, to which the answer was 'Can I ask why do you want to know?'. That upset both me and my husband. We are there as loyal clients, trying to settle for a new agreement, but instead we felt insulted by his answer. The last thing the representative said was to come back next year for a new deal if we're not satisfied. This one experience made us reluctant and unwilling to continue leasing a Honda vehicle.

Like most car dealers they are super excited when you walk in the door. What I needed was relatively easy and I was served by friendly staff.
Sleazy, dishonest and extremely rude sales people. I clicked on an ad on their website for a Honda Civic Hatchback Sports promotion. I was promptly contacted for an appointment and the person who made the appointment confirmed that the promotion was still on. However, when I got to the dealership it was not the case and I was given the runaround. I was told that the promotion no longer existed, they apparently forgot to take it off their website and that it was supposed to be taken off in the morning. I was obviously upset and complained that they were wasting my time. The director of sales did not offer an apology and instead said: "do you want me to give you $20 to take a taxi home?". I will never set foot in there again!

During this negotiation process, which lasted several months, communications with the manager on site were difficult (no return to emails, among other things). In short, no "peace of mind" to buy from a dealer and a real waste of money buying "the big extended warranty" with them. All in all, the service was good / quick at the very beginning when it came to selling and negotiating the car. Obviously ! Finalement, les freins ont dû être remplacés une deuxième fois en urgence dans un garage autre (et par souci de sécurité pour notre conduite!). À ce moment, le véhicule n'avait même pas fait 20 000 km encore. Après plusieurs mois à argumenter avec la succursale (avec tout les preuves papiers, entretiens, évaluation, etc), un léger dédommagement à été octroyé (soit même pas la moitié du prix de la réparation qui a être faite en urgence sur le véhicule). Durant ce processus de négociation qui a durée plusieurs mois, les communications avec le gérant sur place ont été difficile (non-retour aux courriels entre autre). Bref, aucune "paix d'esprit" d'acheter en concessionnaire et une réelle perte d'argent d'avoir acheté "la grosse garantie prolongée" avec eux. En somme, le service a été bon/rapide au tout début, quand il s'agissait de vendre et négocier la voiture. Évidemment ! Pour le suivit après vente / service à la clientèle / expérience client, une toute autre histoire. Je ne recommande pas.

Dealer demanded $300 deposit for lease on credit card for a new 2017 CRV. The Credit girl was new (and useless) and she didn't even have a password for their system. In the end the deal didn't go through and they refused to refund my deposit-- I had to drive back to the dealership and raise royal hell then they finally did a refund. Damn crooks.

My wife and I were looking to buy a new compact SUV as our new family car, we thought to give Spinelli a try. On a Friday afternoon two weeks ago, we walked into Spinelli Toyota since it was the first shop on Boulevard Montréal-Toronto. No one was there to greet us and the atmosphere just felt so cold inside. We were eventually turned away by a sales person who seems to be the only sales person in the show room at that time, who was too busy to talk to us and who showed no interest at all of keeping us. So we walked away and thought we'd give Spinelli Honda another try before we look some where else. The moment we walked into Spinelli Honda, we were greeted by the reception and within a minute or two, Suzanne came over. She tirelessly and patiently showed and explained to us all features and highlights of CR-V, the model that we were interested in. What do we know, within the next 24 hours, we got ourselves a new CR-V, our first new car! Yes, there were some back and forth, but my wife and I were very happy with our purchase. Suzanne and her team at Spinelli Honda treated us like a family, we felt warm-welcomed and well-informed through out the process. Simple, straight forward and transparent. The last time we went into a car dealership (used car) was 12 years ago and I have to say that I've never felt this comfortable dealing with a car dealership ever before. I previously owned a 2002 Toyota Echo and purchased a 2015 Honda Fit Ex L Due to the current pandemic everything was done over the phone and each person I dealt with responded in a timely manner. For Financial Sarah Mainville was fantastic and speedy :) Sales rep was Vlad Urdareanu and he answered all my questions either via email or by calling me directly. He was honest about the cars history and an overall pleasure to deal with. A big shout out however goes to Gabriel Petrulian!!! My car wasn't worth the trade in he gave me and that was beyond generous of him!!! He took note that I was a healthcare worker and thanked me during this time by being an amazing human being and putting a smile on my face. Be cautious if you are storing your tires with them - they will not mention nor warn you that you will have to notify them 48h before picking them up because they keep them elsewhere. This was not clear and they did not tell me this verbally at the time of the transaction and when I mentionned this, it was not well received and the customer service experience was not good on my end, very unsatisfied.

He is genuinely a nice person. He was even kind enough to give us directions to some of the places to visit in Montreal. The car was delivered as promised with excellent detailing and even had the new car smell. Worst service ever! I brought them my car to change the tires. They changed the tires and strangely enough replaced one of the alloy valve stems with cheap rubber stem and removed the pressure sensor from the wheel. When I came back to the dealership to inquire why they changed the stem they said that it was not them. They invented the story that someone else did it before. As a result I have "different" valve and the TPMS sign on my dashboard. Dealership refused to resolve this issue. Stay away from this dealership. A follow up... After calling a phone number that they left at the bottom of the review I had to listen to the same old story that I did not see the sign TPMS for the past 8 months, they again insisted that the alloy stem was changed previously by myself, but I did not remember about it. According to them they never replaced the aluminum valve with a brand new rubber one, which I have in my car since last visit to them. A pressure sensor also mysteriously disappeared from the wheel after this visit. There is too much mystery at this place. As I said before Honda Spinelli Lachine is not trustworthy and try to avoid it at any cost.

I met Pedro Simons at Spinelli Honda Lachine and he was able to get me into the vehicle I was looking for, within my budget. The used car department stay true to their word. Last year I purchased my Accord and through no fault of their own I had to make several trips to the service department. In the end the used car sales team apologized and promised me a complete car wash inside and out as well as a wax. On their word (nothing in writing) one year later I went back and Cosmin Birau ensured 100% satisfaction! The car looked great when they were done! I made a 500$ deposit on a used Honda Pilot(32K$) conditional to test drive, as the car wasn't available at the time).I came for the test drive the next day and the seller told me that the car has been sold to someone else (one of his boss friends).They still kept my deposit for few days. and no apologies whatsoever. Donc j'appel et il s'excuse en me disant qu'ils vont faire de leur possible pour réparer ce que je vois tout en restant poli. Il me renvois des photos la journée même, la porte m'a l'air COMPLETEMENT NEUVE. Je suis heureuse sans fin quel bon service... J'accepte donc et conduis de Sherbrooke a Lachine avec excitation. J'y arrive et la fameuse porte à plusieurs égratignures qu'ils ont seulement recouvertes à l'aide d'un crayon... L'égratignure sur la poignée y est encore... plusieurs spots de peinture manquant sur la portiere... qui evidement... feront rouillés la voiture sous peu. EXTREMELY upset about the service provided. Had an appointment booked however we missed it due to insane traffic on the highway 20. We sat in 45 mins of traffic trying to make our appointment. By the time we get there it was 20 minutes until closing - the receptionist went to ask someone to help us - no one could. Very funny because I saw one person sitting down watching the FIFA World Cup, and the others all chatting together. Don't be open until 4pm if you actually close much earlier than that. No one would even TALK to us!!! Definitely lost our business.

My husbands car is nice and he is leasing for a good price but every time he goes in they make a mistake, like he gets sent a message that he has a free oil change and they try and charge him. He dropped the car off for change of tires and oil change at 10am this morning. He was told it would be ready by 12pm or around there. Its 330pm right now and my husband called 15 mins ago to be told "well i dont know what they told you this morning but we are just working on your car now...He has to pick up our son at daycare. Just not impressed, dont say anything if you cant deliver, let us know you are really busy, call and tell us you are running late. I bought a 2013 Civic and was told it was a lease return from their own Spinelli customer and all maintenance was up to date with an inspection to back it up. The first thing that threw me off was the Honda Laval manuals and business cards in the glove box, but that was the least of my worries. I let that go, went home that night in my new car, tried to park in the driveway and the car kept rolling back, the parking brake was completely dead. The next morning I noticed in the day light that the car was filthy with dog hair in the back seat that definitely should have been vacuumed before reselling the car. I took the car around the block to see if anything else was acting up in it and realized the sway bar link in front needed changing. I called the dealership to tell them all this needs fixing and they agreed to take a look, they said they will adjust the hand brake cable. The advisor even told me it was normal that the parking brake was loose like that and I wasn’t pulling hard enough. But to my surprise it was not the cable, they had to change the whole caliper. I went home after these repairs took place with a really bad feeling about this place but it didn’t matter because I finally got the car back in better shape, and to my surprise 3 days later on my way to work the exhaust snapped in 2! I still never got a copy of what was supposed to be a 55 point inspection, but if brakes, suspension and exhaust are not on that list its pretty useless! I have zero trust for this dealership

I was there this morning, like usual my experience was DISGUSTING, it takes one hour wait before they discuss what you need as repairs, then you wait to get a lift home, as I was at home one of the service people the took care of me called me and said I needed to spend another $1000 dollars to fix my brakes, I course I was astonished when my car is two and half years old and standard, so I told him to leave my car alone and I will take care of it, a little later the same expertise called me back and said oh I read the wrong work order, and everything was ok, I am just wondering if I said yes would I have charged the same, I only say this because one year and a half ago my daughter was looking for a new car, and this adventure the salesman try to STEAL yes STEAL $300 dollars off her for a deposit less than 2 days, I have leased Honda’s for a long time but yet to lease one from honda Spinelli, I just bring it there for repairs out of convenience it is close to my house, but with things like this all the time I think my time with Honda family will end with this last lease, they even bother you about the cabin filter when I looked in my glove box after I got my car back and nothing was moved, if you really want a honda that is your choice, but I am finished.

I love my 2016 Honda Accord Touring V-6, so it is very important to me that i have service technician that I can trust working on my car. i have dealt with many service technicians in my lifetime that are not experienced and have a terrible attitude. For anybody bringing your car to Spinelli Honda Lachine for the first time. I would highly recommend asking for "Philippe Cardinal". He has great knowledge of cars, he will explain in detail every aspect of your car that needs work to be done and will take care of you until the job is done well. He is absolutely amazing.

It was supposed to be two weeks to get my new car. It took two months, and had to choose a different color. Then they sent a check with the wrong amount for my trade-in car. Now there's a piece falling off my new car and they won't even look at it under warranty. EDIT after owner's comment: I did call, and showed up as well. When I called again, the guy I met said the piece falling was full of mud, which was a blatant lie. I went to my old mechanics and he fixed the problem at no charge under 2 minutes.

Expensive labour costs but the workmanship is excellent, so it's mostly a good deal. Friendly staff though I feel like I am sometimes being rushed, especially when explaining details of the repairs or work that was or will be done. The stress of the staff is sometimes passed on to the customer by talking fast and hastily. Tire change price from summer to winter and back is insanely expensive! I will consider getting my tires changed elsewhere from now on.

This dealership used to provide good service. They still smile but will rip you off whenever possible. I took the car in last week for a tune up and left explicit instructions to be called before replacing any parts. The receptionist called my wife instead and got authorization to replace the cabin air filter. I went to the Spinelli Honda and put in my own new filter ($20, takes 10 seconds to replace), but was told that the one they put in was now "used" even though the car had not been driven. So I had to pay $67 for a filter I had not authorized and they charged 35 minutes labor - Ha!. The service manager was arrogant. That's not acceptable service from a Honda dealership. Go to Gabriel Honda, its less expensive and better.
Worst Customer Service, I called Spinelli Honda for make an appointment for sudden sensor is not working, the woman who talk with me about make an appointment, I need to bring my all day to look at it. but I said to her " I can not, because I work in Mirabel there is no way to go there public transportation, so I could wait at the dealership to take a look what happened" after that she told me that you have to bring the car leave it there for one day... Worst garage ever in Montreal I went twice at Spinelli to fix 2 problems in my CRV and just spent my time and $ there. They dont know how to fix your car, even in small problems (in my case was a noise in the front and also the driver’s window that was closing too hard). Spinelli was not able to find the root cause of the issue, however they charged me anyway.... this is the only department that works there: Finance, to charge customers

Preface : On the garage side, great work and service. If you own a Honda it’s a good place to take it in for work, however unless you’re paying cash for a new vehicle do NOT shop for a car here. Dealt with Todd Milo in sales and Angelique Guillemette in the finance department. Absolute bold faced liars, after I was upset at the first lie, Todd suggested the best way for me to get my issue solved was to total the accord and commit insurance fraud. Went in multiple times to try and figure out options but once your signature is on that contract they do not give a damn about you, they also pay you to rate them 5 stars when Honda calls for a survey so don’t trust that rating either.
Really great and friendly service. Came in with an "emergency" and they were able to fit me in quickly, find the problem my other dealership caused and fixed it quickly.
I do not recommend this place at all. It does not matter if you want to buy a car or use a service , big risk that you will be disappointed. Everything they tell you that it is free or included , during the sale , or even after on the phone .... You will be charged when you will come. Be careful with the sales reps.. if they promise you something, make sure its on 3 papers and signed by them. Also be aware that they lack of communication between employees. 3 situations I had , and all 3 were a waste of time. Big disappointment.

I went to get Radio Code yesterday, Spinelli Lachine wanted to charge me 19.95$. First, I thought he was joking. We recently bought a Ridgeline from Spinelli. We were referred by a friend to Kenny Sousa of Spinelli to help us with our purchase. And quite frankly wow from the get go, once were were in contact with Kenny. Totally professional, courteous, and helpful. From what normally is a fairly stressful experience; dealing with and through Kenny and in fact the whole team we had the pleasure of dealing with, it was the total opposite. Courteous and super helpful. Kenny assisted us through the whole decision making process with his answers to our questions and his suggestions and explanations. The whole process with Kenny was a friendly exchange of information and answers to questions. A good example is when I had some questions concerning protecting the catalytic converter from theft. I had a great first time experience with Spinelli Honda, in large part due to Kenny Sousa, the excellent sales rep I had the pleasure of dealing with. From the minute I walked in, Kenny was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest and not pushy (very important aspect for me when I'm shopping for anything). He knew from the start that I was shopping around at different dealers, and although promoting Honda, never outwardly knocked his competitors, which I appreciated. He took the time to explain all the features of the CRV I was looking at, helped me to compare the different trims and worked to find me the best deal (best price with most perks). I walked into Honda Spinelli with the intention of later going to see other dealers, but instead signed then and there, picking up my new car two days later. Although technically done his part of the transaction, Kenny followed through to the end, ensuring that my total experience went well, from the financial aspect to the delivery, days later. He also followed up with emails to see if I was satisfied with the car and if i had any questions, and even kindly offered a complimentary oil change - a nice after sales touch! If looking into getting a Honda, I would definitely recommend Spinelli Honda, and if available, would ask to be served by Kenny. Kevin had asked to run some tests while Todd made sure I had a fabulous replacement car for the weekend. Then Kevin called me back with the great news- My car " problem" was still under full guarantee and my repair bill was zero. Booked servicing following a recall , was told they won't even look at it because the parts aren't available. Lost time getting there early so I could be at work on time, lost money I spent to Uber to work, then I was told that I would have to figure out myself how to pick up my car because I finished work after valet service stopped even though I was told otherwise when booking the service....then I was delivered my car to my workplace....all the doors left unlocked and the car smelling have cigarettes !? By far horrible service all throughout. Told to call back to rectify situation after a bad review, no answer and no call back three weeks later, Jan 14th.

Update : Après avoir contacté leur service à la clientèle pour les informer de ne plus me contacter car ils ont totalement perdu ma confiance, je recois encore un appel aux 6 mois pour rappeller que ma maintenance du véhicule est due. Je les ai aussi appellés au numéro qu'ils ont donnés suite à mon 'review' pour leur parler de mes nombreuses mésaventures avec eux, et à mon grand étonnement, ils disaient ne pas être au courant de mes problèmes avec eux, même apres que j'ai contacté le directeur du dealership. Faites vous une faveur et allez ailleurs. Honda est une bonne marque, mais sauvez vous du temps et des problèmes et allez à un autre concessionnaire, le service de Spinelli est médiocre.

Customer service : they don’t care! On October 30th, arrived with an appointment to have my winter tires installed, they were purchased from the dealership when my vehicle was purchased. Waited for 10 minutes outside (ok for that). When the car was brought in, they said they were late with 1:30 hours to 2 hours delay for installing the tires. After 2 hours of wait time, I went to see where my car was, they said it’s the next one to go in. When you have an appointment at the dealership, you’re already paying premium pricing. The least they could have done is call to say they’re going to be late and to come later. They also knew that I was waiting in the dealership for the car. Very poor customer service, actually none!

I am more than impressed with this dealer. We went in after hearing a weird sound coming from one of our tires, and they took us in right away. The service department was not only welcoming but super professional and very friendly. Next time I have any servicing needs, I will definitely return! The gentleman that helped us (saw a sign with the name Angel, I’m not sure if that was his name or not) deserves a special thank you (was working July 21, 2018) One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealer! The worst customer service ever. Went in to check their inventory in person, sales person never greeted us and just gave us the keys to check the car on our own. The sales person which dint gave his name, but an old guy, sits near the side entrance, comes out, insulted me for checking the back and then proceeds to physically threaten me after I told him how horrible his service was. Pretty sure he is related to the owner, because I dont know how you can treat people this way and still have a job.
I really appreciate the great level of customer service. The staffs makes you feel comfortable the moment you enter the showroom. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I recently purchased a brand new Honda Civic SI and let me tell you, the only thing more enjoyable than ripping that car 50 km/h past the speed limit, was the magnificent service. Le préposé m’a dit également qu’il recommandait de laisser la voiture en observation jusqu’au lendemain ($$$$) pour s’assurer que la problématique ne revient plus. Je lui ai dit que j’avais besoin du véhicule tout de suite et il m’a dit qu’il fallait dans ce cas-là croiser les doigts pour que la problématique ne se reproduise pas. Diagnostique du technicien: pas de communication avec le véhicule et reprogrammation. Prix final payé : 299.88 $ + tx = 344.78 $ Le 15 avril 2020, ma voiture tombe encore une fois en panne avec les mêmes symptômes que la première fois (la voiture ne démarre pas) Là, j’ai compris ce que le préposé m’avait averti. J’ai décidé de prendre les choses moi-même en main. J'ai cherché un diagnostic sur YouTube et toutes les vidéos recommandaient de vérifier tout d’abord s’il ne s’agit pas d’un problème de batterie (batterie déchargée), du démarreur ou bien de l'alternateur. Ainsi, j’ai utilisé un câble Booster et malheureusement la voiture n'a pas démarré. Donc, j'ai suivi l’autre recommandation, soit d’acheter un multimètre pour tester la charge de la batterie. Avec le multimètre sur la batterie, cette dernière donne une lecture de 10,10V. Donc, la batterie était hors d’usage. Puis, je m’en vais chez Canadien tire et je remplace la batterie et ma voiture démarre comme une neuve. Conclusion : étonnant! Pas de test de batterie et en général très mauvaise expérience chez Honda Spinelli, je ne recommande pas du tout le service technique, leurs intérêts ce que tu passes le Plus longtemps au service $$$$
