As a first time car buyer, I had visited a few used car dealerships, and Top Auto Sales had the absolute best customer service and price. They were able to answer in detail all of my questions and were very knowledgeable on the car's history. The first thing they did is show me and my family the carfax, which other dealers did not do. They were very transparent through the whole process. When I bought the car it was cleaned to absolute perfection and delivered with ease. My family accompanied me in my visits, My mom has only ever bought new cars, so her expectations were high. She was also very impressed with their service and care (which says a lot knowing her). I am very happy with my new car! Highly Recommend.

The car I bought was a good deal. It had free delivery in contract. But for delivery of 70km to Hamilton, I saw 290km increase on odometer. I asked why, Parviz replied rudely that they used the car over the weekend and I can not do anything about that! Also the car was completely out of gas and super dirty! Maybe I could not legally do anything about their immoral behavior, but at least I can alert the others here to be aware of them.

Very happy with my pre-owned Hyundai. Got an amazing deal and the dealer even installed new coated rotors and brakes on the car even though the brakes on it seemed good. Definitely the place to go for a good car buying experience.

Purchased my Toyota almost 2 years ago from Parviz with the 3 years extended Lubrico warranty. Recently had an issue with the alternator and the warranty took care of it quickly. We purchased a used car from Parviz at Top Auto Sales. Never in my life did I think we would buy a car from a small used car dealer but he had the car we wanted (listed on Kijiji) so we went to look. The car is great and Parviz (owner) is very fair to deal with. He is hard working and honest and genuinely wants to customer to be happy. He also offers mechanic services through Super Auto Service.
