I had a very bad experience, I rode my bike to this place and when I wanted to test drive a car, I was told that they have never sold a car to someone who came by bike there. Well, I guess this will stay like that. The cars are quite cheap but most of them are off lease. They're cleaned nicely (not all of them, I saw one with kilograms of sand inside) to sell, but the quality of the cars are below average.

Worst experience ever. Their ad said the truck was in great shape and would be able to be safetied. My mechanic took one look under it and figured out the frame was rotten. The salesman even said it was in good shape and would be easy to safety or resell. Ended up losing close to 500$. Bunch of crooks and clowns at this place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ALSO IF YOU LOOK AT THE 2000 SONOMA THEY ARE SELLING THE FRAME IS ROTTEN. DO NOT BUY IT.

Sadly I recommended this place to my father. They sell you anything but “Quality”. His car that was suppuosed to be saftied and certified. A day or two after pickup tons of issues started, they don’t want to take responsibility, they finally want to fix something after hounding them. So they order a part that takes a week, then they say it was the wrong part and they need another week. They claim to have made $1000 in repairs to the bottom of the car before the sale and yet they had to replace almost the whole backend after a few weeks of having the car. (Again after hounding them to actually provide the service they should). The car has been nothing but problems and $9000 was spent to buy a “saftied and certified” vehicle. If you want to get trapped in a can car goto these guys, I was going to return to buy myself a car but not anymore, I’ll go anywhere but here. I’ll update this as the car is still having problems that they are avoiding fixing. The air conditioner isn’t working properly, the front left wheel has grinding noises, and a light on the dash is on. “Quality” car sales everyone. EDIT: They wouldn’t fix the problems with the car until I took down my review, they sell a car full of problems and want only good reviews and refuse to honour their end if you give an honest review without lies. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE after this experience.

I purchased my Ford Escape from sales associate Dillon back in October of 2019. Excellent service at time of purchase, but unbeknownst to the dealership or us there was a small hole in part of the subframe that was not discovered until after winter snow, salt and ice had washed away the dirt and undercoating spray that was plugging it. As soon as I notified quality Car Sales even though it had been a little more than six months since I purchased the vehicle they had no issues at all having me bring the vehicle to them and completing all the repairs free of charge. This is one used car dealership that definitely stands behind their vehicles and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car. Thanks to everyone at Quality Car Sales for a fantastic experience with purchasing a car.

UPDATE: My car was deffently hot saftied, no way a little dent on my door would write my car off in an accident. I didnt know a lot about cars as it was my first time buying one, and I feel taken advantage of. It was basically rotting, and found out later my frame was cracked.. I recently bought my first car from QCS. The initial process was great, Marcel made it super quick and easy and made us feel welcomed. But I have to give a 2 star for the lack of customer service when I received my car. The other guy I felt like I was bothering because he seemed in so much of a hurry that I didnt even get his name. The worst part of it all is they gave me the car on an EMPTY tank when I had to drive back to Cambridge and they were aware of the amount in the vehicle as I was told "just enough gas for a test drive!" Well you were right.. Also the left headlight bulb was out and they wanted me to inconveniently drive back to Kitchener to fix it when they should have fix it at the initial safety.. ended up just fixing it myself. Also totally not detailed found some sticky stuff in my glove box that ruined the owners manual. Guess that's what I get for thinking I found a good deal. No other issues so far luckily.

Went to go check out a 2003 Ford Ranger with my friend who was in the market for one, salesman was really nice, giving us the keys to go check it out. After we were done we said that we did not like the price and were willing to negotiate a lower price. Salesman took the keys from us and completely dismissed us. Will never go back here or recommend it to anyone, not to mention the truck was a total rust bucket for $4000 AS-IS, that had clutch issues and a non functioning parking brake?

Call OMVIC if anything. Verbal agreement is not valid so make sure its all written down. I bought a used SUV Lexus (few years old), before i buy it i bring it to Lexus dealership, they charge one hour to check everything and will let you know what kind of options the vehicle have or don't have (it helps if you're not familiar with the vehicle)

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Quality Cars! We had been looking for a 2.0L Ford Escape for what felt like an eternity... and a gorgeous 2017 popped up on Quality's website... low km's, not going to empty our pockets and all black! The process of making an appointment was so easy for our test drive, and when we arrived Greg was efficient and friendly. We fell in love with the vehicle and it was a no brainer for us to purchase it! We had a bit of a nail bitter on our hands, as another customer was test driving it, and our bad luck previously had us convinced we were losing it. To our surprise the customer went with another vehicle, Greg came out and told us immediately with a little jump in his step, so that was it for us... we sealed the deal! When we picked up our vehicle, Dillon was incredibly helpful for financing and provided information on our amazing warranty (that costs way less and more coverage than a Ford Dealership). He wasn't pushing us to buy it, but educating us and that made it so much more appealing. We also had the easiest time calling Dillon back after we drove off in our new "baby", and because of the excitement we forgot to look over the vehicle if anything needed to be touched up. We felt like were going to be a burden, but we called Dillon back to advise of our concerns and he was so warm and welcoming, telling us to come back on the Monday and everything would be sorted for us. The staff went above and beyond to assure we were pleased with our purchase and made sure our vehicle was looking practically brand new again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We no longer have to hold our breath when we drive and question whether or not our vehicle is going to make it 5 minutes down the road! We will recommend Quality Cars to everyone!

The worst experience buying a car ever! The staff was extremely rude on several occasion. Not letting me speak but rather jumping into my sentences. Not wanting to fix or consider fixing the problems on the car. They made me and my family look like we are stupid, as every time we mentioned something being wrong with the car they would shut us down. When I told them specifically what the problem was they said: " We will assume you know what you are talking about". I left the office feeling put down, anxious and with a headache. Already not impressed I told him I was shopping around and there is another dealer in Oakville, 25km lower, with a lower price he said I’m not discounting ours you want to buy a Toronto car go ahead they drive the heck out of them. I couldn’t be more angry, what an idiot, can’t even call him a salesman. I asked him 8 questions he answered 1 of them and shrugged off the rest. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Received the car that was filthy on the inside and was told that their detailing of the car consists of just vacuuming. Received only one key for the car. And they refused to try to get the keyless entery keypad code from ford even though it was advertised in the ad that it had keyless entery. They give you a 3000km or 30 day warranty to get anything wrong with the car fixed. But when you come with complaints with something wrong they won't even take a look at it without arguing. They started raising their voice on us without reason. They also recorded the conversations we had with them without our consent. They are the absolute worst people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I hope that they don't ever sell a car to anyone again.

If you are looking for a friendly helpful sales person this is not the place to go. No one came out to greet us when we were looking at the inventory. When we went in it seemed like we were annoying them. When we asked to take a car for a test drive we were given the keys and told to go look at it. We went back in still wanting to take it for a test drive. We were asked if we were going to go to the mall with it. We were shocked by this but it sounds like this place has had issues where people are abusing the test driving privileges. The salesman reluctantly moved the car and put a plate on it so we could take it out. We did a short test drive so we weren't accused of taking it for a joy ride. When we got back we were asked if we were going to buy it. We don't have a car now and it has been awhile since we owned one. We were wanting things explained to us and to feel comfortable asking questions. The car that we were interested in was perfect for what we were looking for. Unfortunately because of them making us feel like low lives and lack of customer service we will not be purchasing the car from you. Maybe you should change your test driving policies if you are having that much trouble with it. You should not assume that everyone is there to abuse the system. Maybe the salesman should go with the customer during the test drive and use that time to "up sell" the car. We will not be returning and that is all on you and the way you treated us.

I went in looking at one of their cars on the "as is" lot, and asked if one of the cars I was looking at could be brought down in price. He said no and didn't offer to show me any other cars. When I asked if he had anything else, he pointed to an old ugly car for $700 and laughed and said "there, maybe that's in your budget?". I was incredibly insulted. But, I really wanted the car that was a bit over my budget, so I asked to take it to a mechanic down the road that they sometimes do business with. The salesman replied "So you're buying it then?" and I said "No, I want to get it checked out first before I make a decision". Clearly he did not like this response because all he did was extend his hand - I thought he was doing a formal good-bye hand shake so shook his hand, and he looked at me in disgust and said "no, I need the keys back" and walked away. What an insulting and over the top rude way to handle that situation. Will never go back there again and will spread the word on their awful customer service.

Bought a 2014 Acura from them in May 2017. Took the car to my mechanic as the brakes were making noise. Quality had just replaced the pads on my brakes and they were a rusted mess. The tires have also had to be replaced since may as I did not realize they were nearly bald at time or purchase. Wish I had the car inspected prior to purchase, I trusted the dealership based on purchasing a 2008 Altima in 2010 and had no issues. Will not be purchasing a 3rd car from them. Really disappointed. 900 dollars in brakes and 1400 in tires on a car I purchased 4 months ago.

Never had a problem with any of them, except normal wear and tear. Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff. I had an excellent experience purchasing a used car from Quality Car Sales in Kitchener Ontario. Dillon was very helpful and made it enjoyable and convenient. It felt like he truly cared to find the right car for us. In the end we spent a little bit more then our original budget however we got twice the quality of car that we were expecting. We purchased 2017 nissan sentra with only 50k kilometers on it! We decided to get the extended warrantee because the price was very reasonable and we now have that piece of mind. Dillon agreed to get us a second key as this car only came with one key. He stayed true to his word and got us the key for no charge as well as replacing the wiper blades because one of them was peeling apart a week after purchase. I highly recommend checking out Quality Car Sales if you are in the market for a used car. I will definitely be purchasing from here again in the future!

Just purchased a 2016 ford escape from Quality Car Sales. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them. Never had any issues ever. Unfortunately the day we take it home we found that we had to boost the battery to start it. We drove it back to Quality and they checked the battery and said it was good and that we possibly had left the doors open to long as my wife had did a cleaning on the interior. So they got us back on the road again. That night the alarm started going off for no reason. I had to pull the battery cables off to silence the alarm. Returned it to Quality and told them what was happening. So they put a new battery in for us at no cost and we figured that would be the end. Again that night the alarm goes off so back it goes. At this point im ready to return the car. Dillion then said to leave it and he would check to see if alarm would go off that night at the shop and sure enough it did. After a little research it was found that the hood latch safety switch was malfunctioning. They promptly repaired the switch and returned to us the same day. Two weeks now and all is good. Thank you Dillion and Quality Car Sales for your great customer care. They even hooked me up wit a great deal on a full set of winter tires and rims for a great price. Bought a 2015 car for $15K plus tax. The car was nice but had a few stains on the interior and a few very minor scratches on the paint. I gave them an extra week to buff and clean before I picked it up. Arrived to pick it up and nothing was done except an oil change. Purchased a 2014 Escape from Quality Car sales and i would recommend them to anyone. I went in looking for a blue one on their website, but both the black and blue were sold that day. Came here because my friend also bought a car here and had no problems. Dillon isn't like other sales that are super pushy, he has a cooperative attitude and was very open about the things I asked. I came here 4 times and test drove the same car twice and he wasn't impatient at all. No hidden fees whatsoever, car + tax + license fee is all you pay. Also love the fact that they allowed me to test drive the car myself so less pressure and more time to find out everything about a car, which is something you don't get at some other dealerships.

If i could Greg negative 10 stars I would. I am writing this for my friend, as she was SO upset after her experience with Greg. He had the audacity to ask her how should would pay for the vehicle she hadn't even seen yet. She had booked a test drive over 3 weeks ago, but would not allow her to take it on a test drive "unless she brought someone to look at it" as if she was unable to do herself. Doubted her when she asked him if they knew if the coolant was low, as if she could not check that herself. The car she looked at she was extremely interested in, however the extremely condescending way she was spoken to by GREG turned her off the car and this dealership in general.

Father bought an SUV from this dealer.traded in his car and salesman said it wasn't worth much because it was 10 years old but car only has 43400 km, turned around and put it on the lot for more than two and a half times what they gave him.suv he bought had air filter clogged with insulation,oil was supposed to be changed but oil is still dirty, truck was almost empty and wasn't even as clean as the one he traded in,who ever safetied it didn't even check the tire pressure all tires 2 to 5 pounds over max recommended pressure,not that big of a deal but what else didn't he check.you would think $2000 would be enough profit on a car they paid $3550 for especially after making money on the SUV he bought, but I guess not.guess they have to take advantage of people to pay for all their sleeping aids so they can sleep at night. If you have a trade do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys unless you like being taken.

Paid $16,000 for a car upfront in the winter. When it got a little warmer I tested the A/C and it did not work. I phoned them and asked if they'd be willing to help out on the labour for the repair a little, since it never worked to begin with. Salesperson Greg was incredibly rude, then said some one would call me back and no one ever did. Stuck with an expensive repair now. They take no accountability for anything. I don't recommend this place. UPDATE (Aug 15/2017): Finally looked into getting this fixed. Car needed a new compressor which cost me about $1200. I really wish some one would have been transparent about this component being broken. Will never buy from here again.

We just bought a car here today, second time we have come here, third time if you count our daughters purchase. Dealt with Brienna, great to deal with. Found a car we liked on their website, downsizing from our big Hyundai Sante Fe as we don't need the size anymore. Bought a very low mileage 2019 Sonata at a reasonable price and with the trade in she gave us, we got it for a very low price. She also got us a great price on winter tires and rims. She will have the snows mounted by thursday afternoon and we pick it up then.
