I am also a used car dealer, I am writing this review to explain to what point they do take their clients for granted, I purchased a GTI 2011, a lease return, when arrived to pick up the unit I was instructed that the vehicle was outside, no pressure in front tires, the worst part was that the original GTI floor mats were missing in the vehicle, when I returned to the rep to advise him that the mats were missing he panicked in a weird way and called upon the manager Mr. George Popuscu, he came outside and asked to verify the interior of my personal vehicle, and dared to ask me if I had stolen the mats, then he claimed that he will verify tomorrow since one of his mechanics had just gotten a GTI and he might have stolen them, long story short he has been ignoring every single call and massage I have been leaving with this man, It is a shame that a name of one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world is tainted by incompetent people such as the gentleman in question. I am going to order the floor mats myself and pay them out of my pocket, beware when you deal with this particular dealership.

I went in for a simple oil change. Amidst the pandemic, I was a little concerned but figured that safety comes first for the staff and their clients so they must have measures in place. When I got my car back, the plastic covering on my seat wasn't removed. This made me really uncomfortable as it should have been removed before it was brought back into the lot. No one really seemed to care about it when I went back to ask why it was still there... I was called a few days later for a telephone survey and when I mentioned it to the rep I spoke to, she only agreed to update me when I asked to know what happened. Shortly after, she called me back and advised it was an oversight. Mistakes happen, but the experience left me questioning whether or not my business was even valued. Hope it was a learning experience and that it didn't continue.

I purchased a 2014 V6 Touareg TDI a year and half ago. I keep having a lot of trouble with the entertainment system. The computer constantly crash when I try using my Iphone. I brought it to this dealer. The problem was not solve but they somehow make me forget about it. I would not recommend to anyone who needs a functional hand free system and GPS to buy a Touareg has the system is old and slow. Touareg strength is its look, engine power, gas economy and comfort. However, I feel that Campbell and Cameron did their best to try to fix the problem. Even if they spent hours on my car they did not charge me for it. I also own a Mercedes for my work and I have the same level of service at volks than in the luxury car dealership.

Worst experience ever , i bought a used 2011 jetta with 42 000 km a year ago and took the extra waranty of 4 years . Thought i had a great car until everything started to break , within one year i must of brought the car in for repares at least 6 times and they always seem to find some kind of fees to charge you . Can you believe that i had problems closing the passenger door and the service guy told me to "close it harder while laughing " since then i had to change the ingnition coils twice , all spark plugs twice , the car was misfiring for at least 4 months before they could find the problem then after "fixing" the problem and charging me 200$ because apparently it wasn't in the waranty even though i changed the exact same parts about 2 months before now the same problem reaped today ! I have to bring the car AGAIN because it has troubles starting and thats when it decides to start witch again is an spark plug problem. Speak to a manager ? Impossible, he's always not available, on vacation or suppose to call back but never does . And finally i have a clicking noise do to corosion on ALL FOR DOORS ! And you guessed it , not on waranty because they labeled it "wear and tare" can someone explain to me what kind of waranty cover the radio and speakers but not corosion ? And what kind of car needs all 4 door hinges to be replace after 4 years ?! But when i was buying the car the salesman was telling me how volkswagen car do not rust and that i could come back in five years if rust would appear anywhere and it would be free of charge... So after my experience, i would NEVER buy another car from these guys or recommend anyone else to buy a used car from these guys and if you do , do not take the extra waranty! After one year : changed ignition coil twice Spark plugs twice Speakers about 3 times Had to get the trims from the roof fixed about 3 times and now they want to charge me 950$ for the doors , a real joke ! I really appreciate the quick reply , not as much as the way you mention my "2011 jetta that needs service" like it would obviously start to fall apart 5 years after it was made , it really shows the people reading these reviews the kind of arrogance ive been dealing with since i bought a car from your dealership. The auto-repair section receptionist, I think his name was David (sorry, I'm bad with names) hands down a Million Dollar Man! Most friendliest, professional and awesome person to assist an owner behind a counter. VW is lucky to have such examplary staff. Not only did he accomodate me as I was in a rush, he recommended me the best Italian sandwich in the area while I was waiting during lunch time. I was so happy and satisfied with his service, not only I brought him back his favorite Italian strawberry pie, but I brough a one for the entire department. Greatest dealership in Canada. I had my car serviced by an European gentleman, he was extremely knowledgeble and friendly. He allowed me back in the shop and took me through the entire process and showed me what he was doing, why it's good for the car, which products to use for maintenance etc. The director George was also very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Courteous efficient service. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is they set the oil change reminder way too early and twice as frequent as the recommended oil change interval in the owners manual. You have to put up with the damn wrench icon on the MFD for 6-8 months before it actually requires servicing. Pooh.

My Volkswagen CC motor broke due to a recalled faulty timing chain And after making me pay 5K OUT OF POCKET For repairs they give me a 2 year guarantee on the motor, 3 months after the work they gauranteed the motor breaks again, telling me “Sorry mr.Walsh we are not responsible and you should go buy a scrap motor for around 2500/3000 and come back and we will install it for approximately 3000??? I have been going to this dealership for more than fifteen years through three iterations of ownership. It seems as though most of the people who were there back then are still there now. As automobile dealerships go, this one is well above average. The service staff really try hard to make things right and don't ever seem to take the customers for granted. I like the product and cannot say anything bad about Volkswagen cars. My current Passat is my second VW in all this time and although I would highly recommend VW, I don't think I would want to purchase or service my VW anywhere else but at C&C.

I bought my Jetta TDI in August, but have been too busy to write this review ever since. Here are my thoughts now: Prior to buying from Campbell & Cameron I had been shopping for about a month. I had given myself a radius of about 300 km from where I live and I contacted both by e-mail and phone every dealer in that area. Every single one told me how diesels were in such high demand that there was no reason they would give me a more substantial discount. I had somehow overlooked Campbell & Cameron. When I finally wrote them, they were very upfront about how low they were willing to go. I ended up paying just 142$ over the price I had been hoping to get. The rest of my shopping experience was on par with the price negotiation: easy and pleasant. I test-drove the car as much as I needed and went as far as test-driving the 1.8TSI version, just to make sure I would have no regrets about forgoing it in favour of a diesel. By the way, I highly recommend the TSI to those who cannot bring themselves to love the TDI. The salesman, Adam Caccavelli, was very patient and genial about my doubts and hesitations and quite knowledgeable technically. He truly deserves a special praise. As does George Popescu, the general manager. Everyone knows about the VW emissions scandal and there's no doubt the manufacturer's reputation has been seriously tarnished by it. At the same time, let us be honest: rigged or not rigged, the VW BlueMotion diesels are the most outstanding fuel misers on the North-American market. No matter from which angle you look at them, they are as BLUE as their name claims. Between 2008 and 2012, I drove a Mazda3 with a 2.0L engine and a manual shifter. I was consistently getting an abysmal 13 L/100km in town. On my TDI Jetta, I am getting 8.5 L/100km! And it's only 5.5 L/100km on the highway! That is the fuel economy of a 1.0L Ford 3-cylinder gasoline engine! But my diesel is 2.0L, with a 236 lb-ft of torque. And I don't even have to drive it tamely. I just keep up with the traffic as most of us do and sometimes even get ahead of it: the monster torque of a 2.0TDI makes overtaking a breeze. (I am otherwise quite aware that bringing together "diesel" and "breeze" in the same sentence is a bit of a stretch.) Nota bene: the numbers above come from measuring the fuel economy AT THE PUMP.

He single handedly earned you that second star. He greeted me and drove me to the Metro after my visit, and was really nice to talk to. Coming in today, I had three needs (and in brackets are the outcomes): 1) perform rear axle recall (legally responsible to perform it) 2) check rear glass because top two or three lines don't defrost/work (advisor - and the guy working beside him - sent me to Lebeau) 3) reset the service alert (advisor told me to go back to the dealer I bought my car from because it's against policy to reset it without an oil change - I told the advisor that I bought it from Spinelli Kia dealer who performed the oil change as part of the delivery 2,000 kms ago. He reiterated his position. I asked if I can Google the procedure and he said that I can. The alert is still on. Super.) Or maybe spell check or grammar check, or even a communications template for advisors to use and fill in the blanks. The client doesn't need to know their true level of literacy. If you're going to send me away to meet 2/3 needs, don't expect me to come back. That's not service. Unsolicited advice: Service would be listening to the concerns of the client, taking the car in, calling Lebeau and the dealer I bought the car from and investigating - even if you don't get the sale (you'd obviously charge a little somethin' somethin' extra), it creates the illusion that you might care about the client and their car. Coming to this dealership with my friend today to test drive. My friend is willing to buy a golf. But he doesn’t know which version he want(R or Gti). He prepared money already and just want to test drive and made his final decision. We went to the dealership and ask can we book a test drive. They told us with very bad attitude: ‘this car is 50k, it is expensive, the future owner doesn’t want the mileages too high.’ And they declined our request. Bought a used car at this dealership in March 2021 the salesman informed me that I had a warranty until December 2021 after booking my appointment with the service department the advisor informed me that my warranty finished in December 2020. After countless hours over week and going back and fourth with the salesman. Making sure there was a warranty MULTIPLE TIMES and that the car was up to code. I decided to purchase the vechicle so you can understand my frustration and how I feel CHEATED. Once i got ahold of the sales manager he was rude and condensing. To his knowledge I was told this. I was sent a warranty document that I did NOT have in my folder from when I bought it. I feel lied too, just to make a sale. The manager didn’t care to help the situation at all. Awful customer service! I had to give it a 1* because I had no choice. On another note the guys that work in the service department are all very nice! Including the service department manager that took the time to sit down with me and see what we could do about the situation even offered to do a test drive on my car with me. I know the manager will try and write back on this and explain some story to how I’m wrong but coming from someone that works in customer service I think the way I was spoken too was awful.. he could have handled the situation A LOT better! Anyways go someplace else to buy a car … save yourself a headache.

** New Car Alert! Another new Car from CC and again, the service was top notch. Picked up a New Tiguan for my mom and she's thrilled with the car and how easy and fun it was to get a new car. These guys are real pro's.(Nov 2018) I recently bought a new GTI from Campbell & Cameron VW and I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience. I was sent over there by a friend who is friends with the owner, Mr. Razza. Mr Razza was kind enough to come and say hello and chat a bit about the vehicle and show me around his garage. I liked the way they took the time to walk me around the car and allow me to test the car. I was also happy to see that my old Civic Si held it's value so well when they took it in trade. All in all, a friendly and courteous staff with no pressure tactics that other VW dealers in the area seemed to enjoy. I'm loving my new V-dub!

I have MANY issues with my 2017 Golf and I’m extremely disappointed on how the owner of Volkswagen Campbell and Cameron is handling the situation. Back in December, my sales representative offered to break the lease and give me a new car because I was experiencing many issues with my car (leaking sun roof, broken light dial(due to rust caused by water infiltration), broken gas tank, defective keys, problems with car starter, gas pipelines issues and more). After acknowledging that the car was a lemon, my sales representative advised me that I could get out of my lease and get a new, reliable, safe car with them. This offer was made to me back in December, I was advised to come back to the dealer in the spring for the new car, no mention of a penalty fee. I returned a few weeks ago and I was told that I would have to pay over $6000 to get out of my lease. Today I went to the dealer and asked the owner for a written confirmation of the amount they are asking me to pay ($6111) to break my lease and get a new car with them. I was given the letter as requested but the owner didn’t bother going over the details with me so I went to see the sales director for clarification, he was extremely rude and uncooperative. Needless to say the customer service is horrible but more importantly this is my 3rd car with Volkswagen and never have I experienced such poor quality and reliability in a car. June 12th, 2019 This is the courtesy car I got from Volkswagen Campbell and Cameron today, it was so disgusting.

Our credit card details and that of other customers were used to carry out credit card fraud as a result of us providing them for a deposit on a car. They knew this had happened but did not contact us to warn us. We found out through VISA. Their behaviour subsequently is disturbing. Kim their sales rep promised that we would be called yesterday to gather all the necessary details. No call came and she did not respond to the multiple follow up calls we made. Her colleague, Kevin, took our follow up call this morning and shows little regard for the major impact this is causing. Apparently the owner is away until next week and is unavailable till then. However they tell me it's the owner carrying out the investigation. Clearly not a priority for the manager despite the major impact to us and other clients. Nov 1 Just had a deeply disturbing call with the owner.

We visited CAMPBELL & CAMERON VOLKSWAGEN yesterday for the first time. Our objective was to get information on a 2016 TIGUAN Highline model. We were graciously greeted by Adam, a young, vibrant and straight-forward salesman. Very sympathetic and absolutely no pressure tactics used. He gave us all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Our objective was simply to get information on the 2016 TIGUAN, as we are already owners of a TIGUAN. I can tell you one thing, Adam is a very dedicated Volkswagen salesman. As we were sitting and discussing with him, his mom called and I overheard him say that he would call her back. Seeing that it was Friday evening, I asked him if we were taking up too much of his time, he looked up at us with a smile and told us not to worry and that that was his mother calling to tell him the lasagna was ready. I knew then that he was there on his off hours, so we told him that we could come back another time, but he was very cool and did not once make us feel as if we were intruding on his off time. A VERY CLASSY YOUNG MAN!! Needless to say, we did something that we have never done in 30 years of buying and leasing cars... We signed on the spot!!! We were happy with every single aspect of our encounter and especially the feeling of dealing with a smaller, family-run dealership, compared to the bigger, colder dealerships. Anyhow, the deal is signed and sealed, but we take delivery during the week of January 24. We will be following up on this transaction as we conclude it then. The atmosphere in general at Campbell & Cameron is very friendly and not pretentious as other dealers out there. You really feel that one-on-one interaction, and even though the objective of any dealership is to sell cars and reach their quotas, you don't feel as if this is their major and only priority. Love the car golf 2018, however I needed something small fixed which was my own fault but the sales rep told me when buying the car the 4 year warranty covers EVERYTHING bumper to bumper, I gave him a couple ridiculous examples and he said yes to all, I was so impressed. Turned out when I called to get this fixed what he'd told me was not to be valid. I spoke with the owner of this dealership, he wasn't very nice to me and threw a lot of back handed comments to me, after i spent 30,000$ on a brand new car, implied I'm a liar, telling me I'm making up what the sales rep said to me while buying the car even though he was not present for the conversation and I have multiple witnesses who came with me who can confirm the conversation. If they're so honest why'd they quote me 820$ for a fix verbally, yet when i called to make the appointment it turned into almost 1100$ and refused to do it for the original quote? They did offer me 10% discount on that price which was nice, however I just wanted the original price (especially since I've only had the car for a couple months) and a little bit of remorse for what I'd been put through they wouldn't even call me back. I felt very helpless.

I've been thinking about changing my car, and had read good reviews about Campbell & Cameron. So I went there to find out more about the VW Golf, and had the pleasure of meeting with Igor Gherciu. He was extremely personable and took his time to explain everything about the car. He knew his product, but didn't hesitate to ask a colleague if he didn't have the answer to a specific question. The first 3 calls, they told me they were going to call me back and they never did. The last 3-4 times, they took my information to create a file for me and after a few minutes "their system was down", "malfunctioned" or "they couldn't find me in their database". When I last called, it was then that a gentleman "took charge" of my case and he asked me to send him all my information and that of my car by text message so that he could complete my file ( thing I did just now). Two days passed, no reminder, no confirmation, nothing to notify me that my file had been created and that my appointment was still on. So I called Monday again, a day before the supposed date, to see if everything was in order. The secretary replied and confirmed to me that there were no appointments either at this time or in my name. This problem has been going on for over a month and the service I receive is completely ineffective. This problem was mentioned on each of my several visits but nothing is done. It's a 2018 Tiguan so it's a new car. Today it is all the safety options including ABS, blind spots, break assist, airbag (total7) which have come on. $ 150 for diagnosis when the car is still under warranty ?! Another year before I got rid of it, lucky I didn't buy it. No taxi service (like at Kia or other dealers) or shuttle, do not lend you a car either when they keep the car for several days (even when an appointment has been made in advance). I booked an appointment for airbag recall and i supposed to bring the car at 8 am so they can finish until 12. I was told that the car will be ready until 12. At 8 am when i took the car there the guy told me that job will be done "before lunch or just after lunch". I called them around 11 to see how is it going and i was told that the car will be ready "around 4-5 pm" . I went there and explained that i have things to do with that car and cant leave it so long and this is why i brought the car early in the morning - because they convinced me that i have to bring it at 8 if i want it back till 12. After asking them to start with my car at least then /around 11:30/ they refused saying that there is a car before mine. I wanted to speak with the manager. They said he is out and will be back later and also they can not contact him. So disappointing...

What a horrible experience it was at this Volkswagen. They are extremely pushy and they even lied to me to get their way. I was returning my leased jetta and surprise surprise of course the damages I had on the car were not covered under the insurance I had gotten with them. Granted, my fault for not reading what I signed for, my mistake. I had $1800 worth of damage apparently so I asked them what they can do for me since I wanted to stay with Volkswagen. This girl Jennifer that works there later called me that day and told me she negotiated alllllll day and she managed to get them to remove $600 worth of damage from my bill if I buy a car with Volkswagen but they can only remove that if I stay with Volkswagen. Thank goodness my friend told me to go to Volkswagen Gabriel in Saint Laurent to get a second opinion on the situation. I never got such an exceptional service like I did at Volkswagen in Saint Laurent! They basically told me that this girl Jennifer in Lasalle is lying and that the $600 extra charge to my bill appears to be a mistake that the evaluation company made(they wrote I was missing hub caps when I wasn't, my jetta came with rims). Volkswagen Gabriel said no problem, we will call them right away and tell them to remove the mistake. I was so happy they were honest and even got that correction done without forcing me to buy a car. I was so satisfied with their service especially the sales rep Abbas that I even bought a brand new jetta from Volkswagen Gabriel in Sant Laurent. Thanks to them, I stayed with Volkswagen. I do find your response some what ridiculous and I am not sure if it is because you do not understand the situation or you just would not like to apologize for your employees undesirable behaviour. Let me clarify, the bill I have accepted and as I said in my previous post, I take full responsibility for not reading what I signed for. However, the behaviour I do find unacceptable is being lied to by your employee. Volkswagen finance confirmed that if your employee in fact did call in to inquire about the charges then they would of told her that the $600 charge is for missing hub caps. Your employee told me that Volkswagen finance said they charged me that fee for scratches on my rims, which is not true. Your employee also said that Volkswagen finance said they would remove that $600 if I took a new car with them, which again is not what they said. Your employee knew it was a mistake on my bill that can be easily removed because my car did not come with hub caps but instead used it to her advantage as a lever for trying to make me get another car with you people. This is unacceptable behaviour and it is funny that within 2 minutes of being at Volkswagen Gabriel, they spotted the $600 mistake that was added on for no reason and said we need to fix this, the evaluation company wrote your missing hub caps on all 4 wheels. How did they know it was a charge for missing hub cabs right away but Jennifer said it was for scratches on my rims? She spoke with Volkswagen finance directly, they would of told her what it was for. When I called them, they said it is clearly for missing hub caps and that your employee is lying. I find it odd that Volkswagen finance and another dealership said your employee was lying. So no, I am not bitter, I am extremely satisfy with my car, my experience at Volks Gabriel and even the employees at Volks finance ended up being very helpful. My problem is not with my bill that I paid, my problem is with your employee that lied. If you need more information, take a look at my bill and I can even upload to this review pictures of messages of your sales rep Mo relaying the lies to me via text. I do not blame him as much because I do not know if he knew what was going on or if he was just telling me what Jennifer told him. As well, if you need to know names of which customer service reps I spoke with from Volks finance that told me that the charge on the bill is clear and your employee knew that it is not for scratches, don't hesitate to contact me. :)

As a new buyer, they were able to help me navigate through the process, and they really took the time to explain when I had questions. Ignition recall. Brought the car at 8 am and was told it was a 2-3 hour job. I called back at 5 p.m. to ask what was up.. Was told to wait another day because it would be longer than anticipated. Finally got a call around noon the next day to get my car back. When i got to my car, pieces of plastic moulding were missing or broken. I was told the broken piece was like that when they got it (not true) and they found the other piece of console on my backseat floor. Only gave a 2nd star because they ended up fixing the problem...congrats!!Not coming back here again!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!! They dont even deserve the one star but ibhave no choice in order to put my review. I have been in the car dealership industry with leased vehicles and serviced at the dealer for 16 years a never had such awful service. I brought my vehicle in for vibration in the engine, an oil leak, and several lights on my dash board.They cleaned around the engine changed a valve, but the leak was still going on after a day.I went back to the dealer for those same problems continuing and Dominic the advisor even came out to my car so I can show him the light AGAIN after I showed a picture of my dashboard on my cellphone. They also found a water pump problem which they fixed and an intake manifold which the technician made a mistake and so they had to redo it and absorb the fees. I ended up bringing my car in 5 TIMES IN ONE MONTH because of the oil leak, vibration and lights but they failed to put that on my second, third and forth invoice while I assumed (but shouldn't have) that it was obvious I came back for the same issue as I was back less then 24 hours later and mentioned it verbally and while it was on the first invoice didn't think it needed to be on all because I came the following day. My mistake was to think that these are professionals that I am dealing with and they want to help me fixe my car while I was willing to pay anything to fixe it. I should have had the advisor type in every word I said so they would turn this into you never told us your problem back. When nobody in their right mind goes to a dealer two days in a row just to look for defects in their 2012 vehicle. I tried talking to KEVIN THE SERVICE MANAGER which is the most ARROGANT AND RUDE person I have ever dealt with. I waited for the GENERAL MANAGER JHON REZA to speak with him and was very straight forward in saying IM IN THE BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY IF YOU SIGN AND DONT READ IT NOT MY PROBLEM. I most definitely should have asked around and looked at all reviews for the last months as some people from other dealership (not only volkswagens) were not even surprise. After spending 2500$ and ending up with a seized engine they were not even willing to do a diagnostic and absorbs the fees. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN FOR A TIRE CHANGE.I ended up towing the vehicle over to VOLKSWAGEN PRESTIGE and as he was very very busy but saw me so stressed took my vehicle in right away, brought the technician over to be a part of the conversation and called me during the day to give me feedbacks. Such a different customer service approach and professionalism.

I have been going to this dealership regularly for maintenance since 2015. Never had a problem. I leased my first car there. I recently went in to get my winter tires put on. Much to my surprise, the service agent found my work order and asked if I was there for an oil change. I stated it was just for a tire change and asked to check my brakes as they were squeaking. The service agent responded "No problem we do a 30 point inspection." I signed the work order assuming the service agent would cross off the oil change (as Campbell & Cameron have done in the past when the work order was incorrect ), which I found out he did not when I received a bill that included the oil change. I checked my records and found that they had done an oil change in May 2020 at the time of my 15K maintenance (done at 11,500 KM.) Because of the pandemic, I only put 4,000 KM's on my Golf since that last oil change. So I contacted the Service Manager, who said since I signed the work order they could not refund me. Instead he offered me a 10% discount on future visits until it made up the $145 for the oil change. While I appreciated the gesture, a 10% discount every 6 months doesn't help much with finances being tight due to the pandemic. Campbell & Cameron have lost a loyal customer. For those who continue to frequent Campbell & Cameron, don't make the same mistake I did and assume they will fix the word order. Insist that they reprint it before signing and leaving your keys.

UPDATE: FEB 2019 I just acquired my second new vehicle from Campbell & Cameron and am pleased to confirm that this transaction was every bit as painless as the last. Unfortunately Adam is no longer with them but I was taken care of by Mohammed who proved to be just as transparent, straightforward, and respectful of my time. Again - no surprises, the agreed-upon price was reached quickly and the car was ready for delivery in a matter of days despite it having to be transferred from another dealership. Mohammed kept me informed each step of the way and made sure the original delivery date was respected. Worth noting is that used car manager Kim Davis was instrumental in this transaction. In true Campbell & Cameron fashion, her automotive enthusiasm and knowledge of her products is beyond reproach. Her input was greatly appreciated and helped me make a well-informed decision. Products and protection from the F&I (Jennifer, Anabel) were explained clearly without fear mongering or undue pressure. Delivery of the car with Hugo was again actually quite enjoyable. I've been a client at Campbell & Cameron VW for over 10 years now, and I wanted to review the store because I just leased a new 2014 Tiguan, and traded in my 2010 Tiguan 4 months before the old lease expired. I wasn't planning on changing until the lease expired, but a really pleasant salesman, Julien, called me one day and told me that I could get in a brand new Tiguan, right now, and it would cost less than my old one!! Needless to say, I thought it was some sort of dealer trick. But when I went down and met the salesman in person and he showed me the Tiguan and the numbers, it was a better car (more stuff) and for less each month! And, my old winter tires even fit the new one! Great service, great sales and service guys, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a VW.

Friend bought a car here in October. Sales rep seemed nice at the time but turns out he was very misleading and falsifying information. When the time came to get some maintenance done, it took a month to just get to the final answer of the orIginal question. Sales rep was extremely rude after the fact, service department would not return calls or hung up multiple times and the owner of all people was very condescending and basically calling her stupid. Truth is owner did not listen to anything we had to say and is perfectly okay with his sales reps misleading the client when asking very specific questions but somehow we are the idiots because of what HIS salesmen claimed. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody even if it was just for service because they can’t even manage to do that properly. Much better Volkswagen dealerships out there. Huge mistake, Campbell and Cameron provided the worst experience I’ve seen.

The following text was added to my review below as a reply to the owner: Hello, Thank you for taking the time to investigate and reply. In the meanwhile I contacted VW Canada and asked them to clarify the procedure. Unfortunately I cannot post VW Canada reply here because the use, disclosure or copying of any portion of their message or any attachments is unauthorized and may be unlawful. In short, after submission Corrosion/Perforation inspection requests are supposed to be processed by the corresponding dealership, then the dealership (i.e. VW Campbell and Cameron) contacts the customer (i.e. me) to set up an appointment for inspection, where pictures are taken. The pictures are then submitted to VW Canada by the dealership for review... So I was absolutely right with my statement that since June 29, 2017 and till now I am waiting for the VW Campbell and Cameron Dealership to contact me as promised in the automatic email reply: "We will contact you shortly to set up an appointment with our corrosion specialist." I believe my review is absolutely correct. Thanks again. Regards, VK Review: Very friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and approachable Parts Dept. 5+ stars! On the other hand, after submission of corrosion/perforation inspection request a week ago I am still waiting for them to contact me as promised in their automatic email reply: "We will contact you shortly to set up an appointment with our corrosion specialist". Seems like it will never happen. Thus 1 star... 5 stars and 1 star gives an average of 3 stars...

I guess if you purchase a new car there you are part of the family, but if you bring in a used truck for a scheduled appointment at 7 45 am and receive a phone call at 4 45 that afternoon only to be told that a part needs welding "that we don't do, you can come pick up your truck with no wipers now working take it some where have the part welded and bring it back for the new linage to be installed.'" Bought a Tiguan, my second VW from Campbell Cameron. The experience was very pleasant and straightforward thanks to the entire staff, including Tony and Mohammed in Sales, Anabel in Financing, and the other Tony who delivered the car. Despite the low inventory across the entire industry, there was no messing around! I don't buy cars very often but when I do, I will definitely start with C&C.

The service Manager Mr. Kevin Grimes is the worst Manager that I had to deal with. I received a recall...I call the the service department to have an appointment...sir you don't need to have an appointment..it's a matter of few minutes to put a stickker on your door...anyway...20 minutes after my arrival...no one even touch my car...I was so mad that I asked the Manager to get my car in their garage. because I need to go I had a meeting at the office and I could not wait an hour.....can you belive...this Manager told me to got get my my myself...WOW !!...My intention is to write to VW CANADA...they need to know how bad this guy was !
