Le pire c'est que je n'ai pas fini avec les troubles. En plus, j'ai découvert qu'il a été accidenté et ils me l'ont caché. Quand je les ai appelé, ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas leur problème. Normalement, un concessionnaire,devrait nous vendre une voiture après une bonne inspection mécanique de sécurité mais, ils ne le font pas. Il est arrivé la même chose avec mon fils qui lui aussi c'est acheté une voiture à problème chez Auto CB. Honnêtement, je ne les recommandes pas du tout et croyez-moi, j'ai entrepris les démarches nécessaires avec mon avocat.

Buying a used car is a daunting task but with CB Auto team, it became such a leisurely and fun to buy. They have a huge collection of well maintained cars. It does not looks like an used car showroom as all the cars are very clean and ambience is very soothing. When I reached there I met Axsel, who is the best Sales rep I have ever come across. He is responsive, respectful and friendly. He gave me a wonderful deal on my car which I am sure I wont be able to get from anywhere else. It's been over a month since I bought my first car from Auto CB. I waited to write a review just to see how everything would go with their 1 month guarantee. I had shopped at multiple concessions before stumbling upon an ad on Kijiji. The same Saturday, I booked an appointment, and met with Daniel (who is amazing, by the way). He was honest, valued what I was looking for in a car, and provided different options in a no pressure environment. Auto CB has a HUGE variety of second hand cars and the staff knows what they are talking about. When I decided to move forward with my buy, it was a smooth and easy process. My car had a few issues with it over the month that I had it, but I was welcomed to bringing it in and got all the issues taken care of. I also brought the car to my mechanic for a basic check-up to which he informed me that I got a good little car. All in all, I am not at all disappointed and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a used car. The experience differs so much from going to a dealer - where I had horrible experiences.

i had a good experience at first when i went to go see a car that interested me, the salesman was nice but very very pushy. To test drive it i almost had to fill out the papers to buy it, he almost made the decision for me. When i received the call from them the next day saying "Congratulations on your new car" i was very confused because at no moment did i agree to buy the car. Then when the salesman called me back he was unhappy, confused and extremely rude because i was not going to buy the car, when i told him it was one of my options he asked what they where and why which is none of his business. I was just looking and almost got forced into a deal. He even told me that i wasted his time by asking to test drive the car and that i did that for fun when he had better things to do which is very disrespectful and HORRIBLE customer service. I have a nail in my winter tire, I wash my interior myself even though that I paid $ 700, I had already bought the vehicle when I was told I had a new rate, in short this dealer has to be avoided unfortunately I am writing this review so that it does not happen to someone else. Ils mont charger 700$ d’inspection (complète) extra incluant un lavage complet alors que je ne l’ai jamais demander mais j’ai pas voulu me plaindre par contre en récupérant la voiture l’intérieur n’était pas lavé (il yavais 2 ticket mcdo dans un des compartiments) il m’a dit de rappeler prendre un rdv pour me refaire le nettoyage qui a été bâcler (si le nettoyage n’était pas bien fait je me demande même si l’inspection a vraiment été faite), j’ai aussi eu la surprise de ne pas avoir le même taux qu’on m’avait dit (apparemment la banque ne ferait pas de prêt pour un véhicule de cette année à ce taux et on me la dit après l’achat). Après 1-2 semaine, mon père me fait remarqué qu’il y’a un clou dans un des pneu d’hiver qu’il m’ont laisser avec le véhicule, je rappelle on dit d’appeler à un numéro j’appelle le numéro pendant plusieurs jours aucune réponse je laisse des messages on m’a jamais appeler jusqu’à aujourd’hui. jai un clou dans mon pneu d’hiver, j’ai laver mon intérieur moi-même même si que j’ai payer 700$, j’avais déjà acheter le véhicule quand on m’a dit que j’avais un nouveau taux, bref ce concessionnaire a éviter malheureusement J’écris cet avis pour que ça n’arrive pas a quelqu’un d’autre.

Et quelques jours plus tard, en pleine autoroute, bris du véhicule. DANGER! Vous vous dites qu'avec la garantie supposément "intégrale" payée, la réparation et le remorquage seront pris en charge. Et bien non! là vous apprenez que la pièce à l'origine des bris n'est pas garantie donc la compagnie d'assurance se dégage de tout. Et un autre 1200$ de réparation + le remorquage + le véhicule de location à vos frais. Et tout ça, en moins de 2 mois après l'achat d'un véhicule soit disant inspecté et totalement garanti. FUYEZ!

Trusting autocb has been literally the BIGGEST mistake of my entire life. I can't even begin to explain the headache, stress, loss of time and money I had because I bought my car here. And finally ,after the fees and taxes ,the car that was 11k was going to be almost 20K after 4 years!the finance was sky rocket high!!!. EVEN if you don't have a really good credit thats way too expensive!The contract was also full of weird and unnecessary charges and hidden fees. I went to a mazda dealer and all I had to pay was taxes! When i told my mother in law to think about it and not sign the contract, John the salesman started to become nasty and told her " Obviously your friend dont want you to get a nice car" and "I don't deal with your friends talking for you...you won't have a better deal if you bring your friend, good luck". Very rude and mean. His upset because I called him out on it . I was nice enough not to insult him and make a scene. I took the time to write this long review to explain my experience. If you're reading this...you make your own choices at the end of the day. However im telling you they only want to take advantages of people who do not know anything about used car dealerships and rob them of their money. Stay away or they will take advantage of you. Your choice. PS they answered back by saying they do not have a salesman by the name of John ,they are right my mistake.The salesman name was Rahul or Raul and she said she had a good experience with him. J’ai parler avec le créancier qui m’a dit qu’il y avait pas de problème de remettre le char mais qu’il y avait des frais de 200$ pour retirer le GPS qu’il avait mis, j’ai accepter qu’il le paye a même le 400$ de dépôt laisser mais le concessionnaire ne m’a jamais remboursé la différence de 200$ même qu’il mon bloqué de leur page facebook pour pas je puisse informer autre client de la situation c’est à dire être très prudents avec eux !
