We had a good experience here with Ankit, we're really happy with our new car. We shopped around, but ended up coming back here - he sold us a really nice 2016 RDX at a good price. The reason for 4 stars, not 5 are just little things I'm sure he can improve in the future. Before we got it, I asked if it would be cleaned/detailed and he said yes but it wasn't. There are some coffee drips, and shoe marks on the back seats and other stains. The seat belts are also really dirty, so we'll just have to get it detailed ourselves. The alignment is slightly off, so we'll need to get it fixed when we get winter tires. When we found it to vibrate at high speeds he took it back the next day and had it balanced.

So far, a great experience dealing with Ankit. The only thing I didn't like was his finance broker saying that the bank would only approve financing if I purchased a warranty however, Ankit did not push the warranty package. I would highly recommend checking out his stock if you live in the area.

Good Service + Vehicle, however, I was not made aware of the situation where the car only comes with one key until after I had paid the money I had to pay an aditional $250 just for a spare key. I suggest that they let the customers know from the start because it was an unwelcomed suprise.

One of the worst dealer I've ever met, they're simply a professional liars. They told me that they approve everyone , so after I submitted my application, I haven't heard from them for a week. I called them to check on the status of my application, someone told me that the SO CALLED MANAGER will call me back in 10 minutes, off course no one ever did. Few weeks later I was checking my credit report , only to I find out that these incompetents did more than 10 credit enquiries, which brought my credit score 70 points less than what was supposed to be. (This will hurt you really bad on the long run when you try to build your credit or trying to get a mortgage). Just stay away if you really want your credit to be in a good shape.

I went to several dealerships in London, Toronto and Kitchener. Redline motors was by far the best. The prices are super reasonable and the cars are in amazing condition. Ankit cares about the quality of every vehicle. If there’s a dent or anything else that needs to be fixed, he’ll do it. he’s one of the only honest dealers I’ve met, and the only one I would fully trust. He won’t sell a car that he wouldn’t buy for himself.

One of the worst place to buy a car. This dealership couldn't treat me as a customer even if I mentioned a friend of mine's name who bought a car from them they didn't bother to give me attention. He couldn't even returned my question how much they going to trade my car I waited more than two weeks no answer I call them two times not bothered to return my call. Their customer service sucks. Finally I decided to look other options and bought a car from Toronto dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a used car. I had never bought a used car from a used car dealership and I was nervous. But I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service and I had a battery issue with the car shortly after I bought. It was still under their own 30 day warranty policy and they replaced the battery the next day and even gave me a car to make my appointment in Cambridge while it was being fixed. I did get the extended warranty through lubrico. Haven't had to use it so I can't review that yet. I have had the car for a few months and it runs well. We will be going back when our other car dies. I would not recommend Redline Motors for your vehicle purchase. They sold me a lemon. While the staff may be friendly and knowledgeable, the car I purchased has cost me $7210.13 over and above the $9605.00 I paid for it. I purchased a 2007 Mazda CX7 from this dealership on March 31, 2014. The car had 107,704 km on it. The salesperson, Nasir, appeared to be an honest person so I trusted what he told me. Unfortunately, after my vehicle broke down in August 2014 (at 114,094 km), the relationship ended on a sour note. After owning the vehicle for less than 5 months (putting 6,390 km on it) the Turbo failed. Initially, I wasn't concerned as the company promised they would take care of me. I had researched this model ahead of purchasing and discussed my concerns about the Turbo with Nasir. He said not to worry. Plus the vehicle came with a 6 month/6000 km Powertrain Engine & Transmission warranty. I started experiencing symptoms that the Turbo was failing the day after taking possession (April 1, 2014). The car was emitting white exhaust. My concerns were brought to their attention and they did take some steps to try and figure out what was going on. After all was said and done, I ended up with a $1762.80 repair bill (Redline covered $775.18 of the repair plus a Mazda diagnosis and towing). I thought that would be the end of it however, the Turbo has failed again (in for repair on November 12, 2015). I also had to replace the front control arms and there is an ongoing issue with the Engine Light. It was showing 3 different codes. This has lead to an EGR valve replacement as well as new set of spark plugs and ignition coil boots. The “fantastic” deal this company sold me has been the worst purchase of my life! If you do buy from them, ensure any promises are in writing. Also note, their “Powertrain Engine & Transmission” warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. They told me afterwards it doesn’t even cover the Turbo (even though extended warranty companies cover this component....even on very basic plans)!
