Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me all of the great features of the Dodge Caravan. That said, when I started talking price about the Demo Caravan they had that was in the showroom, with almost 9000 km on the odometer (a 2015 model that was used since middle of last year), they talked about a price that was more than a new SXT model I could get (quoted from 3 different dealerships). The more I mentioned about the pricing I was quoted at other dealerships, it became apparent that they were looking for customers that would just come in, and buy a vehicle without a second thought. Can't fault them for trying to sell me something at a higher price - they are trying to make as much money as they can. A bit insulted that they would try to sell a Demo Caravan at greater than a new price though. Still have to give them 3 stars for being very nice initially, but in the end - you have to look out for yourself when you buy your vehicle.

Great attention to the customer's needs! Derek not only listened to what I was looking for (which was originally a new Caravan), but actually did not string me along and try to sell me something that I didn't want! Finally ended up in a great 2011 Town & Country! My wife kept messaging me to see if everything was okay on the day of delivery, since it had taken a bit of time. Had to message back that everything was fine, that everything was going great! Derek made sure he took the time to show me the features of my new used van, and that I was comfortable with everything! He even helped me transfer over my kids' car seats from my trade in! Thanks for everything, Derek! I will definately direct people your way if they are in the market for a new vehicle! I had a bad service experience there. I showed up for a scheduled recall and then they told me their systems were down, what? could they have not called me to tell me instead of me coming from the other end of town. They did not even ask me to rebook or say sorry. I drive directly to Bustard and rebooked with them and have not been back to service my vehicle with Wendells. I sent an email to the President Mr. Craig Hendry and he did not even respond so i guess he does not care about his business, that is really too bad. I would only recommend their body shop which is actually run independently of Wendell Motors. i dealt with Mike and Kevin on a couple of occasion and they were awesome and have referred others to them, but stay away from the service dept.

I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime but have never enjoyed the experience all the waiting and showboating done by most salespeople ....and then I met Jay Noureddine ..one of the most knowledgeable down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with ..he worked tirelessly to get me the exact vehicle of my choice ..jumped through all the hoops and got me my bright orange fully loaded Rubicon ...The funnest and most offroad worthy vehicle that I have ever dreamed of .....we like the Jeep so much and the very friendly people at Wendell that when my wife's Camry lease is up we will be back in February to get ourselves another Jeep .....go to Wendell ..ask for Jay and wait for the Smile ????

My husband just bought a van here a couple weeks ago and his tire pressure sensor light came on tonight so he called this dealership to let them know it came on and to ask if they had a tire pressure gauge so he could check the tire pressure. The girl on the phone wasn’t polite at all saying we can check it at any gas station which obviously we know but we were closer to Wendell motors than we were a gas station. My husband said “I don’t have a tire pressure thing” to which she rudely replied “Umm what is a tire pressure thing” I guess thing and gauge are too different for her to comprehend and laughed before hanging up the phone. We got to the service garage and he went inside. The girl again reminded my husband that he could check his tire pressure at the gas station to which he reminded her that he didn’t have the gauge and she rudely replied “You don’t have a gas station?” Really regretting our decision of leaving Toyota already as this garage lacks the patience to deal with simple customer inquiries. We Purchased our 2020 Grand Cherokee in late Dec 2019 and picked it up at the start of January 2020. As we were going through the new vehicle with the sales person on the pickup day we pointed out a scratch on the console. We were assured that this was an easy repair and would be rectified as soon as the part could be ordered. Fast forward 7 months and 2 attempts to fix the problem and we now have more damage to our interior than we began with. Each time the vehicle has gone in for service it has come out with more damage to different interior parts than when we began. Our last visit resulted in a small rip in our steering wheel, the fabric under the steering wheel hanging down and ripped as well as the panel under the steering wheel being held in place by glue(since they couldn't get it to fit right) that is smeared on the outside of the panel like a child did a finger painting. On top of that they left their dirty rags in the back seat when they gave the vehicle back to us. This service department is not qualified to do the work and the sales people make promises they cannot back up. We spent top dollar for this vehicle and are extremely disappointed with how the dealership has not stood behind their work. We will not be back into this dealership again for anything. Buyer beware. They will say and do anything to get the vehicle off the lot. After that you are on your own.

Sales rep was good to deal with but didn't receive gift card I was promised. Price for vehicle changed the day I show up to receive it +$1700. When I question this, was told was an estimate..... Charge you for standard equipment as add-ons.Asked them to remove nitro charge and lock nuts as I didn't want them. Only to find they decided to double these charges until I called them on it. From everyone I talked to about the same purchase at other dealership's I overpaid. Very pushy when it comes to extended warranty.

I had new brake pads installed in fall 2020. The brakes were nosier than they had been before replacement. Visited twice to have them checked and only on the 2nd visit did they acknowledge that the brake pads were sub par and they had received a “bad batch”. They replaced them finally but still noisy. Sales department seems a lot more recommendable than their service department, but one reflects on the other.

Unfortunately there is nothing less than 1 star. I had the worst experience ever with them more than 3 times During ONLY the last 4 months First had an appointment to change my windshield, and after scheduling an appointment and took them like 6 (six) weeks to order the windshield which (they are the dealer!!) dont have it and after going there and waited for 7 (Seven) Hours, they had figured out it's NOT the right windshield (they should be the Dealer to verify) and have to wait and take another appointment and they have to order another one!!!! Second, One more time, after scheduling an appointment two weeks prior for car detailing and leaving the vehicle for more than 7 hours, they didn't do it because they had another vehicles behind and I have to schedule another appointment. REALLY you found out after I arrived and left the vehicle for 7 hours!!! Third, While I am waiting for the Shuttle to take me home, More than 6 customers came and the shuttle picked them and left and I kept waiting for the shuttle to drop me! When I asked why many customers had came and left while I am waiting, they replied (OH, sorry, we missed you!!!) REALLY!! WHY, Am I hidden person or left to another location! I was waiting all the two and half hours in the waiting area and the shuttle driver kept calling the customer and passing me and he told me no one noted him about me! Fourth, I went to change my Car Radio as it has a problem, in the beginning they wanted to charge me for diagnostics $120/hr and it may take 2 days to discover the issue and plus installation if needed, and after some research, I had found that the Radio has a recall BUT they dont inform anyone who doesn't know about it trying to get money first from the customers and they charge Chrysler at the same time {Double charge for more profit} (Some type of FRAUD or misleading customers information) Fifth, after changing the Radio, I was informed it's new radio, while it was a refurbished one [Another Misleading information]. It's OK to have a refurbished as long as it is in warranty, but DONT LIE TO Customers :( Sixth, When I went to get a new fob key, they had informed me that the insurance company asked me to pay first then the insurance company will reimburse me! When I called the Insurance Company, the rep confirmed it was Wendell request to do this, NOT the insurance company although they had got paid form them before [Another THIRD Misleading information] Many others but I cant keep complaining, I dint purchase the vehicle form them, that's why I might be dealt with that. BUT, if they are REAL dealer (Which I doubt now), they SHOULD be like ANY other CHRYSLER dealer either I purchased from them or not Update: Mr Craig, you have my name, number and address in your files. I had visited many times and more than mentioned here with most of negative experience

Brought my vehicle in and told them to contact me before putting to much time into it as it was an older vehicle. I called 5 times and was very disappointed that no-one cared to get back to me. 700$ later I left and the main issue that I wanted addressed had barely been looked at. The only redeeming factor here is a one of their employees Cam who tried his best to help. Communication with clients could be Vastly improved. There is a text function to connect with the shop workers, why can that not actually be used.

But every dealership is expensive but worth it because i had experienced that MR.Lube does unnecessary oil changes which are not even required. So, I wanted a horn for my car, they told me to they have to get it from Toronto, and will give me a call once available. But after 3months i do not get a call and when i call to inquire they say we have to order it and there will be transit charges. The person from the parts and service department couldn’t understand what i was saying and wasn’t able to answer my query.

On February 1st 2018 I purchased a New 2018 Dodge Charger from Rob Hancock (salesman) and Shawn Jones (financial service manager). Now a Dodge Charger is a car that I have been sold on for years, so no one needed to convince me to get it. It just so happened to be my dream Charger sitting at this dealership. The selling process took no longer then three days, even getting approved for financing was quick (within 30min), I got my trade in appraised the same day I took the Charger on a test drive and even that was within an hour. The trade in value for my old car was exactly what I expected it to be, no haggling on that part. The staff was great to deal with. All of which were friendly with quick communication. What really pleased me was their sense of humour on top of it, they weren't snobbish or stuck up of what some people might think of a car dealership would be like. When I got the car they had even surprised me with $200 worth of Esso Gas cards AND a cheque for a recent price drop from the manufacturer in the difference! That I wasn't even aware about! All and all, I enjoyed my purchasing experience at Wendell Motors. I would definitely would recommend them to any of my friends and family. I do not feel like I was taken advantage of and I did not feel the need to haggle over a price (knowing fully well what the car was worth and doing my research, which I strongly suggest with any car buying). It was a quick friendly experience for me.

Our buying experience was great. My wife really wanted a Jeep. On an earlier visit a different salesperson tried to dissuade her from buying a Jeep and kept trying to push a vehicle she thought would suit my wife more. Maybe that salesperson was trying to meet some quota?? This just irritated my wife and she walked away. When we went back together we were lucky to meet Derek. Derek was very knowledgable and friendly. At no time did I feel any high pressure sales tactics. Derek gave us space to look around. He even took our children inside and let them sit in the showroom cars while my wife and I discussed our options. When we weren't sure we were ready to buy, Derek didn't force the issue. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He listened to what we wanted, pointed out some of the less desireable features of a Jeep (bumpy ride, noise) that we may not have thought about, provided a vehicle for a test drive and suggested a route to drive where we could experience what he had mentioned. When we were sure we wanted the Jeep, he and Steve worked the price and options to come up with something that met exactly what we were looking for. When I asked the sales manager about the fees, I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about, he then dismissed my questions regarding these fees. When I talked to someone they had to run around for 10 mins to ask people where the new car sales person was. They paged the person and I waited another 5 mins with the receptionist. I honestly didn't know that you could have a pleasant experience at a car dealership or with a dealer. I usually walk out of a car sale feeling like I've been used, ripped off and totally taken advantage of. Cam was nothing like that. Cam is unbelievably patient, extremely helpful, and went absolutely above and beyond in terms of responsiveness and the provision of information. He found an answer to every question (I must have had well over 100 questions) and he never resorted to pressure or poor sales tactics that are so prevalent at car dealerships. I would 100% recommend Cam to anyone for any kind of vehicle. He's the nicest guy, extraordinarily helpful, and should honestly be the salesperson every other dealership models their salespeople after. I wish he would teach a course on how to sell without totally alienating the buyer. Thanks to Cam, I love my new truck, I feel good every time I look at it or think about the buying experience, and I don't feel in any way like he gouged my bank account or tried to trick me or take advantage of me. If you're thinking of buying any kind of Ram, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler and whatever else is in that vehicle family, go to Wendell Motors and insist on working with Cam. My only complaint would be the detailing done on the truck was terrible. The tires are still a mess with run marks and uneven coverage. There was a wide swath of dirt on the roof where I guess they couldn’t reach. There was wax buildup everywhere. Other than that things went very smoothly.

Saw a 2013 Jeep wrangler on the front lawn that caught my eye. Was already lifted with bumpers and fender flares. I went to their site and saw it was $31000. So i made a appointment to test drive it. I drove half an hour to come look. When I came to look at it they had change the price on the site to call for details. The salesman is now saying they just did all the work and it would now be $45000. Very disappointed I wasted my time on a weekend to come look at the Jeep. No one tried to contact me about the massive price jump for work that was already done. Will not be coming back here.

This is the second time I've needed the services of Wendell Motors' collision Centre - and the experience has been beyond positive; "11 out of 10!" I am not actually a Wendell customer, that is I don't drive a Chrysler product, but I've been treated as if I was one of their best customers -- driving a Subaru Legacy of all things. I had a Subaru repaired at Wendell some three years ago - despite the fact that my insurer did not include the shop on its "recommended" list. The results back then were outstanding - and I'm delighted that, in 2020, my insurer saw fit to finally include Wendell as a "recommended" repair centre. Not only were my cars fixed "like new" - but both times the cars were thoroughly cleaned as well; no charge to either myself or the insurer. Add to that - staff members (specifically Mike S. and Kyle) were friendly and helpful (a big bonus during a stressful time!) and of course, thoroughly professional. I am basing my review on the customer service I received from the specific dealer that worked with me(Fred). I found him to be helpful and hardworking. Responsive around the clock and overall decent. Understanding the role is a “sales” role and that a dealer is typically quite pushy; I didn’t really feel this way when dealing with him. He didn’t have the characteristics of someone trying to swallow all of your money pushing you into buying or adding features to a vehicle that you aren’t interested in. Service waiting room has a television that's usually set to trash daytime television talk shows, which is horrible. You can ask to have it changed. There are also a bunch of toys for small children, which is good when you have kids waiting with you too. There is a shuttle service if your car will be in for work for a longer period of time.

Took used " pre-owned" 2012 dodge Ram 1500 in for random airbag light coming on. Charged around 85 bucks for scan plus tax. Told "Nothing they can do" That scanner must have been paid for 1000 times by now. Took to smaller dealership where purchased, fixed for free. Oh, also told from big dealership truck needed tune-up for 390 bucks without actually checking plugs to see if they had been changed, then also told transfer case fluids should be changed, but without actually checking them for 450 bucks or so. Also might add stealership had truck for a whole day. Smaller dealership where purchased said they would do tune-up for 300 bucks. Great service from Jeannine, very friendly and polite.

Came in for a sub frame recall last year on my Jeep Patriot, drove off with my alignment so far off that my steering wheel was pointing at 2 o clock when going straight. Went back and they "fixed" it. Found out back in January that the Jeep Gladiator would be released in the spring some time. Called to ask for more information, left my number AND Email. Got a call from 2 other dealerships regarding the Gladiator and nothing from these guys. When I called to ask why I havent received any information I got the run around and was told they would email me right away with info. I STILL havent heard anthing. My vehicle was brought in by a third party Great Canadian and I specifically asked in person and on the phone multiple times for the parts and service department to phone me once parts and service was completed I waited in your shop for over an hour one day spoke face to face with three different people. Not one phone call not one update. I have no clue if my recalls were done I have no clue if my car was ever flashed with the new module. I am now two weeks out and have not heard anything. Also you would think if you were looking over a vehicle and noticed the water pump cracked then glued back together a hole in a dashboard where an air bag was a front brand new bumper glued on wheels on backwards just to name a few that you would let the owner know since you would want to protect your name and service you provide. I found out all of this (minus the dashboard since I could see it) after I had to bring it for inspection to yet another shop. You know my number.

I visited to look at a Jeep and see if they had the model I was looking for on their lot. I met with a sales rep and first thing he did was ask for my name and number. They had a couple models I was interested in so he showed me one but I told him I'd have to come back later that week to test drive. I asked a lot of questions but didn't find the rep very knowledgeable. Later I got a call from someone asking me about my experience at the dealership. I asked them not to solicit me. I then received 3 more phone calls in the next week and most recently a text msg. I find the aggressive soliciting after the fact intrusive and annoying. I will be completing my purchase at the Brantford Jeep dealer who gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and his card so I could contact him.

This review is based on a one time experience from an out of town customer. The employees I encountered at this dealership offered terrible service in my interaction. I live in Alberta and my family just travelled down to visit family here in kitchener. Our Jeep was due for a service and also needed an air shock replaced because it was leaking. I called this dealership asking them to order me the part and make me an appointment for an oil change and service. The employee on the phone assured me that the part was kept in stock on site and would be available anytime I make an appointment. I scheduled the appointment for the next week. I arrived at the service department with my wife and was treated nicely by Jeannine. I informed of my call with her tech and told her we were heading back to Alberta in two days. I asked for the shock to be replaced as well as the normal service and inspection to ensure the vehicle was ready for a long journey. She informed the vehicle might not be done until 5pm even though my appointment was for 9 am. This was disappointing. After this I had to run out as I was running late for a prior arrangement. I left my wife to finish the paper work. My wife later told me that after my departure another Jeep owner came in and asked the available service tech behind her, Micheal, if someone could inspect his Jeep as his suspension was making loud creaking noises. He replied with "What do you expect? You bought a Jeep. This is why I drive a European car." A funny joke to some I'm sure; however, I don't think this was very professional, neither did my wife. She turned around and confronted Micheal about his comment saying he probably shouldn't bad mouth the vehicles his organization is selling and servicing. He replied with a snicker and another mock under his breath. My wife went inside to sit down while she waited for me to return where she was told by an employee in the office that she was not allowed to sit inside as those seats were reserved for people that were there to buy a vehicle and they didn't want their office "clogged up". My wife left and sat on the curb to wait for me. At 11 30 am we received a call saying out Jeep was ready to be picked up. I was happy the job was done so quick and we left to grab our ride. Upon arrival I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who told me they did the oil change and ordered me in a shock; they would call me when it arrived. I informed her that I was told specifically that the part would be there and ready for installation. I was very disappointed that they didn't tell me this before I dropped off the vehicle. Had I known I would have made different arrangements. She told me I should take my concerns up with Jeannine and so I did. Her reply was a half hearted sorry and brushing off the blame to the tech on the phone saying he shouldn't have said the part was in stock. I understand this; however, my problem is still relevant and I believe as an employee and representative of the company she, or someone there, should do something to rectify the problem. If not, at least make the oil change on the house for wasting my time and lying to me about what service they could provide that day. They did not, so I paid for my oil change and left the building feeling short changed. Overall my experience with this establishment was just very poor. Perhaps not all the employees are like this there, perhaps the ones I met were just having a bad day. Regardless, If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't wait to get back to my hometown service centre. I’ve been looking and thinking about Jeep Cherokee’s for over a year. But was never able to ‘bite the bullet’ until recently. My wife bought her car here brand new in 2012 and insisted on bringing it in to get service done regarding an ABS light and her ABS engaging randomly. They ended up replacing the front right wheel bearing (680$) and the issue was gone for only a few days. Due to our conflicting schedule (wife being a nurse) and that we live in Guelph, we weren't able to get the car back out to Wendell until a month later. They ended up diagnosing the issue as the left front wheel bearing as well as the ABS sensor/harness and gave us a quote for 920$. Based on the costs of the parts, we felt the repair cost was too much. Exactly what I've personally come to expect from a dealer, no mercy when it comes to labor. By that I mean the wheel is already off for the wheel bearing, why charge an exorbitant amount of additional labor for the abs sensor replacement? Especially since this is the 2nd time back for the same issue. Won't be going back.

Had the misfortune of a problematic Jeep product that ended up in their service department far too many times over the course of a year. Service advisors were reasonably good to deal with, other staff had fairly bad attitudes. Several times the vehicle had to be brought back for the same repair, and a couple times some of the failures I suspect were based on their doing. A turbo hose coming off caused the engine to go into limp mode and eventually not run at all, and they had previously completed a large repair the week before. Never a hint of compassion from a single person after monthly trips (sometimes more than one a month) for over a year on a nearly brand new, 70k truck. Glad its gone to be honest and that I don't have to deal with this service department any further.

I was happy with the warranty service they did to fix our brakes a few weeks ago, until I went to put our snow tires on today. They had torqued the lug nuts so hard I needed a three foot breaker bar to get them off. This despite the fact I had put anti-seize compound on the threads in the spring. Luckily I was in my driveway and not at the side of the road with a flat tire. They also damaged many of the lug nuts making it hard to get the socket on them. Three hours later I was finally done but I doubt I will go back unless it is for something under warranty.

Had to bring my van in for service yesterday, and the shuttle driver was so helpful, and went out of his way to make sure that I was getting the Wendell Motors' rate at the car rental centre. Then, when I couldn't make it back until minutes before 8pm to pick up my vehicle, despite everyone getting ready to leave for the night, one gentleman went out of his way to help me so that I could take my vehicle home that night - and despite being pretty much closed, they were still super pleasant and helpful. Twice I have had despicable occurrences. The first time was on a potential trade in, the sales manager low-balled to the point of offending me, but that's another story. I have been getting my car serviced here because of the convenience of location. There was a legitimate concern I had with my car battery and a related part. I told the service representative that I would appreciate the time to speak to him. After time passes without hearing anything from him, I contacted FCA Canada and they had relayed the message to Wendell's service manager. I never gotten a call back. The lack of professionalism from the leadership here is terrible and will be enough to make me go to other dealerships for servicing. This is no reflection on front line staff who are great for the most part.

Visited here with interest in purchasing a new RAM. Told the salesman which model we would like to see and instead he insisted we test drive the top of the line model costing nearly double our budget. Ok, sure. If you don't want to listen to us we will gladly waste your time with the test drive. After the test drive we again told him what we were looking for so for whatever reason, he decided to show us a Journey instead of a Ram. When we finally steered him back towards what we were truly here for, we sat down and spent about an hour going over prices and options. We were so close to purchasing this vehicle but then he made us an offer of $2000 on our trade in so we stood up and walked out. We happily made the drive to PEEL and purchased a higher end model RAM than we had planned on, for a lower price. We were also offered $10,000 on the trade in vs the $2000 offered here. Will never return or recommend this dealership to anyone.

I did some damage to my bumper on the weekend so I called Wendell collision centre Monday morning & spoke to Kyle. He was nice, easy going and asked me to text some photos of the damage to him to determine how we proceed. We continued the conversation as well as the quote over text which was amazing as I am home with 2 small children fulltime, one of them doing online schooling so phone calls are nearly impossible. He had the new bumper ordered by noon that day & knew how busy I was with two kids so he told me he would come out to my house to colour match the paint to my car the following morning. This was a huge gift as I would have had to drive 30 minutes to Kitchener each way with two small kids and work around my daughters online schooling. He had the bumper painted ahead of time to ensure the car would be in the shop as little time as possible & had it ready to go Thursday. I explained I would have to coordinate with my mom to watch the kids for me while I dropped it off for the day so that I wouldn’t have to move kids and car seats. They offered to have an employee that lives close to me come to pick it up in the morning & then they would drive it home & drop it off after work. I was beyond thankful and truly amazed by this generous offer. This saved me so much coordinating, paying for a rental car and having to drive 30 minutes each way twice in one day. Brie came to pick it up & was very sweet, she explained all of the work that was done & showed me everything that was repaired. I am beyond grateful for her taking time out of her day to come pick up my vehicle and drop it off for me. I am so happy with the results of the new bumper it looks great and am amazed at how they truly go above & beyond for their customers. I will absolutely go to them should I ever need anything done to my vehicle again. Definately one of the smoothest impressive customer service experiences I have had in a very long time. The service was incredible - I can’t say enough good things. As a tired run down mom with two very busy young kids this was so appreciated. Thank you!!

Wendell motors is a stand up dealership. I bought a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma from them in July 2020 and they went above and beyond their call of duty. When I bought it, and it was ready to be picked up, Cameron drove it to my house and picked up my trade, even when I told him I live 2 and a half hours away. Also after having a few days with the truck I noticed that the key wouldn’t go into the tail gate to lock it, something I should have check before I bought it and considering the truck is 4 years old, could expect minor things to be wrong with it. I asked Cameron if he could help me in any way. He said as long as you call a Toyota dealer and get genuine Toyota parts that Mark the sales manager would cover the expense. After finding out the parts would come out to $250, they were still willing to cover it. These guys are amazing!!!!! Thank you Cameron and Mark!!! I am totally satisfied with my purchase and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, and recommend family and friends to buy from Wendell Motors too.

Extremely disappointing experience on the customer service side in respect to attempting to purchase a new vehicle from Wendell Motors. The sales team including the general manager clearly were unable to put our needs before theirs as the only motivation was to sell “any” vehicle to us in a very pressure driven sales tactics. Two visits made with no progress on what the customer need was and it was truly a waste of time. Will not be returning. Plenty of other options in the KW area for customers. Hopefully you can change the following: 1. Don’t tell your customers that you “lose” money. If you lose money on selling cars, you would not be in business and it insults the customers intelligence. 2. Your need to sell cars doesn’t always align with the customer “want”. Put the customer first and the process will go much easier. 3. Allow the sales people to make decisions without having to run to the sales manager or general manager for every decision. 4. It’s pretty embarrassing when the general manager pretends to not know his interest rates and tries to leverage customers bank quoted rates to maximize profit. Overall pretty sad to witness this type of selling in 2017 with so much access to information now available for the consumer.

We, along with our 4 year old, love our new Chrysler Pacifica we built and purchased from Wes at Wendell's. The foot sensors to open the trunk and sliding doors are great when your hands are full. The entertainment system is great for kids as you can play their music or movies to their head phones, plus a few games to help keep them busy. The back up camera with 360 view is a great feature too. Love our Ocean Blue with silver trim colour, makes a mini van pop!! Wes went above and beyond for us during the Covid19 pandemic as the plant shut down during this difficult time. Once reopened Wes was able to get our vehicle as quick as possible! Wendell Motors has been an absolute delight to work with since day one of getting my car with them. Every time I go in even for minor questions they are kind, courteous, and extremely efficient. In my most recent interaction with them I had to change my signal light because it burnt out. I took my car first to Walmart because I figured it was such a simple fix that I didn't want to bother the technicians at Wendell with it during the holiday rush. I was at Walmart for 4 HOURS as they tried to change the bulb only to be told they couldn't figure it out. With all the trouble Walmart had doing this I thought it would be an ordeal so I went to Wendell thinking I would have to book an appointment and wait. They told me just drive it around and let's see what we can do. Within 15 seconds they changed the bulb. I was shocked. Walmart had it up on a jack and had the entire light assembly off. I really thought it was a very technical fix and Wendell showed me it was easy enough that I could do it myself. No matter how big or small the issue Wendell is truly there to help. I would highly recommend you check them out! They have great vehicles, affordable solutions, and top notch staff! Thank you for all you do Wendell Motors!

Bought a 2018 Grand Cherokee from Wendell. Todd M was salesman: professional, no pressure, straight facts, no BS. Gave me top deal on my trade-in and was able to get me the price I needed to get down to. Finance dept gave me the Chrysler info for warranties etc, again no pressure or BS (I declined Ext warranty and undercoating etc). Great experience, looking forward to seeing how service and repairs (hopefully no repairs?? Haha) proceed in the future. Lots of friendly people at the dealer, looks like everyone works together.

Happy Wendell's was able to take my car in for minor body repair, initial estimate of 3 days for repair. As it turned out there was additional repair needed, hidden by the rocker panel moulding trim piece. However, I thought 7 business days was much longer than expected. No reason offered for why the repairs took so long when I picked up the car. Also very disappointed that no one from the collision department went over the bill with me, or came outside to inspect the repair. COVID or not, this service should have been offered. As for the actual repair, appears well done and as per estimate. Two stars deducted for the points mentioned.

Only issue is they told me that the trucks are hard to come by to strengthen their bargaining position, but the day after my purchase there were two more new trucks on the lot and one the same as I purchased.
