Went for an oil change, no charge, now that's awesome but how come? I asked. New cars at GM get 2 free oil change and filter up to 20000km. My Canyon has 5117 km after one year of usage, so I qualify. Personnel are very attentive, polite and professional, I like that in a dealership.

THEY BROKE MY CAR AND NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. They took my car for a road test and came back with 2 chip damages which one of them resulting in a 10 cm crack on my windshield as well as cruise control panel broken. The manager claimed that I brought in the car with the damage, even thought a "walk around" was conducted by their employee and the damage was not found back then. I asked for a report from the walk around stating that there was no damage before the road test but it was rejected by the manager, and he started taking pictures of my vihecle including my PLATE NUMBER and also me standing next to my car. At the end, he said "if you want to take this further and talk to the GM, go ahead because I'm ready". Looking at these reviews, this dealer is alright as long as things don't happen, so make sure you pray before you go in.
False publicity ! They advertised a NEW Chevrolet volt 2017 under the tab NEW on their site i called to see if it was still there, yes it is but its a used one with 48000km on it ! On the site its at 0 km and NEW ! They dont respond to emails too .. don't go there they try to trick you !

The lack of customer service was astounding. The salesman was extremely cold and unhelpful. I cannot imagine how anyone would purchase a car from him under any circumstances whatsoever.
I came in to inquire about lease pricing for the GMC Terrain today, and left about 45 minutes later with absolutely zero service. I stood around the car hoping to be greeted by one of the staff members, at least with a “Hello” or “We’ll be right with you”, but no luck. I figured they were busy. One of them was with a customer, while a couple of others were chatting in one of their cubicles. They clearly saw me, but didn’t even bother to come say hi to me. I even looked to them, and cleared my throat a couple of time in hopes of grabbing their attention, but to no avail. After exploring the vehicles aimlessly on my own, I figured no one would come see me, and decided to leave. I am officially turned off by this dealership, and potentially by any GM vehicle. I would give zero stars if possible, since I got zero service, but sadly that can’t be done.

Worst experience ever! I have never been treated as bad as how GM LaSalle treated me and my family. I was interested in a car, salesman and I agreed on a price, came back a day later and took the car to get it inspected before purchasing it. When I came back ready to sign for the car but just going over if they CAN add an extended warranty and making sure the used winter tires that came with it were usable. Mr.Patrick Lalonde ( director of sales) the most unprofessional condasending person I have ever met, decided I was asking too much and instead of telling me he couldn't offer me the extended warranty , he treated me like garbage and decided he no longer wanted to sell me the car. After realizing he was serious, told him why he is doing this . He said to me that he had his reasons and wasn't going back in his decision. Made me leave the dealership crying because of how he belittled us in front of my child. Made me waste my time and money. Please do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that actually takes care of their customers. I should have followed my gut feeling.
My brother bought his truck from GMC LaSalle, unfortunately his truck was too high for the lift kit. When he maneuvered to the right the tire reached the side (Fenders). He called the LaSalle GMC to get that fixed and their response was, "it wasn't their problem, it was the people from Kahnawake who did the lift kit installation". Long story short, he had to ask a Lawyer to have them pick up the truck and fix their mess. With all of the concerns and statements on here. I am not sure of how I will be treated, let's see! If they overprice, like all the other GMC around the city. I honestly couldn't agree any more with the "Over pricing" with the service department, my sister and I always had the same terrible experience. I think they just got irritated because we bought the car at Chateauguay GMC.

In April 2019 I bought a used car from GM de LaSalle a 2009 Dodge Challenger. Do not trust their certified inspection. I was told the car was perfect condition which should have raised a red flag, no used car is in perfect condition. They also told me they couldn't put it on a lift to look underneath. The one problem was some rust spots along the base of the car and fenders. They told me don't worry we are gonna send this off for a really good paint job $2800.00 paint job I was told. I started having problems as winter started with a Cylinder misfiring, this is more of a hidden problem so I don't blame them for missing this. Then the body started rusting right back out within 6 months of new paint job, I'm guessing they only did a cheap coverup job to make profit and get the car off the lot quickly. Also in winter 2019 the ABS completely went affecting many things on the car including speedometer that fails to start up right away. I finally got around to fixing the ABS and I was told that the tone rings completely rusted off (This is a defect that should have been spotted and fixed before selling the car) the ABS system was also damaged and needs to be replaced, this is a very big job as the axel must be removed and the arms. As the mechanic continued to look he found problems with corroding front arm suspension left and right. Cracked transmission bracket and all kinds of stuff which should have been addressed in the certified inspection. This repair is costing me $2100.00 and the body work for the poor paint job will probably cost $2800.00 as per the dealerships original cost they told me. So essentially I'll be paying $21000+ for a car I paid $14250 + tax when the dealership should have known the car was about to completely fall apart in less than a year. I should have paid something like $10000 to be realistic but they spruced it up to make it look just nice enough to sell it. If you buy a used car from this dealership get a complete inspection at a real mechanic shop where they can inspect the under carriage fully and give you a true estimate of what is wrong with the vehicle. Even if the inspection costs you $200 it will be worth it not to get screwed. Obviously their warranty is only 3 months and say they aren't responsible. Truth is I've only driven the car 12,000km in 14 months as I drive less than the average person, I live 5 minutes from work and do not put hard miles on the car but yet is just completely fell apart. Completely unacceptable especially paying that much for a vehicle. If it happened after 2 years I understand but within 6 months, they for sure knew about the problems and didn't provide a proper inspection.

Gm LaSalle.. if shopping for a car wasn't stressful enough these people exceed at making it even harder. The lack of communication between employees is OUTSTANDING. First time we had problems with the financing , garage appointments, tires.. oh and it's not them, it's us , we're the ones who don't understand how things work and now we're stuck in a contract we can't get out of.. Save your time, Save your money and please do yourself a favor and go ELSEWHERE.

Never again Had a problem with a Malibu , battery had eroded on top of the cpu and wires , charged me 800$ for the module + diag + a wiring job and a small fuse which was most likely the immediate problem . I wanted to get the cpu tested somewhere else but THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY OLD CPU which made the situation look really bad . To add Insult to injury when I left the dealership the right side of the car was NOW knocking and when I asked the guys at the front they said maybe the towing broke it or that when cars sit for a while these things can happen . NEVER GO THERE !
We stopped in for a quick fix on our wind shield wiper and they were very helpful and we were on our way five minutes later!

Purchased cars here for years and was always a returning customer. I've never needed to get a co-signer before and the current vehicle which was around the regular target price I go for all the time required me to get one. For some reason the financing person insisted to the car salesman I needed one. It was insulting as well as embarrassing to be told that. I've never shown any issues with payments before. This is the "FIRST" time this has ever happened and my co-signer even though it strange. Currently I am content with the vehicle and have had no issues with it but the next time I'm told I need a co-signer I will be going to a different place for my car shopping.

You need to watch out for these snakes in the grass. I just went recently for a quote on a vehicle and they had balantly lied through their teeth and contradicted each other just to make a sale. Tried to get me to buy a different vehicle by lying just to make a commission... Then again, I am not surprised. I had once done a work study with GM de Lasalle, and the guys would make sexual remarks about my sister and teacher all the time. (I was a teenager and these were full grown adults) Unprofessional back then and still unprofessional today.

I booked a test drive on a Friday for the following Monday. It was confirmed on Saturday. I arrive Monday at 18:30h and the car wasn’t available for some reason. No call to tell me to postpone it. The sticker price was $23,999 (Used SUV) after inspection + detailing it came to $24,850. I NEVER heard of buying a car for MORE than the sticker price!! The kicker was “sir I’m going to give you the extended warranty”. It was the 3 month warranty that’s a law. I was ready to put a deposit on it if it was a little cheaper than the sticker price, but he was greedy. GM Du Lasalle. You put the “dealer” in dealership.

Very bad customer service. I had an appointment with them to purchase a car. Upon my arrival, the owner tells me that the car was sold. I had no return call to cancel my appointment and they knew I came from a long distance for this special car. The owner had the audacity to tell me “we’re sorry” and nothing else to try to please me. He told me “it works like that, if someone put money on it, then it’s gone”. Really bad experience. Thank you for waisting my time. P.S : Don’t even ask me to talk with the manager Francois because he’s actually the one who I was supposed to have my appointment with and didn’t even bothered calling me back. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at this location. I have dropped my car for a programming recall by manufacturer. However, after the car was handed back to me I noticed that cruise control doesn't functioning after this reprogramming while it was working fine before. I explained the situation to both the dealership and the GM customer service but their answers were surprising. They refused to fix the problem on their own expense as the car is not under manufacturer warranty anymore. Instead, they will diagnose the issue on my expense. Since the problem has been happened after the recall, I don't find it fair to charge the costumer for any issue related afterwards. I would expect better customer relation and customer care as a GM product owner.

Yesterday I visited the dealership with my grandson to look for a car for him, and unfortunately the salesman acted like just talking to us was doing us a big favor. It was a huge effort for him to answer basic questions, unprofessional, unpleasant. Comparing to another dealership, which had amazing customer service, this was a very bad experience.

Had an issue with my Chevrolet Cruze 2011 where it smelt like gas inside the vehicle. They tried fixing the vehicle and they were never able to find out what the issue was. For them even though they acknowledged a gas smell said the vehicle was fine. I eventually found the problem myself by looking online which ended up being a loose spark plug We are two weeks later now and no answer from anyone yet. Still waiting for someone to call me back. This is nothing new as I was given this treatment last time I dealt with them.

Low level customer service. Before I signed the documents for Buick enclave, they were supportive. Salesman said: "If you have any issue, call me" I saw an issue two days after, Tried to reach the sales rep, He said" call my boss, I am not responsible". It was a mistake to had a deal with them. Really not impressed with their mechanics or their service unfortunately. I bought a used vehicle from them over a month ago and they did not even give me the 175-point inspection they allegedly did on the car. I can never get a hold of anyone to even get the report. I am suspecting that they never did the report, considering all the issues I found on my own and after paying another garage to inspect it. I understand the car is used, but this is just really lousy service. They take advantage wherever they can to save a few bucks. They said they would change my brakes, and they did such a poor job. They changed only the pads and not the disks, and now my car needs new brakes anyways. You don't need to be a mechanic to know that that is not the way to repair brakes. Waste of parts and time. They didn't even change the wipers or change the engine oil. This is all basic maintenance that you should do on a car before selling it to a customer. Really awful. Would not recommend.

Its very bad service i have ever seen in my life. First of all the salespersons are very greedy and they miss lead their customers and im one of them. I was betrayed during buy the car and the salesman gave me the extended warranty and many times i got problems in the car and went to their service centre additionally the service person told me your problem is not under the extended warranty. And i went 2 times only for the coolant leakage problem but its not fixed and now i got the same problem in couple of months and the leakage is in the radiator and they are not fixing the radiator because it’s expensive . And now I request to them please fix my problem and you should think and care about the customer because only the customer are your best way for your advertising.

I was looking for a Chevy Sonic. This dealership advertised on their website that they had them. Even asked to "Build Your Own". I went through the whole procedure and got a scratch ticket for a rebate for my efforts. A web rep contacted me and we made an appointment at the dealership. I traveled for over an hour to get there, just to be told that Chevy supposedly didn't make this vehicle anymore and they didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked about the website and the rebate, again, they didn't know what I was talking about. Total false advertising just to lure you to the dealership where they try to sell you another type of vehicle, no where near what you're looking for. No car, no rebate, just a lot of b.s.
