For the actual owner of this business, the guy who sells the cars. I give him a 5 stars and definitely recommend everyone who want to buy a car from him. I have known him for quite some time and he is always very friendly and respectful.
FOR THE MECHANIC: I wish I could've give him 0 star because he doesn't deserve one. He has a lot of pride, and very unprofessional. So I went there with my jeep because it is getting cold and my heat for the glass suddenly stop working. His first suggestion was the anti-freeze needs to change. I did not believe that was the problem which I conveyed to him (the "mechanic"). I did some research in advance and learn that the HVAC heater blend door, the HVAC heater core, the filters, the thermostat and the air pumps can possible be the reason for the lack of heat. Without checking any of that was still convince none of that is the problem is the anti-freeze. The anti-freeze did no need to change. However, I allowed him to changed it, note that he did not allowed the antifreeze to bleed but he ask me to drive it right after. Still no heat, I went back to him, this time he is suggesting oh I think it is the AC/heat contrôler that needs to be replaced. That was not it either, I learned this when I went to the parts place. The sales agent explained that it is not possible that the AC/heat contrôler needs to change because it gives head and foot heat. It's just the heat to the glass is not working. I was given a print out if the model jeep and ask to ask the "mechanic" to check the motor that is responsible to heat to the dash board if working. He did not check it, instead he took my number, said he will call me for an appointment. Note that, I never needed appointment to change tires or brakes (seems to be the only thing he knows how to do). I did not need appointments either to have him check the heat nor change the anti-freeze, all of a sudden I need appointment. I waited a week driving around with my fogging glass because it is getting cold and everyone knows that I need the heat. I drove their on Monday to confront him and he has a bunch of excuses about why he did not call me yet until he finally ADMIT that HE CANNOT FIX IT, that he DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. Honestly I believe from the get go that he had no idea what he should be doing and that is ok but what bothers me is, I did all this reasearch, get information from car dealers that could've help him figure out the problem which he can know for next time or use on another person's car. Solely because he has too much PRIDE to want to learn and was too embarrassed to look at me because he realize that I know all this and i am not even a mechanic. I love learning, so I do researches and never too proud nor ashamed to ask someone if I do not know. In conclusion, I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go here unless to changing brakes or tires (I am NEVER going back even for those reasons). If you want an intelligent, not proud, professional mechanic, here is NOT the place to go. Go to a mechanic to actually knows their job and NOT to someone who seems like he just decided to take up mechanic job after he picks up changing tires and brakes skills off the streets. Plus you should not trust anyone who has too much pride to learn what they DO NOT know from others. I do not care if it cost me $1000 to get my heat fix, I am willing to pay the best if the best so that I can drive comfortably. This "mechanic" IS NOT where you want to go if you want your vehicle taken care of.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS you are buying a car from that very nice owner.
Sidenote: I went to another mechanic to check. The mechanic confirmed that I was actually correct. The antifreeze did not need to change. One of the pump is hot and the other is not. The anti-freeze is just not flowing through the pump, so this is what was affecting the heat.
