This was my first experience with the dealership and after some of the reviews I was a bit weary. Now when I arrived I was greeted by a super friendly mechanic that showed me where to go. After that I was with a great service employee she explained in detail the costs and even told me she would let me know if ever the repair exceeded a certain amount of time. When I did receive a call it was to let me know what the problem with my car was how long it would be to fix it and even the piece that was needed. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. In summary they were clear and forthright .
My 2016 Ford F-150 failed to start while shopping. My truck was towed to the Ford Lincoln Gabriel service center late Thursday afternoon. On Monday they identified the problem and told me it could take up to 10 days to receive the part since it comes from the US. It turned out to be a defective starter. Unable to wait that long I spoke to the service manager Mr. S. Gilesian to see if they can help me find a part somewhere else. He said he would look into it. The very next day Mr. R. Pontarelli found the part and I had my truck back before lunch. Service like this is hard to find. I would like to thank them for their help.
I purchased my 2016 Mustang (aug 2015) with the help of the sales rep named Rhett Gervais. Super nice and professional guy, no pressure at all!!! Even the finance manager (the guy you see after you buy a car who tries to sell you extended warranties, rust proof and other stuff) was very respectful, explained everything very clearly and not upselling anything or pressuring at all. First, he helped me order the car with the exact specs I wanted. Then offered me a pretty good deal. When I asked him (with respect and not wanting to exaggerate/push the deal) if he can just make it just under XX amount (which was like another $200-300), he replied with just the amount that fit my request. And I said YES!!. This whole thing, from the sec I met him to when I accepted the deal, took probs about 20-30min. I ended up getting $3000+ off msrp (including $1000 costco member discount). Waited about close to 2 months if i remember correctly for the car to be built and arrive. He kept me posted during the whole process and waiting period. Made my first car purchase a great experience. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! The service department is pretty good too, other than longer waiting times (which is pretty much the same at any dealer), the service is great! No complaint at all. I think a reg service which includes oil and filter change and general inspection took like 1-1.5hr which i find a little long...
Looking to buy a vehicle just happened to be in the area. Location is good. No high pressure sales tactics to buy. I ended up not buying even though the models and quality of vehicles were beautiful and we'll constructed. Just a little over my budget.

Overall not very impressed. This is for the maintenance part, can't comment on car purchase experience. I was a Lasalle Ford customer and got transferred to Lincoln Gabriel as Lasalle closed down. Simple wheel swap for summer + oil change. Got a call saying my summer tires were finished (Ford was storing them for winter btw). After asking questions and wondering why this wasn't checked prior to storing them, I was told it was actually my winter tires that needed to be replaced. Ok that's fine, errors can occur. Was informed that they will throw them away. Day of the pickup, wheels are in my trunk... Was looking for clerk for information, wasn't there. Other Friendly staff member helped me out to throw them away. Also, in my car a towel was left there with random paper (I've paid for in/ext washing). Next, I realize the car onboard system wasn't reset to indicate the oil change Also noticed a center cap from the wheels is missing...Lastly, there is a recall notice on my car and they were suppose to check it, but didn't get confirmation if it was done or not. I've called back and waiting for a follow-up. As a first experience I'm far from impressed. I question if everything was properly done. As for the driver and staff that greet you, they are simply amazing. They were the only ones that actually made me feel like my business is worth something to Lincoln Gabriel.

'taxi' -- service is amazing. Very friendly and quick if you book in advance. 'Service' -- It's quite back and forth whether or not you'll get a proper service done. The quality of the work is always superb. Whether the job gets done is quite another thing. I had to argue my way into a break change after 94,000 km on the vehicle. I had requested the service four times: 45000km, 60000km, 85000km, and at 93800km. I fought for them to honour their service plan. 'Sales' --- They know their job. They know their vehicles. 'Finance' --- Amazing team of people that will help you all the way through. Resume: Too bad that the service staff is so resistant to actually honour what has been paid for in advance. Perhaps this is the catch in the fine print...

For the second time in 6 months, they have been unable to provide a promised car wash as they've been slow in processing the car: THInk. Also, after trading in my old Edge for a new Escape, I found I was making lease payments for both cars for two months. Still haven't had my over payment returned... other than that, a pleasant group of people.

Horrible customer service! Horrible management! Avoid going there! Called a few times over past three weeks to get an appointment for an oil change, left two messages, no one called back. Finally called during the early morning hours last week, and was able to reach them and made an appointment. I gave them my car info and my name and made sure they know I have a free maintenance package. The lady checked and said it was okey and I had 3 left. I have a super busy schedule so I booked an appointment for 8 AM. When I showed up, 8 AM, the gentleman said that when I had made the lease transfer and took over this car from another person, the maintenance package wasn’t transferred. However, I had asked specifically about that at the time of transfer which was done in another dealership in Quebec City. Anyways, after showing up at 8 in the morning to my free oil change appointment, they said I had to pay about 100$ because they had a different name on the file! Same car number though! And they also saw my transfer! But it wasn’t their problem! They didn’t even offer to call the other dealership or ford maintenance package Centre or help at all. I asked the guy to give me the name on the file. Then I went out to get a coffee (no free coffee there) and googled the name of my original dealer, called and asked them to make the changes they had not done. The receptionist from the Quebec dealership was nice enough to take my name and phone number and called me back to say they would do it during the day. Meanwhile, I lost my morning at lincoln Gabriel and was upset! I had to come back again next week. No one even said they were sorry about giving me an appointment, confirming my free oil change and then telling me to come back next week or pay for it! So I told the guy that I wanted to see the manager. Once she showed up, she said they can’t do my oil change because ... I said I understand but I’m not happy with their customer service. They could have done something, their mistake to give me an appointment and even tell me everything was fine. Not only she didn’t sound sorry or apologized but The director became very rude. I explained that as part of good customer service, they should have helped me through with the problem, they could have made one phone call, or say sorry, or offer something! but instead she got mad and started screaming. They gave me another appointment but said I would be waiting longer than normal. Or leave the car on that future appointment and come back in the evening! No curtesy car! After insisting, finally I got another appointment for the following week that would take an hour and half. The director said I should pay for it. Although I am paying for my maintenance package every month! A free oil change done would have cost them nothing, but would have made my life much easier, and I’m sure they could have validated my maintenance package later on. Even if the director was nice and helped me or would have apologized for the inconvenience, it would have been nice. But she said it wasn’t their problem. She was rude, she told me she knew what she was doing. Clearly she has no idea what good customer service means! I have been to many car dealerships and unfortunately this one had a horrible customer service! And a rude manager which shouldn’t be there. It always starts at the management level. If she doesn’t know how to handle an unhappy client, no wonder that the staff doesn’t care! Funny that I had been a BMW client or Acura client and had never been treated so! —- After writing this review, I got a call from the dealership during the day. Seems like it was the boss! He didn’t ask me if it was a good time to talk, nor did he sound sorry or apologized! He asked me what happened and then started lecturing me about how it wasn’t their problem and responsibility! Again another manager who had no clue about how to treat an unhappy client! When I tried to stop him because I had stepped out of a client meeting to talk to him, he went on talking and started shouting! That’s insane! I have never seen this!

Terrible service - To avoid! We had 3 different recalls at this location, and encountered 4 different problems... The service dept. does not seem qualified, made us waste a ton of time by booking our recalls, then notifying us as we were waiting that they did not have parts / procedure and would have to reschedule, or by breaking parts on our vehicle in the last instance!!! Best part is they insisted they had to charge us on the last repair required while they had the truck... You should also not expect any apologies (your first mistake was bringing your car to them in the fist place!). We are never returning, and will not buy from them anymore.
Worst new car delivery experience I have ever had. Picked up my car with an empty tank of gas, was asked to fill it up myself and they would reimburse me, never received payment, they forgot to tint my windows had to bring it back for tinting was told my car was ready for pick up when i showed up it was nowhere near ready; this happened 3 times. Bought winter tires was quoted one price, charged a different price. I was never credited the difference, despite my multiple follow ups. Thanks for responding by giving me the general phone number of your dealership, however who do you suggest I contact? I have already communicated with my sales rep Rhett Gervais, several times and each time he promised to remedy the situation and yet noting is ever done.

I bought a used car. My seller was Felix Navas - one of the worst sellers, he lie to the clients, his main goal to sell you a car and after that you don't exist for him and he don't want to make something for you. They sold me a car with a warranty that should be free( I asked 3 times before to buy a car is it free or I have to pay something and he told me yes, it's free and you don't have to pay anything!). After that I find out that every time I come to the garage I have to pay 100$. So he lied to me. We spoke about winter tires, he gives me used tires and in really bad conditions and I have to buy new tyres because of this. They have to paint over the small part at the door - they didn't make it. They made additional scratch in the saloon of the car. They promised me 5% for the credit and they gave me 8% even though he wrote in the paper starting % for the bank 7%. I tried to speak with his manager and we made a call appointment and I had to call 5 times, because nobody wanted to speak with me. After 5 times someone was spoken with me and he was aggressive and his words was:"What do you want?" Is it nice service? He didn't have a patience to listen me.

I called to make an appointment concerning a recall that I had received from Ford Canada, after being placed on hold the person who took my call was very rude from the beginning, especially after I starting to speak English, big pause and deep breath before they started to inform me that they would not make an appointment before I would come in for a pre inspection? Motor Vehicle Safety Act recall and yet they would not book my vehicle. Called another dealership and was treated with respect and guess what, they actually booked an appointment.
Service was prompt and staff very pleasant. In future when you have VALET service, I expect to get the same class of loaner car.

In December 2018 bought a F150. I consider myself has a very demanding customer and the whole transaction went very well. We met with M. Rudy Tabora and gave him specific model of F150 we were looking for. He did not hesitate to search for it and he found us a beautiful F150. Communication with M. Tabora was clear and easy. He kept us informed by responding to our multiple questions in a timely manner. The bar is high for the service department since I will expect the same level of customer service in the future
My sales experience was great. However when, I started dealing with their service department the nighmares started. The best way to description the service department is organized chaos and totally incompetencey it's been one screw up after another. Who is in charge ? Who is accountable?. Is the Gabriel group managing the quality of after sales service in their dealerships. ?!!
Great experience getting summer tires installed and a few Electronic features activated/dactivated. ! Kevin kept right on top of things, managed them well and gave timely feedback on progress.
