Worst service ever received from a Kia dealer. I have been loyal to Kia for almost 10 years. Went in a few weeks ago to purchase a vehicle( Kia seltos) , thought the place was closed, there was no one around . ( mind you this was the 3rd time I drove to the location , Friday evening, Saturday and they were closed but yet their hours on google say otherwise)I continued to walk around , then I hear someone ask if they can help but wouldn’t get up from her desk. Talk about unwelcoming…. I guess she wasn’t in the mood to sell. So, I made my way to Honda and purchased from them. Now , they have a loyal customer for life and the service was phenomenal. To the sales rep that I disturbed, thanks for helping me make the best choice ????

Generally very good service - they seem to go beyond what's necessary whenever we get service done. They were also the only dealership we visited who we felt were being honest with us throughout our transactions. In one disconcerting experience, however, a car key broke and when we took it in to have it fixed/replaced under warranty, the service person tried to convince me that it must have broken due to something we did and that it could cost us upwards of $400 to fix. This struck us as a dishonesty approach to the warranty and a predatory sales scheme, hence the 3 stars. The only other issue I've come across is that one day they seemed to have trouble finding prices for certain accessories.

These guys are the best. My wife was looking to buy a Kia so we went to the dealership closest to our house (in Vaudreuil). We got the worst service and we were getting taken advantage of. My wife called these guys in Dorval and changed everything. These guys (in Dorval) were polite, honest, helpful and friendly. So we bought the car there. Later, I purchased winter tires from them for my own car. This morning, I went to have my tires installed. They made a mistake (ordered the wrong size), the owner lent me a car while they ordered the correct size so i wouldn't have to wait. In my opinion, these guy are the best. If I could, i would give them 6 stars.

Le premier contact que j'ai eu avec le service auto à également été très positif. Clairement le bon service n'est pas seulement offert aux clients car tous les employés sont sympathiques et semblent s'y plaire grandement. Bref, je vous recommande fortement de passer chez ce concessionnaire avec l'équipe en place actuellement. Je vous invite même, tout comme j'ai fait, à magasiner dans 2, 3 ou 4 concessionnaires vous constaterez par vous-même. J'y retournerai sans doute prochainement pour magasiner mon prochain véhicule. P.S. Je n'avais aucun lien particulier (familiale ou amical) avec aucun employé du concessionnaire avant ma visite. We did not return my calls, I had to call at least 15 times before talking to someone. I was finally told that I would be reimbursed! After a month of waiting, I finally remembered and they had changed their minds. I said bye-bye to this money with a small bitter taste in the mouth. I love Kia, and thankfully, there are many honest dealers. For such a large purchase, I urge you to have a dealer who will not try to get you in the fine print of your contract. If you go to Dorval anyway, never give up your guard, they are there to squeeze the lemon (and lemon, it's you!) Edit: to answer the message below Concept Kia: Indeed we had several conversations on the subject that are not reflected in your comment at all! I understand your desire to protect your reputation, but I think you have a choice between serving your customers well and having good comments, or trying to get as much money out of them as possible and accepting bad comments. As we were talking in our conversations (and you probably forgot to mention in your answer below), you have loaded the tires twice (in the accessory section and increasing the MSRP above the posted price). This strategy unfortunately used by some dishonest dealers is described in many places in consumer protection sites. You are given certain advantages to attract you (ie tires included, windshield protection ...) to finally increase the price (MSRP or other). I know this is not common practice, so shop your dealer, there are many more in Montreal! Hoping that this comment leads you to change practice, or at least avoids the other to be rolled in the flour. And yes, despite this bad experience, I love my car (thank you Kia!). Pour un achat aussi important, je vous conseille vivement d'avoir un concessionnaire qui n'essaiera pas de vous avoir dans les petits caractères de votre contrat. Si vous allez malgré tout à Dorval, ne baissez jamais votre garde, ils sont là pour presser le citron (et le citron, c'est vous!) Edit: pour répondre au message ci-dessous de Concept Kia: Effectivement nous avons eu plusieurs conversations sur le sujet qui ne sont pas du tout reflété dans votre commentaire! Je comprend votre désir de protéger votre réputation, mais je crois que vous avez un choix à faire entre bien servir vos client et avoir des bons commentaires, ou essayer de tirer le plus d'argent possible de ceux-ci et accepter les mauvais commentaires. Comme nous parlions dans nos conversations (et que vous avez probablement oublié de mentionné dans votre réponse ci-dessous), vous m'avez charger les pneus deux fois (dans la section accessoire et en augmentant le PDSF au-dessus du prix affiché). Cette stratégie qu'utilise malheureusement certains concessionnaires malhonnêtes est décrite à plusieurs endroits dans les sites de protection du consommateur. On vous donne certains avantages pour vous attirer (i.e. pneus inclus, protection pare-brise...) pour finalement augmenter le prix (PDSF ou autre). Je sais que ce n'est pas pratique courante, alors magasinez votre concessionnaire, il y en beaucoup d'autre à Montréal! En espérant que ce commentaire vous porte à changer de pratique, ou au moins évite à d'autre de se faire rouler dans la farine. Sometimes businesses have to take responsibility for things. They never will. Beware of Kia and specifically this location. I am putting one star because I have to to post but it definitely gets 0. Nothing but amazing things to say! Needed a car asap and was nervous it would be a long and daunting process with the pandemic. I called and Alex was there right away and said he could get everything prepared within 1 day! The service was incredible, i rarely review but i had to i dont think anywhere else would cater to their clients like this given the circumstances. Alex was informative and there everytime i called with questions with a pleasant and positive attitude. I felt safe and secure given all their covid procedures as well. Awful dealership charging without reason or warning. Brought my leased Forte in because of a noise. They called to let us know that is was the front 2 breaks and it would be $563 to fix. Obviously at that price we're going to fix it elsewhere. When my husband went to pick the car up they wouldn't give him the keys unless he paid them and "inspection" fee of $55 which was never mentioned to him when he dropped off the car or to me when I made the appointment. Total SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY!!!!! UPDATE!!!! The response to my review is a complete lie. I understand that you have a business to run but misleading people in not ok. If I was informed that there would be a charge if we did not repair the car at your dealership I would have ABSOLUTELY brought it to my own mechanic. Lesson learned!
