I will never, ever purchase a car from Kia LaSalle. I went into Kia LaSalle to purchase a used car. A salesman showed me the car, we talked about price, a manager came over to try and seal the deal. I told them that I would get back to them the next day. They seemed very disappointed that I didn't purchase the car on the spot. When I got home, I realized that I forgot to ask how much manufacturer's warranty was on the car. I called the salesperson and asked. He said he would get back to me in a few minutes. I waited and waited and waited some more, no response. I called the salesperson a second time, he said he'd get back to me in a few minutes. I waited, no call. Two days later I called and left a message for the salesperson, I got a text back saying he was with a customer and will call me in a few minutes. No return call Over the weekend they are closed, so on Monday morning I called the sales manager to ask why I was getting the runaround. He told me he'd look into it and call me back. No call. Five hours later I got a text from the salesperson, from a different number than his first text, telling me he was away from work for a few days due to a death in the family. He also informed me that the car was sold just after we left the dealership. This made me quite angry. If the sales guy lost a family member and wasn't at work, who the heck texted me the first time? If the story was bogus, why text me from a different phone number and WHY THE HECK COULDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD ON THE SAME DAY?!! What a pile of liars. I wouldn't trust them.

I wish Google had negative stars. There is a reason why this place has so low rating, because the customer service just doesn't exist. I am pretty sure the positive reviews are all by their employees. I booked an appointment for a test drive of the new Sorento 2021. They told me they will have it a week before the scheduled test drive. I was constantly in touch with them for weeks. The day of the appointment,I reach their in fricking cold after travelling 20kms and they tell me after reaching there that they don't have the vehicle. It was supposed to arrive but it didn't. WHO STOPPED YOU TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. Reason is they don't care about one or two customers. It's a hot selling vehicle which willl sell no matter what. My $0.02 avoid this dealership at any cost.
An hour and a half for a scheduled tire change, unbelievable... Nov 25th, trying it again, last time though. Appt at 2:30, they take break from 3 to 3:15, oh boy...

Elite Kia closed and I was re-directed towards Kia Gabriel but I chose Kia de Lasalle as our home-base. I don't regret it. I have gotten nothing but good service from them. They're organized. They call you before doing whatsoever if they find something unexpected on your car. I recommemd this place for West Side Islanders.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance at the service counter only to show up and find out there is no appointment. Can't call the service area because no one answers, you have to show up in person. Language barriers are an issue. $40 for a car wash...may as well just make it an even $50. Incompetent employees. I will never return and because of this dealership never buy a Kia. Get anything else, get a bus pass!

Got a the Fotre5 SX Turbo from this dealership about a month ago. Its a stealth bullet in sheep's clothing. Switching lanes, on ramps has never this fun. But above all, excellent customer service, salesmanship. Maxime and Marco are the people to look for. They attended to my needs and accommodate my budget. Could not ask for more. Best part, 7 year warranty, bumper to bumper. That is the icing!
The best service you can get! In the past it was something else but with new people in the administration level, things have changed for the better. They have great service and a wide choice if Kia vehicles. The inventory there is impressive.
That was a great experience with Michael . I was surprised with such great service even for second hand car ! We ispected car carefully check all the parts and all small and big scratches has been fixed within 10 days as promised, also all systems has been checked and detail report has been provided. They changed oil and gaskets without any charges winter tyres + remote control.car was clean and shampoo ???????????? Special respect also his boss as promised everything has been done ✅. After all the paperwork Michael show how to use Bluetooth and remotely switch engine stop and all small details how to operate the car. That was very kind. Everything was Smooth and perfect all paperwork with my plate registration we done in Kia la Salle no need spend time in SAAQ. Thanks Kia la Salle and Michael ????????????good job.
The service department deserves 5 stars, excellent courteous service! The rest of the dealership leaves much to be desired. After requesting to speak to the financial advisor for some advice regarding making changes to my lease, I was left standing alone at the reception desk for over 25 mins. The receptionist left me there while she went for lunch, and the financial advisor could be seen working at his desk while I stood there waiting. I ended up leaving as I had no idea how much longer I would have had to wait. I would have preferred to have been turned away if he was busy. Leaving a customer standing there is really terrible customer service.

The service department personnelles are very friendly. They usually don't mind taking that extra few seconds to explain things to me (who is an idiot when it comes to anything inside a car). Things are done in a timely manner.

Got a flat near the dealership. Brought it around 8:30 pm and François took the time to take my information and pass it along to the service department. A pleasure to deal with. Next day, Annick took care of fixing the problem and was beyond hospitable. Nice waiting room and free coffee. Price was OK for the tire change as well. A great experience overall!

Do not buy a used car from them! They try to hide the real price! They advertise one price for the car online, but then say say that you have to buy a mandatory $550+tax inspection and oil change or else you can't buy the car! A guy at this dealership told me that I had to pay that price, and said every other dealership makes you do the same thing. I'm young but not stupid!

got yelled at and humiliated by the director of service in front of other clients and employees. terrible service, dishonest, and profit oriented. just sent my complaint to kia canada via their website. edit: nooooo thank you. he's the one who verbally attacked me. also, making complaints to kia canada is pointless, just got an email stating the dealership is privately owned and to contact the dealer principal. what's the point?.. your rating is a reflection of your terrible service. and having your employees post 5 star ratings is fraudulous.

This Kia is a cash grab and I do not trust them to consult honestly and transparently. You’d think 15 years of buying new cars from them might earn good and honest customer service but NOPE. Apparently a $49 oil change leads to a $700+ bill because a $22 light switch and $260 of labour is life critical - as they consulted. My own fault for trusting them. I have my own mechanic because of a previously bad experience with their Body Shop, and only came here because of a Kia recall. Not doing that again. Miserable and I STILL have to go back a second time. Why would they schedule a recall appointment and then make me come back because they don’t have the parts?? This is even more time and money out of my own day. Hoping this review saves someone the misery.
Buyer Beware Stay Far Away.....Went to purchase a new vehicle here and was shocked how bad and incompetent the sales department is. I was looking to purchase a new forte, so I met with a salesman and negotiated the price gave a deposit. A couple of days later I was asked to fill out my financing papers everything was approved a few days after that they call me and tell me they can't find a car that one is on order. So I wait 5 weeks the car finally comes in and wouldn't you know it the price changed. It went up 8 dollars a week they would not honor the original contract and price even though I gave a deposit and did the credit. Just be careful if you purchase from here watch the price. I would recommend another dealer there are other dealers around that won't shaft you.

Hi my name is Kevin, I brought 2011 Kia Optima which I love and is a great car, 2-3 months after having the car the front spring crack which is a big job, I brought it to KIA which I will say has great service, they told me they would have to keep the car for at least 2 days because they had to order the part, at that time. They had no courtesy left because it was tire season but MR FRANCOIS BLOUIN AND MAXIME went out of there way to get me one from their lot and told me they will take care of the bill of the car since i had just brought it 2-3 month ago I would like to thank kia for there great service and when my wife lease is up I will be visiting Francois & Maxime for another car

Bad all the way around, especially the service. They can’t even get my phone number right. Marco tried to screw me over with a 287$ payment and as I was walking out, he changed the price to 206$ within seconds! So no, they are not working for you but for their pockets. And I won’t even start with the service department. Horrible, worst service I ever got.
