Went to this Place to buy a Car for my Step Father Place is very clean they have a very good selection of cars used and new the staff is spot on they do anything to make you feel great and they don't push sales on you like in other places they rather help you make the best decision . I had a horrible experience with this dealership. Although it's a long story, the summary is that because they LOST my information I had to pay 800$. I wish I was joking but the service manager came, took information on the damage of my car, took pictures, and even said that the accident wasn't my fault. However, he lost the information and they refused to cover the damage. I will never buy another Nissan vehicular again and I suggest you don't as well.

I was shopping for a crossover SUV, when a friend reccomended the Nissan Qashqai. Went to test drive it. When I arrived Sam Dib was hospitable and cordial. He answered all my questions and cut out the fluff. He made me feel like the burden of car shopping during a pandemic was lifted off my shoulders. He didn't distract me or try to push any other car on me. Finally it was the test drive. If you're looking to buy a Nissan and want a person with integrity and listens to what you want and need? They seem to be very lazy and not very willing to do the proper investigation and get to the root of the problem. Be very careful when servicing your vehicle at Metro Nissan and question every item on the estimate!

I bought my car from Nissan Lasalle in September 2014.I was very pleased and very happy with the way the salesman treated me and my husband.They were very honest with me and didn't pressure me to buy any extended warranty.The car they sold me was in top shape and I didn't have any problems until August 2015.My muffler was making a weird sound so I decided to go to Nissan Lasalle to have it repaired.Ive had mufflers repaired in the past and I know the price is always between 300-600$ .I took an appointment and the guy at the counter told me to bring the car right away and so I did.After examining my car the guy tells me it's the muffler and it needed to be changed I said no problem how much would it cost me and he replied 800$ plus taxes .I said wait whaaaaaattt almost 1000$ to replace a muffler????u have got to be kidding me!He told me that he didn't have the vintage muffler and that he had to use and original part and that's why it was that expensive .I asked my husband to take back the car from them because these people are a bunch of crooks!When my husband picked up the car the guy was like oh well I made a mistake it's 800$ including tax my husband said no thank you we will take our car somewhere else.We took our car to another garage store and they charged me 500$ tax included (the muffler is brand new) and the service was wonderful he even checked my whole car to make sure no other parts where defective.I'm currently shopping for a second car and I wanted to use Nissan Lasalle but after this experience I felt like they were taking me for an idiot.Before going to Nissan Lasalle I checked their reviews and I saw a lot of unsatisfied customers but since I was happy with the way they treated me I decided to give them a chance .Unfortunately I don't trust them anymore and it's such a shame

I therefore change my mind ( for the post on google) and decides to call them the next day. I spoke to the manager of the site who had meanwhile taken the trouble to respond to my Google comment ... he explained the misunderstanding to me again (internal, because want-not ... it's not for the customer to wipe the casts of a misunderstanding between 2 colleagues) but apologized and his apologies were sincere. That in my eyes ... is still worth more than $ 69 which they pardoned me and I thank them for it. Make no mistake, I am not spitting on the commercial gesture of the day before. He told me to bring my vehicle for the sighted people the next day. I accept, a little suspicious (I have to admit I'm still chilled by the experience of leaving my car in good condition and getting it "messed up") But they made amends yesterday, deserve despite everything a second chance. I am told "no problem madamr, it will not be long .... the technician will come and answer you". 1h30 (and 3 reminders) after ... when I am overwhelmed because my working day is ruined and I demand to be accompanied to the metro ... I am given the keys to my vehicle, telling me "c 'is good, we have checked everything is perfect ... we will get you the invoice and the credit details that have been checked. In other words, what I waited for 1h30 (a very small response of 2min for my connection to Carwings) is still not satisfied. They tell me that there is a misunderstanding. Lie .. (at each raise, I made it clear that I just wanted my connection and that if it was long, I could come back to have it in the evening at the same time as I get my car) I point it out to the manager who pleads incomprehension by bringing to witness the one who served me and unfortunately cannot deny that I am right. The truth ... they tried to hide their meat by checking my battery quickly, except that it was not at all what I had asked for ... nor believed that I wanted. Ça à mes yeux... vaut encore plus que 69$ dont ils m'ont graciée et je les en remercie. Qu'on ne se méprenne pas, je ne crache pas non plus sur le geste commercial de la veille. Il me dit d'apporter mon véhicule pour les voyants le lendemain. J'accepte, un peu méfiante (je dois reconnaître que je suis quand même refroidie par l'expérience d'avoir laissé ma voiture en bon état et de l'avoir récupérée "détraquée".) Mais ils ont fait amende honorable hier, méritent malgré tout une 2è chance. Ce matin, je dépose (plutôt réticente) donc ma voiture .... et suis ravie de l'avoir récupérée comme je l'ai toujours connue. Je vais donc passer de 1 à 3 étoiles et me laisser la chance d'observer sur le long terme avant de me faire un avis définitif sur le service pour le recommander (au moins, je ne le déconseille pas...c'est déjà ça) -------- 17-10 C'est bien dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de noter zero étoile. Quel service abominable!!! J'appelle la veille pour prendre un rdv il ne l'est pas. Je me pointe le matin à 8h30 et réexplique la raison de ma visite (pourtant déjà expliqué par chat et par téléphone la veille). Laisser ma voiture pour un contrôle de batterie (je travaille downtown donc ca m'arrange de ne venir la chercher qur le soir) et poser une qiestion pour connecter mon téléphone au système Nissan Carwings. On me répond "pas de problème madamr, ce ne sera pas bien long....le technicien va venir vous répondre". 1h30 (et 3 relances) après...lorsque je suis excédée parce qur ma journée de travail est foutue et que j'exige de me faire accompagner au métro... on m'apporte les clés de mon véhicule en me disant "c'est bon, on a checké tout est parfait... on va vous sortir la facture et le détail de cr qui a été vérifié". Autrement dit, ce pour quoi j'ai attendu 1h30 (une toute petite réponse de 2min pour ma connexion à Carwings) n'est toujours pas satisfait. Ils me répondent qu'il y a ru malentendu. Mensonge..(à chaque relance, j'ai birn préciser que je voulais juste ma connexion et que si c'etait long, je pouvais repasser pour l'avoir le soir en même temps que je récupère ma voiture) je le fais remarquer au responsable qui plaide l'incompréhension en prrnant a témoin celle qui m'a servi et ne peut malheureusement nier que j'ai raison. La vérité... ils ont essayé de masquer leur boulette en checkant ma batterie vite fait sauf que c pas du tout ce que j'avais demandé...ni cr que je voulais. Glodplating n'est pas synonyme d'excellent (mais plutôt de mauvais) service client. Journée de travail bousillée. Si on tenait comptr du coût d'opportunité que ca représente...je ne devrais même pas la payer cette facture. C'est Nissan qui me devrait de l'argent. Bref mon conseil : FUYEZ!! N'y allez jamais...

I was not pleased with my visit to the service at Metro Nissan, LaSalle! It was oil change and had to pay over $234 with other estimate to be fix in the near future over $2,000. I never had any problem with my car before the service visit. Only I may needed to change the brake pads and it was not even mentioned in the $2000 estimate. Never again. It was my 1st visit and it is my last.

N.D.G. was pretty empty, but they took it a while to sort everything out, and then do the tire change. Today, they made an appointment but forgot to bring the tires back from N.D.G. It's my last time there. First time I went to Metro Nissan, I was interested by a 2016 Maxima SR, Did a road test and it went well. Then we talked "numbers". Two hours later & 3-4 calls, the pre-owned vehicles manager told me Metro Nissan would Give me 4K-5K and maybe if he stretches big time: 6K for my returned car. In the Canadian black book my car was 12K, showed them the page, but nothing to do about it. I RAN AWAY. Week after Barnabe Nissan gave me my 12K (incl taxes, so 11K) and drop my price by 950$, gave me much stuff also. Maybe it's not about trying to screw me by 7000$, maybe they just know the market better. Nevertheless the issue is more about the service, because yeah sadly Barnabe Nissan was too far for me, so Metro Nissan here again. My car is new, lots of recalls but it's a new design and nothing major, so I wont complain. I was paying around 350$ of service each 6 months for 2 years and all those recalls paid by Nissan Canada to Metro Nissan. One day after a service, my neighbor calls me, tells me my car is swimming in oil. I moved my car to an independent garage in front of my house. He tells me the oil tank plug was incorrectly tightened up, took videos and pictures for me, told me I was lucky there was only one pint left, could have lost my engine on the highway. It cost me a new oil change, a full under body wash, my parking washed, a day of work lost, pair of shoes etc. I went to Metro Nissan with the video to ask for a free oil change in 6 months, nothing more, maybe excuses and I was kind. The other garage told me I should, knowing nobody touched that car in it's lifetime but Metro Nissan. Oh my god the service manager was so bad. He was acting like a victim in a trial, how can you tell me without a doubt that it is not you or another garage who lose it up, etc. etc. etc. WELL, first I AM telling you it's not a squirrel, me or somebody and second here it's about buying a 45 000$ car, paying thousands in service over time and expecting high standards service and commitment. I was with Acura and VW before, do you even have an idea how they react to secure a customer and make him happy when something goes wrong? You have no idea how horrible you are, I got much more than that with them! So you finally took my car for another 2 hours, made another recall (got paid by Nissan Canada again) to finally tell me you couldn't find an explanation without any doubt. I lost another 2 hours, I'm so fed up. Also frequently waited an hour (plus+) to get served. They are just there to make money. Absolutely No Customer service skills at all.

I went back to metro nissan and was asked to come in on Thursday Morning. I went in and left my car. On Thrusday afternoon I called to get some update, they mentioned they wont be able to work on my car on Thursday because they are running behind schedule. Given I have had a good experience with the service in the past I said no problem but I need my car the next day. On Friday June 28, I did not hear back from anyone so I decided to call around 11AM to get an update. I was told they are super busy but they will 100% call me back before the close at 2PM. At 1:45PM I did not get any update so I decided to go in Person and my car was still parked at the same spot I left it in and the service was closed. The least they could have done was to call me and give me an update. Now I am left with a car that is still not fixed and forced to go back another day. Very Unprofessional.

Today I had a really awful experience with the dealership's general manager, a mr Sam Dib. It was about an issue of free oil changes offered to me upon purchase of the vehicle by the salesman in 2011. I also bought an extended protection which included 4 coupons for free oil changes that were already used up. The offered oil changes have been used twice previously without problem. This time the service manager, mr Guy Tremblay was not sure and took me to see mr Dib. This man was arrogant and impolite the way he talked, after a few exchanges, he said he would "give" me those two last oil changes for free, "just a hundred dollars". I told him that he didn't have to "give" me anything because those were offered to me! I told him that i haven't met anyone rude at this garage before until today. At that he ran after me and shoved his finger at my face and told me that he no longer "gave" me those free oil changes. He acted rudely, proving by his actions that he was actually not fit for a position as his considering how he interacts with customers. That was completely unprofessional. I was disappointed because the other people at the service department are pleasant. I will not go back there.

It was my first and LAST time with Metro Nissan. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT AN HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. In summary, went there for three recalls, Marc-André the service manager I believe, lied straight to my face and told me that one of the pieces wasn't there and I needed to wait for it until feb-march. When he found out that I used to have a rental from Enterprise paid by Nissan , the whole story changed and the piece miraculously was available. Instead of telling me the truth at first " we can only do the changes for people with rentals " as a professional would, he lied and made it more complicated for everyone ... Secondly, I told him about the airbag sign that was flashing on my dashboard, didn't address the issue at first and then decided to look into it after I got on him about that. Told me there was no code for the problem , restarted the computer of my car and the sign disappeared but when I came back to get my car two minutes into driving the sign came back . When I've arrived home, I left him a message asking him if it was dangerous for me to drive with it since the sign came back but he didn't find a code for the problem. The next day , he left me a message saying it's not dangerous it only means if I have an accident my airbag won't get deploy ... hum meaning I might die or get seriously injured in accident where my airbag was supposed to work but no it's not dangerous SMH. He will really took me for a fool...
