Terrible customer service, they only want your money with no service to show for it. Bought 3-4 cars there and no vehicle registration was present for transfer of vehicle. When I mentioned my concern that is been the fourth time I’ve gone through this, the clerk disregarded my complaint, practically rolled her eyes, said it was normal and some random guy tried to justify the normalcy of the incident with no apology offered when they see my profile and see how many times I’ve bought from them. Very dissatisfied on how they conduct their business and treat their customers.

L'encan s'en lave les mains en disant qu'il y a un règlement sur le site internet que nous avons une semaine pour revenir contre eux. Pourtant, je cherche depuis 35 minutes leurs règlement. C'est un grand, mais alors un très grand manque d'incompétence
