I live in London and upon arriving home i was experiencing issues with the tail gate not operating and the following day the tailgate would open and close without locking. Obviously as a frustrated buyer i called and the owner sent a driver to London - on a Saturday - picked up my vehicle - called me later on to say they resolved the issue and the car is being returned SAME DAY!!!! After searching online for a replacement vehicle for a little over a week, I decided to increase my search area in autotrader. That was when I came upon Xtreme Motors. Up until that point I had not contacted any GTA dealers that had vehicles that were comparable to what I was looking for. I was baffled how most every dealer in the GTA offered to certify vehicles for anywhere from $500-$1600. How does certification become the buyers resonsibility, and for so much money?! Additionally, reading some reviews of dealers I was again baffled how some purchasers were expected to pay additional fees, even financing fees when they were paying cash! I was impressed by Xtreme's reviews and impressed when I read on their website that basically, the price is the price, plus tax and license. No additional, nonsensical fees. I immediately called regarding a vehicle I was interested in and (even surprising to me) offered to make a deposit, site unseen. Adnan assured me that if I was unsatisfied in any way when I picked up the vehicle, he would refund my deposit. I have been thrilled with my Mercedes, and the experience with Adnan and the service he offered. I would have no problem recommending Xtreme Motors to anyone. I can easily picture myself starting with Xtreme Motors the next time I am looking for a vehicle, even though it is an hour and a half drive for me. Thanks Adnan!

On Monday April 16th, 2018 I made a call to your office about a BMW X5 that was advertised on Kijiji. I met with the owner a few hours later and he was extremely courteous towards my wife and I. He insisted that I take a test drive with the vehicle before making any buying decision. About 10 minutes after I was in his office finishing up with the paperwork. Here at Xtrem Motors you can buy and rent wide variety cars of making. Although I didn't purchase a car here, I did a lot of renting. Beside, rent cars are lates and well maintained, the rent cost is fair and customer and mechanical service staff are friendly and cooperative.

Very pleased with our experience buying a Saturn Astra. The purchase was seamless except for having just one key. I made a deal with Shobhit, the salesman, that if he threw in an additional key (had it cut somewhere), my offer was firm. He agreed and came through, although it took quite a bit of effort on his part, and a follow-up visit by the lock guys to my workplace to make the key on-site. I was very pleased with the effort (and time/cost) that Extreme went to in order to stand good for their commitment to provide the extra key. I'm a happy customer!

Very professional and friendly staff at Xtreme Motors! Replies to online inquires in a timely manner. Went there driving 2 hours to see a Prius 2010 and can say that they were considerate, courteous and there was a no pressure environment. The paper work was done in less than an hour and picked up my Prius the next day, with safety and all legal things already taken care of. Overall really satisfied with the service. Adnan (owner) was really open and helpful in putting together a finance plan for us and personally saw to it that we were satisfied with everything before we drove off with our car. 5 stars for Xtreme Motors Ltd. I helped my daughter purchase her first car at Xtreme Motors. We dealt with the owner Adnan. Xtreme Motors is trustworth, honest and they will try to their utmost ability to serve you and get your car ready. When we looked at the car Adnan disclosed that it had been in two minor accidents and the A/C wasn't working. Adnan told us they would try to fix the A/C and if it was an expensive repair he would pay half and we the other. We agreed. Adnan and his mechanics over the next 5 days and 12 hours of mechanic time tried to get the A/C working, even sending someone to Woodstock to pick up a part. The final component they tried fixed the A/C. We only paid $400 for the repair. This showes their integrity. Also, we had an appointment to see the car at 5:30 on a Tuesday. The car was at their Cambridge lot and they drove the car to Kitchener so we could see the vehicle. Adnan received a call from someone interested in seeing it and said they could be there by 4:00 on the same Tuesday BUT Adnan said no because he had us coming in at 5:30 to see the vehicle and we made the first appointment. They were welcome to come and see the vehicle after. This is an example of integrity! This is the second car we purchased in a year from Xtreme motors. Last year it was a car for my son and we had a very similar experience during that purchase. I highly recommend Xtreme Motors and Adnan to you for the purchase of your next used vehicle. On Thursday August 17th I brought my Honda Civic into the Louisa St. location due to overheating. My car was moved to Cambridge without my knowledge. I was told that my head gasket needed to be replaced for $1400....but of course they had many used cars to sell me. I was charged $80 cash. I went to The Muffler man for a second opinion. They tested the pressure on the head gasket. No head gasket problem. I only needed a new radiator cap. They charged me $77 and the car has not overheated since.

I just bought my first car from Xtreme Motors and had a great experience. Adnan was upfront about the car and its history and did not pressure me. The only thing not working in the car was the AC and I was fine to buy it without but they were willing to take a look at it and split the cost of repairs if I wasn't in a rush to take possesion. Adnan and his team spent far more on the repairs than they anticipated, trying to figure out what was wrong and not willing to pass it off to me without AC if it was at all possible. Because of that they only charged me for the parts and took a hit on the labour, essentially losing what they were going to make on the sale. I'm very appreciative of their honesty, hard work, and customer service!

It all worked it nicely for me... I saw an ad for a BMW that I liked but I live 6 hours away so I called to get more details about the vehicle and how the process would work so that I could purchase the vehicle during one trip. Adnan provided the details with no hype or exaggeration and was willing to hold the vehicle for a few days until I could get there. Because I was taking an entire day to travel 6 hours from the Ottawa area it was important that everything I was told about the car was accurate. I was not disappointed when seeing the car in person as everything Adnan had said over the phone was precisely as he explained with no surprises! Very honest representation of the vehicle at a great price resulted in there being no need for negotiation. I'm the type of person who hates haggling so after going for a test drive I was happy with the price and not having to do any negotiation. The paperwork was quick and easy and Shobit(another very friendly, knowledgeable sales associate and BMW enthusiast) was also very helpful in driving me to the bank and giving me directions on how to get back on the highway. You can tell he was genuine and cared for the customer by the way he speaks in a very friendly and non-aggressive manner. He even hooked me up with additional after-market head lights. In summary, I took the risk of taking a day off and taking a train 6 hours to purchase what I thought was an outstanding deal on a beautiful car. Adnan and Shobit came thru and I left very happy with the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Thanks Adnan and Shobit! I would have absolutely no reservations about purchasing a car from them even if I lived 6 hours away!

I live in Toronto so I called ahead to Soy to make sure that we agreed on a purchase price before heading out to Kitchener. One hour before my arrival, another customer was interested in my car but Adnan and Soy made VERY sure that since they had promised a price to me and knowing that I came from afar, no matter how much this customer was willing to offer, they had to wait for me to come see the car first. 5 minutes into my test drive, I bought the car and made myself one of Adnan's happiest customer! Follow up: it’s been a year now. Contrary to what they had promised in helping me program a car key (this car only came with one key), they just gave me the run around and never did anything. Eventually they screened my calls and I ended up purchasing a new key from Mercedes and have it programmed for $800. Excellent sales yes, horrible after sale service.

We purchased a 2013 Lexus 200h Hybrid at a great price!!! This car had low mileage, no accidents, one owner and faithfully serviced at Lexus. We were t-boned by another driver running a red light at an intersection and my car was a write off. I approached Adnan for a vehicle. We wanted to see a Toyota Corolla he had but he had just took possession of this Lexus hybrid. I always thought that it would be nice to have a hybrid for my next vehicle. The timing was right, the price was right and we are thankful once again for Adnan's support and service to us. Adnan also got me a great price on snow tires and rims!!! The car came with only one key fob but Adnan once again went the extra mile and through his efforts he was able to secure the second key fob for this car saving us probably $400 or more. Even with lockdown due to Covid Adnan's service to us was great. I'm telling you all you cannot find a more honest and faithful a dealer anywhere. If you are looking to purchase another vehicle, look no further than Xtreme Motors. (I am not receiving any benefits from this review.)

I was referred to Xtreme motors by a family friend who introduced me to the owner Adnan. Our friend had been dealing with Xtreme motors for over 10 years. I had been visiting many dealerships in the area and had traveled to Hamilton and was considering the Toronto area to find the right vehicle for my wife over the past three months. I had somewhat narrowed my search down to a pre-owned Toyota SUV an Audi Q7 or a Volvo XC 90. Adnan spent the morning helping me choose the right vehicle for my wife and although he did not have a Q 7 on the lot he set me up with a BMW X 5 , rare seven pass model to test drive as a comparison. Although I loved this SUV, my wife did not, Happy wife happy life as the saying goes, so we continued. After more research Adnan suggested I drive a Mercedes GL 350 SUV, which was well equipped and comparable to the Q 7 in size. He had two on his lot. He again offered to continue to look for a Q 7 but also pointed out many details as to why this one owner, accident free, non prior rental, SUV would fit our needs and lifestyle. My wife was quite impressed after I drove the SUV to her place of work for her to view. In less than 90 min later, Adnan had arranged the required information and closed the deal on a Saturday afternoon of the Thanksgiving long weekend! Most would not be able to complete the banking details till wed or thursday. The SUV was ready for pickup on wed morning after a thorough detail and inspection. This SUV is amazing, I am quite thank full that I was introduced to Xtreme motors and to Adnan. He took the time to find out what our needs are, showed us the pros and cons to all of the vehicles we were interested in, and sold us a vehicle that we can be happy with. No high pressure, no gimmicks or hidden costs, best of all its local, should their be a question or concern. His goal is for you to buy the vehicle that suits your needs and requirements. He is extremely knowledgeable about all makes and models, pros and cons to all. The car lot is stocked with premium automobiles as well as common sense choices at market pricing, no additional cost for safeties like some of the Toronto lots. Give Xtreme a try, you will not be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Bought a 2000 Acura Integra for $3500, first mistake. They told me it was safetied, took it to my mechanic to get it saftied again, because something was fishy about it. Turns out they gave the car a hot safety. I had to spend and extra $1000 on repairs to make the car road safe for me and my 2 children. When I was getting it safetied I was informed of a tracker that was installed in my vehicle on the battery, so I paid the man extra money to remove it. I then dropped it off with the owner and I'm not being told I have to pay even more to them because of "damaged product". They wrongfully installed a tracker into my vehicle to track my every move. If I dont pay them $150 I do not get my ownership from them for a car IVE FULLY PAID FOR. DO NOT EVER TRUST XTREME CAR SALE/CAR RENTAL, KW TOWING, WRIGHTS TOWING, FAMILY MOTORS, OR ANY OF THE GANG OF BUSINESS ON LOUISA ST. THEY ARE ALL THE EXACT SAME COMPANY ALL OWNED BY THE SAME PEOPLE. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU DIFFERENT.

Highly recommend!! I have always had a great experience at this place, from the friendly ambience to the fairly priced excellent automotive services. I bought a car over a year ago, Mercedes Benz, and I’ve had absolutely no problems with it- I am completely satisfied with my purchase. In addition, every service I’ve come for (oil, detailing, etc) has been completed with excellent quality and outmost detail. What makes this place stand out the most is that they will take the time out of their busy schedules to explain what repairs the car needs and why. I remember Mohammed explaining that detailing ensures a cars longevity in a way that made sense to me and I don’t know much about cars. I trust this automotive place and that makes it the only place I will ever bring my car to.

i just bought my first car from xtreme motors and they were friendly, efficient, and helpful! the car (Toyota Prius) is in fantastic condition for a great price and i'm in love with it. i was pleasantly surprised by the response time; all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and i was on the road less than a week after first inquiring. the carfax report had a discrepancy with the service history and adnan saw, inquired about it, and fixed it in less than 24 hours. all of their sales staff and mechanic are warm and very efficient as well. i would definitely recommend buying from them!

I purchased a Volvo S40 on October 25, 2016. I originally saw the car before it had its safety, and when I took it for a test drive there was a lot of road noise. I asked them to take care of that and then I'd like to test drive it again. I put a 300 dollar deposit on the car (which was totally refundable if I was not COMPLETELY satisfied with the car) and came back a few days later to drive the car again. They said they replaced the tires and the brakes. I took it for another test drive and was NOT satisfied. When I told them I no longer wanted the car, the owner said he would not give me my deposit back. So I had the option of purchasing the car or losing the 300 I put down. I ended up buying the car and realized very quickly I shouldn't have. I have an intermittent engine light come on. (they cleared the codes before I bought it). The "new" tires are completely useless and after driving only 4000 km on them, they can't even properly hold in a turn on dry pavement. The "new" brakes squeal after 4500 km. Not a good place to do business - David
