Worst!!! I'd suggest to Never go there. First they gave us appointment over phone call and then when we showed up there to see car the old guy over there told us to come later. He wasn't even listening to us as if he had 0%interest in selling car. He told us that he has other clients already when there was no one and then we told him we had appointment for today, he went inside. Such a rude guy. We went all the way from Cambridge to Kitchener to see car and then we had such a bad experience and treatment from seller.

My exhaust broke first day and when they fixed it it was a Frankenstein job the new part isn’t the correct one as well as a faulty alignment, don’t buy from them save yourself and go elsewhere

I normally do the work on my cars myself because it's cheaper and faster. This time was different, I had a broken arm and could not do it myself. These guys booked me in right away and did the work the same way I would , if not better (don't tell my wife that) The costs were completely reasonable. Thanks for the help guys.

Traded a fully working 2015 vehicle for an acura that was sold certified. As Im driving the car dies multiple times and has to be restarted to go again. Brought the vehicle in to show zia the issue and was made out to be a liar. I expressed safety concerns for me and my child being in the car when it dies. He didnt take our safety seriously and said just keep driving it. The pictures of the ad never showed an aftermarket cold air intake (as seen circled in pictures) When i picked up the car from having the safety done i still had tpms lights on and had zero gas in the tank. When i took off all i could hear was the loud wooshing of the aftermarket cold air intake that i didnt agree to being put in. When i confronted them about the intake they once again said it never had the stock intake which i clearly have posted pictures of and circled. Zia wouldnt answer my emails or phone calls. When I showed up to his business he tried to kick us off his lot. The police were called to facilitate a deal. In the end he has my subaru i traded that works perfect and im left with a measly 8000 after selling the broken acura back to him and now have no reliable vehicle to drive my son in. I hope no one else falls into this trap. Please read the reviews and trust that the nightmares are true. This is not a fair salesman. It has been my worst experience buying a car to date.

The old person is very very very rude . He should have some sense about talking to people . I would recommend never to visit there in your entire life. We can have better options else where . I was very excited to see cars over there with good condition. It is a normal thing to ask for some price bargain as everyone does. However it's up to the seller to deal with it properly to give the best deal a customer can get. But Zia over there did not want hear what I wanted to say. The car had rusted bolts and battery I asked that would it be possible for him to change it. He said welcome to Canada... He refused to do any service or any change whatsoever. Man I had never ever met a person like Zia .. the most rude person ever. Please never ever visit him please guys .

Went looking to purchase a 7 seater SUV. Add said "CLEAN NO RUST". The underbody was absolutely covered in scabby rot/rust. I'm glad I know not to trust a used car salesperson. Please crawl under your car before spending $8,000.

Went to look at cars here. I had my eye on a Pontiac Vibe that I found on a website. The salesman showed me the car, and when I got inside I could instantly tell that the previous owner smoked in the car. No big deal, and not Paycan's fault. The salesman said that he couldn't smell it because he smoked himself (unlikely, but fine). Then when my friend walked away from the car the salesman tried to tell me that the smell was actually just the soap they clean the car with. Left the lot after this. Beware of what you are told on this lot. The sale seems to come before the customer.

We bought pontiac Montana from Paypan Motors.We have no words for Zia Moslehi.He is so profession and very helpful.Even though the car was not very expensive and still he told us that he will change Window glass and Front breaks even though we did not asked him. I appreciate his humble attitude and helpful nature to the client. Ask for Zia Moslehi and he will help you within his range and also note that they are selling used car and hence profit margin is not very high so be reasonable because everybody needs bread and butter. We highly reccomand Paypan Motors Zia who did not pressure us to make the sale, I could sense his genuine wish to get his customers into the right car for them as buying a used vehicle can be uneasy but these guys will made it easy.

Very rude owner. I went there to look for an SUV and got interested in one CRV. Asked for the final price and told the owner that I will get back to him within this week. At this, he abruptly replied 'you have to decide on this very moment if you want to buy the car'. Seriously.... Height of rudeness and push sales. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought a 08 Kia Rio in November and all was well and good then a few weeks in the belt started squealing. I took it in to Zia to take a look and of course it didn't do it for him but he said "It's a cheap belt and doesn't expand when it's cold" then told me it's an $80 dollar belt that would fix the issue. Didn't offer to replace the belts or nothing just made excuses. Now in March I was having issues starting the car, the spark plugs started to go all within 6 months of having this car. I definitely wouldn't go back.

Typical used car sales people. Will say anything to get a sale. Be cautious. I bought a truck a couple of years back and being young and in a rush to get a new vehicle I was fooled into trusting this place. Just beware, cheap vehicles and mine had many problems that were obvious and not disclosed. Brakes did not work properly which I noticed on the test drive but was reassured by the salesman he had driven it to Ottawa and it was perfect. Again be cautious

I bought a car from here a year ago. Still runs good put 60,000km on it. had to replace some minor parts. 4 stars because they were dishonest said it “Doesn't have any rust" when it had a bit under the car.

Biggest rip off in town. Stay clear of this place. Ruined my credit and sold me a car that would stall out in the middle of traffic. Was sold with e test and certified but must have been lies cause there is no way that car could have been certified with a proper safety check. Owner is a lier who takes advantage of of people.

They were a great help. I guess i just know how to talk to people. I explained what i was looking for and how much i wanted to spend. My advice is, when your looking for a place to Buy/Fix a car, you have to fish around looking for the best and reasonable prices. At the same time making sure that the employees at the place look happy. If there not happy then you know it smells and feels like the wrong place to be.

Save your money, listen to other bad reviews on here, and go buy a used car somewhere else. These guys are crooks. After buying the car, I was there at least every week, if not twice a week, insisting that they do the work covered by the 36 day safety contract (seatbelt didn't work - they "fixed it" the first time and had to go back again for them to replace it altogether....amongst many other problems). A few months later now, after them claiming they "fixed" a problem, I find out that they just did a cheap temporary fix to hide the problem and now I have to drop another $500 to fix an issue they lied about. Stay away from these guys.

I've stopped several times to browse the cars after closing and on their website. The vehicles are a reasonable price but they seem to carry far too many with high mileage hence I think the price is slightly high for my liking. No complaints on my part just an opinion

Had a test drive booked for noon and waited 15 minutes with nobody showing up. Guess the sale wasn't that important to them!! Complete and total waste of our time. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Edit: the owner was in touch and explained what happened. The sale ended up happening and they even threw in snow tires.

I dealt directly with the business owner, Zia, when I first called, and went to see an advertised vehicle the next morning. Zia was there, and had it ready to show. I test drove it and emmediately bought it. Easy people to deal with. Picked up the car a few days later, it was plated, ready to go. Great prices, and i highly recommend them.

I was not happy with my service here. The van was extremely dirty when I got it. The cup holders looked like a pen had exploded in them and there was jam in the back seat holders. I lived about 10 minutes from them and the gas light came on before I got home. Within 24 hours the oil change light came on. Since then I have had to have the radio fixed and the battery was not properly secured in the van and I had to have that fixed as well. I have only owned this van for 7 months. When you sell a vehicle, it should be clean, have a full tank of gas, and be properly serviced before leaving the lot. I will not be back here to buy a vehicle ever again, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Please don’t buy a car from this guy. They will do anything including lie just to be able to sell. Please don’t go to them biggest regret. 1- car stopped running only 1 month after buying because the geniuses that work there decided to not even check the battery if it was connected properly.. 2- I take the car to another auto shop and the radiator is broken 3- the tires were bald when purchased 4- rust to absolute max on the bottom of the car 5- please don’t buy from them unless you want to get screwed over.

I had left a review about a month ago for some reason it has been deleted or just doesn’t show I am writing this review to let others know the experience that I have had at pay can motors when it came to buying a vehicle I encourage everyone to go anywhere else and here’s why 1- sold me a car with mice inside the engine when I explained to him that the car had mice he said it happens that it has happened to other cars that have been parked in the lot for a period of time so be sure to check the car you purchase from here 2- sold me a car with the engine light on 3- when I came in for the engine light he had told me “with this type of vehicle the engine light will continue to go on it’s what we call a dummy light “ I purchased a Mazda 5 -2006 he never bothered to check the problem as to why the engine light was on so I had to bring it to a different mechanic and return to him and have him fix it the problem was with the cylinder . 4- engine light went on again and he had told me that my other mechanic had over Exaggerated the problem as to why the engine light was on again didn’t bother to check what the problem was it turned out that there was a problem with the coolant filter system which another mechanic also had to fix 5- sold me a car with a bad battery had to replace it not even two months into buying the car 6-Sold me a car that doesn’t lock or unlock the back doors you have to stick your hand in and unlock it yourself he said he had ordered new parts and that he was just waiting for them that was two months ago and every time I call he keeps telling me all they would be in this week never did I get that fixed nor did he ever call me . 7- car was full of hair and rust

Paycan motors does a half ass job and will take your money and not fix your car properly. Terrible place to buy a vehicle from. I bought my car from Paycan over a year ago telling them I needed a safe car to get me around the city because I was a student and new here. Not only did Zia sell me a lemon his crew did not fix my car properly numerous times and it would have the same problem over and over. They would charge me for fixing it every time. Then my car started having more problems and it would break down frequently and 3 times after getting it fixed it broke down within 2 weeks of being at Paycan. i took it to another shop where they showed me that they didn't fix things properly things were installed wrong, taped together and that was why my car was" about to fall apart". I got my car fixed somewhere else properly. I also contacted Zia to get the money I paid him to fix my car or some compensation and I never heard back. This place is all about making money and they don't care about their customers. I have gone to the media and I will continue to do what I can so they don't do the same to others... To respond to Paycans comment below. This story is not fabricated in any way. Everything I mentioned happened exactly as I said and I contacted you first to give you the opportunity to make it right. I let you know that if I did not hear from you I would make sure people knew about the situation.I never heard back from you. What you did was wrong.

He always given customer - to test drive a car with dead battery as a result customer will never know if engine light has issues until he drive car out of his shop for atleast 100kms . I guarantee all his cars in parking lot has engine lights on . but he will never disclose it . please stay away from buying engine & transmission broken cars .
